Author's Headnote: Let's see here I'll read the reviews and holy wall of text, Batman! That's a big one. I should have figured I'd get a complaint about the translators sooner or later, it could also be me not have a linguistic barrier for a large portion of the story, let's say they somehow deciphered Vytalean and that Cerberus' technology is somehow more advanced... that won't make you happy most likely, but I'll explain the rest in the story...

The Cordavire, December 10, 2174, 10:00 (Military Time), Saturday, Garage

Despite what Ruby would think... the storage depot is not behind the garage, it's at the side of it... armory being in the next room over... apparently Turian corvettes also double as marine transport vessels... which means that they need to get in that armored car, which is apparently called a 'Mako'.

But no less, Ruby and her team is armored up, and has their weapons at the ready, along with Gambrol shroud having ammunition for a test run... see if that blue powder does any miracles. Being that Ruby is not fond of the native weapons since they don't use ammo... she likes the more tradition, lead-spitting guns rather than some weird railgun or plasma gun... she's not sure what they're supposed to be... but to be sure, that it's not a laser. Which Ruby has to remind the rest of her ignorant team... that lasers travel at lightspeed, and if the projectile is not moving at lightspeed, it is not a laser! It'd be an energy bolt!

But incorrect analysis on projectiles aside. Ruby has a job to do... and given that Yang is driving... sure, Weiss could as well. But Yang is much better behind the Wheel. Weiss is only needed up front as well in case it's another stick shift. Which Ruby hopes it's not, because the ride back at Adek was one of the bumpiest she had ever had...

Out of curiosity... Ruby checked her scroll aaand... the batteries are dead. And there's nowhere to charge them, no less. Thankfully, she managed to copy over the data to her omnitool. However, none of the apps from the scroll work given the differences in technology AND that there's no CCTs to connect to. Though, the contacts is all she needed to contact the rest of her team whenever she needed it. Which is thankful.

Ruby had gotten in the Mako, and got the M-7 lancer ready, there's not much to repair Crescent Rose with at the time, so she needs to keep her little sweetheart safe. She was worried sick when she didn't have her with Ruby.

Character Change: Ruby Rose - Yang Xiao Long

CURRENT DRIVING SPEED: 0mph

INSTALLED WEAPONS: Machine Gun, design of the Vehicle prevents passenger support

On the road again... though, not moving... the reason they're not in the Cordavire because the ship has a ramp... guess this ship has a particular method of docking that it can't ramp down the car. No less... she kicked until she found the petals...

"Well?" Blake asked. Sitting in the back with Ruby.

"Hold on, I'm finding the gas petals..." Yang said, kicking her legs. She then looked down. "Huh..."

"Huh?" Weiss asked, who was also sitting in the back. It's one of those armored cars with benches in the back.

"There... isn't any gas petals..." Yang uttered.

And that means it's one of those cars with an esoteric method of handling. Yang doesn't know how to function a stick shift, which there isn't one here, thankfully otherwise Weiss would need to take the wheel since Weiss was far too close for comfort back at Adek.

So... she gets her omnitool and download an instruction manual to go through how to drive this thing. It's already in bad condition, and she much prefers it if she doesn't die behind the wheel. In which then Ruby sighs impatiently, and starts shaking her leg, it can be felt across the vehicle. That's how Yang knows it's Ruby, because it's far faster than most people...

"Ruby, stop shaking! you're going to kill us all!" Yang said in a scolding tone.

"UUUUUUUUUUUGH!" Ruby yelled.

"Don't worry, I just need to find out how to start and drive this thing..." Yang said, as she's reading.

Apparently, that stick next to the radio is the controls for the turret. Though, there's only one button here where it says there's two. Yang fiddled with it a little and started firing it. And next she finds how to drive this thing... okay... so it's on the left thumb button of the steering wheel... Yang sighed... and clenched her fist as her eyes turned red as she grabbed onto the steering wheel and pressed down on the steering wheel go button. There's two of them one's the gas, the other's the brake.

