As the story goes on, we will learn more of what Sakuto has gone through, and what his past has been like. People know of his accomplishments. Unohana is very strong with her healing Kido. Chapter 12
Having returned back to their hideout, after the meeting with Sakuto, Shinji and his group, relaxed within their different areas. Hiyori leaned back, and was glad that this was finally over, at least for the time being, and she hoped that it would be fully settled as the information sank into them all.
Though Lisa had other thoughts on her mind, ones that she couldn't share with the others, and caused Hiyori to scowl when she could see the look on Lisa's face, knowing exactly what it was that she was thinking of.
"For the love of...are you really thinking about Sakuto now or something? You have that dirty look on your face."
"If I am, would it bother you?"
Hiyori went through several shades of embarrassment red, and glared at the glasses wearing young woman.
"D-Do not turn this around on me! This is about you after all!"
"Fine, I wont deny that I was. Though I thought how he was able to speak with us...like damn, makes me wonder how he has had to have dealt with his elder brother over the years. Couldn't of been easy."
"Yeah, its similar to how I wish Kensei would confess his feelings for Hacchi already." Kensei coughed violently as Hiyori grinned. "Well, I guess that it wont happen anytime soon, though Hacchi is probably very amazing as a partner, and so kind, maybe he could be too good for Kensei..."
"What do you mean he's too good for me?! Wouldn't it make more sense to put me with Mashiro since we're always together?!"
Hiyori covered her mouth, and giggled, causing Kensei to glare, Shinji found it amusing on how Kensei fell for Hiyori's trap in the end, knowing she probably was trying to have Kensei say something like that.
"Well, you did say it after all. Guess its meant to be between you. I'm happy about it though, I've always cheered for you two."
Hiyori had to have her own kind of fun, and that's what she was going to do right there and then.
"No way!" Mashiro yelled out. "Not Kensei!"
Kensei twitched an eyebrow.
"Why not me?!"
"Because it would be super weird!"
Hiyori gave a strong grin on her face.
However, Hacchi then stood up, and turned towards the entrance.
"Everyone, an unknown entity has just tried to break through my barrier. It was very difficult to detect them, but I've been tightening security...and it seems to have detected someone there."
"Who is it? A Shinigami?"
Kensei wondered, Hacchi however shakes his head.
"No, it does feel like someone with powers, but not a Shinigami. I don't know who it is-"
"BAMBIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!"
Hiyori yelled, and shot out of the barrier, shocking everyone around.
Shinji murmured "Shit, that Quincy." and followed after her, together with the others.
However, when they got outside, they saw that it wasn't Bambietta.
It was Giselle, who had her hands up while Hiyori points her blade at her, confusing all of them around.
Though while looking at Giselle, for a moment, Shinji noticed out of the corner of his eye that there was something there, but when he turned to look at it fully, he saw that it was gone. Whatever it was, he wondered if it was one of Giselle's friends.
But, he was way off the mark, it was something else...
After the events with Shinji and his group, Sakuto was currently with Urahara, and Yoruichi, the former was speaking with Sakuto, while Yoruichi was snuggling up to his lap, and seemed to be in a happy place now, being able to enjoy the feeling of his thighs.
"Really, skin to skin contact is the best."
"I see, so that's what you're doing right now, Yoruichi-san? Honestly, taking advantage of that cute Kitty cat form of yours, you do have quite the mischievous mind, huh~?"
Sakuto teased, with Yoruichi sticking out her tongue in a cute manner, before resuming her position on his lap.
Sakuto then took the small orb, and ran his finger across it for a moment, admiring the sight of it, but also being aware of it at the same time.
"Is something wrong?"
Urahara asked, Sakuto shakes his head.
"Nothing. Just looking at it, that's all."
Urahara shrugged his shoulders and carried on the conversation.
"Was it nice to clear the air with the others?"
Urahara wondered, Sakuto shrugs his shoulders.
"Yeah, I was glad that I was able to say what I have been wanting to say, though I do wonder if this is the end. For now, it seems that everyone is peaceful enough. Still, lots have happened over the years, so its undeniable that it could be difficult for them to feel better right away, in time I hope that they see me for not my brother, but for who I am."
"I think what you said to them is going to help them see who exactly you are as a person. I did like how you were open and honest, especially in the face of difficult questions, it can be difficult to be that calm in the face of that situation."
"Thanks. But with that now out of the way, we can focus our attention here. I have a feeling that big bro wont stay silent for long."
Urahara raised an eyebrow.
"Do you have any information about that?"
"It is hard keeping tabs on people by yourself, so its only logical that I'd have some way of obtaining knowledge. Especially considering that the person we're dealing with is someone like him."
Urahara couldn't deny what he said to be the truth.
