"Mmmm this food is so delicious, obasama!" Akane said happily as she busied herself devouring the soup that Nodoka had prepared for her.
Nodoka pleasantly giggled looking at her as she said,
"I am so glad that you liked it, dear.. Don't rush, I have prepared plenty for you.."
Akane smiled up at her and passed her empty bowl to Nodoka for a quick refill. Nodoka giggled again and took the bowl from her hand. He passed the full bowl to Akane and in her haste to take the bowl from her, Akane accidentally spilled some soup on her dress.
"Oh honestly!!"
"Oh dear, are you okay?" Nodoka went to her side with a napkin in her hand. She sat by her side and started wiping the stain carefully.
"Yes, obasama! It's not that much! I can clean it in no time.."
"Umhmm.. I know.. But I want you to finish your food first. Then you can go and take a shower if you want.."
"That sounds like a great plan to me!!" Akane giggled and resumed eating the rest of her food.
Nodoka patted her back softly and slowly stands up, then she said to her in a warm tone,
"I am setting up the tub for you, dear.. You can finish and come to the bath straight away. Please don't bother to do the dishes! You need to have a good night's rest too!!"
Akane gently beamed at her and nodded her head.
"Thank you, Obasama.."*
Nodoka finished cleaning the dishes as she wipes her hands on a dry fabric to dry her hands. After she told Akane that her bath is ready, she didn't take long and ran to take her bath. She made sure to pass Akane a fresh towel and one of her oversized kimonos, if she wanted to wear it. After that, she quickly finished her chores and got ready to go to bed with Akane. Suddenly her foul mood filled with happiness with the presence of Akane. She doesn't know how long she is going to stay with her , but she wants to enjoy every minute of it with her... Nodoka sighs as she slowly starts to go up the stairs to prepare their bed for the night. However, she could only take a few steps as all of sudden she had to stop as she heard a knock on her front door.
She paused for some moment, too scared to open the door to find out that Gemma is standing here. He is the last person she wanted to see at that moment. And she knows that if Akane found out that Genma has returned home then, she might not want to stay here anymore! She started to contemplate what she should do next. But before she could do anything she again heard the knocking on the door.
She took a big breath and started walking with a strong determination. She doesn't care if it's Genma or not! But If she sees him in the doorway, she will make sure that he leaves this place before Akane finds out about him. With this in her mind, she took her Katana in her hand and quickly went to open the door.
The scene that welcomed her was something that she was not expecting for. Ranma was standing at her doorway, his head was down as he was looking at the floor. His eyes have bags on them and his whole feature looks completely broken. Nodoka didn't ask him anything and noticed that Akio was standing beside him. Akio slowly laid his hand on his shoulder and said in a warm tone,
"Hey, man! Just chill! This is not the end of the world! I promise I will call them as early as possible and explain everything to her, okay? You just go and take some rest! I need you to be back to your full strength tomorrow.."
Ranma closed his eyes and released a big breath; then without saying anything to anyone, he slowly entered his house. His steps were slow, his movements swaying a bit as he walked past his mother.
Nodoka noticed his son's devastating state as she followed his every movement with her hard eyes. Then when she saw him reach the hall, she called out to him in a strong tone,
"Don't even think of entering the house without cleaning yourself first!"
Ranma paused in the hallway, but didn't turn to face her. Akio got panicked at that as he urgently said to her in a hushed whisper tone,
"Mrs Saotome! Please don't be too hard on him.. He needs your support.. Please don't.."
Nodoka silently held her one hand up to indicate Akio to stop talking, then she again said to Ranma,
"Go and take a bath first; then you can go to your room, Ranma.."
Ranma shoulders were slumped in a defeated manner.He sighs tiredly and quietly followed her order as he silently started walking towards the washroom.
From the doorway, Akio stood with a stunned face as he saw Ranma slowly walking towards the washroom. He again looked at Nodoka in disbelief as he became completely stunned to see a smile on her face. He growled in annoyance as he said in a bitter tone,
"I told you Ranma is not in the right state of mind! Why are you being so hard on him, Mrs Saotome? This poor guy is innocent! I know everything about it! And now Akane is gone too! Can you imagine what he might do in his depressed state!! And Oh Kami, why are you smiling like this!! You should be by his side comforting him, not smiling at his devastated state!!"
