Sabrina was in Cincinnati, Ohio, for SmackDown, the final build toward "WWE No Mercy" Sunday, October 19, 2003. SmackDown opened with promotional comments from the interview with Stephanie McMahon. Stephanie told Michael Cole that she had banned Sable and Brock Lesnar from the building tonight, and on Sunday, Brock will be banned from the building as well.
SmackDown intro happens next, and then a shot inside the arena, as the pyros go off, and Chris Benoit comes out for his match with Doug Basham. The Bashams come out, and the recap of what had transpired with Shaniqua over the past couple of weeks is shown, with Bradshaw hitting the clotheslines from hell on the Amazon, and then the following week, the Bashams getting revenge on Bradshaw with a vicious chair shot. An extremely intense matchup for both individuals a lot of hard-hitting, high emotional spots by both Benoit and Basham during the match. A vicious elbow to the back of Bashan's head following an Irish whip into the corner turnbuckles by Benoit.
Basham focused on Benoit's neck with two scintillating leg drops to Benoit's throat. Basham missed a leg drop from the top rope and got nails with a release German Suplex for his trouble. Basham brings a chair into the ring and misses Benoit, but Benoit kicks the chair into Basham's skull, knocking him cold. Benoit goes for the headbutt as the referee takes the chair out, allowing Basham to switch places. However, Benoit misses the headbutt on a now fresh Danny Basham.
Benoit manages, nonetheless, to hit the triple German suplex on Danny Basham. The rookies switch back again, and Doug is back in the matchup, but he falls victim to the crippler crossface and submits. Following the match, A-Train hits the ring and fights with Benoit all over the ringside area.
Five referees separate Benoit and A-Train. SmackDown goes to commercials. SmackDown returns from the break, and the sitdown interview with Stephanie McMahon is shown,
Cole asked, "How is your mother?"
Stephanie's reply, "My mother is fine, but Sable won't be fine after this Sunday at No Mercy. Sable is going to need medical attention."
Cole asks, "Um, Stephanie have you or your family thought about what will happen if you lose this match?"
Stephanie replies, "No, we haven't thought about what will happen if I lose, but I am confident in my wrestling abilities to beat Sable and finally rid my family business of her skank ass."
Michael Cole and Tazz were shown at ringside Tazz wonders how Stephanie would survive this matchup as SmackDown goes to commercials.
SmackDown returns from the break; Jamie Noble and Nidia are in the back, discussing the "I Quit match." Nidia seems to be in Stephanie's corner, while Noble seems to side with Sable. Nidia tries to influence Noble's opinion, and Noble thinks that maybe SmackDown would be better off without Sable. Then, SmackDown goes back to commercials.
SmackDown returns from the break, and Tajiri vs. Jamie Noble with Nidia. Throughout the match, there was nonstop action until Tajiri grabbed the cruiserweight belt and hit the ring. Nidia goes after Tajiri to try and take the belt from him, and Tajiri spays green mist on Nidia's face. Nidia falls screaming and seems to be in severe discomfort or pain as SmackDown goes back to commercials.
SmackDown return from the break and Noble and Nidia are in the back as the EMS is trying to check Nidia's eyes; Noble says, "Take care of Nidia, and hits the ring demanding Tajiri to return to the ring or he's gonna hunt him down.
With no response, Noble says, "Have it your way," and heads backstage to look for Tajiri.
When Stephanie's music hit, the fans were on their feet, waiting to see their favorite General Manager, Stephanie McMahon. With Vince and Vincent, Stephanie comes out to a massive pop from the SmackDown fans and heads to the ring; there hits the ring, and ring announcer Tony Chimel hands Stephanie a mic.
Stephanie says, "In 72 hours, I got my hands on shank Sable from right now."
The fans cheer and chant, "Skank Sable!" Vince and Vincent chuckle.
"Skank Sable will get a taste of the McMahon Venom once again." The fans chant, "yes," and Stephanie smiles.
