AN1: The next chapters will probably not be so quick as I don't have next events planned out exactly. Also for people who get offended at the idea of Naruto/Kairi or Naruto/Namine… what can I say? I have warned in the summary it's a harem and incest could be in it so yeah…
I am going to step bolding Keyblade names, Jutsu attacks and magic attacks.
Naruto has not shown them he is a jinchuuriki yet or really much about his home world.
Warning: Roxas is being irrational but not being bashed.
Chapter 3 Roxas returns
As Naruto was deep in thought Xion turned to Lea who had a massive grin on his face.
"He seems so nice but so powerful as well." Xion said with awe as Lea chuckled.
"Hehe. Its true. This guy is something else." Lea admitted as he glanced at Naruto was chatting rather cheerfully to Sora and Riku.
"I have to thank you both." Naruto said as he bowed his head. Sora and Riku looked at each other with confusion.
"Um… Thank us?" Riku asked awkwardly as Sora rubbed his head.
"Yeah, I mean… I did think you were trying to harm Kairi for abit…" Sora admitted as he avoided Kairi disapproving look.
Naruto waved him off and gave him a grin.
"You both gave Kairi the family she needed when we were apart and I will always be grateful for that." Naruto told them seriously as Kairi had a soft warm smile on her face. Aqua had a smile as well at how Naruto was grateful rather then jealous his twin had other people as family.
Before Sora and Riku could reply Mickey decided to ask something.
"Can I ask you something?" Mickey asked in his somewhat squeaky voice as Naruto turned to him.
"Yes?" Naruto replied gesturing him with his hand.
"If Kairi grew in Radiant Garden then how was your life in your guys home world?" Mickey asked excitedly as all the members of the Light looked eagerly at Naruto.
Naruto eyes widened before they grew immensely sad for a moment before he turned away.
"Different…." Naruto said simply as nobody saw his sad expression grow sadder.
"Different?" Ventus asked as they noticed that Naruto was no longer looking at them.
"Sometimes people don't have people who love them!" Naruto snapped turning back with his eyes and anger expressing great anger as everyone was on edge and flinched.
Seeing the scared expression on Kairi face Naruto eyes grew wide before he sighed.
"I am sorry. I didn't mean to snap at you guys." Naruto apologized before he started to walk away.
"Where are you going?" Xion asked sadly as Naruto turned to her with a small smile.
"I need to get something that will help." Naruto said simply as a portal of light appeared and stepped through with the portal closing instantly.
'Brother. What happened to you?' Kairi thought as she stared at the spot where Naruto disappeared. AN2:
"Dammit! We are still trapped in here!" Vanitas hissed as the guardians of Light turned to see the Seekers of Darkness still trapped inside the red barrier from before.
"It appears that even after he left, he is still keeping his power focused here to keep us confined." Xenmas said stoically crossing his arms with an annoyed expression.
"It seems he has planned out this game well." Luxord remarked with a smirk.
"Tch! I swear when I get free, I will put a knife through Blondie throat!" Larxene claimed as Marluxia looked at her before he stared seemingly into nothing.
"Well it appears perfect little blondie has a little temper." Xigbar snickered as Saix glanced at Xion with the corner of his eyes.
'Not exactly how I planned but my redemption draws close.' Saix thought as he felt his heart ache when he remembered how he treated Xion, Roxas and even Axel with such disdain.
Meanwhile in Radiant Gardens
"Impossible! Nothing should exist outside the 3 realms of creation!" Ansem the Wise claimed as him, Vexen and Ienzo were talking to an amused but impatient Naruto.
"Look I am really only here for Roxas's replica so he can become a true person again. Xion has already been returned to her true self." Naruto told them tapping his foot slightly.
"Xion? Wait number 14?!" Ienzo said as he held his head as memory of a 14th member appeared in a mysterious black Hood.
"Yes. She was a replica born from Sora's memories from experiments Xenmas and I did for the first Organization. However, she was destroyed by Roxas and her heart was put into Sora shortly before Roxas returned to Sora as well. Her existence was supposed to be erased when she perished however my research notes were kept intact so I remembered of her as I read them." Vexen explained as Ienzo shook his head as he tried to process the new information.
"That poor girl. She is just like Roxas and Namine." Ansem said sadly as guilt crept out of his heart.
Naruto gave the old man a look of pity.
"Look what you did was wrong but I don't exactly blame you for walking that path. Revenge does tend to make people the wrong decisions and hurt others on their path." Naruto said kindly as Ansem looked at him in surprise.
"Young man. What would you know of revenge?" Ansem asked as Naruto gave him a sad smile.