"Yes, that's right. Its always good of knowing about a few things. Speaking of, you knew of Hirako-sans Zanpakuto to the point of knowing it was an illusion type?"
Sakuto didn't deny it, and inclines his head.
"I did yes, I researched everyone's Zanpakuto abilities that I could find out about, including yours Urahara-san. You know, in case things did go south between us, gotta be prepared for anything that might happen, you know what I mean? I'm glad that it didn't end up that way however. But, I'm sure you also tried to do the same for me, didn't you?"
"It seems you have kept it a real tight guarded secret, I could find little about it."
Sakuto shrugged his shoulders, as he offered a gentle smile.
"There are only a few people in this world that know the true power of my Zanpakuto. One of them happens to be in this room. Based on how you responded, and your general body language, it seems that my request to keep it a secret was honoured."
Urahara blinked, and looked around.
But only saw the three of them, and his eyes went towards a certain little cat resting on Sakuto's lap.
"...So, that would mean, Yoruichi-san, right?"
"Exactly, she knows the nature of my Zanpakuto."
Urahara was astonished, gazing towards Yoruichi with widening eyes.
"You said you couldn't say….so, you actually meant, that in the literal sense, not in the sense that you didn't know?"
"Correct, I have to protect my subordinates secrets, after all. Even if they aren't considered as such anymore, he was once under me. Considering that he was one of my top members in the squad all those years ago. I was asked to keep it a secret by him, that's all there is too it."
Urahara could see that Yoruichi really did honour her words to Sakuto from even a hundred years prior. More than that, he understood that she had every confidence that Sakuto wouldn't fall into the will of Sosuke Aizen that she never thought for even a moment he'd be an enemy, deciding to keep that secret on his request, and chose to believe in Sakuto even after all that time had passed.
Sakuto then developed a slight teasing smile.
"So, you and Tessai-san...Hiyori-san told me that you two are engaged as of last night. I didn't want to bring it up with the others around, since it was a serious conversation at that time, but I have to extend my congratulations, I always thought you two would make it. I mean, you have this undeniable chemistry, it really is endearing to watch your interactions."
Yoruichi snickered, while Urahara frowned deeply.
"I would have to agree Sakuto. Even when growing up, they always had this special bond. Now that they're officially together...it really is a cause for celebrations. I shall prepare the wine, Sakuto you can get the food ready, correct?"
"Of course, I'll make a special meal for the happy couple."
Urahara felt his face fall, while Yoruichi and Sakuto seemed to be speaking normally with one another.
"No, it isn't like that at all! Tessai-san and I...ugh, that Hiyori-san!"
Sakuto and Yoruichi looked to one another, before turning their smirking faces away, causing Urahara to let out a sound, which in turn caused Tessai to come walking into the room, his eyes going towards Urahara in concern.
"Urahara-san, is there something the matter? I heard raised voices, and was concerned."
"No, I'm fine. Thank you Tessai-san."
"Anything for you, Urahara-san."
Tessai bows his head, and leaves the area.
Sakuto and Yoruichi glance at one another, something that Urahara catches, and tries speaking "I erm...that is...well, that's..." but couldn't get the words out in the end, and looked on with his bewitching gaze.
Sakuto and Yoruichi look on with bewildered, yet happy eyes.
Back with Shinji and his group, Hiyori keeps her sword up at Giselle, who pulls goofy expressions, irritating Kensei and Hiyori a good deal.
"Alright, who the hell are you?"
Hiyori demands, Giselle giggles happily.
"Giselle~"
Hiyori twitches an eyebrow.
"Why do you sound so cutesy when I have a blade pointed at you?"
"Ooh, because you wont do anything to me. If you do, you'll incur the wrath of Sakuto-kun."
Hiyori coughed while Shinji looked perplexed.
"Excuse me? Could you run that by me again please?"
"Yeah like totally, he wont be happy if you hurt me, since you guys were so against him, especially the white haired one over there." Kensei grimaced as Giselle continued to smile. "So I suggest pointing your blade somewhere else~"
"Stop sounding so cutesy when people have blades aimed at you!"
Hiyori snapped, Giselle giggled even more to the detriment of the young blonde haired woman.
"But, its totally fine Hiyori-chan. I know a good deal about you, and your love for Shinji."
"Are you on something?!" Hiyori snapped. "Why would I have anything for that moronic Shinji!? He is awful!"
Shinji looked bewildered, while Giselle played with a lock of hair nonchalantly.
"I just thought, with how you two are..."
"I would rather stick needles in my eyes that deal with that one!" Shinji looked perplexed at her. "Now, cough up what you're doing here baldy."
"Why do you call everyone baldy? Do you have a thing for bald people?"
Hiyori felt her frustrations grow, and began storming towards her.
"Seriously, you are getting on my last nerve..."
