Scorch awakens in his bed with Kaleigh overwatching him obviously very tired. Summer is sleeping next to him. Scorch looks to the window and sees its pitch black out indicating midnight. Kaleigh walks over to him drowsy. She collapses on the bed on the other side of him and looks at him.

"Tell me in morning what happened" and with a yawn she instantly goes sleep

Scorch gets out of the bed and goes to the window. He stares out into the void of night and thinks of his old life when he was saving the world. He shuts his eyes as he lets the wind blow through his fur. This however is cut short when he gets a telepathic message. Who from? Scorch doesn't know and its so distorted that he ignores it and goes back to his bed. He lays there looking at the girls and hopes he doesn't get into a harem.

The next morning, Scorch is up bright and early and as so makes food for the girls. He finishes makings some eggs and toast for them and sits on the couch watching TV as the news starts to tell the weather for the week. As it ends, Kaleigh walks in wheeling Summer and their child on her lap. Scorch points to the food on the counter and they all join him. Summer is the first to break the silence.

"Scorch what happened yesterday?" Says worried "You said you'd be fine"

"I was, i had three others to help me out and it was still a difficult fight but we did win..." Replies Scorch who is obviously still exhausted

"Who did you fight?" Kaleigh asks

"The Rock Types near Cand Volcano" Says Scorch whist screeching "There are so many more of them then Grass Types"

The Eevee that has just been listening to the conversation confused jumps onto Scorch. With a snuggle, Scorch thinks of a name for her since they haven't named her yet.

"We'll talk about this later." Scorch says "We should focus on what we should call her" Whist picking her up.

Summer replies with "I've been thinking of a name and I think Cinnamon is a great name"

Scorch picks up his newly named daughter and smiles. Kaleigh is still eating but is interrupted when the door is knocked. This gets everyone's attention and Kaleigh sighs as she takes her eggs with her with her psychic powers and opens the door. At the door, Kaleigh seems to drop her eggs as Scorch tries to catch them but fails and sees an Umbreon at the door. The Umbreon looks at Scorch confused and at Kaleigh who is slowly backing away. Scorch stands up and walks to the Umbreon.

"Hey, cant help but notice a friend of mine is scared of you" Scorch says whist approaching the Umbreon

"So what if she is scared of me?" They reply "She's always been useless and never been helpful. If anything, that Leafeon there would be more useful"

Kaleigh runs upstairs after hearing that and Cinnamon runs after her as Summer tells her to. Scorch slowly getting pissed by this Umbreon asks...

"Just leave, its too early for a fight"

The Umbreon growls at this and charges at Scorch slamming him into a wall. Summer who cant do much sits and watches hoping Scorch can beat them. Scorch gets up and shakes himself. The Umbreon seems surprised at this as he says...

"That usually knocks most pokemon out, I guess your stronger then you look"

Scorch shoots a Fire Blast their way and the Umbreon jumps outside to dodge easier and Scorch follows shooting more Fire Blasts. The Umbreon soon shoots a Shadow Ball at Scorch who tanks it and is covered in flames (Flare Blitz) and charges. The Umbreon barely dodges Scorchs attack and lands on a nearby tree.

"Listen... Ill come back again and you better not be here" The Umbreon says whist panting, "All i want is that bitch dead"

With that they jump off as Scorch lands panting. Summer wheels herself outside and goes to Scorch's side.

"Do you even know them?" She asks

Scorch shakes his head as he head back inside taking Summer with him. They go to Kaleighs room where she's crying out of fear as Cinnamon is trying to calm her down as best she can. Scorch goes to her side and looks at her and says...

"No matter what, we will protect you best we can from this Umbreon... We may not know them but he doesn't have a right to do that"

Kaleigh hugs Scorch as he says that making him hug back. Summer watches this with a hint of jealousy and comfort knowing that a friend of hers will be protected.

Scorch finishes his fake story on the Rock Types at Cand Volcano to Summer and Kaleigh. Cinnamon loves the story and wishes to be like Scorch in the future and just as he finishes he gets another message. Kaleigh being a Psychic Type, detects the message and it gives both of them a horrible headache. Summer is confused by the sudden headache and Kaleigh tries to remember what the message said but cant make it out.

"What's going on? You both seem like your in pain" Summer says

"Well i think Scorch just got a message from someone but it cant be decrypted by either of us giving us both headaches..." Kaleigh replies holding her head. "That's just my guess though"

Scorch however hears a familiar voice on the other end. He cant make it out but he knows its Olivia. He doesn't know if he can reply or not and doesn't want to expose himself Infront of his friends and so decides to not reply. Summer looks at Scorch and helps him onto Kaleighs bed and Kaleigh, Summer and Cinnamon leave the room so he can rest. Scorch powers through the pain that the message gave him and looks out of Kaleigh's window out towards the ocean. He remembers how the ocean was one of the first place's to fall and hopes he can save this world just as he almost did his other. He jumps from the window out towards the ocean and starts running through the forest.

He thinks of how he should do this. The Grass Type's know that he can beat them and if they find out he is missing then they'll attack Cand Ocean which will most definitely end in a loss for his side but at the same time, he needs to check the condition of the ocean so it doesn't crumble as it has before. After he makes up his mind on defeating the Grass Type leader, he'll go to the ocean and try and find either Manaphy, Kyogre or Lugia.