"I just do. Trust me. I have met people who have let revenge take them path of darkness." Naruto said as Obito, Nagato, Sasuke and even Madara appeared in his head with all dark expressions.
"Anyways. I well aware that Xion was brought back to the second Organization as a Seeker of Darkness as part of a plan between Vexen and Saix. Hence her true heart coming out of Sora restored her to her true self." Naruto continued as Vexen looked at him in surprise.
"How did you know of out plans? Not even the Old Man Xehanort suspected us of foul play when I made him his replicas?" Vexen asked suspiciously as Naruto sighed.
"Perhaps this can make you at least trust me for a delivery?" Naruto said as the three men gasped at what they saw. AN3:
"This is?" Ansem asked in pure shock as he looked at Naruto.
"Yup. We can change everything now." Naruto declared as he sent them a grin.
"Indeed. I can see why he will be the one." Ienzo admitted as they took Naruto to where Roxas completed Replica laid motionless in an Organization 13 Black Coat.
"Thanks. I shall make sure to tell them you did good work." Naruto told them politely as he picked up the Roxas replica and threw it over his shoulder.
A new portal of light appeared in front of as he stepped through it, the portal vanished without a trace.
Ienzo turned to Ansem with a serious expression.
"Master. I think we should never make an enemy out of Naruto."
Ansem chuckled but nodded. "I agree. Although since Kairi his own twin sides with the Light I beelive he will never turn to the dark."
Vexen put a hand on his chin.
"Fascinating. To think such a world could exist not aligned with Light or Dark or even nothingness." Vexen mumbled fascinated.
"Ah man! He was like super scary!" Demyx complained as he stepped out a Corridor of Darkness he was hiding in.
Ansem turned to the cowardly Nobody with a smile. "True but probably only to those who try to hurt Kairi." Ansem remarked as Demyx tilted his head.
Back in the Keyblade Graveyard
A new portal of Light appeared as Naruto through it with 'Roxas' on his shoulder.
"Naruto!" Kairi shouted happily as Naruto sent her a grin.
"Um what is that on your shoulder?" Sora asked as he pointed at what appeared to be a body on Naruto's shoulder. Roxas face was to the ground while his hood shielded his golden spiky hair so nobody could see his face.
"That is a~!" 'Riku' shouted in anger. AN4:
"How did you get one!" Young Xehanort demanded as the Light grew confused.
"This my friends is a Replica created by Ansem the Wise and others for Roxas." Naruto declared as he set the Replica down and the hood down. This revealed Roxas's face whose eyes were closed and was unmoving and unbreathing.
"Roxas!" Lea shouted in surprise as Xion gasped putting her hands over her mouth.
Naruto turned to Sora.
"Sora just like when Xion left your body do not resist. He shall do what he needs to leave your body and you must let him." Naruto told Sora who had a serious expression as he nodded.
"Xion. Lea. Think of your bond with Roxas and he shall use that bond to make a connection to the Replica." Naruto told them as they nodded.
"Come back Roxas." Lea said as he focused.
"Roxas!" Xion said with determination.
Once again Sora glowed white as a pink heart appeared from his chest and flew towards the empty replica.
The vessel had a bright light that lasted for a few minutes till it faded as Roxas groaned and opened his eyes showing the same blue eyes he shared with Sora and Ventus.
"I'm me again…" Roxas said with a grunt as he struggled abit to get to his feet but was soon pulled into a tight hug by Lea.
"You're back! We are finally together again." Lea said with relief in his voice as he held one of his two friends within a tight hug.
"Yeah, I am back but if you squeeze any tighter I won't be!" Roxas complained playfully as Lea just chuckled.
"You idiot!" Xion said before she rushed and joined the hug making Roxas grunt. He however smiled as he wrapped own arms around Xion and Lea.
'Tch. To think all three members we had in mind for our 13th member our now on that side. Roxas, Sora and that puppet.' Youg Xehanort thought rather spitefully as all his attempts were now in vain.
'That boy. He gathered Roxas's replica from Radiant Garden. Did he convince them he was trustworthy?' Saix thought as he glanced at Naruto who was currently smiling at the touching reunion.
'That boy. Sora's Nobody looks just like Ven.' Aqua thought as she glanced at Roxas and then Ven who similarly looked rather confused.
'Vanitas looked like Sora and Roxas looks like me? Was it due to the connection Sora and I shared?' Ven thought.
'Congratulations. You are together again.' Riku thought with a smile. His memories of Xion had returned after heart left Sora's and he was left with immense guilt. He knew it was probably inviable but he still forced Xion and Roxas to return to Sora just so he could be complete and wake up from his sleep.