"Again, if you do anything to me, Sakuto-kun will kill you~"
"Yeah, sure. If you say so."
Shinji placed a hand to his forehead and let out a breath.
"Lets call Sakuto-kun here, okay? So we can sort this out."
Sakuto's name caused Lisa to lift her eyebrows up, while Hiyori smirked at Giselle.
"Hear that baldy?"
"I did, did you baldy?"
Giselle said back with the goofiest most non-threatening look to her face that someone could have.
But to Hiyori, it only ignited the fuels to the fire.
"Only I can call people baldy!"
Giselle giggled to herself, while Shinji let out a small breath, so they called Sakuto over.
When he arrived, Sakuto looked bewildered at Giselle, who elegantly ran behind him, and pointed at Hiyori, while sensing Hiyori was rather annoyed. He also saw that some seemed to be wondering about Giselle, and then towards Sakuto, he didn't feel as negative feelings that he had felt beforehand.
"She was being mean to me, and said that I'd have to shave my head repeatedly. I think she has a thing for people with shaved heads. Maybe we should set her up with someone, know anyone with a bald head?"
Sakuto began thinking, and one person did come to mind, but he chose not to voice that for the time being, while Hiyori decided to chide Giselle.
"That isn't even what baldy means! Don't anger me like Bambi does!"
Sakuto was confused on what was going on, so decided to ask Giselle.
"Whats going on here anyway? Why are you here Giselle-san?"
"Ooh, I came to spy on them for you~" Sakuto sweat dropped, while the others raised eyebrows. "You know, I saw how they treated you. Like, they should be nicer than that, and then there's that white haired guy with the temper, I heard he wanted to fight you, and even hurt you. So I wanted to make sure they didn't do anything. Seems like I didn't think they'd have a barrier haha~"
Though she played it off as if she was absent minded, Sakuto felt like it actually wasn't her being absent minded, and thought that this could happen, but he wasn't entirely sure what it was that she was trying to accomplish.
If it was her way of getting into the building, or her trying the quickest method of trying to understand, he had some hunches, and wondered which where the right ones.
"Well, that's really sweet of you Giselle-san. But they're not the enemy."
"Not even the short and angry one there? She kinda acts like a Villain you know?"
Hiyori was bewildered when hearing that, and turned angry eyes upon Giselle.
"Short one? You're lucky Sakuto is between us right now. You anger me almost as much as Bambi does!"
"Ooh, Bambi-chan is my friend too~ She really doesn't like you."
"What did I do to her?! She attacked me first!"
Giselle shrugged her shoulders, Hiyori thrust her head back and deeply sighed.
Sakuto did his best to smooth it over, and placed a hand on top of her head.
"Hiyori-san isn't a Villain. She is a good person and does have peoples best interests at heart. She just has a different way of showing it than other people do."
Giselle slowly nods, and then points to Kensei.
"What about him? He seems to have negative feelings about you, Sakuto-kun."
"Well, its complicated but we're working through the issues."
Giselle wasn't sure, but she did trust Sakuto enough, and happily held onto his arm.
Hiyori didn't look happy about that, while Lisa murmured "This girls way too good at being forward." with a stern look on her face, all the while beginning to look over Sakuto's upper body and felt a faint redness beginning to fill her cheeks.
"Ooh, well I was worried you see~ I didn't want anything to happen to you. Especially since you've been really good to us, and taken care of us even when we went against you. I didn't want these guys to be awful to you."
"That is really kind of you. But really, I'm fine."
Giselle slowly nods, and yawns.
"Hmmm, I'm tired now. Lets go Sakuto-kun~"
Sakuto thought that would be for the best, and began taking her away with him from the others.
Giselle looked back, and smiled at Hiyori, who sharpened her eyebrows dangerously.
Meanwhile, Bambietta began going through some of the items that she had been passed down through her family, looking into different kinds of techniques, and skills, trying to pin something, anything down that might be able to help her out.
"...So, Quincy can do that, I already know how to move at high speed...Quincy spells huh...well, maybe...though there could be that wire that might be useful if catching them off guard...and then there's those little tubs full of Reishi, could cause some damage if they're filled with my own Reishi as well, extra damage..."
Bambietta didn't share her thoughts, and wasn't aware that Liltotto was at a distance away, but could see that she was studying hard. Seeing how she was falling deeper into her own negative feelings, Liltotto wondered how best to counteract this, as she didn't want to see one of her friends end up being a victim of themselves.
So, she moved closer, and walked towards the right hand side of her, peering over her shoulder, and took in the sights around her.
"Researching?"
"Yeah, learning on how to grow stronger."
Bambietta muttered, Liltotto folded her arms.
"You know, we've been told that Sakuto knows about Quincy abilities. A few of us are thinking of going to learn from him."
Bambietta exhales.
