Keeva barely managed to land on her feat as the process of virtualization finished. Steadying herself, she immediately started taking in her surroundings.
"Huh. Blocky blue structures. Like the grid, but simpler."
Her look at the surroundings finished, Keeva turned her attention to herself. Surprisingly, she wasn't in the classic program suit she had on the Grid. Instead, her attire was significantly more, shall we say, formal, consisting of a white dress and skirt, of all things, thankfully with pants underneath.
Also, from how she felt, especially in certain places, she was apparently physically older here, though luckily without any back pains.
Feeling around the back of her attire, she found the familiar form of her Identity Disk, alongside something else - something long and rounded. Pulling the object around her, Keeva found it was a spear, of all things. Sheepishly, she started thrusting, jabbing, and swinging the blade.
"Nice."
"Keeva, are you there?" Spoke a certain bespectacled boy straight into her ear.
"I'm here, Jeremie. This is...different from what I was expecting. Do you have any information regarding the parameters of my digital avatar?"
"Sorry, no - you'll have to figure that out for yourself. Listen, I've sent you as close as I can to the core of Lyoko - that's the name of this digital world."
"I guessed as much."
"XANA has deployed these digital monsters to attack the core - of it goes, Lyoko will be destroyed. Again."
'Again?' Keeva wanted to ask what he meant by again, but a mechanical sound turned her attention to her left, where she found a strange set of creatures. All of them looked like cubes with a strange symbol on their four vertical faces. Most of them were walking away from her, but one was getting closer, and she doubted it was friendly.
"Jeremie, do some of these monsters look like cubes with six legs?"
"Yes. Odd named the Blokks. Be careful - they can shoot lasers and ice rays. Their weak spots are the eyes - any hit to an eye of XANA will instantly destroy a monster."
"And hits elsewhere?"
"You'll need more than one."
"Figures."
Staring down the Blokk, Keeva readied to throw her spear, only to lower it after coming to a sheepish realization: what would happen if she missed? Instead, she charged the monster, deftly avoiding its attacks, and rammed the spear through one of jts eyes. A moment later, a satisfying explosion occurred. Keeva smirked, only for the area around her to darken as an avian cry filled the air.
"Look out, it's a manta!"
Keeva only barely rolled in time to dodge the laser. As she regained her footing, the manta banked around for another run. Reflexively, Keeva took aim and hurled her spear at the creature.
The projectile struck its mark, hitting and going clean through the manta, before embedding itself in a nearby pillar.
"Yes!" Exclaimed Keeva, euphoria filling her.
It was only then she realized that the spear was now at an unreachable location. "Darn it!" Futilely, she held out her hand, trying to see if she could recall the weapon to her. Instead, the spear disintegrated into particles, then reformed at her outstretched palm.
"...I can work with this."
"Keeva, are you alright?"
"Yes, sorry. Just figuring out some of my abilities. How far away am I from the core?"
"You're two kilometers from the access lift. I'd give you a vehicle, but Odd, Yumi and Ulrich have already taken all the ones I've programmed. You'll have to make it on foot."
"Oh joy," groused the girl-in-a-teen's body. "Is it possible I might have a power the provides me a vehicle?"
"Unlikely, but you can try."
Shrugging, Keeva held out her free hand. To her immense surprise, a baton suddenly appeared in it. "Huh?!"
"What was that?!"
"I don't know. I just held out my hand and something formed in it. Is the supercomputer telling you something about it?"
"Surprisingly, yes. It's called the MPLB - the Multipurpose Light Baton. I'm not getting much else about it, only that it was part of a download that occurred when you were first virtualized."
"You said 'light baton', right?"
"Yes, why'd you ask?"
Keeva glanced at the baton for a moment before putting her spear away. Gripping the new object with both hands, she found she could rotate the two halves. Twisting her right hand resulted in a holographic image appearing at the meeting point of the baton - an image of what looked like a motorcycle. Keeva stared at that image for a moment, then glanced in the direction of the core. She soon broke into a sprint, and upon reaching the end of her current platform she leapt into the air, splitting the baton in two.
Instantly, light started surging from the two baton halves, soon resolving itself into lasers that bent and curved. These lights created the outline of a motorcycle, which soon began to solidify. Graduallly, wheels, an engine, and a seat formed, until just before Keeva hit the ground, the vehicle had completely solidified. Revving the engine, Keeva surged forward, unable to keep the smirk off her face.
"Wahoo!"

