Here's another one! I actually had this chapter completely wrote out and then realized I really did not like it. So I scrapped it entirely and rewrote it like an hour ago lol. I hope you guys like it, I personally like this much better than what I had before. Please read and review! Reading reviews makes me want to write so much more! Also this chapter is entirely in Bo's point of view.

Bo's POV

I sat at the bar and wished Tamsin would hurry the fuck up. I so badly wanted to just turn around and run back to the Light compound and get Lauren. She does not deserve this. Why are the Fae so stupid with how they treat humans. Stupid isn't even the correct word honestly, but I can't think of anything else. I downed the rest of my drink and looked down at my phone.

Lauren said I was sweet. Nobody had ever told me that before. God, I have it bad for her.

"What do you want Succubus?" Tamsin showed up and I realized I had zoned out thinking about Lauren. "Thanks for coming, I need to talk to you," I said slowly and she rolled her eyes but sat down next to me and looked over at Kenzi. "Do I even want to hear her out?" She asked Kenzi who rolled her eyes. "Talk to Bobo or she will drive me crazy for however long Dr. Hotpants is locked up." Kenzi said without thinking and she must have realized what she said because her eyes widened.

"Locked up?" Tamsin questioned and looked over at me, her eyes narrowed. "The Ash locked Lauren up for disobeying him," I told her and her eyes flashed red and she looked angry. "Lauren," she said her name gently which surprised me. "He has done this before. If he told her to do something and she didn't do it he has locked her up. Normally it's no longer than a week." Tamsin stated and waved Trick over to pour her a drink. "He can't do that to her!" I said forcefully and she nodded.

"I'm not disagreeing with you because I never think she should be locked up. She's my best friend." Tamsin didn't sound like she was talking about her best friend.

Her aura. The way it lit up when she said Lauren's name it makes me think that she doesn't really think of Lauren as a 'friend'. "You like her," I stated and tried very hard to keep my voice even. My Succubus was not happy with this information. "She is my best friend," she repeated and refused to look at me. That pretty much answers that question. I clenched my fists as I tried to keep control of myself.

"She told me to talk to you, I tried to argue that she shouldn't stay there and when I was leaving she told me to talk to you," I didn't want to beat around the bush. She sighed and downed her drink in one go and waved for another one. "You won't like what I'm going to tell you," she told me coolly. "Tell me anyway," I said and Kenzi looked between the two of us worriedly.

"The Ash told her to get you to agree to align with the Light. He told her to do whatever it took… he basically tried to whore her out but obviously she didn't do that." Tamsin finally looked at me and I felt like I had been smacked in the face.

He tried to get her to sleep with me. He wanted her to convince me to choose the Light. She never said anything about that during our date. "She didn't say anything about me choosing a side at all," I said quietly, and Tamsin nodded. "She likes that you haven't chose a side." Tamsin's voice sounded less cold, and her eyes were gentler. "I need to talk to her. I can't believe he locked her up because of me," I stood up.

"Good luck with that, I've tried and it's never worked. You're lucky you even got to see her at all while she's locked up," Tamsin told me. "I have to try!" I yelled and she rolled her eyes. "Bobo, do you want me to come with you?" Kenzi I knew would go with me or help me however she could. She's human and she doesn't like how the Fae treat humans obviously. I smiled at her genuinely. "No, you stay here and enjoy yourself," I told her. "Wanna stay and drink with me?" Kenzi questioned Tamsin who raised her eyebrows at the question.

"Why not, I could use a good drinking buddy," Tamsin told her and Kenzi grinned at her. I turned and walked away. At least I knew someone who didn't completely seem to have it out for humans was with Kenzi. Although said Fae does seem to have feelings for Lauren. I forced the thought out of my head. I went to my car and drove back to the Light Fae compound. I need to see her. I felt my Succubus trying to come out but I refused to allow that to happen right now.