After a minute Roxas pulled away as Xion and Lea grinned at him with him giving a smile in return. He saw Sora and they each gave a nod of respect. He had to resist scowling at Riku AN5: before he glanced at Kairi but saw her as Namine.
Roxas turned to a smiling Naruto but his own expression was one of distrust as he summoned Oblivion in his right hand in a flash of black light and pointed it at Naruto.
"Roxas?!" Lea shouted in disbelief as Xion eyes widened.
Before anyone could react Roxas just said "Waterga."
This caused a massive wave of water to shoot at Naruto at high speed before anyone could stop the dual wielding Keyblade Wielder.
Naruto raised a hand to his chin as he thought 'Water Style: Water Fang Bomb Jutsu.' AN6: as 5 water tendrils appeared in mid air and intercepted the water wave as the tendrils were like drills going right through Roxas Waterga till it cancelled them out and both water techniques faded into mist.
"Wooh! Is this going to be showdown after all!" Vanitas asked with a bloodthirsty grin behind his mask.
"Roxas why are you attacking Naruto!" Xion shouted in frustration as Roxas sighed as he turned to Xion and the other lights with a look of annoyance.
"Because I don't know him. We don't know his intentions. He comes in and suddenly he is suppose to be our best friend?" Roxas asked as he sent a look of distrust towards Naruto who to his credit had a stoic expression.
'He put his hand up as a distraction but he already had that water technique ready to counter Roxas's. His movements were so smooth and fast it seemed like there was no transition between attack and defence.' Aqua thought while biting her lip.
Naruto thought 'Okay Itachi is super cool! I mean he could do jutsu this fast and make them look like no signs at all!' as Kurama sweatdropped.
'Just cause after the war you had immense respect for Itachi and had your former teacher tell you everything about him doesn't mean you have to copy his fighting style.' Kurama told him flatly as Naruto just sent a dry chuckle in his mind.
Meanwhile Kairi was glaring at Roxas for attacking her brother while Mickey and Aqua were trying to talk down Roxas.
"Let's just hold on a second. We shouldn't be fighting amongst ourselves!" Mickey said as Aqua nodded.
"Our real enemies are over there." Aqua insisted as he she pointed at the bound Seekers of Darkness.
"Oh. Don't worry. They are my enemies. That's hasn't changed." Roxas revealed as he sent a dark glare at the True Organization 13.
Xigbar gave him a mocking bow and out a hand on his heart pretending as if he was hurt by the glare.
"Wow geez. You, him and Sora all have that glare down." Xigbar commenting as he pointing at Roxas, Ventus and Sora one by one.
"Did we need this loser to be a seeker in the first place? I mean he lost to me before when I embraced the darkness and used real power after all." 'Riku' commented with a sneer. Both Riku and Roxas sent him a heated glare for the comment when Riku had to use 'Ansem' power to beat Roxas using two Keyblades.
"Roxas. Please. Naruto hasn't shown us any ill will and he looks like he trying to help us all." Xion told Roxas gently grabbing his wrist as Roxas turned to Xion with a tired expression.
"We were told the first Organization was our salvation who would give us back the hearts we lost as Nobodies." Roxas stated bitterly as Xion, Lea and even Namine inside of Kairi looked down.
"However, they just used us as pawns and just so we could become more of his flunkies!" Roxas hissed as he glared at the new Organization.
Larxene scoffed, 'Riku' smirked, Xigbar shrugged his shoulders, Vanitas looked uninterested, Saix was rather pointedly not looking at Roxas, Marluxia still seemed to be focused on something else. Terra-Nort scoffed as if the idea of not having Xehanort heart inside of you was silly, 'Ansem' and Xenmas looked challenging at Roxas. Luxord was looking at his cards while Young Xehanort rolled his eyes. Master Xehanort had a cool expression on his face.
"Yes that's true but that doesn't mean my brother has some motive as well." Xion insisted as Kairi nodded furiously while Sora and Riku nodded abit hesitantly.
"We don't know him! And yet you consider him your brother already! I am so sick of it!" Roxas claimed in frustration as Naruto sighed.
"Fine. If you want to test me, I will let you fight me one on one." Naruto offered as Roxas sent a glare but challenging look at Naruto.
"Hey. You don't have to do this man." Lea said hesitantly as he could feel that Naruto seemed like a genuinely nice guy who seemed to gush over Kairi and Xion.
Naruto turned around with a small smile. "If I don't get these feelings of mistrust out of the way Roxas will never trust me." Naruto commented as Roxas stepped forward with a burst of white light Oathkeeper appeared on his second hand to compliment Oblivion in his right hand.
