Somewhere on the shore of a swamp, Fox's group were all chatting with each other.

"Then after that, Andross was gone." Fox explained his past adventures.

"Amazing!" Prim said in glee.

"You're so cool Fox!" Teru said.

"Thanks, but I have a feeling Andross might somehow return."

"Don't worry Fox, If he does, you're gonna kick his butt again!" Spyro said as Fox nodded.

But then, Diddy was suddenly hit by a back arrow and is trophified.

"HUH!?" Sayori gawked.

"NO!" Prim gasped.

Fox heard laughter and turned to the direction of the shooter and sees it was Bowser.

"You!" Alicia readied her sword.

"Did you expect to get away from me that easily?" Bowser fired the Dark Cannon again as the heroes dodged the arrow.

"You'll pay for that!" Maia growled as she held her sword.

Bowser turned to the Diddy trophy and pointed at it.

"Now's your chance, copy him!"

The heroes get confused and turned to see dark orbs coating the Diddy trophy as Bowser laughed evilly.

The darkness formed into a dark copy of Diddy as it readied it's own peanut popguns.

"A dark clone?" Haruko said as she had Murakumo in her hands.

Bowser was about to fire again while they were distracted, only for two lasers to come down and nearly hits the Koopa King. They all turned to the direction where the lasers were fired as Fox smirked.

"Glad to see you made it, Falco."

A jet similar to the one Fox piloted flew in then a bird-like figure jumped out and landed on his feet.

"Did ya think I was gonna miss this, Fox?" Falco smirked before rushing towards Bowser. He flip kicked the Dark Cannon into the air and pulled out two blasters and fired at it, making it explode as it's metallic remains rained on Bowser.

"No! Why you!" The Koopa King growled.

"What's wrong? Are you sad that I broke your toy?" Falco mocked as Bowser glared before leaping into the bushes. He came out riding on his flying clown vehicle as he glared at the anthromorphic bird.

"You may have bested me, you still have him to deal with!" Bowser then retreated.

"Him?" Falco questioned before turning around and sees Shadow Diddy absorbing more dark orbs before growing bigger.

"Holy crap, it's King Kong!" Denki exclaimed as Fox tapped the Diddy trophy which awakens him.

Diddy groaned and sees the giant clone of himself and screeched in surprise.

The heroes got ready as the Diddy clone stamped his feet.

Shadow Diddy attempts to stomp them, but they got out of the way as Fox and Falco whipped out their blasters and fired at it. This irritates Shadow Diddy and brought out his giant peanut popguns and fired.

"Incoming!" Takeru shouted as they avoided the giant dark peanuts that exploded when they hit the ground.

"Take this!" Monika fired video blades at the fake Kong as Haruko slashed his leg. Shadow Diddy growled as he was about to grab them but Spyro breathed fire at the hand, burning it.

Shadow Diddy screeches but the real Diddy manages to climb into its face and fires peanuts into his dark clone's eyes, blinding it. Fox and Falco both get engulfed in flames and rockets towards the big monkey, kicking it in the chest. Teru activates his power and picks up a big rock and chucks it at the dark monkey's face, knocking it down.

"Now!" Alicia exclaimed as she, Maia, and Haruko all leaped into the air and thrusts their swords downwards, impaling Shadow Diddy in the chest as it dissolves.

"Alright!" Teru and Denki high fived.

"Well that takes care of it." Falco walked to the other way but Diddy grabs him and does the same thing to Fox.

"I hate monkeys..." Falco crossed his arms as Diddy dragged him off.

"Sorry Falco, but we need to help him." Fox shrugged as everyone chuckled.

They ventured through the shore, defeating more of the Koopa Troop until they reached their current location. They see a flying carrier with the Donkey Kong trophy chained to it along with some Primids.

Diddy screeched and ran towards it, but it was too late the carrier took off to a floating island in the sky. Diddy jumps in frustration as the group catched up to him.

"Darn it, we were so close!" Sayori said.

"They flew into that island in the sky." Monika pointed.

"And Skylands has floating islands like that." Spyro noted.

"How are we going to reach that floating landscape and save the monkey's friend?" Prim questioned.

"We may have the answer." Falco smirked as Fox nodded. Then big ship with a fox labled to it flew in.

"What is that?" Claudia said in amazement.

"Everyone, this is the Great Fox, our ticket to that island." Fox said as Diddy danced in joy.

Back in the facility, Samus' group were fighting off ROBs and other monsters.

"These things keep on coming!" Satou swatted some ROBs away.

Take this!" Kevin swung his wrench, bashing a ROB's head off.

Kanade and Shuu fired their laser pistols, shooting down some Buckots.

Nazz threw her shuriken at a Sword Primid, but it parries it and swung its sword at the blonde girl. She ducks and grabs her shuriken and swung it, slicing the Primid in two.