Nodoka giggled hearing that as she turned to face Akio with a big smile on her face.
"Because I know something that you don't know, dear.."
"Huh..!"
She giggled again and said,
"You will find out soon too…"
At that exact moment, a loud scream came out from the direction of the washroom. It didn't take long for Akio to realize whose voice it belongs to. He took a sharp surprised breath as he asked her in complete disbelief,
"Is that Akane's voice!!? But.."
Before he could ask her anything anymore, they heard some loud footsteps as they both turned to the hallway to see the commotion. At first they saw Akane running away towards the stairs, with a towel tightly wrapped around her body. And within a fraction of seconds, Ranma also came running to them, a towel wrapped securely around his waist, his clothes in his hands as he stared at his mother with his big stunned eyes. He was breathing heavily, he wanted to ask his mother lot of questions, but it was as if he had lost all his ability to speak anymore. He stood at the hallway completely speechless, as he kept looking at Nodoka with absolute disbelief..
Nodoka bits her lower lip to control her smile as she tried her best to stand with a hard exterior in front of him. She crossed her arms in front of her chest as she said in a hard tone,
"Look son, I still don't know what is right and what is wrong here. But you have asked me to help you to reach Akane! So I have helped you to reach her.."
He didn't let her finish her statement as he said in a breathless tone,
"I didn't ask you to help me to reach her like this!! You knew she was taking bath then why.."
"Look Ranma, I knew she is here and I also know that now she would want to leave soon because she saw you now. And if you want to keep standing here complaining like a kid, it's your choice.. Remember honey, time and stitch wait for none.. You are just wasting your precious time standing here!"
Hearing that, Ranma gulped hard, but he didn't waste any more time standing there as he quickly ran to the direction of the stairs to reach Akane as fast as he could.
Seeing that, Nodoka giggled again as she turned to face Akio with a warm smile. She saw him smiling too as she said in a warm tone,
"Thank you for taking care of my son, Akio. I am so happy that my son has such a nice and caring friend like you.."
Akio shook his head while smiling at her as he said,
"I am just glad that she came back, Mrs Saotome! Honestly, this is the first time I have become so scared for someone and saw someone so lost and broken.. But now that she is here, I know everything will be just fine.."
Nodoka smiled at him and nodded her head. Then she asked him in a serious manner,
"Dear, I know it's late but, would you please tell me what happened with Ranma? It seems like you know everything.."
Akio nodded his head and said,
"Yeah I know everything.. And I will be happy to tell you everything I know.."
"Shall we talk outside then?"
Akio agreed as Nodoka went outside with him as he began to explain to her every single detail he knew about this whole misunderstanding….*
It didn't take Ranma long to reach Akane. She was inside his room and she had locked the door. He tried to hear her voice by putting his ear on the door, but all he could hear was some shuffling sound coming out from the room. He tried to knock several times , but no matter how gently he knocked, no response came out from the other side of the door.
While waiting for Akane to respond to his call, he hastily somehow managed to put his clothes on. He is already feeling way too embarrassed about the whole scenario. When he reached the washroom, he was completely absent-minded and that's why he didn't even notice that someone was already inside the tub. And when he opened the door to go to the tub, that's the exact moment he found Akane the way he saw her on the very first day they saw each other four years ago.. At that time, it felt to him as if he again started to daydream about her and it's nothing but his imagination. His reaction was natural as he kept staring at her with his desperate eyes. But when he heard Akane screaming fearfully, at that exact moment he realized that it's not his day dreaming! She is actually here! In Front of his eyes! And within his reach..! But before he could react to his sudden realization , he felt her soft hand pushing him away from the doorway as she flew away from the place quickly. He knows that he has to fix everything quickly and he doesn't want to make things more uncomfortable for any of them anymore. That's why he made sure to take his cloths with him before following after her.