"No, I'm alright if that's what you're getting at. I'd rather not learn from him."
"You really do hate Shinigami. Why? You've never told us why that is. Can't you tell me now that we're alone?"
Bambietta held a vulnerable look to her eyes, as she gazed back towards Liltotto, catching her off guard.
"...Shinigami...this one guy, he hurt me, more than I ever thought possible, on one of the darkest days of my life. I never thought...that someone...would be capable of hurting me as much as that bastard did."
Liltotto became surprised, pulling closer towards her.
"A Shinigami, attacked you?"
"It would be simple if it was only that. No, its...I don't want to talk about it. Its...too hard to speak about."
Liltotto could see that pain was on Bambietta's face.
It was clear that each passing second, it was more and more difficult for Bambietta to speak about her past, which only made Liltotto wish she knew more about it, but it seemed that Bambietta didn't want to speak about it.
"...We are your friends, you know? We might mess with one another, but we came together, because all of us didn't have anywhere else to go. No one else in the world. So, we really have one another. I'm not for the mushy stuff that Meninas or Giselle would be into, but I also care about you and the others. I hate seeing you go down this self destructive path."
Bambietta closed her eyes for a few moments.
Thoughts of what Liltotto and what Sakuto had said to her before began to fill her mind.
Though ultimately, she also saw something else that made her hatred grow stronger within her mind, unfortunately for her, it was so overpowering that it caused her to push her own feelings down and to carry on.
"...I appreciate it, I really do. But I can't help but feel that these Shinigami, could turn out to be like that one was. I suppose when the times right, we'll see which one of us is right. Anyway, I've got some research to do, I'll see you later."
Liltotto watched Bambietta take one of her books, and began to leave the area.
Shaking her head, Liltotto knew that they'd have to do something eventually about Bambietta, but she also wanted to have it be a peaceful resolution, and didn't want to have to see Bambietta feel like this anymore, so she began deciding on what she was going to do.
Returning home that evening to Orihime's apartment along with taking Giselle back to her home with the others, Sakuto stepped inside, and saw an astonishing sight for sure.
"Welcome home, Sakuto-kun~"
It was Orihime, dressed in a maids costume, greeting him like a maid would. The skirt pulled up ever so slightly, the bowing of her body and how even her long hair that usually flowed down her back, was tied into twin tails, and he thought that it looked absolutely cute.
He blinked rapidly, then saw Rukia step out, wearing a maids outfit as well. Along with that, it seemed that she had pulled her hair into a side ponytail the best that she could do with the length of her hair, giving her a rather cute yet tough looking maid that would please, and also kick ass if necessary, he thought it was a nice contrast for sure.
"Ah, welcome home Sakuto. What do you think of this outfit? I think the skirt might be a bit too short, but your opinion would be great."
Sakuto raised an eyebrow, while Nemu also came out of the bedroom, and was wearing a similar maid outfit. Though with Nemu's own, she was wearing the maid skirt higher than the others, exposing more leg, and her top buttons were undone, showing a bit of her cleavage, making him wonder what she had been studying for her to come up with an outfit like that.
"Sakuto-sama, I am pleased to see you have returned. Shall I give you a full body massage? My hands, I have been practising, and I am ready to sensually run my hands across your entire body."
Sakuto looked between all three of them, trying to work out what the hell was going on.
Though he did think they looked really lovely, to see them like this all of a sudden was a shock to the system for sure.
"...So, before I ask, are you all into cosplaying now…? And if so, maids huh?"
Sakuto asked with intrigue, unable to escape the three beautiful women before his eyes, which all seemed to move closer towards him, and began surrounding him.
"Nemu-san wished for us to help her see if you have an attraction to maids! Since she seemed so keen in trying to learn more about these things, we decided to help out!"
Sakuto coughed when Orihime yelled that out, Rukia folds her arms underneath her bust.
"Maids, according to the research I have done, are usually customary for harems, they should have at least one maid type. I thought that Nemu-san would fit that the most. But, I couldn't resist the temptation of trying the outfit myself. These humans really do have intriguing costumes, should we introduce this to the Shinigami's? I am sure that Matsumoto-san would take an immediate shine to this kind of attire, wouldn't you say so?"
As she said it, she spun around and her skirt swayed with her movements, allowing brief glimpses of a cute side that Rukia didn't show that often, but seeing the gleeful nature on her face, he couldn't deny that it was a cute thing for sure.
"Did you call her Nemu-san instead of Kurotsuchi-san, Rukia-chan?"
Rukia astounded herself, and blinked at her own words.
"I...suppose that I did. So tell me." Rukia began with a mischievous grin. "Do you think having a maid in the harem is a good idea? And if so, which maid is the best?"
Sakuto sweat dropped at how she was trying to be teasing towards him.