Jeremie was having trouble keeping his mouth off the floor.
How..how...how had Keeva done that?! This was unprecedented - he hadn't seen anything like this in Lyoko before!
"Hello? Mr. Belepois?"
Shaking off his shock, Jeremie turned his attention back to the screen, where 'Mu' was looking at him. "Can I presume from your shock that Lady Keeva did something unexpected?"
"Yes. She somehow used this baton to create a...well, a motorcycle. I didn't even know that was possible!"
"...What exactly was the baton?"
"Apparently, it was called a Multipurpose Light Baton."
"I see. Could you send me an image of the motorcycle?"
"Uh, sure," he replied, hastily snapping an image of the construct and sending it to Mu. Upon receiving the image, she was momentarily surprised, but soon recovered.
"Weird. Didn't expect to see a light cycle there."
"Light cycle? You mean like the game that Keeva's grandfather made?"
"Yes, the same."
"How are you familiar with those?" Jeremie knew intellectually that there were multiple valid answers to that question, but stress tended to make you suspicious.
"Would you believe me if I told you that I am a computer program created by Keeva that exists inside a virtual world where we use light cycles and light cars the same way your kind use regular cars and motorcycles?"
"At this point? I think I've seen weirder."
"Jeremie," interjected Aelita, "I can see Keeva now."
"Great. And before you ask, no, I don't know where she got the motorcycle from."
"She has a motorcycle?" Questioned Ulrich.
"Yes, Ulrich, but I think it is completely different from your over bike."
"Hey, this is Keeva. What are the monsters with two legs and snake tails?"
"They're called creepers," was Odd's reply. "They have a really hard to hit weak spot on the top of their heads."
"Thanks for the advice."

Surging along on her light cycle, Keeva watched as one of the creepers took aim at her. At the last minute, Keeva veered out of its line of fire, wasting the laser it had released. Smiling, Keeva reached behind her and grabbed her disk. The vibrating sound that followed confirmed that it still maintained its combat functionalities.
Taking aim, Keeva hurled the disk. The projectile flew toward the creeper, but ended up sailing past it. The monster looked on in confusion, failing to notice how the disk ricocheted across the walls until it flee over the creeper, leaving a deep gash on its head.
As the beast let out a dying shriek and exploded, Keeva easily caught the returning disk. Moments later, she had caught up to Aelita, who had just reached the access area.
"Hey, Princess, need a ride?"
Aelita couldn't help being a little surprised by Keeva's Avatar, but that didn't keep her from responding. "Yes, but I think you are the one who looks more like a Princess."

"Jeremie, I have Aelita. Making my way to the core now. Odd, Yumi, Ulrich, I'll be with you shortly."
"Understood," replied Yumi. "See you soon."
"Well this is going much better than when we brought William to Lyoko," noted Odd.
"I'll say," agreed Ulrich.
"Less talking, more monster slaying," was Yumi's response.
"Gotcha/gotcha!"
The return to focus was needed / the first shield layer to Lyoko had just been destroyed. Hastily, the group reengaged the monsters, managing to take out two mantas and five creepers, though there were unfortunately still more to deal with.
"Aelita, how long until you and Keeva get here?" Questioned Yumi.
From beneath the core, an energy blast flew up and collided with a manta, destroying it utterly.
"We're here!"
Ulrich let out a relieved sigh. "About time. Hurry up and help us clear out the monsters."
"On it!"

Jeremie smiled as the number of monsters went down. Soon, none were left. "Great job! No enemies remaining."
"Thanks, Einstein!"
"So," asked Mu, "is now the time for celebration?"
"Uh, Einstein, who's talking?"
Keeva ended up beating Jérémie to answering that question. "That would be Mu. She's a program I made."
"Wait, what?"
Jeremie sighed. "When I get you out of Lyoko, we are having a long conversation. Prepare to devirtualize in three-"
An alert suddenly appeared on the screen. Surprised, Jérémie swiftly began analyzing it.
"Einstein, did someone decide to crash our party?"
Unseen by anyone other than Mu, Belepois grimaced. "Unfortunately, yes. It's William."
"Who?"
"I'm talking about William Dunbar, Keeva. I'll explain more after we evict him from Lyoko."
"Oh. So we have to fight."
"Yes," answered Ulrich. "Word of advice, don't get close."

