Thanks for coming back!

Curlywitch14: Thank you! I didn't want to just pull teachers out of nowhere, even if I take liberty with personalities and such. I'm glad you're enjoying it!

Verucabeyotch: Gosh, Lot to Unpack there. Imma go through it bit by bit!

1 - Miss Gimlett: We hear of her in 1 book, and in season 2 episode 1 of the original worst witch series, But we never see her! I have some theories on this.

2 - School: 2017 is the only series where it's Co-Ed. My head cannon for 2017 is that it used to be an all girl school, but became co-ed later down the line. (Intresting fact: My Secondary school was an all boys school but later became Co-Ed. It wasnt a Bording school however)

3 - Juile Stone: I will be explaining during the Story why she hasn't turned to stone, and the magical Impact of that. But you'll have to keep reading to find out!

4 - Julie Attacking Pentangles: At the end of 'Moving forward' someone was watching Mildred, Hecate and Pippa at Pentangles. To Clear Confusion, Juile has basically been stalking them. I'd imagine she'd already know that other schools exist. I also don't see Mildred keeping the Offer for Pentangles from her Mom. So, I imagine she knew of Pentangles, But she found it by Following them. As for the Grudge.. You'll have to wait and see! Hopefully that clears things up for you :D

Enjoy!

Chapter Three: New Roommates, New Problems.

Mildred ran out onto the grass before the school, waving her hands like crazy at the incoming Maud and Enid. Mildred had been thinking up a nickname to refer to the two. Maid. Enud. Eaid. Mnud. Me. Em. Nightbody. Spellshade. The list went on, She didn't quite know what to stick with yet, She'd figure it out in time.

"Well Meet!" She yelled, Bowing before them. The Two Girls followed Suit before hugging one another.

"Are those Pentangle Students?" Maud asked Looking at the new students Lining up with Miss Cackle.

"Mum attacked Pentangles.." Mildred Whispered. Acutely aware of the other students around her. Last thing she wanted was people overhearing her, and getting outcast yet again. No one was happy about what happened at Cackles. How would they really react if they found out she was capable of destroying a School? "I don't know why.." Mildred wouldn't tell them she stole things, it might be in the Assembly. For Mildred, Maybe it was best to play stupid. She could just hear Ethel in her head 'not much to play on'. At one point, she may have thought Hecate to say the same. Speaking of Hecate, It wasn't a moment later They noticed her coming to stand at the front of the students. Prompting Mildred and Friends to get into their House Lines. Mildred didn't technically have a House Anymore, Not since moving in with HB. But, she couldn't just stand on her own. So, She'd continue to join her Honorary House.

Mildred Listened Carefully to whatever Hecate would tell the Cackles Students. "You may have noticed the extended number of Students" Mildred always felt Fascinated by the way Miss Hardbroom spoke. She drew it out, Rolled her R's, adding in whispering Emphasis. It added so much character to one sentence. "There will be an assembly on it at Half Past Twelve! Do not be late." When Hecate said 'do not', Mildred always heard 'I dare you'. It wasn't that she was defiant, it's that when Hecate said it, it felt like she was challenging you. Do it and see what happens type of thing. "In the meantime, many of you will be assigned new rooms, the rest of you will be assigned people to your rooms. Do Follow the corresponding year Five to be resigned" Mildred watched as Hecate Signalled to a few Fifth year students to lead them up to their rooms. They had a list filled with Names and room assignments, Most likely written by Hardbroom.

Soon, Only Five people stood. "Mildred, Your room hasn't changed according to my list.." The Fifth Year said. "Maud, Enid, Felicity and Ethel.. You're in this room up here." Mildred felt truly sorry for her friends. Felicity was lovely. But Ethel? Not only that, They were walking up and Up And Up till they were in the tower, with the bats. Mildreds old stomping ground. Ethel complained the whole way up. 'It's not fair I have to share'. 'Have you seen the trouble they get into?', 'I'm a Hallow, I deserve better'. Mildred couldn't help the slight satisfaction that she got an apartment, while Ethel got her old room.

Mildred followed her friends up to it. She was Curious how this would work. Her Room hasn't Changed much. It now had Four Beds, each facing inwards to the Centre of the room. On Each of their beds resids the year's Timetable, Mauds Coincidentally came with Mildreds too. The Teachers always seemed one step ahead, Unless they were doing something wrong. Maud Slyly slipped it into Mildreds Hands while Enid covered them. They felt like Criminals, And all because they Didn't want the raving Ethel to notice. She may not have noticed the timetable, But she did notice the Lingering Mildred.

"This isn't your room anymore, Hubble" She was one of the only people to still use Mildreds Last name. "I've been asking, and no one seemes to know where your new room is." Ethel Accused.

"Wow, Obsessive much?" Enid asked. She had a point. Ethel seemed.. Almost Paranoid about it. Mildred had worried she was busted when she was caught going into the teachers Quarters. But, Ethel seemed to have brushed it off. It does seem a little bizarre, even to Mildred. She doesn't blame Ethel but not considering it.

"Im -Not- Obsessive" Ethel moved closer to the three, Her Hands twitching, Most likely wanting to turn them to toads for figuring it out.

Felicity rolled her eyes before walking to the door. "I'll see you guys at Lunch" Felicity threw them a wave, More so Mildred and crew than Ethel, before exiting from sight. Felicity was popular after all, she got along with everyone. Mildred never had any 'popular' friends before, Then again, in her previous school, they were never as nice.

Ethel didn't bother saying anything, Just stared into Mildreds Soul. "I don't know what you're playing at" Ethel Hissed. "But I'll figure it out, After all, I'm a Hallow" That was her answer to everything. As if being a Hallow was the only true way to live life. Without waiting for a reply from Mildred, she walked out. Probably had better things for a Hallow to do.

Mildred had spent her time thinking of Ethel, her friends, Pentangle. She hadn't stopped to consider what happened in her room, or why she had to leave. They had of course fixed the wall. And Mildred hasn't moved back in. They didn't even offer her the option. She supposed they wanted to keep that eye on her, but things had changed since then. Hecate was looking after her, not just watching her anymore. Now, Whenever Mildred thinks of her Mum, she has a 50/50 chance of seeing Juile, and her failure. Or seeing Hecate and her future.

"Millie?" Maud placed her hand on Mildreds Shoulder. "Ready?" Mildred looked at her timetable, today was an early lunch to fit in the Assembly. Something she was not looking forward to. Mildred Nodded at her friends before following them out and down the winding stairs. She couldn't help but feel misplaced in doing so, That room was no longer home to her. But it was her friends now. And Ethels. She feels that was done on purpose, If she remembers, She'll ask Hecate about that.
