It has been ten years since the end of the fourth great shinobi world war. Since that day, the shinobi nations came together as one. Sasuke Uchiha, along with his wife, Karin, they ran the Lightning sector.

Gaara and his wife, Sakura, the were in charge of the Wind section. Kurotsuchi and Deidara took charge of the Earth Sector. Mei and Zabuza had taken charge of the water sector. Finally, Tsunade and Jiraiya were in charge of the Fire sector.

Each sector had a council that handled their shinobi side and civilian side. Unlike the traditional villages, they had a democracy. The people would make a vote and when they couldn't decide, the higher ups would vote on the matter.

The members of this council consisted of Nagato, Konan, Kakashi, Shizune, Yugao, and Roshi. They often oversaw that the sectors were being taken care of. Above the sector council, Shisui and Itachi, they were known as the Namikaze family guards.

Their duties often insured that no outsiders were planning attacks, along with receiving frequent updates on the events that take place within the sectors. They also protected the leader when he left to castle.

The next step, which is an unofficial position, was Fu. She was the personal assistant of the the two Namikaze's. However, she became like a second daughter to them. While she often took care of the house and spent time with Neko, neither Naruto or Anko would pull rank on her.

When someone made a comment about her, Naruto made sure to remind the Empire that she would receive the same respect that his wife and daughter would get. As ordered, Fu became socially accepted. Neko was now twelve and her shinobi studies were coming a long way.

One of the biggest changes were the academy. Kids would start at the age of five, and graduate at the age of seventeen. This was to insure they got the best education as possible. This also meant, that kids wouldn't lose their innocents at such a young age.

The official adult age became eighteen. This also meant that by the time kids were considered adults, they would be far more mature, and less likely to snap or become self destructive when they reached the age.

Naruto and Anko, they were considered the kindest and most caring people. Naruto would even visit any orphanages along with having weakly inspections to make sure nobody was mistreated or the higher ups didn't abuse their power.

The blond sat on his back porch as he watched the villages with Anko in his lap. "You know, it's hard to believe how far this world has come." Naruto said.

Anko laid back against her husband's chest. "Yes, it seems like yesterday we were at training field forty-four." Anko said.

The suddenly heard the loud stomping of Naruto's good friend. On his head, Neko was riding Kurama. "Come on, Kurama! Let's go again!" Neko begged.

"Get ready." Kurama said as he leaped upwards as the ran across the mountains.

Naruto and Anko chuckled. "You know she is growing up fast." Naruto said.

"I heard that she and Sakkumo were getting close. Might have some little Kakashi's running around." Anko said as she joked.

"Not a chance in hell. If that boy even touches my Neko, he and his father will need that mask." Naruto said.

"Oh yeah? Like you're any better?" Anko said as she winked.

"Now, don't start anything you can't finish." Naruto said with a chuckle. He then picked Anko up bridal style and the two proceeded to their bedroom where they would make love to each other and show each other how much they meant to each other.

As the Namikaze Empire were enjoying their days of peace, two figures were watching from above. "It seems you were right to choose him brother." A man looking like Hagoromo said.

"Yes, Homura. It looks like young Namikaze was able to unite the shinobi nations as one." Hagoromo said.

"What happens now?" Asked the sage identified as Homura.

"We enjoy ourselves. For far too long, we worried about humans. I think it's time the two of us relax and trust Naruto." Hagoromo said.

"Yes, I agree." Hamura said.

The two brothers then turned away and proceeded to their own home. Now that the shinobi nation was at peace, the two ashes believed the world could finally become a better place.