To say Keeva was surprised to see one of the more oafish students at Kadic wearing a strange spandex suit, carrying a zweihander blade, and riding a manta was an understatement. But she had seen weirder.
As soon as William disembarked from his mount, the team moved into action - Aelita and Odd took aim at the flock of mantas that William was using as backup whole Ulrich and Yumi engaged the boy up close. As for Keeva, she was throwing her spear and disk at the mantas, as well as sole creepers that XANA had just materialized.
Yumi was more than a little surprised to see the disk. "You have a throwing disk?"
"All programs and users receive one," noted Mu.
"I have no idea what you mean, but okay!"
Soon, the majority of the monsters were gone, allowing the Lyoko Warriors to focus on taking down William.
Then things started going wrong.
Seeing an opening, Ulrich charged at William, only for the later to grab and throw him into Yumi. Odd opened fire to save his friends, only to get two laser arrows reflected into him, taking away almost all of his remaining hit points. Finally, Aelita tried throwing an energy blast at him, only for William to dodge and swing his blade at her. The energy burst it sent forth took away all but five of her hit points.
William smiled, only for something to wiz over him. Turning toward its source, he found Keeva looking at him, spear already reforming in her hands.
"...That was dumb."
William smirked at her reaction before slowly making his way toward her. She attempted to throw her spear at him, but he either dodged or deflected each blow, all the whole getting closer to her. Eventually, when he was only a few meters away, the deflected spear ended up embedded in the ground to his. Grunting in annoyance, Keeva held out her hand, but while the spear soon reformed, the one near William did not fade away. Curious, the XANA-controlled teen reached out and grabbed the weapon, taking a moment to examine it before aiming at Keeva. Annoyed, the girl grabbed her spear with both hands and slammed it down in frustration.
The spear that William was holding promptly exploded. The damage it dealt was not enough to do him any meaningful harm, but it did knock him off the platform.
For a moment, everyone froze. The only movement came from a black colored manta, which hastily flew down to recover William. Keeva, in particular, was once again looking at her spear.
Then she glanced at a pair of creepers XANA had just created. Deciding to test a hypothesis, she thee the spear so that it landed between them without actually hitting either, then extended her hand. Once again, a spear formed in her hands, but the one between the creepers did not vanish. Then, she tapped the blunt end of the spear on the ground.
The spear near the creepers exploded, killing both monsters.
Smirking, Keeva looked around for more platers, only to find a quartet of mantas still airborne, taking evasive maneuvers to avoid attacks from the now recovered Lyoko Warriors.
Wordlessly, Keeva pulled out her baton and twisted it again. Several other shapes briefly appeared above the baton, but Keeva only stopped when she found an image of a plane. Once she found that, she jumped off the platform, much to her companions' shock, and split it in two. Once more did light emerge from the baton, but this time, they did not form a motorcycle, but a jet plane.
Most of the Lyoko Warriors were left speechless by the sight.
Jérémie was also stunned, but he regained his composure swiftly enough and turned his attention to Mu. "What do you call that?"
"A light jet."
Wasting no time, Keeva charged after William, who was now retreating atop his manta. Behind her, the four mantas had broken off to pursue her, though one was felled by Odd before it could get far.
"Keeva, stop! You don't need to follow William. He's trying to escape into the internet."
"But isn't him escaping a bad thing?"
"We don't have any way to free him even if he's stuck here," was Ulrich's reply.
"Wait, free?"
"We are going to have so much to fill you in on," noted Odd.
"Keeva, just come back and we'll deal with the mantas."
"Thank you, Aelita, but I think I can take these three."
One of those mantas decided to try and cut Keeva off. It promptly took several laser blasts to the back and exploded. Another tried to flank her and had a fatal collision with a disk. The last, however, was cautious and simply hung back and fired lasers at her light jet.
Keeva spared a glance at her pursuer, the turned her attention to a particular trigger on her light jet.
'Alright, just wait for the right moment.'
The manta was slowly gaining on her.
'Almost there.'
William had turned to sneer at her.
'Just a little longer.'
Sensing an opening, the manta surged forward.
'Now!'
Seizing her chance, Keeva jerked left and pulled the trigger. Instantly, the light jet began emitting the glowing translucent material that was Light Ribbon. Not wasting a second, she banked right, drawing a barrier right in front of the final manta. The flying monster had just enough time to process its oncoming doom before colliding with the wall and exploding.
Smiling, Keeva turned her attention to William.
The XANA-corrupted teen glared at her for a moment, then order his mount to retreat. Before Keeva could celebrate, though, the creature fired off a laser, hitting the jet. The light construct wobbled, but remained airborne.
With some difficulty, Keeva made her way back to the rest of the Lyoko Warriors. Managing a landing, she grinned sheepishly at her four companions, who had looks of total shock on their faces.
"I think now is a good tie. To start explaining some things to you."

AN: And done!
I am probably a bigger fan of Code: Lyoko than I am of Tron. However, Tron has a much higher level of combat relative to Lyoko, so while I don't want to have Keeva overshadow the Lyoko Warriors, I also wanted to give a good showing of some of the crazier things from Tron.
So, thoughts?