"Though I don't particularly have anything for maids in the way you're thinking, I can't deny you all do look pretty cute."
Orihime blushed up a storm, as Nemu brought out her book, and wrote [Sakuto-sama appreciates the outfits, I shall keep this for private sessions.] and then placed her book away, inching closer towards Sakuto.
Getting to his right hand side, she allowed her body to come into contact with his own, her ample chest pushed to his right arm, yet kept up the stoic way that she was known for, all the while peering into his eyes.
Orihime stuck out her bottom lip, and looked unsure of what to do, while Rukia ran her hands down her own outfit.
"Inoue, does this outfit seem to be the thing you'd want to wear?" Rukia wondered, not noticing that Orihime had gone towards Sakuto, and was now with fluster, hugging his arm between her boobs. "Inoue, did you hear..." She looked to Orihime, now fully hugging Sakuto. "...I see. Though I don't know why, it seems that I also wish to partake in that...I sounded like Nemu-san then..."
She added at the end, and then moved towards Sakuto, who was being hugged by two beautiful women already.
"Sakuto-sama, we were interrupted last time. So I have come to a conclusion, that we must begin experimenting together."
Sakuto looked stunned at Nemu, who in turn seemed to be dead set for this outcome to be achieved.
Orihime looked puzzled.
"What do you mean Kurotsuchi-san? When did you and Sakuto-kun..."
"I have decided to become intimate with Sakuto-sama." Sakuto slapped his forehead, while Orihime looked dazed, Rukia herself looked mildly surprised. "Therefore, I think it would be best if we came together, and began understanding the dynamics within the relationships that we all have with Sakuto-sama. Perhaps it would be best if we decide who goes first."
Sakuto looked bewildered, seeing how open Nemu was being, though he was glad that she was able to express her feelings, and show her true self to everyone that was around, he also was surprised Rukia was looking rather happy to do such things.
The next day went and came, without anything major happening, they went to school like normal, and chatted, having fun with one another, though Sakuto felt as if something was amiss, something shared by a few others as well.
Though by the time of lunch two days after the meeting with Shinji's group happened, Sakuto felt Liltotto coming towards him, so he waited for her to approach him, since he didn't see anything going on in the town so he presumed it wasn't anything worrying.
When she arrived, Sakuto went to a different rooftop other than the school after she beckoned him closer.
"Hey, Liltotto-san, I think we've finished the Quincy cross now. We've worked pretty hard...but, something tells me that you're not here for that?"
"Partly, I was. Its nice to know, and I wish to speak about that sometime soon. But there's something I...I want your help with."
Intrigued by what she was asking, Sakuto nods at her.
"What is it Liltotto-san?"
"Its about Bambietta. Can we...talk about her a bit?"
Hearing the concern in her voice, Sakuto nods seriously, and sits down to the side of the building. Liltotto sits on the other side of the building, facing one another.
"So, has something happened with her?"
"Well, nothing yet. But I can see she is desperately trying to increase her strength. I don't think she has done anything reckless yet, but I can certainly see what's going to happen if she continues. She also told me, that she does...have something against Shinigami, or at least one of them. She didn't really elaborate about it further than that, but I was under the impression that this Shinigami truly had caused her pain."
"A Shinigami huh. No names?"
Liltotto shakes her head.
"Do you know of any Quincy Shinigami interactions over the past...I don't know exactly when this happened to her. Any significant one come to mind?"
"Quincy are things of myth to some Shinigami in this world, so meeting one and reporting about it...really is something that wouldn't happen. I think we'd have to search more about Bambi-chan and look into her history if she isn't going to be willing to share it with us."
"What, by looking at where she lived?"
Sakuto inclined his neck in agreement.
"Do know where that was? If you can get that, then I can narrow down who might've been the Shinigami she could have been interacted to see which guarded that area in the human world, I'll do some research while you're doing that to see where she could have lived based on some details."
"Leave it with me, I don't know where she lived, but I probably could get it out of her after a bit of questioning."
Liltotto spoke up, Sakuto gives a strong nod.
"Right. By the way, Liltotto-san. She really does have a good friend in you."
Liltotto turns her head towards the right hand side.
"...I don't want to lose my friends, that's all."
"I see, you don't have to worry. Lets find out more, and try to help out Bambi-chan"
Liltotto thought that it was the best thing that they'd be able to do together.
So, she bowed her head strongly.
"I am sorry that I've dragged you into this. I didn't mean for any of this to happen when we came here. Funnily enough, I wanted to come here, because I had heard that it had a legendary dish that was only served here. To think that Bambi would shut down like this."
Sakuto found that to be rather amusing, and released a good chuckle.
"I see, so that's how it is. Well, maybe once this is done with, we can all have a giant meal together."
"Yes...let us all eat together."
