As always, see bottom for notes.
"I will go with you. When will we leave? How will we all leave, surely Padmè's ship can't be that big or spacious, can it? Unless Hephaestus decides to use some magic to make the ship bigger on the inside than it is on the outside." Sally said, while looking at her son expectantly.
For his part, Percy just looked at his mom, "Well, given how urgent it is that Padmé gets back to her galaxy, as well as the fact that I need to evacuate my fellow demigods, perhaps that is what will happen. I could try and speak to him about it, but there's no guarantee that he would speed up his working or that he would put such magic on it." the demigod told his mother.
Reyna and Annabeth walked into the bedroom, and sat on the bed. Percy stood up and started pacing back and forth, from wall to wall. Deep in thought, his mind raced. Planning and plotting ideas and possible solutions to his problem. The only thing that really stuck out to him though, was having to speak to the forge god. It was the only possible solution. There was no other way. He would have to make another trip to Olympus.
Sighing, he turned back to his mother, Annabeth, and Reyna, and spoke, "Well I will head back to Olympus, and speak to the god of the forge. While I am there, you should get ready, because we need to have everything we are taking packed. Same goes for the two of you, also, send an Iris message to the camps, have them all get ready. We will, hopefully, be leaving tomorrow."
Having said his piece, the warrior walked out the door, through the living room, and the front door. Heading over to the alley, he looked around, and seeing the coast was clear, he turned into water, and vapor traveled to the empire state building. Upon his arrival, he entered the lobby, and stalked over to the guard. Not even bothering with asking for the card key, he reached over and grabbed it, then marched to the elevator.
Standing in the elevator, he kept listening to the song playing, it was stairway to heaven. Finally, after the song ended, the doors opened up, granting him access to the realm of the gods. He headed down to the palace of the forge god. Once he got there, he knocked on the doors, and waited to see if the god was here, he wasn't sure though, the god was more often than not, at one of his forges in the mortal plane.
'Then again, Zeus hasn't lifted the decree for the gods and goddesses to leave Olympus yet, with the exception of my father and Hades.' Percy mused to himself. Shaking his head, he opened his senses, trying to feel if there was any other living being in the palace. There wasn't, which meant the forge god wasn't here.
Rolling his eyes, he then vapor traveled to St. Helens. Figuring this would be the next best place to look, well actually it was the best place to look. The smith god once told him, that this was one of, if not, his favorite forges. He really should have looked here first.
He glanced around, his eyes narrowed, something was off here, he couldn't explain what it was, but he just knew, something was about to happen. He spun around, bringing Anaklusmos up, clang! The sound of blade meeting blade. Feeling something heading towards his back, almost like a sixth sense, he ducked and rolled to the right, as the being lunged forwards, and would have pierced him through the back, but instead got into the gut of what he was previously fighting.
Now that he was away from the opponents, he could appraise who, or what, it is that he was fighting. Looking around, he noticed he was surrounded. Surprisingly, the beings looked to be made in likeness to that of the Olympians. Fourteen of them, from Aphrodite to Zeus. They all had the exact features of the Olympians, the eye colors, the hair colors, the skin tone, the height. Hell, even the breasts looked to be the same size as their counterparts. Each of them wielded weapons that were meant to be the same as their counterparts.
'Well, hopefully that bolt, that helm, and that sword, don't mimic their counterparts exactly, otherwise this will be a very short fight.' Percy thought to himself, before sprinting right at the Zeus look alike. Said enemy just scowled, before rushing forward, pushing his arm forward, and an arc of electricity rushed towards the incoming demigod, making his eyes widen.
White hot, the lightning streaked towards him, he held his hand out, grasping at the raw electricity sizzling into the air, before spinning, and shooting it towards the Dionysus look alike. The wine dude never stood a chance, a loud BOOM! A large crater appeared, a dust cloud obscured the area. Percy used it to his advantage, he ran through, before sliding on his knees, to duck the sweep of Athena's spear, and then rolled to the side to avoid Ares' swing with his sword. Climbing to his feet, he managed to catch and hold Hera's spear, between his arm and rib cage, before swinging Anaklusmos down, breaking the spear in half. Hera, now caught off balance, stumbled, Percy, using that to his advantage, turned and jabbed the spear halves into her. One went through her chest, the other through her throat. His eyes widened, when instead of blood, or anything else like that spilling out, it was what looked to be oil, pouring out. Thick, black liquid, just oozed out.
'Alright, two down, twelve more to go. Come Percy, we got this!' the man thought to himself, before mentally reaching out, feeling what little bit of water was there, in the air, and pulled it towards him. Concentrating on the water, as well as where the other automatons were, he ran to the nearest one, Ares. Grinning to himself, he used the air, to disperse the dust and smoke, before using a little bit of the minuscule amount of water he gathered, and brought it down, causing some steam to envelope the ground. He slowly crept up behind the automaton of the war god, and spoke softly in his ear, "Guess who?"