He know that it's an embarrassing situation! But it's not the time to act on his embarrassment! For him , it's now or never! He have to make her listen to him, he have to make her understand his urgency. There is no going back now.. It's now or never…
He started knocking at the door more wildly as he began to desperately call out her name,
"Akane!! 'Kane! Please open the door!"
No answer came again*
"Akane!! Please!!"
knock knock!!*
"DAMN IT!! Akane please you have to listen to me!! Open the door!!"
bang bang bang*
"If ya don't let me explain, then how can I tell ya the truth!! Please open the door, Akane!!"
He urgently kept banging the door with no success.. After some moment he got completely pissed off at her and said in a harsh tone,
"DAMN STUBBORN TOMBOY!! OPEN THE DOOR!!"
'No answer'
Ranma growled angrily as a yelled out saying,
"AKANE.. I WILL BREAK THIS DOOR!! JUST OPEN THIS DAMN DOOR OR ELSE.."
"OR ELSE WHAT!!"
Suddenly, Akane slides the door open as she stares back at Ranma with her heated eyes. Ranma got silent after seeing her face from so close. He missed her so much, and looking at her beautiful face now, he couldn't utter any word to her as he kept looking at her, completely awestruck.
"Move!!"
"Huh?!"
"I said MOVE, Ranma! I don't have time for all this!"
At that exact moment Ranma noticed the baggage on Akane's hand. He looked at the bag and again looking up at Akane as he asked her,
"Why's this bag for?"
"I said MOVE!!" Akane replied with her greeted teeth.
"Keep yar bag aside , Akane.. We need to talk.." Ranma said in a serious manner.
"Excuse me?! Who are you to tell me what to do or not , huh? And why would I listen to you anyway?! I don't want to waste my time standing here, Ranma! And I DEFINITELY don't want to hear you anymore! SO GET OUT OF MY WAY!!"
"No!! I won't!" Ranma stubbornly blocked her way..
Akane growled angrily and tried to push him with force. But he took the chance and hugged her desperately as he said in a shaky whisper tone,
"You have to listen to me first, Kane !Please at least let me explain to you what happened! I am sorry. But you have to listen to me..!! Please please..."
Akane used all her strength and pushed Ranma hard to break their hug. Then she said with angry tears in her eyes,
"HOW DARE YOU TOUCH ME, SAOTOME!!"
" Kane! Please.."
"STOP CALLING ME THAT!!" Akane puts both her hands over her ears as she closed her eyes tightly. She began to take heavy breaths as she heatedly looked up at him. Then she started talking in a very quick motion,
"What do you think of yourself, huh ?? You are the infinite Ranma Saotome; man amongst men, the most good looking man on earth and any girl will fall at your feet to beg you for your love?! Listen carefully, I am not that type of girl, Ranma! And DON'T you dare think of me like that!"
Ranma tried to intervene desperately, but she was talking way too quickly, not giving him any space to make his point to her anymore. Her voice sounded insane, her voice shaky , breath uneven as she kept looking at him with wide heated eyes.
"Don't you dare think that I have come here to meet you, Ranma Saotome! I came here to see if my Obasama is doing fine or not! Don't be too much happy thinking that I have come here to beg you for your love!! No! I would never come to you to beg for your love!! I am not desperate like your other fiance! I don't need you!! You hear me?! YOU MEAN NOTHING TO ME!!!"
"Akane please..I am sorry."
"Sorry!! Yeah.. yes, OF COURSE you are sorry!! This is what you have said to me that morning too , you remember?"
"THAT'S NOT WHAT I MEANT TO SAY TO YA..!!!! "" Saying that he desperately laid both his hands over her shoulder as he said in a pleading tone, "For God's sake give me a chance to explain to you.. That morning I said sorry because.."