Sakuto gave a joyful smile, seeing the care on Liltotto's face, and her desire to keep her friends together.
Seeing that also reminded him of his own past a little bit, and what happened there.
But he didn't share anything for the time being, and spoke with Bambietta for a little while as they worked out what would be the best thing for them to do now.
Shortly before the sun had set, Lisa had gone shopping for some of her private Manga, and was beginning to make her way home, now that she had finished, and she couldn't wait for her to be able to read her Manga.
Her thoughts briefly went towards the meeting that they had that day, and she thought "Damn, Sakuto-kun, you really are a Bishounen, I can't get over how...damn." and though she'd not share those thoughts with anyone else, she was happy enough to feel good about herself.
However, she didn't know that following close behind her, was a certain someone.
Weaving through the streets, blending into the crowd, this person was able to follow Lisa with pin point accuracy.
Lisa hadn't discovered that she was being followed so she took her time.
She didn't see the need to rush back, especially after everything that was going on.
As her thoughts pertained to Sakuto once more, she fumbled with her bottom lip.
But that soon changed when she felt a presence coming in from behind her.
She looked back, and saw that the crowd was too thick to really tell anyone apart.
"Huh..."
Putting on a complex face for a moment, before she shakes her head, and carries on towards the area that the others were located.
Nearing them, Lisa was relieved as the feeling inside of her was beginning to feel awkward, and she didn't like it at all.
"Home, sweet..."
"..."
Lisa froze inside when she felt something.
A chill went down her spine.
Her eyes went wide open.
She shot her body around, having sensed a presence there.
But, she saw nothing.
Her heart raced, and her body was beginning to feel numb.
She backed towards the hideout that was down the street, going slowly at first, as she could feel a presence near her.
But when she heard a snarling sound, she turned fully and ran towards the base.
"Something is after me…! Shit! This presence, it feels as if its all around me...yet, I don't see anything at all…!"
Lisa panicked, but could see from her position the large warehouse where they were staying, she was relieved.
But when she was approaching, suddenly what appeared to be a spike pierced in front of her, causing her to jump towards the right.
She skidded across the floor, when suddenly reaching out of the shadows, and grabbed Lisa's own, pulling her into the darkness that was the alleyway.
"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!"
Lisa yelled, but was silenced when she came face to face with her chaser, and then it approached her so fast she was blind sided...
Meanwhile, Sakuto sat by the window in the apartment of Orihime's, and gazed out of it.
Watching as the sun was setting in the sky, he noticed Rukia was playing some kind of game, Orihime was trying to make different types of food, and Nemu was reading various different things, he noticed that she also was reading Manga now, and that was something intriguing since she hadn't taken a liking to that beforehand either.
"This is intriguing, it seems that this game allows you to date multiple people...Sakuto, I recommend you trying to do this game, it really is exciting to try and romance these wonderful women."
Sakuto raised an eyebrow at Rukia.
"You seem to be really into this harem stuff Rukia-chan. Any reason why?"
"I don't know quite yet, I caught myself in the moment, and decided to run with it. I can't say for sure what is best, but I do like the idea of being able to understand and help Kurotsuchi-san...erm, Nemu-san, discover her own emotional ties."
Sakuto pondered if it was any more than that.
Though he then saw that she was playing a curious game, so he asked about it.
"So, what's that anyway?"
"Tatsuki-san told me about this the other day, and lent me this copy of the game. I expressed interest in learning about a few unique relationships. She calls it an RPG, with dating mechanics. So far, I have romanced two girls. Intriguing, it did tell me I was about to enter another relationship after I romanced the first girl, though it also didn't stop me either. I guess we'll see how it goes and what could happen. I really find the girls interesting-"
"I also want to play." Nemu spoke up, scaring Rukia. "Shall we play the game together, Kuchiki-san?"
Rukia agreed immediately.
"Hmmm, I do need some advice on some of the choices...yes, let us work together in saving everyone's hearts, and also winning the hearts of the girls as well."
"Yes, we can learn from this game, and apply it to Sakuto-sama and our seductions of him as well."
Surprisingly, Rukia nods, though she did it without thinking, and the pair began to play the game together, even Orihime soon began playing it with them, which he found to be rather endearing and sweet at the same time.
As he contemplated everything that was going to happen next, he suddenly checked his phone when he heard a beeping noise. Overlooking it his eyes widened ever so slightly, and then put it away, and stood tall.
"I have to head out for a few minutes, be back soon~"
Trying to be as nonchalant as possible, Sakuto leapt out of the window, and went into his Shinigami form. His eyes went left and right as he stood on the road, glancing up at the apartment, and safely activated a barrier to protect the residents inside.
When he didn't feel anything in particular out of worrisome, he disappeared, and then reappeared on top of a rooftop, his eyes scanning the different areas. He then looked back at his phone, and the message that he received.
