The stadium had filled up with the villagers, along with many of the great lords, and Damiyo's across the shinobi nations.
The five six remaining participants were standing before the crowd. Many had questions in regards to the location of the Sunagakure shinobi. The Hokage was sitting in the kage's alongside the Kazekage, who was secretly Orochimaru.
Appearing before the genin, a man looking similar to Hayate Gekko, with the exception of looking more healthy. "Alright, their has been a slight change to the match ups." Said the man.
The genin shot each other curious glances. "Mr.proctor, where are the sand ninja?" Lee asked.
"They pulled out for some reason. The matches will be adjusted, and Rock slew will fight Shikamaru." The man said.
"It seems they knew that fighting an Uchiha would be a certain defeat. If only the rest of you had the same brains." Sasuke said in a smug tone.
Watching from the viewers box, Kakashi, Kurenai, Guy, Asuma, and the remaining genin were watching. "Seems like your boy is pretty confident." Kurenai said to the masked ninja.
"Yeah, I've tried to work in that. But who knows, maybe he'll gain some humility. Anyway, where is Anko?" Kakashi asked lazily.
"Lord Third has her dealing with other issues. Besides, she didn't seem to think much about it." Kurenai said.
"What do you mean?" Asuma asked as he lit another cigarette.
"Anko told me that the she doesn't care to watch because Naruto is going time in the entire thing anyway." Kurenai said.
Down below, Genma Shiranui was preparing to start the exams. "Alright, listen up. I will be the proctor of this exam. The rules are as followed, anything goes. However, I will step in if I find the match is one sided. If I can, I'll prevent as much many deaths as possible." Said Genma.
"I want everyone except for Naruto and Sasuke to go to the stands." Genma said.
"You know, I've been waiting for this. To show you and the world that the Uchiha have no equal." Sasuke said as he drew a kunai.
Naruto gazed with a bored expression. "I've been waiting for this too. Now, stop with the games and let's begin." Naruto said.
Sasuke flicked five kunai that were tied to ninja wire. The blond easily side stepped without making much of a fuss about it. Following up, Sasuke started running at maximum speed around the blond.
This amused him. "Are you going to strike me?" Naruto asked and within a blur, Sasuke tried kicking Naruto up in the air. "Haha, this won't work on me." Narutk said as he caught Sasuke's foot.
"Impossible!" Sasuke thought as he quickly broke away from Naruto's grip. Though, the blond decided to play along and let Sasuke go.
When Naruto tried to move, he found himself trapped in the ninja wire. "Haha, I got you now!" Sasuke shouted as he jumped back and stood on the wall of the stadium.
"Kakashi, that boy isn't going to?" Guy asked as his eyes went wide.
Kakashi sighed. "I wouldn't worry about Naruto. I'm sure he'll do something." Kakashi said as he watched lazily
"Damn it, Kakashi. Of all the jutsu to teach him, you teach him that one?" Naruto asked.
Up in the kage bootg, Hiruzen pinched the bridge of his nose. "Damn it, Kakashi." Thought the Hokage.
"You seem bothered?" asked the fake Kazekage.
"It's nothing." Hiruzen shot back as he was focused on his surrogate grandson.
"Haha, you can't block this." Sasuke muttered as he charged at lightning flash speed as his hand was holding the Chidori.
Naruto sighed as he held his hand out. "Almighty Push." Naruto muttered and Sasuke went crashing into the wall.
The crowd grasped at shock. The demon boy displayed a level of power that overpowered their precious Uchiha. Naruto gazed with an annoyed expression. "Is that all? I'm disappointed." Naruto said as he started walking away.
"Don't turn your back on me!" Sasuke roared as he charged towards the blond.
Naruto side stepped the Uchiha and brought his fist back, knocking Sasuke into the ground. "Give up. You're embarrassing yourself." Naruto said.
The Uchiha was clenching his fist and his anger reached a new time high. Suddenly, the curse mark started to activate across his body. "Haha, you can't beat me now!" Sasuke shouted.
"The curse mark? Kakashi, what the hell is your genin doing? We need to stop this." Asuma said.
"It will be fine. Naruto has handled much worse." Kakashi said.
"I remember this from the forest. Man, Naruto destroyed him." Kiba said with a smirk.
"Yeah, no kidding." Ino said.
"What are you talking about? Sasuke can't lose." Sakura declared.
Naruto stood before Sasuke and shocked everyone by draw his sword. "I guess I'll need to test out my theory. Proctor, I'm not disqualified for killing him, am I?" Naruto asked.