A Roader drove towards Samus but she leaps over it and fired her laser pistol at its tire, making it drive out of control and it crashes to more ROBs.

"Strike!" Aiko said as she staved a Glice in the eye with her trident.

"PIKACHU!" Pikachu shoots electricity to a group of ROBs and Primids, shocking them to a crisp.

"Let's go, it shouldn't be that far." Samus ordered as they ventured throughout the facility. Samus peaks into an enormous room where the capsule held the armor she was searching for.

"There it is." Samus walked to it along with the others.

"Wow, what is this?" Kanade stared at the armor.

"It's my suit, I use it for bounty hunting missions."

"You're a bounty hunter!?" Kengo gawked. "That's hot."

"Will you quit being a weirdo?" Shuu bluntly said but he noticed the bridge they crossed on was slowly retracting. "Uh, guys?"

They hear steps as they stand on guard, then two shadow humanoids that resemble the armor walked out of the shadows with the arm cannons ready.

"looks like we're gonna fight these guys now." Sero got his tape ready.

"Be careful, these clones could be just as strong as the armor." Samus said.

"Duly noted." Kevin held his wrench.

The shadow armors fired as they dodged. Satou gulped sugar as he and Kevin charged towards them. Satou swung his arm, but the first shadow armor avoided it then kicks his chin then fired a missile towards him, damaging him.

"Satou!" Sero exclaimed as he lashed his tape at the shadow armor's leg, and slammed it to the floor. Samus gives the armor a dive kick before shooting it multiple times. The shadow armor aimed its arm cannon and fired, Samus dodged them and kicked the shadow armor in the visor cracking it.

Pikachu leaps into action headbutts the armor before zapping it with his thunder. The shadow armor curled up into a ball and left a bomb, exploding. Samus and Pikachu shieled themselves from the smoke as they stand on guard. But the shadow armor was right behind them as it was about to fire.

"Oh no you don't!" Kanade yelled as she and Shuu fired with their blasters, which irritates the armor and focuses on them.

"Aw crap." Shuu and his sister braced themselves as the shadow armor fired missiles but Kevin got in the way and used his wrench as a baseball bat and knocks them back to the clone armor, damaging it.

"Take this, dark dork!" Kevin swung his wrench hard enough to knock the shadow armor's head off, causing it to dissolve. "Aw yeah!"

The second shadow armor fired a charged shot at the heroes, but Pikachu counters it with his thunder as it tackles the armor. Nazz threw his shuriken at it, leaving a cut. Samus gives it a strong kick and fires at it with her blaster. Eddy rushes in and gives the armor heat punches, but it grabs Eddy by the throat and throws him towards Kengo and Kouda.

The shadow armor notices Aiko and fired it's grapple beam, latching on to her.

"Oh no!" Aiko struggled to get free as the shadow armor dragged her.

"Don't harm kids!" Sero wrapped the armor around the waist with his tape, restraining it. "Now, Aiko!"

Aiko nodded as she summoned her trident then threw it. The trident pierced the shadow armor through the head, making it dissolve. "Yeah!"

Samus walked up to the capsule and stared at her armor. Then the alame went off as multiple ROBs burst into the place.

"Heads up!" Sero said as the heroes got ready. As the ROBs were entering, an explosion destroys them all, a figure came out of the smoke which was the armor from the capsule.

"Let's move." Samus' voice was heard from the armor as the heroes gazed in awe.

"Dude..." Nazz stared in amazement.

"Okay, now I really could learn a thing from her." Kanade noted as they all followed Samus.

Samus and her group all strolled throughout the facility, wrecking shit all over the place. ROBs were in pieces, Primids were dissolved, and more poor monsters were all obliterated by the bounty hunter.

"She's so awesome!" Aiko exclaimed.

"And she still looks hot, even when that armor makes her look like a guy-" Kengo gets his mouth covered by Sero's tape.

"What was that?" Samus glared at the Tenbi student through her visor."

"Mmph!" Kengo shook his head in fear.

"If you said I look like a dude in my suit, it's okay, I get that a lot." Samus said as Kengo sighed in relief as Sero removed the tape from his mouth. "But if you do anything weird, I'll kick your ass."

"Yes ma'am..." Kengo meeped.

"You better do what she says." Kanade said as they kept on strolling in the facility.

They entered a large room that is cylindrical.

"Be on your guard, everyone." Samus said as everyone did so.

But then, out of nowhere, somwthings swoops in and grabs Samus.

"Samus!" Nazz exclaimed and they see it was a purple alien dragon who was in the air and had Samus in its claws.

"Hello, Samus." The alien dragon greeted sadistically.

"RIDLEY!" Samus growled as she tried to get out of his grip, but no avail.

