Here's another one. I've got 2 chapters pre written as of now and I want to try to keep ahead of what I'm posting. The reviews are awesome and thank you to anyone who has reviewed so far. It really helps give me motivation to continue writing. Hope you enjoy!

Bo's POV

Oh. My. God.

Lauren Lewis will be the death of me I swear. Her aura… just wow. I can't handle it. She's driving me crazy. I had pulled her onto my lap because she wasn't close enough. I wanted her closer even though we physically could not get any closer than we were at that moment. Eventually I did pull away from Lauren to catch my breath and try to calm myself down.

"God Lauren, what are you doing to me?" I stared at her eyes that were half closed and she was breathing very hard. "I should be asking you that question." I smirked and brushed some hair away from her face. "I want to keep getting to know you. You make me feel different then I ever have before," I couldn't help but be honest with her. Lauren smiled slightly as she looked at me. "Are you sure about that Bo? I'm human and can't keep up with you." She looked down at the table as she spoke, and I felt my heart hurt. I put my hand under her chin and guided her up to look at me.

"You are more than enough. I want to get to know you and take you on dates and all that stuff." I knew it was true. I wanted to spend as much time getting to know this woman as was possible. "Sounds good to me," she smiled and I leaned up and pressed my lips against hers. She slipped her tongue into my mouth and I know I let out a moan. I have never been as turned on before as I am now. What is this girl doing to me?

We sat and talked for a while longer. I refused to let her move off my lap while we talked. I noticed a guy over at the bar that was looking at us. He kept looking at Lauren and then back at me. I tried to ignore him and took a drink from my beer. Lauren was telling me about her time at Yale and it made me smile to hear her talk about science and medicine. She really is a nerdy science girl. It's hot. I could listen to her talk science all day even though I wouldn't have any idea what she was talking about.

"Excuse me, your snack is awfully beautiful… mind if I have a turn? It was that man at the bar that had been watching us. "My snack? What the hell are you talking about?" I asked as he was looking directly at me as he spoke. I noticed Lauren tense up and I wrapped both of my arms around her. "Your human snack." The man said as he rolled his eyes. I slid Lauren off my lap and grabbed him by the throat and slammed his head down on the table. I felt furious once I realized what exactly he meant. "Don't you ever speak about her like that. She is not a snack. She is a person, and you will apologize to her. Now." I pulsed him with my thrall and saw his aura change.

"Bo, it's okay I'm used to it," Lauren stated as she grabbed my arm. I whipped my head around to look at her. "You're used to it? You should not ever have to get used to anything like this. It's wrong." I growled out and felt my Succubus purr in agreement. "I'm so sorry," the man said as he stared at me longingly. "Get the fuck out of here," I spat and he turned abruptly and walked away. I turned back to Lauren who looked at me curiously.

"I can take care of myself," she told me gently. I let out a breath and sat back down next to her. "I don't like that they treat you this way," I told her and she reached out and squeezed my hand. "You're sadly one of the few that feel that way," she told me sadly. "I want to change that for all humans," I told her sincerely. "Let's get out of here," I suggested and she nodded in agreement. We stood up and headed towards the door. I kept my hand on her back and she leaned into me as we left the building.

Lauren's POV

Bo is amazing. The way she stood up to that random Fae man made me fall for her even more. We approached her car and she pressed me up against the side of the passenger door. "You are beautiful," she murmured and leaned in to kiss me hard. I felt heat between my legs and pulled her against me. She ran her hands down my side and stopped at my hips. She pulled back and looked at me with a smile on her face.

"When can I see you again?" She said as she buried her head in my neck and I felt her press her lips against my neck. I closed my eyes and sighed happily. I felt her move her head away from my neck and I opened my eyes. She was looking at me nervously. I smiled. For a Succubus that could make anyone want her with just a touch she was cute. "You could come to the Light Fae labs tomorrow or Friday and I can try to see about helping you with your control," I offered and she grinned. "Yeah, I would like that very much."

She drove me back to my apartment and turned her car off. "Thank you for tonight Bo, I really enjoyed myself." I smiled at her and she broke out in a huge grin. "I'm walking you to your door," she leaped out of the car and ran around the side of it to open my door. This girl is adorable. She followed me to my apartments door and I turned to her. "Did you want to come in?" I asked her. I didn't know if she would say yes but where she walked me to the door I figured it was only right if I offered.

"As much as I want to say yes to that. I probably should go home and let you get some sleep." She said softly and looked a little sad. I reached out and put a hand on her face. "Will I see you tomorrow?" I know I had to look hopeful and she nodded her head quickly. "Most definitely," she smiled at me and then leaned in and gave me a gentle kiss. "Goodnight Lauren… thank you for one of the best nights of my life," she said and walked away. I smiled as I opened my door and entered the apartment. I smirked when I saw Tamsin passed out on my couch.

"Tamsin wake up I'm home, you can leave now." I kicked her foot and she yelped as she jumped up. "Hey stranger, how did it go?" She asked trying to straighten herself up. I sat down on the couch and smiled. "I'm in trouble," I said and touched my lips as I remembered kissing Bo. "Why are you in trouble… did she hurt you? I will kill her!" Tamsin shouted and jumped to her feet. "God no, why would you think that? No I'm in trouble because she makes me happy. I haven't felt this happy and content in a long time," I told her and knew it was the truth. The last few days of knowing Bo have been the most exciting and fun few days I have had in years.

Tamsin sat back down and looked at me curiously. "How is a relationship between you and a Succubus going to work? I'm not saying this to be mean or anything, but you do know how she feeds don't you?" Tamsin said this all gently, which surprised me because gentle is not a word normally associated with Tamsin. Loud, crass, angry and bitter are all words more appropriate to describe Tamsin. I leaned back into the couch and rubbed my eyes. "We're just having fun," I told her even though I knew that wasn't true. At least not for me.

I really like her. Bo is so beautiful and kind. She seemed to genuinely want to know about my life and actually listened intently while I talked about Yale and science. I knew she didn't really know everything I talked about but I appreciated that she seemed to want to listen. "Be careful Lauren, I know you and know that you don't just 'have fun'" she stated and I nodded. "I will be careful," I assured her.

My phone rang and I looked to see Lachlan's name flash on my screen. Great, what a perfect way to end the day.
