Hi everyone, so i have a poll open to see who Scorch should get with. Of course the highest number of votes will be who Scorch hooks up with. Anyway, thats all enjoy this part
Scorch has awaken in an unknown location and wonders how he will escape this weird place. This place however as Scorch knows will end on its own. Scorch thinks of what his mission was and thinks its time to start completing his mission even if all his allies are dead, alive or MIA. With a jolt he awakes in the same bed the night before with Kaleigh sleeping on a chair opposite him and to his side is Summer cuddling their now adopted kid. Scorch takes this time to explore the house more to find out what each room has and soon finds something interesting. In Kaleigh's room, their was a hidden room and inside was nothing exciting just some boxes with the basics like brush's, bottles etc. After exploring Scorch heads downstairs towards the kitchen and starts to cook some food for the rest of the eeveelutions who are asleep. Just as he finishes and is about to go to his room to wake everyone up, he sees Kaleigh wheeling Summer and their child on Summer's lap.
"There you are, i thought you ran from us" Says Kaleigh with a slight laugh
"That wont be happening anytime soon" Replies Scorch. "However i do have something to do and it needs to be done alone."
Scorch looks at Summer who seems slightly worried him
"But what if you get hurt? I dont want that and frankly nobody does" Summer replies to the glare
"Ill be fine, trust me"
Summer nods in defeat and Scorch takes over for Kaleigh wheeling Summer. He leaves the trio to eat whist he goes on a walk in the forest. With his thoughts becoming more and more obsessive of his mission. He listens to his thoughts and the dream and decides to continue with it regardless of the danger. He starts to run towards the mountains which Cand Volcano is near. On the way he meets a few familiar face being Yako and her sun team. He goes to them and greets them.
"Heyo Scorch, what brings you out here?" Yako questions
"Well I'm on a personal mission of mine and was actually wondering if you three would like to join me"
Yako suddenly starts jumping for joy and during this time Blaze approaches him.
"That depends on what it is bud"
"Well I'm on a hunt for a legendary, to be exact... Moltres"
The trio stand stunned at someone wanting to hunt Moltres every fire types idol. Blaze doesn't know how to response as does Yako however their last member finally speaks up to say...
"Why do you want to hunt Moltres?"
"You wont believe me if i tell you, plus its confidential" Replies Scorch
Yako composes herself and starts to walk towards Scorch. When she's Infront of him she bows.
"You may use my team to hunt Moltres. Whatever the reason we shall stand by you."
Unsure of how to reply, Scorch just nods and the quad start to walk towards Cand Volcano. Blaze is whispering to Yako to entire way there and their last member who Scorch doesn't know the name of, stays silent. They soon come close to Cand Volcano however all of them forgot of the Rock Types lingering in the area however the trio becomes impressed when Scorch manages to faint a Kabutops with a single Flare Blitz. They breeze past the Rock Types and go into the city.
Scorch heads straight to the mountain with his new team following unsure of where he is going but follows regardless. They stop at a wall and starts to examine the wall. Blaze speaks up.
"Why are we at this wall? Its a dead end."
Scorch ignores his comment and finds something and a click is heard and a few seconds later... A door has opened Infront of them surprising the Trio. Scorch goes in with his team quickly following. Since its dark Yako provides light in the form of a small flame for the group and they encounter a few Fire, Rock, Ground and Dark Types. They are quickly dismantled by the group however. Once they reach an actual dead end, the trio await for what Scorch will do to amaze them again. Just as they were thinking this, Scorch throws something into the lava pit Infront of them and a screech echo's through the newly discovered cave. The Sun Team dont quake at the screech to Scorch's surprise and a flame bird comes up from the lava.
"YOU DARE SUMMON ME?!"
"Listen Moltres, there is a bigger threat arising. I know i have no evidence but i wish for you to believe me."
Moltres stares at him and lands Infront of him and stares him dead in the eyes, the Trio stay back unsure of what to do however Scorch seems determined.
"Hmp... You seem determined about defeating this danger." Says the flaming bird. "I shall follow you in your endeavors if you can beat me in battle."
Yako runs over to Scorch and stands by his side
"He trusted us to come with him so you wont be fighting him alone."
Blaze soon follows however the Tangrowth sits at the back due to being a Grass Type
Scorch starts the battle shooting a Fire Blast at Moltres who easily dodges by flying up. Yako runs to the side and the cave lights up even brighter due to the intense sun light which nobody questions how the sun is in a cave. Blaze follows and runs to the other side and shoots a Fire Blast of his own.
