Chapter 24: Magmion's Plan
Deep within Fire Mountain, Magmion was still waiting for his servants to return with the intruders. He spent all day drumming his Gormiti fingers on his throne, moaning to himself. He was getting tired of waiting and waiting and…
Actually, waiting wasn't enough anymore. What Magmion needed more than anything was to conquer all of Gorm and he needed to accomplish that faster than he expected it to be.
Rising from his throne, he went over to his portal to check on any updates.
"Show me where the intruders are!" he commanded loudly.
The portal began to swirl around like a whirlpool, making little ripples which were almost crimson looking. Magmion eyed closely while not going to close at the ripples. Soon, the ripples created a picture, something that Magmion can observe with his beady eye.
The picture he saw was a group alright but something was different about them. Lavion did mention to him that they were in the Forest Region before he left but now they were heading towards…
"WHAT!?" Magmion's roar went throughout the entire of the Fire Volcano, almost making it shake and quake.
From what he could see, the intruders discussing about something. Unfortunately, he couldn't what they were saying but from one of the intruders' lip movement, it seemed they were preparing to storm Fire Volcano.
In a rage, Magmion left this room and furiously went down the spiral hallway of Fire Mountain.
Walking through the hallway, Magmion could feel the anger rising from him. Flowing waves of lava hit across the walls like crashing waves eroding the rocks of the beach. Raising a hand, he forced the lava wave to retreat back into its normal state. Satisfied, he continued to walk.
When he reached the bottom of the mountain, crimson glow flashed over his eyes. He realised he can still get the intruders into his hands but…he would have to do it on his own. Magmion would need to think of something that he could do to allow this.
All of a sudden, he came up with a brilliant idea.
"I'll capture every single Gormiti in all of Gorm!" he chuckled in an evil laughter. "Soon, the so-called intruders will have to come and save them. I'll even have a special place just for them when they arrive!"
Magmion rubbed his hands together in devilish delight. Everything was soon being put in place to take over Gorm for good. He just had to hope it all goes according to his plan…