She then screamed as she's driving a whole... 30 miles per hour! Yang's car back at Remnant can drive faster than this. Wait, there's a separate button to go faster, but only for a short time... who built this? Seriously, the car back at Adek seems more practical. Does this dimension have a requirement that driving land vehicles have to be inconvenient? Like, why would anyone put the gas and reverse on the steering wheel? Are gas petals simply not good enough?

Yang was driving angerly... and mad at this car... Because it's design ludicrously obscene! She's going to have Ruby help her fix and modify this thing when they get enough credits... Hell, likely scrap this and get a new set of wheels. Because the sheer frustration is making her hate this vehicle for its terrible handling. She's driving in the ruins of a planet-wide city! Pretty sure using gas pedals would be convenient.

Speaking of... most of the planet is mostly ruined and collapsed buildings... no sign of vegetation anywhere other than struggling to grow on the concrete. No sign of animals. No less. Miranda was right about the ecology. Yang also assumes settling in an abandoned city is a terrible idea, the outpost should be somewhere near the ideal settlement spot, though not on the settlement spot itself...

Yet again, anywhere on the planet would do... whatever, she's just a bit angry. Driving everywhere... so far, no sign of animal life. No humans, no aliens, no non-sapients. She went and turboed a bit on the surface, so far nothing out of the ordinary here...

"You know, the sights remind me of some of the old ruins in Solitas." Weiss said. "Mostly snow covered stone cities. My sister, my brother, and I used to play around in some of them."

"What happened?" Blake asked.

"Family grew apart. Winter entered the huntsman academy, I started taking dance... Whitely being alone..."

"I see... you know, I'm the only one here who doesn't have a sibling."

"You're an only child?"

"Yep... my parents figured I was enough."

"Were you ever curious to what it's like to have a sibling?" Ruby asked.

"I have entertained the thought, but I know I won't have any siblings by blood anytime soon." Blake stated.

"That's interesting. Yang's quite the big sister. Though, people say she acts more like my mother than my sister..."

"Why is that?"

"Well... my mother passed away when I was little... so, I really never actually got to know... her... and Yang was the closest thing I had to a mother."

"Don't talk about me like I'm not here!" Yang retorted.

"Well, that does explain why you don't like people saying ill of her." Weiss stated.

"My mother was one of the best people out there, my only regret about her is that I never got to spend a lot of time with her..." Ruby said, solemnly. I take any mother-related insults personally...

"Can you three just be quiet so I can concentrate on the road?" Yang complained.

"But we're bored, can you put on the radio!?" Ruby complained.

Okay, sure..." Yang said, putting on the radio.

Two hours passed, and there were no signs of life, but the music was good. Well, the colonists will have to worry about the vegetation, and the scouts will have to find the settlement spot. Which means it's Yang's job to find the spot for the Cerberus Scouts... which the four of them are reluctantly hired by. And then she remembers that, she is... the Cerberus Scouts for this mission. Which means that they have to find the settlement spot too. Their intentions aside, she's just lucky they weren't victims of more severe experimentation... or that they were lobotomized... even then, now she's afraid that she may have been cut up and put back together by the Cerberus scientists. Constantly being kept alive...

She swerved and nearly crashed from the distraction that is the things that shadow organization might have done to her... and Ruby... and they'd be totally defenseless against it... Yang sighed and continued driving... she then found some cars... operated by a mix of Batarians, Humans, and Turians. Wearing blue armor... all of them are riding buggies with a turret gun at the back. They all went to block Yang's path.

"Halt! You're entering Blue Suns Territory. Step aside or you'll be forcibly removed." The Turian warned.

"Isn't the entire planet currently on analysis for colonies?" Yang asked.

"Which includes private colonies! Of course, the whores running the corporations on Illium likely payed you Eclipse mercs to drive us out, where's the rest of you?"

"I think you're mistaken... we're not Eclipse!"

"Do you think I'm stupid?" The Turian asked, before being interrupted.

"Yes. Very, very, stupid." Yang responded.

"You've asked for it, Asari whore!" The Turian yelled. "Open Fire!"

The Blue suns fired their weapons on the Mako, in which Yang took the opportunity to escape from. The rest of team RWBY got out of the van...