The metal warrior quickly spun around, his sword being thrust where he thought the demigod was, only for him to miss Percy, who then touched the automaton's shoulder. Spinning around again, he caught sight of the demigod grinning at him, letting out a snarl, the robot lunged, but missed as the demigod burst into a puddle of water.
Feeling someone walking up behind it, the automaton thrust it's sword backwards, feeling and hearing the sound of something being pierced, it grinned. Turning around, it's eyes went wide, it hadn't hit Percy, no it got Hestia.
"Well, that's three...no, my bad, that's four down." Percy said, as he suddenly appeared behind the Ares automaton, with his sword going right through it's back, and out of it's chest, right where the heart would be, before cutting the head off.
'Damn, four down, ten to go. There's still my father, Hades, Zeus, Athena, Apollo, Artemis, Demeter, Aphrodite, Hermes, and Hephaestus. This is ridiculous! I don't understand, why would Hephaestus do this? Is this a test? If so, then I had better pass with flying colors!' the powerful warrior thought to himself grimly.
Feeling the ground rumble and shake beneath him, he glanced down, seeing the ground start to crack. He dodged out of the way, missing the thrown trident, only to receive a knee to the gut. His father's spitting image of an automaton, had run at him, after throwing his weapon, and slamming his knee up into Percy's gut, before smashing his fist into the back of his head, and kicking his body away.
Percy grunted, before getting up, and barely managed to bring his sword up, to block the trident from crushing his skull. He then had to fall to the ground, and had to quickly dodge to the right, in order to avoid the blows from Hades and Zeus.
He lunged forwards, and grabbed Poseidon, and spun him around, using the automaton as a shield, in order to avoid becoming a pin cushion for the archer twins. Throwing the now porcugodmaton to the twins, he ran towards them, seeing the Zeus automaton throw another arc of lightning, Percy quickly threw Anaklusmos into the ground, he then jumped on the pummel, into the air, and dodged the lightning, he punched Apollo in the face, and ended up using his other hand and taking Artemis down to the ground with him, landing on top of her.
"You know, in any other situation, I would imagine I would be the envy of a lot of other males, especially the satyrs, hell I would imagine even some females would kill to be in this position, but honestly? No robo. Sorry, but not my thing." he smirked, before holding out his hand, once Anaklusmos had returned, he drove the blade down into the automaton's face, dragging it down its body. Eliminating it, before rolling backwards, avoiding being smashed by the hammer of the forge god automaton. Leaving a decent sized crater.
Letting himself fully let loose, he spun around, focusing on creating and controlling a storm, he generated massive winds, becoming a cyclone of death and destruction. A thousand blades of pure, sharp wind, began circling around him, screeching, drowning out any other noises. Locating Demeter and Aphrodite, he used the winds he summoned, and shot two whirlwinds out, lifted them up, and crushed and sliced them up, thus leaving only six automatons to deal with.
Feeling himself become slightly tired, he started to pant a bit, he wasn't used to using his powers for this long. He had to end this quickly, before he got to exhausted.
'Damn, I really need to keep practicing my powers. This is to exhausting, and I still have Zeus, Poseidon, Hades, Athena, Apollo, and Hephaestus to deal with. Poseidon should be pretty damaged though, so that should be helpful.' Percy thought to himself.
Closing his eyes for a moment, to help with the disorientation, thanks to using his powers for so long, he stretched out his mind, his water abilities, trying to divine where the automatons were at. He felt two of them moving towards him, ducking and whirling around, he brought Anaklusmos up and sliced right through the Poseidon automaton, cleaving it into two. Thus bringing down his total enemies from six, to five.
Controlling the ground, he caused it to rumble and shake, making the Apollo automaton lose balance and stumble, quickly moving forward, he brought his leg up and spartan kicked it, making it sail backwards, and anchoring right into the lava pit, but not before he yelled out, "THIS IS SPARTA!"
Leaving four automatons to deal with. All of who were at perfect conditions, meaning this would be one of hell of a fight. Athena, and Hephaestus rushed towards him at the same time, while Zeus and Hades hung back. Zeus blasted lightning at him, while Athena and Hephaestus both tried to hit him. Athena dropping low and trying to sweep him with her spear, while Hephaestus swung his massive war hammer down, trying to brain him. He jumped up and back, Athena was clubbed in the head, while both she and Hephaestus got struck by Greek lightning.
He ran at Zeus, dodging blast after blast of lightning, before sliding on his knees, kicking Zeus' legs out from underneath him, and then kicking his body into Hades, sending them both tumbling across the ground. Athena and Hephaestus tried to attack him with his back turned, but it didn't work out very well for them. He caught Hephaestus' hammer, and leaned backwards, to avoid Athena's spear. Bending backwards, he launched a kick, and upon connecting with the forge god's automaton, he sent him into the air, before he got knocked down by Athena.