"Let's see if I can tear that armor off along with that pretty face of yours!" Ridley then slammed the bounty hunter into the wall. He then drags her through it, making sparks fly.

"SAMUS!" The group yelled.

"Well Samus, I didn't know you were babysitting. When I'm done with you, they're next." Ridley sadistically said he kept on dragging her through the wall.

"Ridley!" Samus growled as he armor was getting damaged.

"PIKACHU!" Pikachu exclaimed as he sent down a bolt of lightning, shocking the dragon as Samus got out of his grip.

Samus landed on the ground panting as the heroes ran to her aid.

"Are you okay?" Kanade asked.

"I'm fine, I'm not going down that easily." Samus said as she glared at Ridley.

"What is that thing?" Shuu questioned, motioning to Ridley.

"That's Ridley, leader of the Space Pirates. He's the monster who killed my parents." Samus growled as the heroes looked shocked.

"You puny pathetic rodent, YOU'LL PAY FOR THAT!" Ridley roared as he flew towards them.

"Heads up!" Eddy yelled as the heroes rolled out of the way before Ridley could sink his claws in them.

"Eat this, you dork dragon!" Kevin took out a baseball and uses his wrench as a bat, hitting it towards the Space Pirate hard.

"You little brat!" Ridley sneered as he lashed his spear tail at the jock, but Sero used his tape to grab Kevin before he could get impaled.

"Let's mambo, dragon guy!" Eddy fired heat beams at Ridley. Ridley then fired his plasma breath at the Ed, covering him in soot.

"Nice shot." Eddy collapsed.

"Eddy!" Nazz glared before throwing her shuriken but the space pirate caught it.

"Nice toy, mind if I give it back?" Ridley then threw the shuriken back at her, but Nazz managed to avoid it but it cuts her cheek.

"My face!" Nazz felt the cut on her cheek before swats her away with his tail.

"Who's next?" Ridley said, then felt someone grabbing his tail then turned to Satou who was gripping it.

"I got you now!" Satou then tugged Ridley and slammed him to the ground.

"Sugar Slam!" Satou leaped into the air and slams Ridley on the chest with his elbow.

"Not good enough!" Ridley swung his claw at the Sweets Hero, leaving a gash on his arm.

"SATOU!" Kouda and Sero exclaimed as they ran to help their classmate.

"More victims for me? Perfect!" Ridley grinned sadistically as he flew towards them.

"Pikachu!" Pikachu fired lightning at the space pirate.

"Don't think I haven't forgotten about you, rodent!" Ridley grabbed Pikachu as it struggled out of his grip.

"Pikachu!" Pikachu screamed as Ridley began to crush him.

"Die you miserable rodent, DIE!" Ridley roared.

"Let him go!" He was then hit by a stream of water as he turned to Aiko who had her trident in hand.

"Another child to die?"

"Now Pikachu!" The Blue Witchling yelled.

"What?"

"PIKACHU!" Pikachu engulfs himself in electricity, due to Ridley being soaked in water it was super effective.

Pikachu got out of the space pirates grip and coats himself in electricity.

"PIKACHU PI!" He then launches himself towards Ridley, ricocheting and ramming him multiple times.

Ridley screamed as he was electrocuted as Kanade used her power and create a sticky bomb.

"Here Samus, show him who's boss." The royal sibling hands the bounty hunter the sticky bomb as she charges.

"I won't let you!" Ridley growled, but then was suddenly restrained by tape. "What is this?"

He turns to see Sero, Kouda, Satou, Aiko, Kengo, Kevin, Nazz and Eddy all restraining him with Sero's tape.

"You're not going anywhere!" Eddy exclaimed.

Samus ran in and placed the sticky bomb on Ridley's chest, skids back and aimed her arm cannon at it.

"Go to hell, Ridley!" She then fired a charged shot, hitting the bomb and makes a huge explosion.

Ridley roared in pain as he fell into the abyss below.

"Aw yeah!" Kevin pumped his fist in the air as Aiko was now in a nurse's outfit treating Satou's injury.

"That takes care of him, but he'll be back. He'll always come back for more." Samus darkly said.

"Then we'll be ready for him." Kanade said with her brother nodding in agreement.

"Guys look, that must be the exit!" Kengo pointed at a open doorway with light light just behind it.

"Finally!" Eddy ran to the exit with others following.

They got out of the facility and see the lush green land.

"Finally, some fresh air." Shuu said but Samus noticed two ROBs carrying a bomb and sees they came out of an open door.

"This must be the place where they make these bombs." Samus readied her arm cannon.

"You mean that black hole thing from the stadium?" Sero said.

"Dudes, what are we waiting for?" Nazz readied her shuriken.

"Let's shut this place down!" Kevin grinned, ready to bash some heads.

"Breaking stuff is what we do best!" Eddy readied his heat powers as they charged into the factory.