Character Change: Yang Xiao Long - Ruby Rose

Theseus, Feros, Blue Suns Outpost, December 10, 2174, 12:34 (Military Time), Saturday, Security Checkpoint

Welp, looks like it's time for a fight. The Mako had blown up just after Ruby and her team got out. Which means they'll have to take the long way back. But no matter, Ruby has a scythe at hand and she's ready to use it. Forming up Crescent Rose, albeit she only made ammo for gambrol shroud she'll just have to use her semblance to get around to the fighting.

She starts by using it to Blitz to one of the soldiers, leaving behind a trail of rose petals. She uses her scythe to slice through one of the soldiers, incapacitating them. Ruby makes sure she doesn't kill. She's not like that. Though Yang is much different, she's a bit messier when it comes to fighting people, Ruby scolds it... though she can't do much about it. When her semblance is on, she's going to be lethal to anyone who doesn't have an aura.

As for Blake and Weiss... well, it's quite inconsistent. Weiss tries to keep her blade clean but doesn't shrug if she spills blood. Blake is quite inversive, she's more used to fighting with robots and grimm that her fighting style is quite lethal, however she does try and avoid the attacks that involve severing body parts. Ruby is grateful for Blake trying... she is not fond of lethal combat. Or being called a reaper...

But no less, she comes in and pounces and incapacitates the mercs in a couple of hits, quite faster than the rest of her team. Ruby knows what to expect after Adek. Making a quick work of the mercenaries. She does see Weiss and Yang looting from them.

"Weiss! Yang! They're still alive!" Ruby scolded.

"Ya, but we need the money more!" Weiss retorted.

"You're stealing from them!"

"And they attacked us, I say it's a fair trade."

"I don't think how that works."

"Hey, Rubes. We need the money and we're not going to find it in a briefcase or something." Yang commented.

"You're supposed to be the motherly role model, Yang! NOT ME!" Ruby yelled. The red-tipped huntress is angry right now!

"Look, we can argue about this later. For now, let us finish up scavenging these still-alive people and we can finish up the mission."

"Very well, now to investigate the rest of the outpost." Ruby commanded.

Character Change: Ruby Rose - Weiss Schnee

Theseus, Feros, Blue Suns Outpost, December 10, 2174, 12:44 (Military Time), Saturday, Duct Vents

"So.. What's the Plan, Ruby?"

"The Plan? Well, that's simple. We all can't go through the front; they're going to pin us all down. Even with Aura."

"So... what do we do?"

"Well, Weiss is going to the duct vents."

"What? Why me!?"

"You're the only one who can fit through without being squished."

"What about you?"

"I don't want to scratch Crescent Rose!"

"Weiss, just do it... Ruby's not going to bother, and me and Yang can't do it because the vent is too small."

"Alright, fine."

Well, arguments between her team aside, Weiss is crawling through the vents. These vents appear to be smaller than the ones on Remnant. She can barely fit in here. Not to mention see, no less. Apparently whatever faunas heritage she got... she didn't get any of the night vision, which would be helpful in situations such as these.

The building in which the duct vents have a Weiss in them have five floors, it was part of the old arcology, converted into a mercenary base. Well, Weiss made a hypothesis on this since she felt four grapplings around different heights as she was crawling. Usually, these things are on the ceiling.

Crawling through the duct vents, she's having a hard time to actually move. Being that there's very little Weiss could actually see. Hopefully there's a grate or something because she can't see anything. She continues to crawl through the vents, as mentioned.

5 minutes have passed, and Weiss still hasn't seen any shafts or grates, though she does see something... which means there's a light so Weiss follows. Appearently there's a hole on this vent. Though the light is nice, she can't see anything from it.

So... she continues to crawl through the shaft. Hopefully the rest of the team has a better time.

Character Change: Weiss Schnee - Yang Xiao Long

Theseus, Feros, Blue Suns Outpost, December 10, 2174, 12:44 (Military Time), Saturday, First Floor

"So... since Weiss is moving through the back? What about the rest of us?"

"Blake, you're going through the roof, I'll find a side entrance..."

"What about Yang?"

"Ya, what about me?"

"You're going through the front."

"What? Why!?"

"You're durable, the only thing you have to fear is a rifle stock to the side of your head..."

