Anko was currently standing before her team of genin. They were training against Tayuya to learn how to detect Genjutsu.
"I expect you maggots to learn. I won't tolerate failure!" Tayuya shouted.
"Yes, Tayuya sensei!" The three genin said.
"Come on, I thought you three were the next Sannin?" Anko asked.
"Anko, these genin suck." Tayuya said as Fu arrived.
"My apologies for not waking up in time, Lady Namikaze." Fu said.
Anko sighed. "Fu, just call me Anko." Anko said.
"I'm sorry, I can't you and Kaiser saved me from a life of absolute hell. I owe my life to you." Fu said.
"Stand up, Fu. As the head of the Namikaze clan, I order you to stop calling me Lady Namikaze, and call me Anko. You're to also take the official place as my second apprentice." Anko said, causing everyone's eyes to open wide.
"Second? Who was your first?" Udon asked.
"Naruto. Now get back to work." Anko said and suddenly, a burst of motivation hit the genin and they began working harder.
Inside an unknown cave, eight figures were standing together. "It seems we're in quite the situation. Only the two and eight tails Jinchuriki have been located." Said a man with the Rinnegan.
"Lord Pain, it seems this character, Hell Kaiser, he's been stealing the tailed beast and then reviving the Jinchuriki. Also, he's managed to kill Kisame and turn Itachi back to his side." Zetsu said.
"Lord Pain, I've got a suggestion. Why don't we all engage Kumo? Even the Raikage can't keep up with those eyes of yours." Sasori suggested.
"Yes, that would be a possibility. However, with only two of the beast, we cannot do anything." Pain said.
"Oh, I gotta Idea! I gotta, I gotta, I gotta idea!" Shouted Tobi.
"Shut up and speak." Pain said.
"Let's hunt down Hell Kaiser. Maybe we can absorb the tailed beast from him, once he's acquired the last two." Tobi said.
"Lord Pain, that is a good idea. Maybe we let Kaiser do the foot work for us. Then, we engage him at once." Konan suggested.
"It could be risky, but I'm willing to test the waters. I'm sending Kakazu, Hidan, and Sasori on this one. Tobi, you and Deidara will partner up and remain in the shadows." Pain ordered.
"Great, I've got the idiot." Deidara cursed. "Yes, Lord Pain." Deidara said.
"Yay! I got my best friend!" Tobi shouted.
"Come on, time is money." Kakazu muttered.
"God, is all you think about is money? You certainly will pay for Lord Jashin." Hidan said.
"I don't like waiting. Let's go." Sasori said and the three Akatsuki members proceeded to Kumo.
"Now, let's be serious." Tobi said as the air became cold and Deidara was stunned.
"There is a high chance that those three will be killed and Kaiser will have access to all the tailed beast. I want us to form an alliance with Iwagakure, Kumogakure, Sunagakure, and Kirigakure.
Even if Kaiser is a powerful foe, a single man cannot deal with four of the major hidden villages." Tobi said.
"If we are going to war, why not add Konoha on our side?" Deidara asked.
"Hell Kaiser is most likely part of Konoha. Once he's defeated and we've got all the tailed beast, world peace can be achieved at last." Tobi said.
"Should we contact Kumo after the they have been killed?" Pain asked.
"Yes. I want them to be in a position to beg for our help. I'll return to Kiri and make an offer. Deidara, go to Suna. Once we have word of the outcome, I'll visit both Kumo and Iwagakure." Tobi said as he swirled away.
"Deidara, you have your orders." Pain said.
"Right, Lord Pain." Deidara said as he created a clay bird and began flying towards the Land of Wind.
Inside the village hidden in the clouds, it was a battlefield. The Raikage ordered his men to eliminate the threat, Kaiser.
"Big bro, let us go fight, we can win you know? The Kaiser is on fire, but my bars will bring us higher." Killer Bee said.
"I agree with Bee. We should be helping our ninja, not hiding." Yugito said.
The Raikage remained silent as watched from his tower. The buildings were being destroyed and many lives were taken. "Lord A, I agree with Bee and Yugito. They should be defending our village." Darui said.
