Its been a couple of years since a family is all we need star and marco are high king and queen of mewni with the help of globgor and eclipsa
Star sat in her office reading some letters from the other kingdom's when she heard a knock at her door
Sigh*.." Who is it?" Star asked continuing her reading
"Um Star are you almost done in here we need to go to dinner " Marco asked
Star looked up" Oh hey marco yeah hold on let me just finish up this letter and I'll be ready to go "
"Ok ill just sit here " Marco sat in one of the chairs in front of her desk
"You know star you got to tell them tonight about a certain thing you keep avoiding "
Star looked up " yeah will tell them tonight but let me do it.We almost lost our big surprise "
"What do you mean?"
"Well today when I was with eclipsa she joked with me about when she should be expecting any grandchildren and I kinds almost let the cat out of the bag" Star said finishing up her reading
Marco laughed " Well you didn't tell her so everything is ok "
Star smiled " Alright am ready let's go "
Star and marco walked down the hall to the royal family dining room
"So how do you think they'll react to the news?" Marco asked
" Well globgor qill probably be very happy,Meteora will be happy cause she'll have someone to play with and Eclipsa will probably not leave us alone "
Marco looked at his wife " She already doesn't leave us alone "
"You know what I mean "
they reached the dining room and sat down next to eclipsa and globgor
Marco looked at meteora for a while as she talked to star
"So tell me star when can you and marco take me to see mariposa?" meateora asked
Star smiled "Well maybe soon but you'll have to ask mommy and daddy if it's ok"
Meteora turned and locked at her parents "Momma papa can they?"
Eclipsa looked at globgor who nodded then back to meteora
"Yes dear but not right now"
Eclipsa and star talked for a while then star straightened up in her chair
" Um eclipsa globgor I have some news" star said nervously looking at her adoptive parents
"Oh what is it dear?" Eclipsa asked looking at star and marco Suspiciously
"Well do you remember earlier when you and I where sitting on the couch in your office and you joked about when you should be expecting any grandchildren?"
Eclipsa nodded " Yes I remember "
" Well you remember I got embarrassed about it ?"
Eclipsa nodded
"Well um you see we are..."Marco put his hand on his face
" You might be grandparents in eight months " star said
Globgor eyes went wide " Say what?"
Meteora smiled "Am gonna be a cousin!?"
Eclipsa was grinning ear to ear " You mean to tell us that you are in fact pregnant?"
Star nodded " one month actually " Eclipsa dropped her plate on the table and hugged the two
"I knew I knew it,You two are going to make great parents"
Eclipsa said still hugging on to star
"Thanks eclipsa could you let go now your starting to hug me a little to hard " star said
Eclipsa let go but kept real close to her adoptive daughter
"Am sorry honey I didn't realize my own strength "
They continued to talk and meteora got up after being excuses from the table and got marco to come with her
Marco walked with meteora down to her room
" So what do you want?"
meteora smiled " I just want to ask when can we go to earth i really want to see mariposa "
Marco smiled "Soon I promise lets just get everything settled with the kingdom "
Meteora smiled " I really whus we can go now"
"We cant right now besides I think your mother wants to come "
" Why ?"
" I dont really know why but I think it has something to do with not wanting to leave star" Marco said
" Oh ok, well let's play" meteora said getting her toys
" Wait why am playing with you?" Marco asked confused
" You want to know how to play with your baby one day right? well am teaching you"
" But I have played with babies before you and mariposa "
Meteora rolled her eyes "Just play with me "
Back at the dining room star sat with eclipsa and talked
"So tell me dear when did you find out " Eclipsa asked
" A week ago I just didn't know how to tell everyone marco just found out the other day"
Eclipsa smiled " I cant believe it an going to he a grandmother "
Eclipsa hugged star again and kissed her cheek
" I wish mom was here I think she would be happy " star said
"She would have been very excited like me"
Eclipsa got up and walked down the hall with star
" So tell me when are you going to tell the daizes?"
" Soon i have some stuff to do frist " star said
"Hm are you going to take meteora?" Eclipsa asked
" Yeah of course and are coming this time?''
" yes ill come just me you marco and meteora just the four of us "
"What about globgor?" Star asked
" Someone got to stay here and run the kingdom dear and besides he doesn't want to come " Eclipsa said
"Oh busy with the high commission "
Eclipsa nodded
Eclipsa and star walked up to star's and marco's room
"Well night eclipsa am going to gets some rest " star said
but before star could open her door eclipsa grabbed her arm and hugged her again
" Good night sweetie I ove you " Eclipsa said then kissed her cheek
"Good night momma " star said
star walked in her room got her night gown and when she came back in her room maroc was already asleep
" Night marco "
"Hmm"
star cosed her eyes and went to sleep.