"I did not see that coming, to be fair."

"Yang, I would not put you in a position where you'd die."

"Breaking through the front of a building is a dangerous idea."

"But a thrilling one."

"Fair point."

"Besides, if you need help, just yell and hopefully Weiss will fall out of whatever vent she crawled out of, being that we're entering from different points... we'd be taking them on by surprise, so the entire base won't come after you..."

Yang had quietly opened the door and attempted stealth, no need to repeat the same mistake that got her working for Cerberus. And the last thing she needs is more electro-shock therapy. Yang's been shocked with enough watts to give Nora the strength to level an entire city. Of course, that's an exaggeration. But like Yang said, stealth is not her specialty, and Stealth is optional so if she gets caught, time to punch out some mercenaries.

The interior of the building looks surprisingly well maintained, likely because of the work it took to keep the place standing for use. Whether they use slave labor or payed labor is unknown for Yang. But she's gonna say this place is going to be used for the Cerberus base. Yang is not going to find anything better than this. Being that what Miranda said to describe this planet as...

Though when she arrived... well, looks like she apparently missed the party. Lots of dead bodies, and when Yang checked... the blood is still leaking out and the body's still warm, which means chances are whoever broke in here before team RWBY is still here, better keep on guard. She can tell it was a person and not a grimm or a monster, because the gunshot wounds on the body. The one Yang is observing died from bleeding out. Yang may as well make use of the equipment. Let's see here... a shotgun, well... it'll do until she can reload Ember Celicia. And the chance of finding a ballistic shell is slim, so she picked up the shotgun. She may give it to another member of the team once she's found something for her gauntlets. For now... this shotgun will do.

She also took some credits, the ability to take money from one's account when they're unconscious or dead is quite convenient. Must be an add-on Cerberus added or something. Because no way is this legal! No less, Yang racked up around 8,000 credits and moved on. She does doubt that's all they had, there must be a filter or something. No less, the dead doesn't need money. It may sound amoral, but hey... she wants to have more than lost and old clothes to wear! And that means racking up credits from corpses or unconscious people.

She continued to follow the trail of corpses, racking up 200 credits from each fallen body. She'd pick up more weapons, but she's not an RPG character, she doesn't have a pocket dimension to place all of her stuff. If she did, she'd still have her motorcycle with her. Bumblebee's quite a bike. Yang built it herself from all of the scrap in the junkyard. One-of-a-kind, no other motorcycle of the kind exists like it. Well, Yang thought so until she theorizes there could be multiple versions of her... and Bumblebee. Hell, there could be a Yang Xiao Long much like her right now in this dimension. Would be a quite an experience, though not in a good or bad way... just outright confusing.

Though, as she saw the trail of corpses... leading upstairs...

Character Change: Yang Xiao Long - Blake Belladonna

Theseus, Feros, Blue Suns Outpost, December 10, 2174, 12:49 (Military Time), Saturday, Fifth Floor

After jumping down... Blake had arrived to the top floor. And she heard some shooting. Though to how Yang managed to get to the top floor is unknown to Blake. No less, time to eliminate the person in charge and claim this base for Cerberus, whether Blake agrees or not. Most of the forces are likely where the shooting is... the floor far by looks like it was being maintained, same could be said for the other floors.

Blake had looked around... well until she saw some troops heading her way, so she hid in the first room she saw, it was an office. She hid under the desk... waiting for the moment for the coast to be clear. As soon as the firing stop, Blake stepped out. It seems like all of the mercenaries have been dead, gunshot wound. Ruby's not going to be happy when she sees her sister's on a killing spree. Someone must have cut her hair short or something for this to happen.

And then Blake quickly dodged some rifle shots.

"Quite the reflexes you got on here, quicker than mine." the man said. He appeared to be old, blind in one eye... wearing white and yellow armor. "What's a girl like you doing in a blue suns base?"

"I don't think I'm authorized to answer that question." Blake answered.

"Well, from the looks of it. You're wearing a custom-made helmet. No armor brand I know normally makes helmets with cat ears on them. And the rest of your armor looks to be cheap replicas of Elkoss combine armor. Which even then, their armor is knock-offs of the higher-grade stuff... wait..."