She got thrown into a dungeon basically all because she wouldn't try to convince me to join the Light Fae. She was trying to protect me. I need to return that favor. I arrived at the Light compound and headed inside. Hale was standing at the entrance and was looking at his phone. "Hey Hale, do you think you could do me a favor?" I asked as I approached him. He looked up and put his phone into his pocket.

"Depending on what it is I will try my best to help," he answered and smiled at me as I got closer. I like Hale. He's not a complete dick and to be honest I think he has a thing for Kenzi. "Can you get me down to where the Ash has Lauren?" I asked him and he sighed. "Bo, I can't go against any rule that the Ash has," he told me gently. I sighed and ran a hand through my hair trying to keep myself calm. "It's my fault that she's down there. I need to get her out of there Hale," I looked up at him and his eyes widened.

"You like her… a lot, don't you?" He questioned but didn't sound judgy about it. "I can't stop thinking about her. We had a date last night and it was probably the best night of my life," I can't believe I just told Hale this, but I figured if he knew my motives maybe he would be willing to bend the rules a little bit for me. "Bo, you need to be careful. The Ash is very let's say 'over protective' of Lauren. I've never actually seen him that way with any other um person that works for him," he told me.

"You mean any human that is his slave actually," I snorted and then felt bad when he looked down and shuffled his feet a bit. "I don't like it either Bo. She doesn't deserve it at all," he told me, and I felt a rush of affection for Hale as he said this. "I'll figure this out myself… thank you Hale for making me see that not all Fae have it out for humans," I said and squeezed his arm affectionately. He smiled at me as I walked away.

I headed back into the Light Fae compound and stormed into Lachlan's office. He looked up and frowned at me, but I didn't care. "You tried to make Lauren convince me to choose the Light!" I yelled loudly as I approached. He stood up as I came closer. "And you wonder why I don't want to choose? Can't imagine why I wouldn't want to be a part of a group who treats people this way," I spat angrily. "I obviously know that you have feelings for the Doctor," he told me coolly.

"I will take her away from here and you. I will find a way to get her away from you and stop the way you all treat her!" I snapped and he laughed at me. "Do you know why she is enslaved with the Light Fae?" He questioned and I froze. "If Lauren wants to tell me she will." I told him firmly. "You won't be getting her away from here. She will be here until she dies. Now I am generous enough to allow her to come and go as she pleases as long as she does what I ask of her." He stated this and sounded like he thought he was the greatest person ever for allowing her to do this.

"Lauren isn't anybody's property," I snarled and I knew my eyes had to be flashing blue because of how angry I felt. "Relax, she will be out eventually," he told me. I hate him. I hate him so fucking much. I wish I could kill him. He deserves to die for how he is treating her.

I can't though. It would cause a full-on war on me and maybe even Lauren. Doesn't mean I can't hurt him though, right? I lunged at him and jumped over his desk to push him into the wall. I grabbed my knife as I jumped out of my boot and pressed it against his neck as I held him against the wall. He started laughing at this and pushed me away from him.

God he's a lot stronger than I thought. I fell back onto his desk and he came forward and put his hand on my neck and pressed down. Fuck I can't breathe. I grabbed at his arms and pushed him back. "Don't think you can beat me Succubus," he hissed as I got back on my feet. I clenched my knife in my hand tightly and went to suck his chi, but he reached out and grabbed me by my throat and slammed me into the wall. "I can and will kill you if necessary. I already tried to warn you," he stated. "When have you ever tried to warn me!" I snapped as I fought against his hold on me.

"Remember getting the shit beat out of you and having to come get Dr. Lewis to save you?" He asked and I froze. "You sent the Ogres after me?" I whispered and he smirked as he let go of my throat. "You need to stop now. I don't care if you fuck the good Doctor. But you will not free her or get her away from here." He warned and sat back down. I stumbled backwards and walked out.

I had to walk away now, or I would've either died or killed him one or the other. As I walked away from the office my brain wouldn't shut off. I really need to talk to Lauren.