"So...it should be...right the others..."
Sakuto closed his eyes, and searched for those that would be around Karakura.
When he sensed Lisa on her own, he turned direction, and hop footed it as fast as he could do.
Disappearing and reappearing on different rooftops faster than the blink of an eye, Sakuto made a mad dash towards the different area of the town of Karakura. Though he knew by going to that town it was a relatively populated area, he felt something might be off about it, and wished to make sure that everything was fine.
As he caught Lisa in his sights, he also felt a darkened presence that was around, so he shot down to the ground, and saw Lisa being pulled into an alleyway.
"Shit..."
Sakuto wasted no time in speeding through the civilians that were unaware of his presence.
Getting to the alleyway, he saw Lisa was about to be skewered, so he reappeared before her, his blade crossed over her, inches from her torso, causing her eyes to widen in pure shock.
"Sakuto…!"
Lisa called out as Sakuto repelled the enemy away from Lisa.
"Are you alright?"
"Y...Yeah, what are you doing here?"
"I got alerted to this kind of attack, and came as quickly as I could do. It was difficult to sense, but there's no time to discuss further, as its about to attack again."
Sakuto watched as some strange Hollow like creature came shooting for them. It looked to have blade for arms, and has blade like spikes erupted all over its body. The horns on its head caused Sakuto to furrow his brows, as it came at him swinging its arms like swords, so Sakuto repelled them over and over again.
Then he saw it shooting left in the tight alleyway, so Lisa brought out her own sword, and turned it onto the Hollow.
"What kind of Hollow is this?"
"One that can think, and act a bit like a Shinigami." Answering her doubts, she nods, as Sakuto saw the Hollow take a piercing attack towards him, so he parried the attack, then grabbed the Hollow by the face, charging up a Shakkaho orb. "Hado 31, Shakkaho!"
Releasing the orb that blew up in the face of the Hollow, sending it flying into the sky.
Smoke rose between them, as Sakuto twirled his blade in his hand, aiming it right up towards the Hollow which began to recover from the attack.
"It took your attack, with little wounds, and what it does have, are healing. I've known Hollows that can regenerate, but to be tough against a strong blast like that..."
"It probably isn't one of the Masterpieces, but its still something that can be worrisome to some to deal with since it has these abilities that can be annoying to deal with. Either way, to stay safe with you and your group, go back and tell them to strengthen their barrier to hide themselves, alright?"
"And leave you with this thing?"
"Yes, its alright. Don't worry about me, make sure they are safe."
As he said it, the Hollow released the spikes scattering across its body, and shot them down towards him, and anything in its path, which included those innocent humans that were walking and laughing and doing other things within the streets to the left and right of them.
Wanting to protect them, Sakuto quickly began activating his Kido.
"This Hollow might have some Shinigami reflexes, but I've seen regular Hollows smarter than this one...so you're right, that its a failed creation or something, right? Even then, its still got some force behind its attacks, that's more than regular Hollows, you got this, right?"
Sakuto inclined his neck, Lisa gritted her teeth, as Sakuto clapped his hands together, and summoned a barrier that was a bit different to the normal type of ones.
"Ryubi no Jomon!"
Creating over a dozen white solid pillars, which are arranged by hand gestures, making them form a gigantic shield or door-like barrier between the spikes, and the innocents that were oblivious to the attacks as well.
Not being able to get through the door like barrier, the Hollow howled out, and charged for the door like barrier.
"I see, so you're going direct? That's fine with me!"
Sakuto didn't give it the chance, as he shot into the air, and got before it, slamming his foot deep into the upper body of the beast, sending it flying backwards higher into the sky.
Then Sakuto kicked off from the air, and deeper into the sky, brandishing his blade, as the Hollow turned its hands towards Sakuto, beginning to fire off several spikes that could easily rip through solid concrete.
Lisa began contacting the others, while also watching Sakuto fight off the Hollow.
"Haaaah!"
With a giant swing of his sword, Sakuto parried some of the spikes, and sent them into other ones that were fired off, breaking them apart, and then he grabbed the last spike with his free hand, with force, threw it right back, ripping through one of the Hollows legs, drawing an ample amount of blood from said creature.
"Sweet."
Lisa happily said, finishing contacting the others to have them arrive.
Sakuto then took in a deep breath, and a circular form of energy began surrounding him from his midsection.
"Hado 78, Zangerin!"
Swinging out his sword, the energy released from his blade in the form of a circular energy wave, and sailed through the air at a rapid pace.
The Hollow in question turned down towards Sakuto, and tried to take the attack head on, but the cutting ability of the Kido blade sliced right through its arms, and dropped them down to the ground, but managed to dodge the rest, only receiving a harsh gash across its leg when it tried to retreat.