"What?"

"Where did you get that armor? the color scheme and the logo doesn't match your helmet."

"The logo?" Blake asked, confused.

"It's Cerberus Armor. Either you're a fool or a new recruit. Or both. And from the way you asked that, I'm going to say both. So... why exactly did Cerberus recruit you?"

"Eh... It's a long story, but I barely know you... and likely would forget you as soon as we leave Feros."

"I'm aiming to fix that. But for now, tell me what Cerberus is doing in Feros? And where's the rest of your group? Because Cerberus ain't the kind to send only one of their people to a job." The man said, interrogating Blake.

The vents then made a loud noise, and then Weiss fell down on the man, causing him to fall. He eventually got up, which knocks off Weiss from him.

"Is Cerberus recruiting child soldiers, now?" the man asked.

"Hey!" Weiss retorted.

"How do you know about Cerberus?" Blake asked.

"Ran into them a bunch of times, their troops are at times in the way of my work." the man said.

"This is your work?"

"No, I just had a couple of extra credits from my last job, so I'm taking time off."

"So, why are you killing these guys?"

"Long story, not enough time to tell it. Besides, it's not important to you."

"Fair enough. I'll just let you be."

"Smart. Now if you excuse me, I have business to attend to." the man said, heading to the part of the building that is not covered in dead bodies.

Blake sighed, and helped Weiss get up, and then the two had went downstairs.

Character Change: Blake Belladonna - Ruby Rose

Theseus, Feros, Blue Suns Outpost, December 10, 2174, 12:50 (Military Time), Saturday, Third Floor

There was an open window on the third floor of the ruined building... and it looks quite better than expected. Ruby will have to make a note of this place. She may need to mark this place... though she doesn't know how...

She was in a room. There was a briefcase, out of curiosity... Ruby opened it... there was a chip and a note... the note contents reads.

"We're making a trade with the Blood Pack at Illium. Figured the best way to partake in the trade is if it's done in neither Blue Suns or Blood Pack territory. We'll have snipers ready incase Eclipse mercs intercept the deal. The case here contains the money, we plan on conning them out from their supplies, they won't have any idea what's coming to them, either. There is a file on the fourth floor that contains an identical looking chip to the one, only the one there is filled with 2 Terrabytes of image files. I don't know what's in them, but you are to swap out the chip in this breifcase for the one on the fourth floor, you do not want to actually give them the money."

- Vido Santiago

Vido Santiago... better take a picture of the note, and take the chip. It could be either images or money... either way, both could prove useful... Ruby takes the chip... and it's encrypted by a passcode. Ruby doesn't have much skill in that area.

No less, she outside of the room and was utterly shocked. What the hell happened here? Everyone is dead and there's blood everywhere! Ruby's hand was shaking... her heart was beating much faster than it should and she's breathing rapidly. The amount of death and blood... well, it's quite shocking and surprising... didn't think her own sister would be this violent. She then passed out and fainted. She couldn't handle the sight of all of that blood.

Hopefully, she'll wake up in safe hands.

Character Change: Ruby Rose - Yang Xiao Long

Theseus, Feros, Blue Suns Outpost, December 10, 2174, 12:50 (Military Time), Saturday, Second Floor

Yang was looking around the second floor... and much like floor one, it was maintained, but covered in the blood stains of it's former inhabitants. Though she heard a living voice somewhere in one of the rooms. She opened it and it was a Krogan. He wore civilian clothing, and was near the medical supplies, looks like he was patching up one of the Blue Suns mercs.

The room is a medical room, a small one. With medical sheet room divider, a sink, and an operating table.

"Gah! Don't shoot!" The Krogan shouted, cowering behind the sheets.

"Relax, I'm not the one who killed all of your friends." Yang said, to calm down the situation.

"I apologize, I don't have much of that warrior spirit the rest of my kind have. Not to mention I'm unarmed. I could theoretically take you hand-to-hand. But the chances are slim being that a melee attacking Krogan is more likely to die from gunfire than an armed one." The Krogan said.

"You're apologizing to me for being a coward?"

"Like I said, I'm not much of a fighter, I know how to fight, but I much prefer to work on with scalpel than a sword. Krogan culture frowns apon those who aren't fighters."