"That's it, Darui! Take Amoi, Karui, and Sammui, I want you to go to the Lightning Capital! Remain there until someone from cloud gets you.
Come on, Bee, Yugito! If we are going to fight, we'll fight as one!" A shouted.
"All I'm requesting is your Jinchuriki. I'll even revive them afterwards." Naruto said as he teleported away from the lightning strike.
"You guys aren't even making me use sage mode. This is really sad. I thought Kumo had the best army." Naruto said.
"The let's show you!" Shouted A.
"Raikage, pleasure to meet you. I was wondering when you'd come out to play." Naruto said.
"For your crimes against Kumo, immediate execution!" A shouted.
"Tell me, what do you think about world peace?" Naruto asked as he teleported and dodged A's Lariate.
"What? There is no such thing!" A shouted.
"But if you could achieve it, what would you do?" Naruto asked.
"I don't answer foolish questions." A said.
"Let me explain my plan to you. You see, I've collected all but the six tails, Saiko. With all the tailed beast, I plan on uniting the world into a place with no war, hatees, or violence." Naruto said.
"That's a fantasy that can never be achieved! You thin kIwa would work with the leaf, or with the sand?" A asked.
"No, and those who are against world peace, they will be eliminated. I can take the tailed beast, revive the Jinchuriki, and all those killed, if you let me." Naruto said.
"Do you think I'll let you take our weapons like that?" A shouted.
Instantly, Naruto activated sage mode, and charged at the Raikage. The man was in absolute shock at the speed and strength of the masked blond. Before he processed what happened, his body was slammed into the ground.
Both of Naruto's shadow clones had absorbed the chakra of Gyūki and Matabi. "Now, that wasn't so hard, was it?" Naruto asked as he went through a series of hand seals. "Outer Path - Rinne Rebirth!" Naruto declared and all those that died from battle with began to wake up.
"What? What happened?" Yugito asked as she saw the fourth Raikage wake up.
"I revived you all. My goal isn't to kill or cause chaos, it's to make this world a better place." Naruto said.
"You made one big mistake! You revived us while remaining here! Don't think we'll let you get away!" Raikage shouted.
"Sorry, but I've got some people looking for me. I don't want to keep them waiting." Naruto said as he teleported out of Kumo.
"Damn it! He escaped!" A shouted.
"Yo A, that flash, he flashed back, like the man from the past. I believe it's the jutsu of the yellow flash." Bee said.
"I don't have their heads, but maybe the heads of these Akatsuki members searching for me will do." Naruto thought as he decided to lay against a tree and wait for his guest to arrive.
At the same time, Mei refused Tobi's offer, even when promised to never cause another incident like before. Deidara had similar luck and Gaara refused association with the Akatsuki.
When the two members joined, they decided their only hope was for Iwa and Kumo to join them. Naruto had also sent a shadow clone to meet with Haara, and give Mei instructions that they are to meet at the leaf village for a serious meeting, involving their Hokage.
Both Gaara and Mei agreed to these terms and would arrive in Konoha at the end of the week. Sasuke was growing angry at the new threat of Hell Kaiser. Having heard of Kumo being taken out, and then revived, it out Hell Kaiser at a rank for anyone that wasn't a kage level shinobi, to flee on sight.
Tsunade received the message from Kaiser and learned that Mei, Zabuza, Haku, and Aoi would be coming, along with Gaara, Temari, Kankuro, and Balki. In his letter, he also informed that he obtained all of the tailed beast except for the six tails, and that he would infiltrate the Akatsuki after the meeting.
Naruto also informed the Hokage that he would be delivering the heads of Sasori, Hidan, and Kakazu. To say the blond Hokage was shocked, it would be an understatement. She decided to patiently wait for the meeting and keep things running normally.
"I think it's time that I hand this hat over. He's done so much more for this village. But I guess as the Shadow Hokage, he does not want to reveal himself." Tsunade thought to herself as she watched at her village, enjoying their peace.