Sakuto exhaled, and flashed to the right hand side of its body, preparing to deal the finishing blow, when he saw the Hollow turn towards him, and open its mouth, revealing a Cero was beginning to form strongly, and was ready to fire.
"Bakudo 39, Enkosen!"
Revealing his Kido barrier in the form of a circular shield, he managed to block off the attack, noting the potency of the attack, and repelled the Hollow by grappling its upper body with one arm, and angling his blade for the face of the Hollow.
It howled into the night, and tried to bite him, only for two barriers to appear at the jawline of the Hollow, one on each side, and pinned the mouth open from attempting to bite down upon his body, giving Sakuto enough time to strike it down.
"Honestly, it seems that I'll have to deal with this..."
Sakuto thrust his sword deep into the face of the Hollow, splitting the head apart, and then he brought down the blade, cleaving it in half fully, ending its existence all together.
Confirming that it was gone, Sakuto cracked his neck left and right, returning to the ground to meet up with Lisa.
"Pesky regeneration."
"That Hollow...did it come from your elder brother?"
"There is a chance, a good one at that."
Lisa thought that was the case, so hearing the confirmation did make her have pause.
"Does that mean he's found us? And if that's the case...was this only the beginning?"
"I don't think so. At least, from what I can tell, it might not be...when we meet up with the others, I'll explain more of what I think, and then we can go from there. Don't worry Lisa-san, I wont let him get to you guys again."
Lisa looked at the young man before her, his mature, kind smile, made a small amount of redness begin to fill her cheeks.
"...Saying it like that, you really do have this mature look to you for someone that has a handsome face. It reminds me a bit of Kyoraku, though different at the same time, a good different."
"Kyoraku-san huh, do you think about him? I am sure that he thinks about you."
"Its been a while, since we last saw one another, he was a good Captain to me when we were together. Though, he is a good man, he did annoy me to no end sometimes."
"I guess now he gets to annoy Nanao-chan."
Lisa widened her eyes at the name.
"Nanao?"
"She ended up as his Vice Captain."
Lisa adopted a small smirk.
"Now that is something I shouldn't be surprised by. She always seemed to be the type that probably would be capable to become a Vice Captain."
"She is very capable. Though she did and does miss you. I remember she cried after you disappeared."
Lisa exhales, her eyes lowering for a few moments.
"Nanao, crying huh. She only would do that if she truly felt the need to do so. I guess it really was tough on her as well back then."
"But, don't worry. She grew strong. Kyoraku-san does protect her the best that he can do, he asks me to take care of her whenever we're on missions together. This isn't by any means anything he's said, but I feel as if he probably feels some level of guilt since he did ask you to go that night when you weren't on the mission, and he wants to protect Nanao-chan as much as possible. Though there could be other factors to it as well, he always seems to go quiet when we talk about a few things, not like he is trying to hide it or anything, but the pain in his eyes tells me what I said to you being true."
Lisa shakes her head, trying to keep a straight face.
"Dolt, as if I'd ever blame the idiot for such things. Though, I can see what you're saying, I could see him being very much like that, with guilt and all. I decided to go with the others anyway, I am sure if I had said no he would have been fine with it, so there really is nothing for him to worry about, I will tell him as much if I get the chance to see him again. Still, its good to know that they're still going even after all this time. Especially Nanao, taking care of her?"
"Haha, of course. She is important to me as well."
Lisa gives a rare cool smile, folding her arms underneath her bust.
"By the way, like the outfit I've got on?" Sakuto looked over her clothing, seeing it was a traditional Japanese school girl uniform. "It feels really good to move in these." Lisa pulled closer, and looked over Sakuto, gaining some redness on her face. "Though, I do have some clothing that is...less comfortable, but more, erotic. Care to view them-"
"Pervert!"
Hiyori snapped as she came flying down to meet them.
Lisa scowled, and looked over Hiyori.
"Jealous?"
"Me, of you?! As if!"
Lisa gave a victory smirk, as Hiyori gave dark eyes towards her.
Sakuto looked towards the incoming Shinji, and murmured "Guess we've got some stuff to speak about, huh."
As he said it, the others arrived, and was glad that they seemed to be safe. Now, they'd have to discuss what happened, and recalling what happened to them in the past, Sakuto was going to make sure that his brother caused them no more strife than they'd already had gone through.

So this chapter had Lisa and Sakuto having some one on one time, discussing a few things, and also dealing with an experimental Hollow. Giselle thought she was doing her best to try and find out about Shinji and the others, Bambietta also revealed a bit more about her past, and why she feels the way that she does, more elaboration to come, and Liltotto worrying about her friend, going to Sakuto for some advice, so they will work together. Yoruichi and Sakuto also revealed about their past a bit as well, while Nemu is becoming more forward, and bringing Rukia and Orihime along with her journey.