'Two huh. It seems like all of them, his replica retained all the abilities his heart and former self had.' Naruto analyzed as he watched Roxas walk towards him. Naruto raised his hand slightly as a new sand wall enclosed the remaining Guardians of Light in a semi cage once again.
"Just so nobody interferes." Naruto assured Roxas who nodded.
"Finally, I can agree with you on something." Roxas commented as he had both Oathkeeper and Oblivion in his hands ready for combat.
Naruto still had a seemingly relaxed stance as Roxas roared and rushed at Naruto.
Roxas swung both Keyblades at Naruto who seemed to not have a guard up. Quicker than anyone could see Naruto sidestepped and grabbed Roxas right wrist that was holding onto Oblivion much to everyone shock.
"Hey I didn't say start yet did I?" Naruto asked with a teasing smile much to Roxas confusion.
"Now then. Let's start." Naruto announced as he released Roxas wrist and jumped back to avoid Roxas's swing with ease.
As Roxas continued to swing both keyblades with seemingly no openings Naruto sidestepped and parried every swing, thrust and slash of the Keybaldes with ease as he kept his rather easy going smile while Roxas started to get frustrated.
"Get Real! Fight back!" Roxas shouted in frustration as Naruto avoided his swing by an inch leaning backward slightly.
"Alright. You asked for it." Naruto replied as the interval from Roxas wide wing Naruto put his forefinger onto his thumb and 'flicked' Roxas chest.
This action which should have done nothing surprised everyone when Roxas was sent flying backwards for several feet both his used his keyblades to stab the ground. This reduced his flying speed and quickly he managed to get his feet back onto the ground as he gasped in shock and slight pain.
"Incredible. Roxas is clearly going at full power and yet Naruto has nto broken a sweat dodging and parrying his attacks. That last attack even sent Roxas flying despite it being just a flick to the chest." Riku noted in amazement as Naruto was just fighting bare handed and still overpowering Roxas.
"Roxas is no slouch. And yet the difference in ability between them seems to be great." Lea admitted as he watched his hot headed friend get up with a growl.
"Roxas… Naruto…" Xion said in worry as she secretly feared that Roxas would be the one who would refuse to back down and force Naruto to hurt him.
"Well look it here. Roxas is getting thrashed by a kid who isn't using a Keyblade or any weapon! Roxas beat you before didn't he Saix?" Xigbar whistled impressed before teasing a frowning Saix.
"….." Saix refused to dignify it with a response but he did glance at Lea for a moment before focusing on Roxas.
"Had enough? I mean I don't even really know why we are fighting." Naruto commented as he sighed while Roxas glared at him.
"I want to protect my friends!" Roxas declared as he pointed both Keyblades into the air. Sudedenly massive beams of light appeared from the air around Naruto before zeroeing on him making a huge explosion of light.
"Naruto!" Kairi screamed as she saw the explosion while Riku resisted the urge to try to plummet Roxas for hurting Kairi's brother.
There was large amount of smoke as Roxas huffed but it soon cleared to reveal instead of Naruto there was a dome of sand that appeared to be unharmed from the explosion of light.
"Sand?!" Roxas asked in shock.
"Yup and you should guard your back." Naruto's voice commented as Naruto appeared behind Roxas.
Before Roxas could react Naruto put a hand on Roxas's shoulder.
'Earth Style: Weighted Boulder Jutsu.' Naruto thought as Roxas shuddered.
Suddenly Roxas was forced onto his knees as he struggled to get up even as Naruto released his hand.
"What is happening to me! I can't move!" Roxas grunted as he looked up but couldn't even move his arms from their prone decision.
Naruto sat down in front of Roxas as he gave a small smile.
"Simple. I just increased your weight so you can't even move your arms at the moment. It makes it ewasier to talk if you are not trying to chop my head off while I talk." Naruto joked as Roxas struggled.
"Okay. Why are you so angry?" Naruto asked him gently as Roxas looked up in surprise.
"What would you know? We have been used for our entire existences by somebody. You probably had everything growing up!" Roxas claimed as Naruto clenched his hands.
"You think I had everything growing up huh? You have no idea what I had!" Naruto shouted as Roxas flinched as Naruto appeared to be angry for the first time.
Naruto growled as he closed his eyes.
Suddenly all the Guardians of Lights and Seekers of Darkness blinked before their scenery appeared to change.
They were now still bound but surrounded by what appeared to be a small apartment with a table, small kitchen and what appeared to be a bathroom and bedroom.
