After the situation and the state of the world was explained, Marth decides to... Forcefully team up with Chaldea.

The state of the world was now known to the members of Chaldea, but it wasn't all. Marth showed them a hologram of how the world looked now, and it definitely changed quite a bit.

The northern zones of Asia, Europe and America were now completely gone, as well as parts of south Africa and south America, Australia had been reduced to only 20% of its original size, more than 50% of China had been destroyed, Britain was completely wiped off the map as well as half of Brazil and Canada.

"This was all... Because of the war?" - Goredolf asked.

"Yes, but the parts that remained intact still suffered major damages. Cities everywhere were turned into ruins and with demons now walking free on land, the few human survivors were being hunted down and killed. That's why we created safe spaces like this, protected by many spells to ensure that humanity can keep on living in this world" -

"And how many people are living in this one?" - Mash asked.

"Not many. We're currently the smallest Faction, about 4000 humans live here. Japan was hit pretty hard so trying to find survivors isn't exactly an easy task" -

"You're talking about Factions right? How many are there?" - Da Vinci asked.

"5, the Japanese, Chinese, Egyptian, Greek and Indian ones. The Greek Faction is definitely the strongest, as it has saved over 50 000 humans ever since it was created and it has the support of Hades and the surviving gods of Olympus" -

"Surviving ones?" - that last part caught Jason's attention.

"During the Last War, the Greek gods definitely took a heavy blow. Apollo, Hermes, Hera and Poseidon all died during the conflict, and afterwards, Zeus was killed after he refused to ally with the Council" -

"Wait, you killed Zeus? How did you do that?" - Medusa asked this time.

"Mother did it. Don't ask me how since I wasn't there, but leadership of Olympus is now Hades', and he's on good terms with the Council, directly supporting the Greek Faction" -

The hologram was turned off and Marth stood in front of Ritsuka.

"Fujimaru Ritsuka, was it? I'd like to ally Chaldea to the Japanese Faction" -

"... I'm sorry what?" -

"It's a mutual benefit situation, we offer you a place to stay and protection, and in turn you'll help us rescue as many humans as we can and to push back against the forces of Chaos. Granted, the spirits at your side might not be on par with some of the strongest of Chaos, but they'll be useful" -

"That's a... Pretty generous offer, but..." -

"We'll take the offer, thank you very much, but I'd like to add a request, if that's ok" - Da Vinci jumped into the conversation before Ritsuka could finish speaking.

"As long as it's reasonable, it can be done" -

"Great! Our ship was destroyed after we crashed here, so, could we store it here while we repair it? It won't take too much space" -

"Of course, if you need any materials we'll be happy to provide, if we can find any of course" -

"Thank you very much!" -

"No problem... Um, what's your name?" -

"You may call me Da Vinci!" -

"Wait... Da Vinci? As in, Leonardo Da Vinci?" -

"The one and only, in a new and perfect body" -

Marth took a good look at the small woman in front of him, claiming to be Leonardo Da Vinci, to which he laughed a bit.

"Thanks for the joke, I definitely needed a laugh..." - but as he turned to look at everyone, no one was laughing - "She's... Telling the truth?" -

Ritsuka simply scratched his head and said - "I think it's our turn to explain things" -

After being explained about everything surrounding Chaldea, and who the 'spirits' next to Ritsuka were, Marth had to take a moment to process everything, but he understood rather quickly.

"All right, that was... Something, definitely, but I at least now know who I'll be working with, and I can think of ways to put your abilities to good use" -

"You took it... Better than I expected if I'm being honest" - Goredolf said - "I took a while to wrap my head around everything when I first started" -

"I've seen my fair share of crazy things ever since I joined the Council, this was just a bit surprising. Well, now that that's out of the way, please join me and I'll show you your rooms" -

Marth and the Chaldeans left the Chamber and started to wander through the Diet Building.

"While initially not suited for living in, we had to make rooms for different members of the Council to rest on, and we have a few that you guys could use" -

"Oh, not all of us need it, us Servants can go into spirit form but Goredolf and the staff will require it" - Sherlock said.

"Great, that works better in our favor. Each one of you will have a room assigned and you are free to decorate it as you will, although there's not really much to use. A day of work starts at 6:00 A.M and you'll all be required to be in time to receive a duty for the day, which can range from helping with reconstruction to scouting for human survivors and fending off attacks from Chaos" -

"My Husband, you and I will be sleeping in the same room, as normal for a married couple" - Morgan said while walking next to Ritsuka.

"Huh? You never told me you were married, Fujimaru" - Marth said to the boy.

"It's a long story, I'll explain later..." -

"Well... In that case, as long as you allow it, it's fine if someone wants to sleep in your room with you" -

"With all due respect" - Mash stepped forward - "As Senpai's first official Servant and the only Shielder, I think that it would be best for his safety if I were to share a room with him" -

"Is that true Ritsuka?" - Marth asked the boy, to which he simply nodded - "All right, I guess that settles it, you two are allowed to share the room" -

"Marth? Marth, there's something I need to talk about...! Oh, Marth" - as the group was walking, they were suddenly stopped by a girl with long hair the same color as Marth's, as well as the same eyes.

"Is there something wrong?" -

"I was told you found some interesting individuals and I wanted to see them" -

"Oh, in that case" - Marth then walked to the side of the girl - "Everyone, meet my sister Flora, the second leader of the Japanese Faction" -

The girl was the same size as Marth's, and a bit skinnier. Everyone felt how she was studying them with her look, before she said - "They seem like they'll be useful, let's see what they can do" - and left.

Chaldea's life was surely going to get even more chaotic in this world.