He rolled to the side, as Athena thrust her spear into the ground, getting stuck she fought for a moment to free her spear, he used that moment as vital time. He brought Anaklusmos up and slammed it down onto the spear, breaking it in half, making Athena go wide eyed, costing her, her life. Percy didn't hesitate, he took his sword, and jabbed it into her chest, through where her heart would be, then grabbed the shield she had, and smashed it down over her head. Picking up the two spear halves, he shoved them into her legs, bringing her down to her knees. Grabbing his sword, he shoved it up, right through her throat, and out of her skull. Her body crashed down to the ground.
Hephaestus' body crashed into a lava pit, leaving only two automatons left. Hades and Zeus. Two of the strongest Olympians. Evidently the two of them decided to just now, well in the Hades one's case, to just now start using their abilities, because the Zeus was blasting him with lightning, or rather trying to blast him with lightning.
Hades held out his arm, and closed his eyes. Darkness started gathering, shadows reaching out, forming ghostly hands, skeletal hands rose out of the ground, giant skeletal hands. The ground shook. A massive crack began to form, something was rising out of the ground. Something huge, beyond huge even. Dark clouds began to spin and whirl around overhead, thunder rumbled. Wind picked up, it started cooling rapidly. Zeus launched himself into the air, held his hand up, a brilliant, bright, white flash occurred, before a loud crackle, followed by blinding light, zapped down to earth, previously striking where Percy stood mere seconds before.
Taking his eyes off Hades for a moment, would have cost him, had he been any other demigod. Glancing back towards the automaton, his eyes went wide with shock, because Hades was standing on the shoulder, of a large as fuck, massive skeletal warrior, cloaked, and shielded by darkness. The giant, who was even bigger than Porphyrion, slammed one of it's hands down onto the ground, causing some of the lava to burst to the surface. Percy, seeing his chance, seized this opportunity, and ran up the hand and then climbed the arm, before sprinting towards the automaton.
Said automaton, just threw his hand out towards the climbing demigod, and the bones on the skeleton, jagged outward, in an attempt to skewer the young warrior. The automaton in the sky, did not care if it caught either the other automaton, or Percy, for another massive bolt of lightning came down, followed by two more. Red, purple, even black, a myriad of colors, flashed down and around the sword fighting demigod and his adversary.
Using the darkness as a weapon, the Hades automaton, grabbed Percy and threw him back, Percy just barely managed to grab a hold of one of the bones sticking out of the skeleton, and quickly used his legs and arms, to climb back up, he then threw Anaklusmos at the automaton, who used a bone to knock the blade of course, but he didn't pay attention. He was then tackled off the skeleton, and both fighters then crashed onto the ground, landing in one of the small craters in the ground. Picking up the blade the automaton dropped, Percy then stabbed him, right in the face, dragging it down, bisecting the automaton in half, going vertical, instead or horizontal.
Looking up, he took a moment to catch his breath. 'This is becoming both ridiculous, and tedious! When I see that forge god, I pray to the fates for patience to not run him through with Anaklusmos!' he thought somewhat exasperated and angrily.
Zeus' eyes lit up, bright blue with arcs of electricity flying from them. He slammed down into the ground, his fist punching the ground, leaving a crater. Glancing up, he then started to walk slowly towards Percy, before running at him. Percy met his run with his own run, the two leapt into the air, and their fists crashed into one another's.
The two were thrown back, the impact unleashing a small burst of wind. Zeus got up, his eyes still glowing and sparking. Percy getting to his own feet, just smirked, and shot at Zeus, "are you seriously throwing sparkles around right now? That's like really adorable."
This was apparently the wrong thing to say, because Zeus spun and threw his arms around, unleashing waves of lighting, before jumping into the air, spinning around like a cyclone, cloaked in wind and lightning, moving towards Percy like a drill, rotating fast and hard, Percy would have been killed, he knew that, so he focused on the sky, while he threw himself forward, safely landing on the ground, as Zeus flew overhead.
He could feel it, the clouds full of water, using his control over water, he brought all of that down, drenching himself and turning the tide of the battle to himself. As Zeus came spinning back, Percy used the wind and the water, causing Zeus to become encased in a block of ice. Once he was frozen completely, Percy made sure he froze over the pit of lava, he fell into the pit, the ice melting, along with the automaton itself.
Percy sighed, he was spent.
"That was exhilarating, and enjoyable, but exhausting. The only way I know to improve my stamina with my powers though, is to keep using them." he tiredly mused to himself, as he dragged his two feet to the cave entrance, collapsing inside it, to tired to move any further.
"It's not ideal, but I'm away from the heat, at least." he said out loud, before closing his eyes, resting for a moment.
Honestly, how was the fight scene? I tried, sorry if it sucked.
The next chapter, should be the one where they all get back to space. Just for the record, they (Padmé and co) have been on Earth, for about 2 days now.
If anyone wants a lemon between any characters, let me know, I will try to make it work, but I don't feel like I write lemons that well.
The harem is still open to thoughts/suggestions/ideas/choices. Just give valid reasons.
Villains would be nice as well.
Gotta say, I have some twists I want to include, but I am not sure how well they would be received.