"JUST STOP!! I DON'T WANT TO HEAR ANY MORE LIE FROM YOU, YOU PERVERT!!" Akane slapped him hard on his face as she harshly said to him, "I DON'T BELIEVE YOU ANYMORE, RANMA!! YOU HEAR ME!! YOU WERE SORRY TO BE WITH ME THAT NIGHT, AND THE SAME DAY I FOUND YOU HAPPILY IN UKYO'S BEDROOM !! YOU CHEAT, YOU CASANOVA!! AND NOW YOU HAVE GUTS TO STOP ME!! Don't you dare, Ranma!! Don't you dare try to stop me ever again!!"
Saying that with a harsh whisper tone, she pushed him hard again and began to walk away with her baggage in her hand.
Ranma observed everything silently at first, too shocked by her sudden outburst. Then when he saw her walking away from him again, he completely lost his cool. He angrily growled at her and quickly ran after her. He grabbed her arm hard and made her stop walking,
"Hey!! LEAVE ME, RANMA!! LET ME GO..!!"
"OVER MY DEAD BODY!!" He yelled at her and forcefully pulled her towards his room. Akane kept hitting him and pushing him away, but it was as if his body had suddenly become like an iron and no hit is affecting him anymore.
"LEAVE MY ARM , RANMA!! LET ME GO.."
Akane kept screaming at him, but he didn't listen to her and kept walking while pulling her alongside him. He reached his room with her and instantly closed the door behind him. He tightly grabbed both her arms and cornered her on a wall. He pushed her on the wall, making it impossible for her to escape him anymore as he stood closer to her body. He was breathing heavily, just like she was having difficulty taking breath. She still tried to act tough in front of him as she looked up at him with strong determination.. Then taking some deep breaths, she said to him in a harsh whisper tone,
"You can't force me to do anything, Ranma. Leave… my… arm!!"
Ranma tightened his hold on her arms as he harshly whispered back to her,
"I WON'T let ya go until ya listen ta me!!"
"I DON'T want to hear anything from a betrayer!"
"I am NOT a betrayer, Kane!! Now STOP being damn stubborn and listen to me..!!"
Akane again tired to remove his hand from her arms, but it was as if the more she moved, his force on her arms increased in intensity. Akane started to feel pain from his touch, her heart started to throb in anticipation as she fearfully looked up at his intense eyes,
"Ranma please, leave me.. You are hurting me.." Akane whispered in a pain-filled tone as she looked down at her arm while sobbing defeatedly .
"What about the pain that you are causing me with your harsh words, 'Kane?" Ranma whispers back with a broken tone as he loosened his hold on her arm.
Akane's heart pinched with absolute distress when she heard the painful way he asked her that question.. She started crying softly as she slowly looked up at Ranma with much calmer eyes. Ranma took it as a good sign as he gently held her shoulders and said in an anguished filled tone,
"How many times are we going to repeat the same mistake again and again, Akane? How many times are we going to question each other for the things that's not our fault! How many times are we going to push ourselves away from each other? We always say that we trust each other and we are closer to each other than anyone else. Then why do we doubt each other so intensely?"
Hearing Ranma's words, Akane started to sob more as she averted her eyes from him. Ranma sighs painfully as he gently laid his hands over her wet cheeks and made her look at him ; then he told her in a broken tone,
"I can't force ya to trust me, Kane.. But would ya believe me if I tell ya some bitter truth? Would ya believe me, if I tell you that Ukyo had been giving me sleeping pills for the last two days?"
Akane took a sharp breath of surprise as she looked at him with her stunned brown eyes.. Ranma's head began to swirl as he suddenly became uncomfortable standing there. His emotions suddenly become too intense for him which made his heart throbbing painfully. He shook his head and tried to take some deep breaths to control his unfocused sense.. Then he began to say again with his unsteady tone,
"Would you believe me, if I tell ya that whatever you saw that night, was nothing but a well-played trick on ya? I was unconscious at that time, Kane! Konatsu had used sleeping gas on me and Ukyo, she took the chance and planned this whole dirty idea and tricked ya to believe that I have betrayed you… But.. But that's not true!! I can never betray you, Kane.. I was unconscious at that time!! Tell me Akane, will you believe me if I tell you that I had been unconscious for two days at her house? Ukyo knew that you would leave with your aunt and she wanted to make sure that I don't get any chance to stop ya from leaving and that's why she….."