"What's going on here?" Ventus yelled as everyone looked around to confirm everyone else was seeing what was happening.
"This is my memory." Naruto told them as he floated in the air and pointed down.
Next appeared a MUCH younger Naruto with the same spikey blonde hair, whiskered cheeks and bright blue eyes. He was wearing a simple white T-short and brown shorts. AN7:
"Brother?" Kairi gasped putting a hand over her mouth in shock seeing her brother as a much younger boy.
"He's so little." Aqua said with awe while silently resisting squealing as she enjoyed talking to children as they were so innocent and cute.
Next appeared an old man who had a bright smile as he ate cup ramen with little Naruto.
"That was the 3rd Hokage Hiruzen Sarutobi. I usually called him Old Man Hokage as he was like a grandfather to me. He was the leader of my home but still took time to visit me from time to time." Naruto informed everyone with a fond but sad smile.
'Was?' Riku thought catching the used of a past pronoun.
"Happy birthday Naruto." The Old man said kindly as Naruto gave a wide smile as he blew out the 5 candles on the small birthday cake with ease.
"Thanks, Old Man!" Younger Naruto said happily as he waited patiently for the 3rd Hokage to give a slice of the white cake.
The 3rd Hokage smiled as he watched younger Naruto wolf down the cake making Kairi, Aqua, and Xion awe at the young boy.
After a few minutes of eating, they finished the cake and ramen as the 3rd Hokage let Naruto ride on his shoulders as he walked around the small apartment.
"Hey Old man?" Younger Naruto asked the 3rd Hokage who gave him a nod.
"Yes my boy?" Hiruzen replied with a smile.
"Why am I alone?" younger Naruto asked sadly as Hiruzen face dropped.
"I mean I don't have any parents and nobody wants to be around me." Naruto said sadly as his head dropped even as Hiruzen picked him up to look at Naruto in the face.
"Did I do something wrong?" Naruto asked with his blue eyes looking ready to burst into tears as Kairi and Xion looked ready to cry at their brother blaming himself for being alone.
Sora and Riku frowned, Donald and Goofy looked rather uncomfortable, Aqua and Ventus frowned while Mickey looked rather disappointed at the 3rd Hokage. Lea looked wide eyed as he looked at the wide eyed Roxas who was still on his knees.
"No, my boy! This has nothing to do with you!" Hiruzen tried to assure him as Naruto frowned but his tears dried up.
"This just don't understand you right now." Hiruzen tried to explain with a sigh.
While the younger Naruto could not see it Hiruzen looked rather guilt ridden even as he bid Naruto a night as he walked out of the apartment.
Soon the memory vanished and everyone was back in the Keyblade Graveyard.
"I thought in the darkest portion of my heart 'Was I born only to be hated? Would anyone ever want to be my friend?'" Naruto replied coolly as he glared at the prone Roxas before sighing.
"Eventually though I did get fiends and respect from the people who once thought I was worth nothing." Naruto remarked fondly. "So Roxas if there is anyone who can understand loneliness it would be me. I want you guys to be together so you guys don't have be alone either." Naruto explained as Roxas had a defeated expression.
"I get it. I am sorry." Roxas apologized as his Oathkeeper and Oblivion vanished and Naruto placed a hand on Roxas shoulder releasing the jutsu.
Roxas got up as he kept his head bowed down as they walked back over to the guardians of Light as the sand disappeared again allowing them to regroup.
AN2: Kairi in end of chapter 1 did not get necessarily Naruto's memories. She got 'trust' or a 'bond' through the power of chakra.
AN3: When the massive reveal is shown these hints will be like super obvious.
AN4: You might have noticed I tend to make Terra-Nort and 'Riku' (Dark Riku/ Riku Replica) seem the evillest of the 13. It deliberate. As we seen at the ends of KH3 fights Larxene was there for Marluxia, Marluxia appeared to side with Darkness to find his lost memories, Luxord appeared to treat it as a game. Ansem (Seeker of Darkness) was resigned but not as bad as his KH1 version, Xenmas later admits he grew at least some compassion for his former Organization, MX saw darkness as a tool that was needed but he wanted true light to come back. Xigbar was more cocky and condescending then evil, Saix was secretly a double agent, and Young Xehanort. Well Young X is pretty bad.
AN5: Roxas is only human and his interactions with Riku have all been bad.
AN6: It was unnamed in the anime/manga but named in the databook. It's the water jutsu that Itachi uses against Kakashi in episode 71 or manga chapter 142.
AN7: This was inspired by a Shippuden Episode in the anime showing his childhood. I can't remember which one. Of course not exactly the same for the context of the story.
