Hey folks! It looks like I made a fatal error on this chapter and accidentally replaced the contents of this old chapter with the the contents of Chapter 40

So I will be re-writing the contents of this chapter and returning it back to it's original state. My apologies! The worst part is that I never saved the contents of "A Library of Ghosts" sooooo I'm basically going to be re-writing the whole thing...