Ranma rapidly blinked his eyes to control his emotions as he whispers in a shaky tone,
"I know that I am a baka! I know I always behave like a jerk with you.. But tell me Akane, have I ever lied to ya? How could you believe that I would backstab you with another woman?.. How could ya blame me so intensely..? How could ya doubt me?" Ranma sighs tiredly as he closes his eyes. He started to feel dizzy for some reason, and without any hesitation, he rested his head over Akane's forehead; then he began to whisper to her again,
"I am sorry.. I shouldn't have questioned ya like that, but.. That's what we do all the time, isn't it? Blaming each other, venting our frustration out at each other without thinking about how that might hurt the other person. Like the stupidity I did that night.. If I hadn't acted like a thick-headed dumb stubborn person and listened to you before going to Ukyo; these things wouldn't even come to us! That's the main problem with us, Kane! We don't listen to each other! We both are so egotistical and stubborn baka that we let others play with our feelings.. That's the main problem with us, Akane….. Now also, you are too mad at me that you didn't even give me a chance to explain myself. Like the way I didn't let you explain yourself that night, because I was mad at you! ; "
Still with his eyes closed, he started to breath unevenly as he told her in a fragile tone,
"If you… If ya still have doubts about me.. You can call Akio and ask him, you trust him, right? He will tell ya everything.. Just please.. Please don't leave me alone! Don't punish me for something that's not my fault, Kane! My only fault is that I didn't listen to you and I acted foolishly with my blinded rage! And I promise you… I promise you…that I won't..".
Ranma was having difficulty talking as he said to her in shaky tone,
"I won't repeat my mistakes again, Kane.. Please give me another chance.. Please; please don't leave me… I can't.. I can't live without ya.."
Ranma's heart became too heavy with emotions. His fear of losing her was killing him. He doesn't even know how he would live without her if she chose to leave him again. Her silence was making him more nauseous. He wanted to cry in distress; but he is trying to hold his tears with every power he has left.. But it was as if he was losing all his power to hold himself in check , he couldn't even hold himself to stand straight anymore.. He slowly dropped down on his knees in front of her and defeatedly, hung his head low..
Akane looked down at Ranma in complete disbelief! He looked absolutely shattered at that moment. His bangs were hiding his expression from her, but the way his shoulder shook from time to time, she could tell that he had lost all his control over his tough shell that he always put over his behavior. She never saw him shattered like this before, she could never imagine that her sudden disappearance could cause him to be devastated like this.. She doesn't know what she should do next; if she should believe him or not.. But only one thing she has become sure of.. and that is….
She kneeled down in front of him. The darkness of the room was doing wonders over this anguish atmosphere.. She laid her shaky hands over his wet cheeks and made him look at her. Then she said in a trembling tone,
"You are such a fool, Ranma!!! Stupid…stupid... insensitive jerk thick-headed….dumb.. baka..baka..baka…!!!"
Saying that with her broken voice, she hugged him as tightly as she could. He released a big sigh of relief as he rested his head over her warm chest and hugged her tightly. She sat over his lap and clutched him tightly as she started sobbing while hugging him. They stayed like this for several moments, hugging eachother, seeking comfort in eachother's warmth. After several moments, Akane said in between her sobs,
"I want to trust you, Ranma.. I really want to blindly believe what you are saying to me right now.. I don't have to ask anyone.. I believe you, Ranma.. I trust you.."
Ranma's eyes were still closed as he tightened his hold on her, then he said in an unsteady tone,
"How could you do this to me, Akane? I know you were mad at me, but if you wanted to punish me for that then why didn't you hit me? Where is your damn mallet when I need it! You should have beat me to pulp for my mistake; why did you decided to leave without telling me, Kane? When I heard that you have already left me, I didn't know what to do anymore.. I became completely insane!! I looked for you everywhere, but I couldn't find ya anywhere.. Do you have any idea what you did to me?! I could almost feel that.. that I am dying without ya..."
