(Japan)

"Does Japan usually have these many smells?" Elma asked as Arthur chuckled. "HEY! It's a serious question." Elma stated, looking around at the various booths and stalls surrounding them.

"You don't get used to it if that's what you think to ask me." Arthur responded while looking up at the sky. "It's a lot of smells to get used to." Arthur stated while he cracked his knuckles a moment later.

Elma hummed and blinked while she looked at Arthur. The Earth Dragon was very laid back and she was quite curious about how things were at the moment. He was one of the few dragons who didn't seem to dislike her company like her old friend did.

"You want something to eat?" Arthur asked which made Elma glare at him and elbowed him in the ribs. "Elm, is that a, yes?" Arthur questioned playfully.

"I… Will… KILL YOU…" Elma hissed, grabbing her new boyfriend's collar. "YES. I DO." Elma hissed, her eyes morphing into their draconic shape.

She growled; her teeth barred at him as Arthur chuckle once more. He liked Elma and making her this feisty was very funny when he could easily keep up with her in a fight if he had to.

"It's fun seeing you mad. It's cute." Arthur said, his own teeth turning somewhat into their trademark fang shape like they had been before. "Ok, what do you want me to buy? It's my treat, this is both of our dates." Arthur stated while looking around, curious at the idea of what could come next.

Then again? It wasn't like he didn't have something to do today. It wasn't like his job needed him at the moment. Arthur was quite content with simply walking around with Elma. Her company helped him deal with any issues he might have had with his life.

"Pasta." Elma stated while pouting as Arthur shook his head.

"Ok, lead the way then, Elm." Arthur said, allowing her to drag him along more at the moment. "You know, I did want to surprise you with the popcorn and spaghetti later… Maybe I should see if someone else wants it." Arthur questioned, a small smirk playing at his lips.

Elma growled, her fangs and eyes growing more draconic as Arthur chuckled. She roared under her breath.

"You will pay for your taunting." Elma hissed; her teeth barred into a massive growl.

"My wallet is already paying enough." Arthur joked and got a death glare from his new girlfriend at the moment.

It didn't bother him considering how much Elma was enjoying his company. It made him think something was off at the moment.

"Elma, I am serious, though." Arthur said, brushing off his jacket. "This day is for both of us. I don't mind paying for anything you want. It's kinda what people do on dates." Arthur said and looked at her.

"Thank you…" Elma said, rubbing her fingers together for a moment. "Hey, Arthur? Can I ask something?" Elma asked which got a nod from the Earth Dragon.

"Do you think it's selfish to want to stay here?" Elma questioned while Arthur rubbed at his chin. "Because I like it here, there's so many people and so much to do. I felt mad when I found out you decided to stay here… Now I'm kinda understanding why." Elma said as Arthur sighed.

"No, but I think the other dragons might." Arthur said and let out a breath of smoke. "Let me ask you something. Do YOU want to fight in the war, or do you fight because of people your close to being IN the war?" Arthur asked which made the water dragon blink.

She knew one of the reasons she fought in the war. Her family was involved, but she didn't believe in fighting so much as she was loyal to her family.

"Don't just give an answer." Arthur added, closing his eyes for a moment. "Think on it. I have my reasons to wash my hands of this war. I'm fine with fighting, but I don't want to fight unless it's my choice and on my terms." Arthur stated before he opened his eyes.

"I wonder who that big dragon we fought is." Elma stated while she turned to look up.

"Their obviously here for something, Elm. I'm sure we're find that out soon." Arthur said before pausing a short moment. "You sure you want pasta?" Arthur asked and got a nod as he shrugged.

"Ok, lead on." Arthur said, allowing Elma to tug him further and further into the city. "You do know you still have work in a few days, right?" Arthur questioned and watched Elma growl something out as Arthur chuckled and simply rolled his eyes.

Elma continued to think on Arthur's words, however. There was plenty to consider, it wasn't like she couldn't think at the moment… But she still had to consider just WHAT she wanted.

(7 hours later)

Arthur let out a hum as he brushed off his jacket. He was both tired and eager to simply lay down, it wasn't like he wasn't amused with the date.

Elma yawned, simply stuffed and holding 2 or 3 bags under her arms. Arthur rolled his eyes as he shook his head, he was glad that he'd be getting paid as soon as he worked again. It meant he could stock up more on cash… Plus with the luck he had? He had put money away in case he needed it.

"Elm, you're tugging my arm off." Arthur said while he cracked a smile under his breath.

The night wasn't over yet, he was quite quiet at the moment. Still? Things were going to come to a head at the time. Arthur fished his keys out of his pocket and opened the door.

"Do we have work tomorrow?" Elma questioned which got a shake of the head tomorrow. "I want to try and go on another date tomorrow, it's time I treat you tomorrow." Elma stated while Arthur hummed and nodded at the time.

"Ok…" Arthur said while he hummed and then slowly started to walk towards his sleeping bag.

"Oh!" Elma said, walking back towards Arthur who blinked and watched Elma look at him.

Her eyes were wide like when she noticed food nearby. Arthur hummed before she lunged forward, licking at the corner of his mouth. They collapsed to the ground.

"Elm!" Arthur stated, blushing as he quickly summoned his tail to push Elma back.

The two dragons blushed before Arthur noticed a small splotch of red on her teeth. Spaghetti sauce. Both dragons blushed at the moment. The two were awkwardly left with what happened.

Phew. Another chapter done! I want to point out that next chapter will be a bit longer or such. I did want to try and write a longer episode such. Next chapter will be 900-1500 words at the moment and will show Elma and Arthur sleeping and talking and such before setting up the next date and such. Until then, Lighting Wolf out!