"Sable, where ever you are right now, listen up. I hope your medical insurance is paid up because, after Sunday, you are going to need some plastic surgery."
"Holy Shit," as the fans went wild, Tazz said, "Stephanie mean business, Cole. Sable may not survive McMahon Venom let alone Stephanie McMahon."
"You are right there. Tazz Sable may not survive McMahon Venom. And you and I know that Stephanie is hell-bent on ending Sable."
"Yup"
Vincent said, "At No Mercy, I am stepping into the ring with two future halls of Famers in WWE Champion Kurt Angle and the Undertaker. I plan to become the second McMahon to win the WWE Championship." The fans went wild and chanted, "Vincent!"
SmackDown goes back to commercials. SmackDown returns from the break and to footage of the SmackDown crew in Europe on the "Passport to Pain" tour. After the footage goes back to the ring, Eddie Guerrero makes his entrance. Rhyno is out next and hits the ring. The bell sounded, and the match was underway, with nonstop action throughout the match until Rhyno sets up Eddie for the Gore, but Eddie pulled the referee in harm's way.
Rhyno stops just short of killing Nick Patrick, and Eddie produces the hammer. Rhyno gets it and is ready to cave in Eddie's skull before the referee sees it and confiscates the hammer. As he gets of it, Eddie nails Rhyno with the US belt. The three counts is made. After the match, a replay is shown, as Eddie celebrates and gets back into the truck. Big Show emerges to attack Eddie and his truck with a lead pipe. Big Show drags Eddie out and tosses him against the truck before he wrecks the truck with the pipe.
Big Show takes a turn destroying Eddie and the truck. Big Show then concentrates on Eddie, power bombing him onto the truck's hood. Eddie's back is bloodied up as Big Show grabs him and dumps Eddie onto the roof before climbing the back and chokeslamming Eddie onto the roof. Finally, big Show as Eddie is out cold. SmackDown goes back to commercials.
SmackDown returned from the break, and a replay of the slaughter and then during the break, Eddie was helping to the back. Back to the ring, and Johnny Stamboli is out without the rest of the FBI. The match began with nonstop action until Rey catches Johnny with the West Coast Pop-out nowhere for the win. Rey celebrates after the match, as in the back, Undertaker is getting ready for an interview as SmackDown goes back to commercials.
SmackDown returned from the break, and Matt Hardy gave Shannon Moore his gift for his victory on Velocity. A-frame picture of Matt. Matt told him that Stephanie wouldn't be around after Sunday. The fans boo, a rundown of the No Mercy card, with the official theme song, "Today is The Day," Michael Cole and Tazz interview The Undertaker from the back, and Taker talks about the WWE Championship match and is ready to be the champ again. As Taker talks about the match, Brock Lesnar attacks him with a chain.
"How did Brock Lesnar get into the build," Michael Cole said.
"I have no clue, no wait, I take that back, I guessing here, but A-Train an associate of Sable, and he had to let him in the build," Tazz said.
"You could be right, Tazz," Michael Cole said.
Brock wraps the chain around Undertaker's neck and drags him out of the camera's view as SmackDown goes back to commercials. SmackDown returns from the break, and Brock is dragging Taker to the ring and kicking his ass; Taker fights back with rights, gets dropped, and dragged to ringside when Taker's two opponents appear out of nowhere and start attacking Lesnar.
"It's Angle and Vincent coming to the aid of their opponent," Michael Cole said
"Yes, Angle and Vincent want some of Lesnar, especially Vincent, whose sister was F-5 by Lesnar," Tazz said
Taker regains him and composes to join in on the beating down of Brock Lesnar. Lesnar becomes a human piƱata as Vincent, Angle, and Taker all take shots at him before Taker grabs by his throat and chokeslam; however, Lesnar bails shortly after that. SmackDown goes off the air with Lesnar staring at three men in the main event at No Mercy.