Akane sniffed and replied in a weak tone,
"You are being selfish, Ranma and only talking about yourself! You can't even imagine what I had to go through for these last two days... True or not, I still saw you in her bad! And for two days you were missing too, Ranma! Do you have any idea how much I have suffered because of that, Ranma? I have bagged you to listen to me, but as always you acted on your impulse and left me without listening to me.. In the end, I was the one who had to suffer the viciousness. If what you are saying is the truth , then You have searched for me and felt the pain only for few hours!! The pain is nothing compared to what I had to go through! You felt that you were dying, while I made myself completely shut down from life… I don't want to feel this pain again, Ranma.. I can never deal with this heartache anymore.."
She again made him look at her as she said In a whisper tone,
"I am warning you, Ranma Saotome.. If you hurt me like this ever again then…"
Ranma didn't let her finish and hugged her with force.. He inhaled deeply from the crook of her neck as he hoarsely whispered back to her,
"I would rather kill myself then hurt your feelings anymore, Kane!"
Akane wrapped her arms around his neck and whispers into his ear,
"You don't have to work hard for that, I will do the job for you if I ever see you close with any other woman than me.."
Ranma smirks breathlessly as he hides his face at the crook of her neck. Akane smiled fondly, she knows that Ranma is crying at that moment and she won't say anything to him, because she wants him to rely on her to trust her enough, so that he can always cry onto her shoulder if he ever feels valuable..
"I love you, Akane.. I love you so much.."
Hearing Ranma's unexpected confession, made Akane completely dumbfounded! She knew that this was coming, that maybe soon they would confess to each other, but she never thought that he would confess to her this fast! Leave it to Ranma to act romantic suddenly, she has to get used to this side of him. She had been waiting to hear him say that to her for years.. And after all these heartbreaking situations she had to go through, she realized that this is the only thing that could help her to forget all the insane things she had felt for the last two days. Her heart started to beat hard as she blushed furiously. She wrapped her arms more securely around him as she whispers to him in a warm tone,
"Do you even realize what you have said to me right now?"
Ranma smirked again and replied back to her,
"Yeah.. I have realized how much of a baka I am that it took me this long to say the obvious!" He give a big sigh as he said,
"It felt so natural to me, Kane! It felt to me as if I have said this to you a thousand times already!! This is really weird..!!"
Akane smiles slyly at that as she replied in a playful tone,
"Ummhmm.. You are right! So maybe.. you have heard my reply a thousand times already, Ranma.. Well, that saves the day for me, I don't have to say anything to you then.."
Ranma pauses for some moment and starts calculating what she meant by saying that.. After some moments has passed when he finally realized what she meant to say, he got nervous as he told her hastily,
"Hey! That's not acceptable! You have to tell me that you love me back, tomboy!!"
Akane giggled softly as she replied playfully,
"I told you, Ranma, I have already confessed to you thousand times..!!"
Ranma pouted in annoyance and said loudly,
"No!! You haven't said nothing to me, Tomboy!! And that's not fair!!"
Akane pretended to sigh tiredly as she broke their hug and looked at him in the eyes. Then she asked him in a soft tone,
"What do you want to hear from me, huh?"
"Uhh.. That.. That may be you.. That.. That.. I.. L.. That.."
"That I love you too?"
"Ya that.." Ranma stopped his nervous rumbling as his face lit up with happiness. "Really?"
"Still have doubts, Mr Saotome? After what I have done just to be by your side..?"
Ranma gulped as he answered back quickly,
"No doubt at all, tomboy!!" He looked at her eyes and asked her in newfound hope, "So.. Does that mean that you have forgiven me and ya won't leave me?"
Akane pretended to think hard about this matter as she sighs and said,
"Umm about that.. Oh honestly Ranma, did you leave me with any other choice, huh?" She warmly smiled at him and gave a soft kiss on his lips. She quickly broke their kiss and whispers lovingly to him, "I need you too, Ranma. I can pretend it but I can't live without you anymore.."
