A week has pasted since then and that Nakano sister were fussing over Futaro seeing how he was back to 100% and Naruto was in the background seeing all of it he had let it go since the girls had been worried about Futaro but deep down inside Naruto couldn't help but feel a little sad seeing them hanging around Futaro {Flash back}

{Naruto} sighs Mom Dad talk some sense into DR Nakano please what he doing is not right they should be able to Decide who they marry says Naruto.

Naruto was not having a good day to say but it was not bad either as Naruto walks to school he see the Nakano Sister with Futaro instead of walking right up to them Naruto walk right past them and heading straight for the school the Nino Miku Yotsuba Itsuki and Ichika along with Futaro where wondering why Naruto had just right up ignored them .

{Nino} what the hell Naruto just ignored me?

{Miku} huh? Why is he ignoring us? Did we do something wrong?

{Yotsuba} huh! Why is Uzamaki- Kun being mean to us?

{Ichika} hmm not sure why?

{Itsuki} * Pouts and puff up her cheeks* he's a meani! For ignoring us

After Naruto was still making his way to the school the Nakano sisters and Futaro ran after him wanting to get answer throughout the whole day Naruto has been ignoring them every chance he got he had took his mother advise and ignoring them that had worked the girls were now trying everything to get him to talk to them but he would just walk away or say he too busy at the end of the day Naruto went home and so on for a couple days it had continued to work till one day in lunch Nino decide to just walk right up to Naruto who was eating alone at a empty table in the back.

{Nino} * walks right up to him* Naruto we need to talk what the hell why have you been ignoring me and my sister and Futaro I want answer now mister she says .

{Naruto} no that all he says nothing more and nothing less than that

{Nino} what don't tell me your Jealous of Futaro she says trying to tease him into talking.

{Naruto} no what you and your sister do with Futaro is not my busses he says after finished eating and putting away the rest of his Lunch to save for later as he walks away.

And later that day as class had finally was over and the students left and Naruto went up to the school Rooftop there he found Miku.

As Naruto walks up he see Miku turning around.

{Miku} Naruto why are you doing this to us why are you acting like that it's like you don't even see us or that you care please tell me why.

{Naruto} * sighs* Miku i-I can't do this anymore it hurts me more to ignore all of you but it has to be done he says with a sad smile on his face .

{Miku} eyes widen wen she realized what it was why didn't you say something to us we all been fussing over Futaro and ignoring you all this time that why your acting like this.

{Naruto} yeah I know it stupid and petty for me act like this

{Miku} wait something not right here it not just the whole fussing over Futaro thing your felling well are you.

{Naruto} * Sighs* I didn't want any of you to find out about it my heath has been slowly degrading.

{Flash back to the hospital}

{Doctor Nakano} Naruto are you sure you want to know of the result of the test we did?

{Naruto} yeah I do I know I been feeling off for some reason.

{Doctor Nakano} * sighs* Naruto the test results say that your Heath has been degrading and it effecting your heart Naruto

{Naruto} * Gasp*! No way does it have something to do why the fox deity why talk to me anymore because it know I can't be saved anymore.