He starts running through the forest again as he searches for any members of the Grass Type's and thinks about how Summer was talking about a drug that boosted defensive properties. He thinks of if their defensive properties were switched and soon finds a solo Grass Type out in a field. He decides to test his theory with Fire Blast and Zap Cannon.

He charges the Grass Type and shoots a Fire Blast in their face scaring them and making them jump back. This shows how they are more defensive and now his other side of the theory, he starts producing a lot of electricity and the Grass Type laughs at this as Grass Type's resist electric however that soon changes once they are hit and it almost kills them as blood is splattered all over the beautiful green field. The Grass Type barely rises and looks at Scorch with fear as he approaches and he forces them onto the ground and begins to question them.

"Where is the main outpost?" Scorch demands

"J-just don't k-kill me p-please..." They say with obvious fear shown. "I-its near t-the entrance of t-the Cand O-Ocean... A l-large boulder"

"Is there any other types involved? or is it only Grass Types?"

"F-From what I've s-seen, o-only Grass T-Types"

"What is this drug that boosts your defensives?"

"I-I DONT KNOW... P-PLEASE JUST L-LEAVE ME ALONE!"

Scorch sighs as he got all the answers he wanted. He kills the Grass Type with a bite to the neck and pulling the skin off making a painless death since they already lost a lot of blood. Scorch soon goes to the location where he was told and finds a stone wall with a boulder nearby. He doesnt know what to do with the boudler but knows it has something to do with the boulder since that's what the Grass Type said. He tries pushing it but to no avail. He then thinks maybe it detects Grass Type pokemon since if a pokemon walked paste and it ain't a Grass Type they could easily be found out and goes back to the corpse of the Grass Type. He drags the body to the boulder and it starts shaking and a secret door in the stone door soon opens up.

Scorch waltz in and notices a few Grass Types staring at him confused on how he got in but are quickly eliminated with a Zap Cannon. He continues to explore this elaborate cave, eliminating any and all Grass Types in his path however he notices there are less Grass Types as he goes deeper. Eventually he finds a large room similar to a throne room where hundreds of Grass Types are staring him down, he decides not to attack them for the time being and walks forward. He reaches the throne sat at the end of the room and in it is a pokemon. Scorch assumes its their leader and before he gets a chance to speak, the pokemon talks.

"So... Your the infamous Scorch" They say still slightly intrigued. "What's makes you come in here?"

Scorch mentally prepares an replies.

"I have come to put an end to your constant terror"

They stand up confused and come Infront of Scorch, this gives Scorch the chance to identify the pokemon being a Sceptile... looking a lot like the one he fought when he first went hunting for them.

"I beg your pardon?! I have gifted my drug to grass types so they can live freely and this is how I'm treated?! DO YOU NOT KNOW WHO I AM!?" They scream as the Grass Types all slightly retreat.

"I don't know you, and frankly i don't care who you are" Scorch replies. "Your a lunatic that thinks is saving his type but is doing the opposite. The Rock Types are starting to do the same and soon all other types which will make you the bottom of the type chart again"

This pisses off the Sceptile as it charges at Scorch with a leaf blade and ready to cut Scorch in half. He jumps over it and shoots a Fire Blast at the Sceptile. With a single slice, the Fire Blast is gone and is charging again. Scorch dodges again and starts to charge Zap Cannon.

The Sceptile stops moving and braces for the hit as if he knew something and Scorch lets off the Zap Cannon however it does almost no damage infact, it seems to buff the Sceptile as he is encased in an orb and a Christmas Tree like pokemon comes out and Scorch remembers the incident where pokemon under went Mega Evolution and deemed this... Mega Sceptile.

This makes all the Grass Types start cheering for their leader. This only just makes Scorch realize how many are actually in this room and takes back what he said earlier to the girls. This continues as their leader does the classic ninja taunt in waving his hand for Scorch to come at him. Scorch however goes for a spectator instead surprising everyone. Their leader furious at this charges at Scorch.

This however is exactly what he wanted as he holds up his toxic orb and throws it at the Sceptile. They soon both become poisoned and are on timers but Scorch banks on making it quick with a Facade. The Sceptile dodges and aims his tail at Scorch and shoots it at the poisoned Scorch. Scorch dodges and shoots a Fire Blast towards the Mega. Sceptile takes the hit and is sent back slightly but is soon on the ground fainted as Scorch uses Facade and the smoke from the Fire Blast as a smokescreen. The others look at Scorch in horror as they took out their leader and all start quaking in fear until...

"EVERYONE WE CANT BEAT US ALL"

Scorchs worst outcome. He hoped they wouldn't realize they had the advantage in numbers. Soon all the Grass Types start shouting and battle ready and so Scorch starts his escape. As if his luck couldn't get any worse, most pokemon he knocked out earlier are back up and ready to fight. Unsure of what to do, Scorch runs to the exit and thinks of how he could win whist he runs and soon thinks of a plan. As he passes rooms, he shoots a Fire Blast in each and once he reaches the exit with the horde behind him. He shoots a Fire Blast and keeps shooting loads and locked them inside. With no way to escape, the fires deeper in the cave will produce more smoke and eventually kill them all.

Proud of his achievement and his killionaire, he starts going towards the ocean.
