A/N: A terrible tragedy had occurred! Regina discovers that her obsession with Emma's scent goes beyond just complaining about her laundry habits. Can Regina find a way to get her "fix" without admitting her embarrassing secret? Will Emma ever realize the true value of her laundry?

Dear Wishing Well,

I hope this letter finds you in good spirits, as I find myself in quite the predicament. You see, I have a problem, and it's all because of my own foolishness.

I have been complaining to you for weeks now about how Emma leaves her laundry lying around the house, and I was thrilled when she finally started to clean up after herself. But now, I find myself missing her shirts and hoodies, and I've come to realize that I've grown quite attached to the scent of Emma.

I know what you're thinking, Wishing Well. How could someone as strong and independent as myself become so attached to something as silly as a shirt or a hoodie? But you see, Emma's scent is comforting to me, and I've grown used to it.

Now, I'm in a bit of a bind. I can't exactly tell Emma that I've been taking her clothes and using them as my own personal security blanket, especially after I've been nagging her to clean up after herself. I'm embarrassed to admit it, but I need her scent to fall asleep.

I've tried everything, Wishing Well. I've sprayed Emma's perfume on my pillow, but it's just not the same. I've even tried sleeping with one of her old t-shirts that she left behind, but it's just not the same as one of her fresh shirts.

I don't know what to do, Wishing Well. I feel like such a hypocrite for complaining about the laundry, and now I'm desperate for Emma's scent. Please, help me come up with a solution. How do I get my fix without admitting my embarrassing secret to Emma?

Yours truly,

Regina Mills

P.S. I promise not to throw this letter in the trash this time. Also, I'd like to point out that I'm not a fetishist!

Regina paced back and forth in her bedroom, wringing her hands in frustration. It was embarrassing, really. She couldn't believe she was actually considering buying a bottle of Emma's perfume. It was ridiculous. She didn't need Emma's perfume, she just needed a solution to her problem.

As she stood in the perfume section of the department store, she noticed a display of fabric softener. That was it! She could use the fabric softener on her own clothes to mimic Emma's scent. It was a perfect!

With a sense of relief, Regina grabbed a bottle of fabric softener and headed to the checkout. As she left the store, she couldn't help but chuckle at how silly the whole situation was. She had been so focused on finding a way to get Emma's scent back in her life that she hadn't realized she was perfectly capable of creating it on her own.

Regina arrived home and immediately put a load of laundry in the washer. She added the fabric softener and waited anxiously for the cycle to finish. When it was done, she eagerly pulled out a hoodie that Emma had worn the day before and buried her face in it. To her delight, it smelled just like Emma.

Regina breathed a sigh of relief, grateful that she had found a solution that didn't involve stealing Emma's clothes or buying her perfume. She realized that sometimes, the simplest solutions were the best. And in the end, all that really mattered was that she had Emma in her life.

Regina couldn't help but smile as she watched Emma continue to fold laundry. "What are you grinning at?" Emma asked, catching Regina's eye.

Regia bit her lip, "Just... happy to have you around."

Emma's eyes softened, "I'm happy to be here."

Regina took a step closer, "And I don't just mean having you do my laundry."

Emma laughed, "Good, because I won't be doing it forever."

Regina leaned in and kissed Emma softly. "I know," she whispered, "But I'll always be happy to have you by my side."

Emma grinned, "That's good to hear."

As Regina leaned her head on Emma's shoulder, she couldn't help but feel grateful for the small moments like this. And even without her scent, she knew that Emma's presence would always be comforting.