Moltres flaps its wings and an intense heat (Heat Wave) is filled throughout the room. Scorch takes it and holds up a Toxic Orb. Yako falls to a leg but gets up and starts thinking of nasty plans (Nasty Plot) which raises her Sp.A by two stages. Blaze tanks it with ease and starts producing some electricity but is hurt by the intense sunlight
Scorch becomes Poisoned but rushes to Moltres using the Stalagmites protruding from the lava. Blaze follows his lead going at insanse speeds that starts producing Electricity (Wild Charge) and aims for Moltres. Moltres ducks under Blaze's Wild Charge and flaps its wings and sends Scorch away with a Hurricane. Yako responds with shooting a stream of flames (Flamethrower).
Moltres takes the hit and looks at Yako. Scorch jumps on Moltres' back whist its distracted and uses Facade. Moltres lands on the floor next to the lava but gets up flapping its wings again making another Heat Wave. Blaze jumps up from the lava after he missed shooting a Fire Blast whist Moltres was making a Heat Wave.
Yako charges at Moltres (Flame Charge) and her speed has increased and shoots a Solar Beam right in Moltres' face. Scorch gets up after landing horribly from that and shoots a Fire Blast at Moltres. Moltres tanks both hits and slaps Yako into a wall but gets hit by Blaze's Fire Blast.
Moltres soon starts to fly up and looks down at the trio who have come back together. Scorch thinks of a plan on defeating Moltres whist Yako shoots another Solar Beam and Blaze a Fire Blast. Moltres dodges both of them easily and lands in the lava. Scorch remembers how Moltres heals in lava and gets ready to charge at Moltres.
Blaze charges past Scorch producing Electricity again (Wild Charge) and hits Moltres knocking them into the air. Yako takes this time to shoot a Stream of Fire (Flamethrower) at Moltres. Scorch jumps off the Stalagmites again and tries to hit Moltres whist in the air.
Moltres however dodges the Flamethrower and Scorches attempt of a hijack and sends off something similar to a shockwave as Yako, Scorch and Blaze all go into walls.
Moltres lands again and begins to speak.
"You are strong i will give you that however you are nothing compared to me"
Scorch is the first to return
"Even so... I need your help with this danger, you'll know about it soon enough but ill trying to prevent it before it happens." Scorch replies whist coughing
Scorch looks back at his allies to which Blaze has fainted and Yako is barely able to stand. Scorch then decides to face Moltres himself
"Brave... You face me alone but you could'nt beat me with two others" Moltres says whist taunting him. "How do you wish on defeating me now?"
Scorch soon starts to produce some electricity to both Moltres's and Yako's surprise. Unknown to them... a beam of electricty is released and headed straight for Moltres and without any time to dodge, is hit. Scorch after the attack starts coughing some blood due to the poison rising and Yako goes to his side. Both look ahead at where Moltres used to be and soon a Flame bird is seen in the smoke surprising Yako but Scorch collapes before he can be surprised.
Scorch awakens and sees he is sleeping on Yako's tales and Blaze is talking with Moltres and their 3rd member. Scorch arises and everyone looks his way.
"Oh Arceus your awake Scorch..." Says Yako in a worried tone. "Does anything hurt?"
"I feel fine, nothing hurts"
Moltres comes over to Scorch and looks at him.
"You have defeated me in battle and i shall stay true to my word, i shall follow your ambitions to stop this 'danger'" Moltres says. "However may i know of this danger? I must know what i am fighting for."
Scorch shakes his head
"Im sorry Moltres but nobody can know right now... Just watch your siblings carefully, if you notice anything different tell me or come to me instantly"
Moltres unsure of how to reply just nods and dives back into the ocean of lava.
Blaze comes to him and pats his back
"You did pretty good out there, but why do you know Zap Cannon?"
"Coverage"
The squad then leave the cave with Scorch closing up the hidden entrance. They leave Cand Volcano with a few pokemon staring at their battered and bruised bodies. Once they escape and fight off the Rock Types, the trio wishes Scorch a goodbye. Scorch continues on his journey to go back to the tree house and when he does he sees Summer playing his kid and Kaleigh just chilling. Once the door opens, everyone looks at the injured Scorch and Summer is shocked whist Kaleigh helps Scorch inside. Scorch falls asleep on the couch whist Kaleigh gets the Med kit.
