Jerry woke up after another secseful day on outsmarting Tom. And he was about to go and see what was going on today.

Tom on the other hand was waiting for Jerry to make his way out. He had an idea for him. This time one that'll catch him.

Jerry pocked his head out form his hole, but just as he did,

BONK!

Something had hit him. And before he knew it, he was sucked into it. And he knew it was Tom's doing.

"HA! I got you now!"

"Hey! Let me out of here you no good pussy cat!"

"I could. But I won't. You see, I've discover these special balls that can store anything inside of them if it's big or small."

"Whatever! LET ME OUT!"

"Nope."

What Tom doesn't know was that it was a PokeBall that he used on Jerry. Until Jerry had managed to burst out of it. In truth, PokeBalls don't normally work on normal animals like Tom and Jerry.

"Oh so that's how you wanna play?" Ton asked with an evil smurck on his face.

"You're not the only one who found the use of these balls."

Jerry pulled out another PokeBall and opened it as a huge piano came flying out and SMASH! Right on top of Tom as they hit the wall and flatten him.

Just as the piano fell, Tom popped back to his old self as he pulled out another ball. The moment he tossed it, it opened as a driverless car came out of it. But Jerry quickly moved away in time as the car crashed through the wall.

Soon, they were tossing more balls as many things went flying out of them. Mallets. Bikes. Heavy Weights. You name it. Until both of them ended up leading their chase out of the house.

"What in the world is going on in here?!" Ms. Two-shoes asked as she walked downstairs to the kitchen. "Thomas! That better not be you or that mouse in the ice box!"

When she arrived at the kitchen, she saw the mess of PokeBalls and many other things. All the cupboards and pantries and glasses and China and even the sink and the fridge were all busted.

The dining room and the living room were the same. Everything was busted. Mrs. Two-shoes picked up one of the PokeBalls and saw some grey fur on it.

"THOMAS!"

Ash was sleeping silently with the newly evolved Pikachu. Today was the day. Now that Ash and Chloe are 10 years old, they can go on a journey as Professor Cerise's Research Fellows.

As the years went on, Chloe had always visited Ash from Vermillion City. They never stopped being friends even when times were rough. Pikachu was over joyed to see Eevee whenever Chloe visits. Eventually, Pikachu and Eevee had fallen in love. And although Ash and Chloe hadn't admitted it, they had feelings for each other as well.

Last year, Professor Cerise had invited Ash and his mother to the opening ceremony of the lab he set up in a mansion in Vermillion City after he became an officle Pokemon Professor. Ash was pleased because he and Chloe kept their word to be her fathers Research Fellows. And now that he has an officle Pokemon Lab, that can now be the case.

Of course, that was also when Ash finally got to meet Goh. A boy who was almost like him. The two of them became quick friends at the time.

Just as Ash opened his eyes, he went to his closet and changed into his trainer clothes.

"Pika?" He heard Pikachu ask the moment he woke up.

"Today's the day buddy. We don't wanna be late."

"Pika Pika!" Pikachu cheered happily.

BAM!

"Huh?'

Ash and Pikachu quickly ran out the front door to see what happened. And right from his neighbors house, Tom and Jerry had busted out from the front door With PokeBalls and lots of things flying out of them.

"Whoa! That's crazy!" Ash shouted. "I thought those kind of animals only existed in cartoons!"

Tom and Jerry continued their battle all over Pallet Town as Ash and Pikachu followed them. Until they had reached the river near the outskirts of the town. Both of them were in the tall grass. And their battle had caused a many people in Pallet Town to see what they were doing.

"You think this is over?!" Tom asked with an evil grin on his face.

"I have one last trick for you!" Jerry said also with an evil grin.

Both of them jumped to toss their balls. Until they ended bumping into each other as they fell and their balls opened. An Onix and a Charmander were seen close by as a power generator came out of Jerry's and a bus out from Tom's.

The generator flew onto the Onix and both of them fell into the river. And electrified the river which also hurt the Onix. The bus meanwhile hit the Charmander and they hit a tree with a big BANG!

Just as Tom and Jerry were about to get up,

"THOMAS!"

The screaming voice of Mrs. Two-shoes made both of them jump and toss their balls. Jerry's hit the Onix and Tom's hit the Charmander. Both Pokemon were then put into the balls. Just as they began to shake, Mrs. Two-shoes had approached them. But stopped.

"Oh no they didn't."

DING!

"Did you see that?" A man from the crowd asked.

"That cat and mouse just caught Pokemon." Said a woman.

"What?" Tom and Jerry asked.

"Oh yes they did." Mrs. Two-shoes said in shock.

"My neighbor his the crazyest pets I've ever seen." Ash said as Professor Oak aprotched them.

"I gotta admit, you two were brillient. Never have I've known that normal animals can catch Pokemon. And I was wondering what happened to Charmander."