"And what are you doing in the middle of Feros?"

"Got captured by the Blue Suns, kept me alive so they can have me patch up their wounded."

"Well, you're free to go."

"I can't leave yet; I still have to patch up this guy." the Krogan said, pointed at the wounded, yet living Blue Sun merc. He was not wearing any armor. He is a Turian, assuming to be male, because Yang does not know the difference between a male and female turian.

"You serious?" Yang asked.

"Yep. He was shot up and survived, I was tasked to treat his wounds and make sure he recovers."

"And now you don't have to."

"A doctor doesn't leave his patients to die."

"Alright, fine... what can I do to help?"

"There's an anesthetic across the hall, I can't reach it because the guy shooting up the place may still be here."

"I'll get your anesthetic you wimpy lizard." Yang retorted.

Yang sighed and opened the door across from the hall. It's a closet full of supplies. Yang doesn't know where to look.

"Any idea what I'm supposed to look for?" Yang asked.

"A small yellow box. One with a blue man sleeping, not the green skull and crossbones one."

"Okay, thank you!" Yang said, proceeding to look for the small yellow box.

Let's see here... green skull and crossbones... don't get those, red man doing a superhero pose... wait, there it is... Yang picked up the box and went back across the hall and handed it to the Krogan, who then opened the box, which contains blue needles, in which he injected into the Turian. He then proceded to head with a treating procedure... Yang had no idea what he was doing. But she waited there for quite a bit. In which ended with bandages being applied.

"Well, he'll live. Now I need to wash my hands. Got more blood on my hands right now than he does metaphoracllay." the Krogan said, heading to the room sink and washing his hands.

"How does this place have working power and plumbing?" Yang asked.

"Makeshift jury-rigging, Batarian Slave Trade, Blue Suns rent slaves from the Batarian state to spruce up this building. This building is on it's own grid." the Krogan answered.

"Well, that's interesting. Anyways, what are you going to do now?" Yang asked.

"Hitch a ride to somewhere else. That's what I've been doing for the last hudred years. Just being juggled around being a doctor for various mercs, pirates, and raiders."

"Why don't you come with us?"

"Eh, you're likely the only way out of Feros, anyway. Won't be long until the food on this base runs out and I'll starve."

"Great, tell me your name."

"Jurdon Verkash. Doctor in medicine and biology. PhD at university of Thessia." Verkash introduced himself as.

"Huh, Yang Xiao Long."

"Do you have anyone else here?"

"Just two friends and my sister."

"Well, this place was heavily armed. Unless you have belts of years under your experience, I doubt you could have taken everyone here with just four people."

"Eh, our crew was short."

"Short?"

"Just me, the people I mentioned, and a Quarian."

"And who is the captain?"

"That is up to debate..."

"I see... Well, lead the way."

Character Change: Yang Xiao Long - Blake Belladonna

Theseus, Feros, Blue Suns Outpost, December 10, 2174, 12:56 (Military Time), Saturday, Third Floor

Blake had gone downstairs... well, this area looks bloodier than the rest of the building. She and Weiss went to look around... she had seen Ruby passed out on the floor. Blake gasped and Weiss snarled.

"What a lightweight." Weiss retorted.

"What do you mean?" Blake asked.

"Well, that guy we saw killed everyone here before we even arrived. And she's passed out on the floor."

"Well, fair. I'll pick her up." Blake said, picking up Ruby by the upper back and legs, doing so carefully like someone she cares about. Which she does care about Ruby, being her leader and all. She's quite peaceful when asleep. Though she's not asleep, only unconscious.

She went to carry her downstairs. Only to see Yang and a Krogan heading upstairs.

"Yang?" Blake asked.

"Blake? Why are you holding Ruby?" Yang asked.

"I have several questions." The Krogan commented.

"So... did you find who was behind all of this?" Yang asked.

"Yes, a man. Blind in one eye, wearing a unique white and yellow armor. Didn't look like eclipse equipment." Blake stated.

"Anyone else?"

"Nope, just him."

"Must have had a serious grudge if a single man did all of this." the Krogan stated. "I wouldn't want to get on his bad side."