Ranma's heart started to beat painfully at the force of emotions he was feeling for her. She is driving him completely crazy. The way she is looking at him, her caramel brown eyes, her small nose, her blushing cheeks, her rosy lips, as he kept looking at her, he was slowly losing himself in her sheer beauty. Without thinking about what he was doing, he confessed to her in a whisper tone,
"You are so beautiful, Kane.."
Saying that, he slowly started to lean closer to her to kiss her again. His passion was making him completely intoxicated, he could feel that he is slowly losing his sanity. But when he reached an inch apart from her lips, she quickly laid her slander finger over his lips to stop him from kissing her.
He got shocked as he asked her in a soft tone, which came out as a moan instead,
"Hey!! What are ya doing, Kane? You have forgiven me, right? Then why are ya stopping me!"
Akane sweetly smiled at him and said,
"Sorry Ranma, but you are not allowed to do it with me.."
Ranma growled in disbelief as he again tried to capture her lips. But to his surprise, she simply stood up from his lap and started making separate beds for each of them.
Ranma was breathing heavily. His raging hormones were driving him crazy.. Her every simple movement was causing him to burn with desire. When he saw that she had set up two separate beds, he growled in annoyance and asked her,
"But ya have kissed me just now; then why can't I kiss ya back?"
Akane yawned and said while sitting over her futon,
"Because I was not sorry that day, you were.. So, no touching is allowed from your side until you stop feeling sorry about it.."
Ranma stood up in a haste and told her in a whiny tone,
"Hey!! I was not sorry!!"
Akane arched her eyebrow at him and said,
"You said sorry to me, Saotome.."
Ranma started stuttering in nervousness as he said,
"Yes! But I was.. It's just.. It's because.."
"It's because you thought that you had forced me and blah blah blah.. isn't it Ranma?"
Ranma gulped hard and said,
"Yeah.."
Akane gave a big sigh as she shook her head and said,
"Lame excuses, again and again! Look Mr Saotome, I may have forgiven you.. but I still haven't forgiven you for that day.. Do you even understand how that 'sorry' sounded to me?!! I can never forgive and forget that day so easily, Mr.. So be sorry for it for the rest of your life! And don't you dare try to touch me again and be sorry for it.."
Ranma's mouth opened and closed like a fish out of the water.. He saw with his stunned eyes, she elegantly fixed her hair and then laid on her futon. She tucked herself head to toe inside her cover, saying only,
"Good night, Ranma.."
That triggered something inside him as he growled like a wild animal and jumped to sleep beside her. He covered her full body with his, making her cry out in surprise. She half-heartedly tried to push him away from her as she began to giggle seeing Ranma's reaction. Ranma smirked at her childish stubbornness as he snatched the sheet out from her face. Akane pouted up at him and asked him breathlessly,
"What do you want, jerk!?"
"I want you, you uncute tomboy!"
Akane again swiftly kissed him on his lips and took his shock as a chance to turn from him and hide inside the cover again. While giggling to herself she said..
"Nope! You are not allowed, Ranma!!"
Ranma was shocked at first, but when he heard her cheerfully lively soft giggling ,his heart melted immediately and his shock instantly turned into overwhelming love for her.. He warmly embarrassed her and kissed her head over the sheet and said politely,
"I love you, Kane.. I love ya a lot.."
A/N: Before being an author, I never knew that my imaginations is so dramatic! I never knew that I could cause emotional rollercoaster type feelings in people's hearts. I never knew that I could ever write my imagination in "English"!
Honestly, I can't write any action fics, that's not my cup of tea.. My English is poor, despite knowing that I took the risk to come out to you guys for the love of my favorite couple! Trust me, I love this couple so much! My story may be dramatic, it's maybe full of emotions, full of grammar and spelling mistakes ;p… but in my fic this couple will never get separated! Yes, maybe separated for a few times like "Love you again"; but at the end they will always find happy endings.. With all these flaws, if you guys accept me as an author , I will continue writing for you all.. Because I have lots of future ideas for Ranma and Akane fics, and if you guys say that you guys are ready for the drama , I can think of the future fanfics..
Anyway, this is not the ending. maybe one or two chapters.. :) I hope this chapter makes you happy:)... See you soon..