"Poke who?" Jerry asked.

"Poke what?" Tom asked.

"You two come with me to my lab and I'll tell you everything. Best you come along too Ash. Professor Cerise will be arriving any minute now."

At the lab, Tom and Jerry were sitting on chairs as Ash and Professor Oak explained to them.

"So these balls aren't just for sotring things?" Jerry asked.

"They were to be shiped to me to be given to Pokemon Trainers but an acsident happened and the balls went missing. Go ahead and toss them and you'll see."

So both of them tossed their balls and the Onix and Charmander came out.

"What you boys are looking at are an Onix and Charmander. Two of the many Pokemon to exist in our world. To some, Pokemon are like normal animals and can be great pets. And some use thm for work. Others use them for battles and form close bonds with them. As for me, I study the ways of Pokemon. Of course, nobody knows everything about Pokemon. Their are many secrets srounding us about them."

"Hang on." Said Ash. "Professor, what was Charmander doing there in the first place?"

"To answer your question Ash, one of the Pokemon in the ranch chased him out while I was feeding him along with Bulbasaur and Squirtle. It was in fact, the Onix that had been captured."

Ash looked back at Tom and Jerry and was now shocked.

Just then, the door opened up as Professor Oak's grandson Gary walked in.

"I'm tired of waiting Gramps! When am I gonna pick out my Pokemon?!"

"Pationts Gary. You'll get to pick out your Pokemon soon enough."

By then, the door opened again. Professor Cerise had arrived with Chloe and Goh.

At this moment, Chloe was wearing a white knee laungh short sleeved dress with blue anchors on the sides as well as a neck collar and yellow ribbon. On her shoulder was Eevee who Pikachu was happy to see.

Goh was a boy with light tan skin and messy ravon black hair and blue eyes. His clothes were a dark grey T-shirt with a red PokeBall design on it and black jeans.

"Ah. Good to see everyone's here." Said Professor Cerise.

"You're just in time Professor Cerise." Said Professor Oak. "This pussy cat and little mouse just pulled off catching Pokemon."

"Oh they did."

"Hey. it's been a while seens we've seen each other." Said Goh. "How's it going Ash?"

"It's going good. And you're just in time to meet Tom and Jerry. The first normal animals to become Pokemon Trainers."

Goh and Chloe raised an eye brow as they looked at Tom and Jerry who were seen talking to Professor Cerise.

"Did I hear that right?" Chloe asked smerking. "How did this happen?"

"So that's what Pokemon Trainers are." Said Jerry. "But Research Fellows? That sounds like fun."

"Indeed. I'll be glad to let you join as my Research Fellows like Ash, Chloe, and Goh are."

"If you're for real, we'll do it." Said Tom.

"Right then. You'll be needing these."

By then, Professor Cerise gave them each a smart phone. Ash had a red one while Chloe's was white with a blue anchor on the back of it to match her dress. Goh also ended up getting a red one. While Tom and Jerry were given ones that match their fur colors.

"Smart phones?" Tom asked.

"Not just smart phones."

And then, Professor Cerise opened a case and five Rotoms zipped out of it.

"Those are Rotoms." Said Ash.

And then, one by one, the Rotoms entered the phones as they all sponed the top and bottom of Rotom. However, Jerry's phone shrank to the perfect size for him which was a surprise to both professors.

"How did that happen?" Professor Cerise asked.

"That's a good question even I don't know the answer to." Said Jerry.

"These Rotom Phones are the latest moddle of the PokeDex from the Galar Region." Said Professor Oak. "They can reconize any known Pokemon through out the world."

"I want one of those phones!" Gary shouted.

"No can do Gary. Only Research Fellows are aloud Rotom Phones in the Kanto Region."

"Why can't I be one?" Gary asked. "Oh never mind. I came for my Squirtle."

Gary then walked to the ball capsle and grabbed the said Pokemon. And then,

"You there." He said to Tom.

"Me?"

"Yes you. I challenge you to Pokemon Battle."

"A battle?"

"You heard me. A Pokemon Battle."

"What do I do in these...Pokemon Battles?"

"You tell your Pokemon a move and they'll use the move you told them." Said Ash. "Your PokeDex can scan your Pokemon for a move."

Tom then turned on the Rotom Phone's PokeDex app and scaned Charmander.

"Charmander. The flame Pokemon. A fire type. It has a preference for hot things. When it rains, steam is said to spout from the tip of its tail which burns a flame from the day its born. If that flame goes out, its life would end.

Gander: Female

Cerent level: 5

Ability: Blaze

Current Move stats: Scratch, Growl, Ember, Fire Fang, Dragon Brath, Slash, Fire Spin.

Egg moves: Bite, Dragon Rush, Iron Tail, Metal Claw, Counter, Dragon Tail

The egg moves have yet to be unlocked."