Genma looked bothered. "Um, no. Killing is allowed." Genma said.
Everyone was shocked that the blond was talking about ending Sasuke's life. However, the Uchiha started laughing. "Kill me? Haha, you couldn't kill me in a thousand years!" Sasuke shouted as he charged the blond.
Naruto brought up his sword and when Sasuke connected his fist to it, he began screaming in pain. "What the hell are you doing to me?" Sasuke asked as he screamed.
"There is a special seal that prevents anyone that doesn't have my blood on the seal. Your chakra coils are burning, but now, I'll show you my ultimate jutsu." Naruto said as he went through on a series of hand seals. "Wood Release - Binding Tree Shock!" Naruto shouted.
Sasuke found his body being wrapped up in multiple tree branches. Before he could react, a strong electromagnetic shockwave surged through his body, screaming bloody murder.
"What the hell is that?" Kakashi asked in disbelief.
"No way, how could he have that?" Hiashi asked from the stands.
"Naruto, what are you?" Asuma asked.
"That's my boy. Naruto. You have done the impossible." Hiruzen said with a smirk.
"Hiruzen, I was unaware that your ninja could use the wood style that was known to only be used by the first Hokage." Said the Kazekage.
"It seems our number one unpredictable ninja shows his nickname." Hiruzen said.
Sasuke continued screaming and Sakura demanded that Kakashi ends the match. "Kakashi sensei! You have to stop it!" Sakura cried.
"Sakura, this is allowed. Sasuke drew on his curse mark and was going to think twice about killing Naruto. There is nothing we can do." Kakashi said.
"It's over." Naruto said as he released the jutsu. Naruto then walked up to the Uchiha and pierced the spot kf the curse mark, deep enough to be effective, but not so deep to be life threatening.
"Proctor, you need to Anbu protection and a good medic around Sasuke. I'd do this immediately unless you want him to die." Naruto said.
"Yeah, sure." Genma said.
Kakashi appeared in the stadium as he picked Sasuke up. "I'll take him." Kakashi said as he looked at his surrogate brother.
"Kakashi, he won't be stable. I removed the curse mark and destroyed his coils. I don't think he'll be happy but this is for the best. He was trying to kill me and so, I did what I could do to spare his life." Naruto explained.
"I see. Alright." Kakashi said as he vanished in a shunshin.
"Curse you, brat! You ruined everything! No, it isn't over. I can still attack." Orochimaru mentally thought as he calmed himself.
"Are you alright, Rasa? You seen tensed?" Hiruzen asked with a smirk.
"Yes, I'm just shocked at such a skill displayed by a genin." Orochimaru said.
Naruto returned to the stadium where everyone looked at him with shock. "What's up?" Asked the blond.
"Naruto, what was that? I've never seen anything like it." Shikamaru said.
"I destroyed Sasuke's chakra network. He was too much of a liability, plus, Orochimaru can't steal his body." Naruto explained.
"Naruto, your flames of youth are burning bright! I look forward to our youthful match!" Lee declared.
Naruto smirked. "Yeah, I look forward to having a match with you two Lee." Naruto said.
"I'd like for Hinata Hyuga and Shino Aburame to come down to the arena." Genma called out.
"You two have a fun." Naruto said with his foxy grin. The two nodded and proceeded out of the stadium and walked into the field.
"Shino, are you ready?" Hinata asked as she got into her taijutsu stance.
"I am. I look forward to a good match." Shino said in a calm tone with big bugs flying around.
Hinata quickly dashed towards Shino with hopes of taking him down early on, however, the Aburame performed a body replacement with his bugs, allowing him to gain distance.
"You're gentle fist is dangerous. If I'm to win, I must maintain distance." Shino said.
"This is an interesting match. I wonder who will win." Naruto said as he was spinning a kunai around his finger.
"I don't know, but this troublesome. Either way, I don't have much a favorable match up." Shikamaru said.
Shino was sending his bugs to strike, while Hinata was deflecting them with ease. Thanks to ability, Hinata was able to release the chakra around the bugs that were coming at her.
"This will end in a stalemate if neither of us changes. Maybe it's time for an ace in hole." Shino thought.
"He focuses on long range attacks. If I can focus my speed and close the gap, I'll win." Hinata thought as she resumed her stance.
"Your boy has no chance against my girl, Kakashi." Kurenai said, but noticed a strange look on Kakashi's face.
"What's this feeling?" Kakashi silently thought before he saw Naruto nod in his direction.