"Anyways, we need to get back to the Cordavire." Blake stated.

"Don't we have to mark the site to be an outpost, first?" Weiss asked.

"An outpost for who?" the Krogan asked.

"I'll tell you once we're out of this ghost planet." Yang stated.

"Right, Weiss. Go set up the marker since Ruby can't." Blake ordered.

"Isn't Weiss and Blake names usually given to the males of your species?" the Krogan asked, sounding confused.

"Let's not have that conversation." Yang retorted.

Character Change: Blake Belladonna - Weiss Schnee

Theseus, Feros, Blue Suns Outpost, December 10, 2174, 13:03 (Military Time), Saturday, Rooftop

Well, While the rest of her team + Krogan for some reason are going downstairs... Weiss was painting a big red X on the makeshift rooftop, which by the layout was likely once a floor. Chances are this building is a miracle. As for the red paint... well, Weiss managed to get some fresh supplies from the fifth floor... she's not proud of it... but she had to do what she had to do. And then she contacted Miranda.

'Ruby's unconscious, I painted the marked building with a red X.' Weiss texted.

'Well, you just gave the Geo-navigators an assignment. They'll be complaining about you for the next month.' Miranda texted.

'Also, the dead bodies were from some guy who showed up before us, I believe he left.'

'Can you give a description?'

'Looks like he's old, blind in one eye, wears white and yellow armor.'

'Interesting... we'll have to make note of him in the future. In addition, can you describe the dead bodies.'

'The ones inside are dead, members of the Blue Suns, the ones outside are still alive.'

'I assume the ones that are still alive are the ones you've dealt with?'

'Yep. For Ruby's sake, I would ask that they leave the planet alive.'

'And what of you?'

'I wouldn't care less. I just don't want to mentally damage Ruby.'

'I see...' Miranda texted.

Weiss then went and texted Haedvin.

'Look for the building with a red 'X' on it. Also, we broke the car.' Weiss texted.

'It wasn't mine, anyway. Anyways, I'll be flying to the red 'X'. Haedvin texted.

'Oh, and we may be bringing a krogan, apparently...'

'I see...'

Character Change: Weiss Schnee - Ruby Rose

The Cordavire, December 10, 2174, 17:22 (Military Time), Saturday, Makeshift Med Bay

Ruby had come to. By that, she means she had woken up. She was not in her armor, radther just the armor jumpsuit. Resting on a metal slab with paper sheets. Ruby went and pinched herself. Nope, not one of those weird dreams. She checks her surroundings. Tools, a bucket of water on another slab... and guessing by the room... she was on the cordavire. She also sees Yang and a Krogan watching over her... what happened?

"Ruby! I'm glad you're okay." Yang said with relief.

"Eh... what happened?" Ruby asked.

"Blake and Weiss found you unconsious in the building we found on Feros."

"Oh..." Ruby uttered... remembering the scenery she had witnessed.

"Something wrong?"

"Oh... just... seeing all of that blood, it scared me. I couldn't picture myself killing a single person and yet... there was a massacre. By one person."

"Wait? How do you know it just one guy?"

"The gun wounds... they all look liked... it was fired from the same gun..."

"Well, if you know how many people were at a slaughter by looking at the gun wounds, that's quite some perception you've got." the Krogan praised.

"Ya... I've been said I've got special eyes." Ruby commented.

"I'm no expert in mental health, but I say you should avoid hostile situations for a week. Humans can suffer from permanent mental damage if exposed to too much traumatic experience at one time." the Krogan said.

"And who are you?" Ruby asked.

Author's Footnote: I'm not dead yet! Anyways.

* The Turian had mistaken Yang for an Asari, she is not an Asari. Though, Ruby would be far from ear range to hear that the flaw in the Turian's perception had been called out.

* I'd have to find a reason why the Mako requires the Joystick to move around and not the right trigger like most driving sections in terms of video-game wise gameplay. The in-lore reason is that the Mako does not have gas petals, this is the fanon in this fanfiction.

* And yes, his name is Verkash.

Other than that... hope you enjoyed the chapter... and hopefully I can post another one before I croak from my illness.