"Okay then." Tom said grinning. "Let's battle!"

Outside the lab, Gary and Tom were seen standing at the path. A crowd of people were outside the gate cheering for Gary.

"You go Gary!"

"You can do this!"

"Gary Gary he's our man! If he can't do it, no one can!"

"This will be a one on one battle between Pokemon Trainers Tom and Gary." Professor Oak said as he was the battles rephery. "There will be no time limet and the winner will be declared if ether side if unable to continue. Begin!"

"Alright Squirtle! Use Water Gun."

"Charmander! Dodge and use Slash!"

Just as Squirtle fired the Water Gun, Charmander managed to dodge the attack and slash Squirtle on his head.

"Squritle! Get up and use Water Pulse!"

"Roll out of the way!"

The moment Squirtle fired his Water Pulse, Charmander rolled away in time.

"Hydro Pump!"

"Jump and use Fire Fang!"

Squirtle fired the Hydro Pump but Charmander got away by jumping. And then, flames srounded her teeth as she then bit on Squirtles head. But do to Squirtle being a Water Type, the attack was not very efective.

"Is that all you got? Squirtle use Hydro Pump again!"

"I don't think so! Charmander use Dragon Brath!"

Before Squirtle fired another Hydro Pump, Charmander fired her Dragon Brath and,

BOOM!

Squirtle was knocked back and fell on his side.

"Get up! This battle's not over yet!"

Unfortintly for Gary, Squirtle failed to get back up as his eyes got swirly.

"Squirtle is unable to battle! The winners of this match is Tom and Charmander!" Said Professor Oak which got the crowd to gasp.

"He lost." The cheerleaders said upset.

"What? Unbelieveible! I picked the wrong Pokemon!"

"Gary there's no such thing as picking the wrong Pokemon."

"Is there? Well alright then Gramps. I'll make my Squirtle fight to toughen it up." Gary said earning chears from the crowd. "Thanks to all my fans. I promise to become a Pokemon Master and make the town of Pallet know through out the world."

"Gary." Professor Oak tried to say but,

"And next time I'll battle you Pussy Cat, I'll be even stronger." Gary said as he and the cheerleaders got into a car. "Smell you later."

And then, he drove off as the crowd left.

"What's up with him?" Jerry asked.

"His fame got so into him he thinks he knows everything while there are a lot of things he doesn't." Said Ash. "The resion why Tom won was because he and Charmander already developed a close friendship."

"And Gary didn't see his Squirtle as a friend." Said Chloe. "He only saw Squirtle as a tool to be used in battles."

"But what's wrong with friendship?" Tom asked. "In fact, Jerry and I are buddies right?"

"You and me friends?" Jerry asked smerking. "What made you think that?"

"Like remember when Mrs. Two-shoes thought I was too old to catch mice?"

"Oh yeah. We teamed up to get rid of Lightning that time."

"Ash!"

"Huh? Mom?" Ash asked as he turned to see Delia walking by with a Mr. Mime following her.

"Oh my little boy. You're finally going to fulfil your dream. But, I'm going to miss you."

Before they all knew it, she began to hand Ash his stuff and spoke really fast.

"I packed your Pajamas and extra clothes and nice clean underwear and socks and your favorite snacks and some hot chocolate in case you want something hot but be careful not to burn yourself and a pare of rubber gloves to do your laundry and a new clothes line to hage them out to dry,"

"Mom! Not in front of Chloe!" Ash shouted embaresed. "Don't you know I'm a big kid now? Pokemon trainers can take care of themselves."

"Uh Ma'am." Said Tom. "I think he's got a point. Besides, I think you're being a little..."

"Protective?" Delia asked as she raised an eye.

"Too much I think." Said Jerry.

"And Ash. Don't forget to change your underwire. Every signal,"

"Mom." Ash said feeling more embarrassed.

"Mr. Mime."

"Yeah. I'll miss you too Mimey."

I like this better than the original. I hope you do as well. Just for a heads up, this will be mix of both the anime and the games. And maybe the manga if I plan on it.

So as you saw in the Prologue, Ash actually managed to attend the first camp that he missed in cannon. But what about Serena you ask? Well, she doesn't exist in this story. Sorry to all you Amour shippers. But I do plan on making another remake of Ash's journey that evolves Amour shipping. So look forward to it in the future.

Also, why is Chloe going on a journey in her school uniform? Well, I really like her in that dress. So it's not really a school uniform in this story. Just a common dress. And as for why Goh wasn't at camp, he ended up falling ill on that day so he missed out.

So as you may have guessed, this story will evolve Bloombolt shipping (Ash x Chloe). As for Goh, well you'll see who he'll fall in love with. Of course I bet you all know who Tom and Jerry will fall in love with.
