Wendy growled softly to herself as she pushed open the double doors of Shadyside Middle School.

"I am SO going to get them. They'll regret EVER crossing me!" Wendy said to herself as she approached her locker.

Twiddling her thumbs, she entered the combination and heard a soft click.

She pulled the lock off and it made a thud as it hit the floor.

Grabbing her hoodie, she yanked it out of her locker and quickly put it on. She pulled the hood over her head, hiding her red hair and making sure her eyes were covered.

Closing the locker door, she headed towards the women's restroom.

Turning on the hot water, she grabbed a paper towel and after wetting it, dabbed at her eye to clean off the dried blood.

After making sure her face was clean, she took notice of her wound. It wasn't very deep. She'd live.

Tossing the paper towel in the trash, she headed to class.

Wendy entered her homeroom and instantly saw Nancy and Tina.

Nancy sat in the front and Tina in the back.

Nancy meowed upon seeing Wendy and giggled as if she'd made a funny joke.

She rolled her eyes and made her way towards her desk.

Nancy stuck out her foot in an attempt to trip her, but she growled and stomped down hard.

Nancy cried out.

Wendy grinned. "Better watch your feet." she rasped.

She continued to her desk as Mrs. Anderson walked in.

"Good morning class!" Mrs Anderson said as the class replied.

Plunking her stuff down, Wendy sat.

"Hi Wendy!" Tina said eagerly.

Wendy ignored her friend's greeting.

"Wendy. I'm afraid you'll have to take off your hoodie. They're not allowed in class!" Mrs Anderson told her.

But Wendy ignored her and concentrated on getting her stuff out.

Mrs Anderson walked over and repeated her warning.

Wendy continued to ignore her.

Sighing, Mrs. Anderson reached out.

Wendy shot her hand out and tightened her grip on Mrs. Anderson's wrist.

"Move that and pay the price." Wendy said.

Wendy glared at her with her good eye. Her other eye was hidden by the hood.

She nodded.

"Ok. Keep it on if you want too!" her teacher said nervously.

The day passed quickly.

Soon it was time to go.

Wendy passed Nancy and grinned. "Better watch your feet." she said.
