Summary/Disclaimer: Time for another chapter of Swordsmen and Thief. Enjoy the 1000-word chapter. I do not own any rights to Fairy Tale, Hiro Mashima, Kodansha and a few others that I may write about.

Erza sat by Clell who was busy sleeping off the effects of poison. He was healed by Wendy before being left to heal.

"He'll be up soon." Wendy said while Erza hummed before the thief in question sat up.

"What happened?!" Clell asked before blinking. "Where are we!?" Clell bellowed at the top of his lungs.

This was before Erza smashed her fist on the top of the head. "IDIOT!"Erza yelled at the top of her lungs while throttling the thief.

This didn't go unnoticed by the others who sported looks of either amusement or pity for the man.

"Eh…" Clell said before finally throwing his pillow at Erza. This was enough to get the mage to let go. "WHY!?" Clell shouted at Erza, his eyes widening in shock and panic.

"BECAUSE YOU GOT POISONED DURING THE LAST FIGHT, IDIOT!" Erza yelled at Clell who didn't flinch to his credit but leaned backwards. "YOUR LUCKY YOUR NOT DEAD!" Erza screamed at the top of her lungs.

"SO, YOU DECIDED TO STRANGLE ME WHEN I WOKE UP!?" Clell responded, his eyes bulging in shock while pushing off the bed.

Wendy looked as Erza and Clell as the duo stared each other down. She couldn't see a trace of fear still in Clell's eyes.

'These two are going to butt heads all over the place, aren't they?' Wendy questioned herself.

(With the figures.)

"Your attack almost killed the hydra prince, Aalamgeer!" The second figure yelled before Aalamgeer turned to look at his friend with amusement.

"That's funny, considering you wish to examine him and Titania…" Aalamgeer stated to his comrade. "Which would require them to be killed, Fahim." Aalamgeer said before brushing off his grey coat.

"Why do you even want that thief dead?" Fahim asked Aalamgeer who turned to him. "It seemed like you even knew he had Lightning Magic from the start." Fahim added as he adjusted his monocle.

"We have… History." Aalamgeer said before he turned and started to walk away. "Capture Titania and the Hydra Prince. Double the bounty we placed on them if you have to. Money isn't an issue." Aalamgeer ordered while he departed.

"Hmm… Fine then." Fahim stated before going to relay the order to his subordinates. "But I will have 2 S class Magic users for study… Dead or alive." Fahim said to himself before taking his leave.

(With Erza and Clell)

"YOU ARE SO DAMN STUBBORN!" Wendy, Lucy, and Natsu watched Erza yell. "DO YOU KNOW HOW STUPID IT IS THAT I HAD TO DRAG YOU HERE!? I LEAVE THE FIGHT FOR 2 MINUTES!" Erza bellowed as Clell brushed off his coat.

"OH, THAT'S RICH COMING FROM MS. CRIMSON CRUSADER!" Clell yelled in response. "WHAT?! MS. SASS AND SLASH CAN'T HANDLE ME TAKING A STAND!?" Clell screamed after that.

"WHAT DID YOU JUST CALL ME!?" Erza screamed as Natsu raised an eyebrow.

"He has a lot of guts." Natsu said while Erza and Clell both inched towards their weapons.

The glare both Erza and Clell shared could melt steel while the duo growled.

"You know, there's other ways to settle this besides killing each other." Natsu said before the duo glared at him.

"What do you want to do?" Clell asked Erza as she blinked. "You want to rip my arm off? Here, take it off, you already decided my throat needed a massage when I woke up." Clell joked as Erza sighed and shook her head in annoyance and simmered down.

"I'm just glad the bandits are taken care of…" Erza said before blinking and looking at her hand.

There were bits of scale on it, and not from any dragon Erza knew of. Clell blinked and looked at her fingers.

"Where did you get hydra scales?" Fintan asked as Erza raised her eyebrow.

"What is a hydra?" Erza asked as Fintan raised an eyebrow at her.

"You mean the giant 6 headed reptiles?" Fintan asked while raising his eyebrow more. "Giant Lizards? Poisonous breath? They grow heads back if you cut one off?" Clell asked as he pulled his blades off his hips.

He ran his fingers over the symbols on them as Erza blinked and started to study the symbols.

"I've only heard stories about them." Clell said while running his fingers back over the symbol on them. "But those scales look EXACTLY like a Hydra's. Where did you get those scales?" Clell asked Erza who blinked at this.

"Another reptile?" Erza asked while Clell hummed and nodded she looked at the others and then grabbed Clell's knives by the grip.

"You know, you could have said please." Clell snarked before Erza elbowed him in the ribs.

"Get them looked at…." Erza said while Clell hummed and dusted off his hands. "And you are resting, NOW." Erza stated to Clell who shrugged before Natsu raised an eyebrow at Erza.

"I guess he's in the guild now?" Natsu asked as Erza nodded before turning back to deal with Clell who sighed.

"Please bring those back." Clell said with amusement in his voice. "I'm going to need them if team mom wants to stab me to death in my sleep." Clell added.

It was at that moment Erza decided that she was killing Clell… Natsu and the others watched as Erza tackled Clell and went back to trying to throttle him to death.

"These two are perfect for each other." Natsu stated while the duo watched the S class Mage and Newest member of Fairy Tale started another brawl.

Phew, another chapter done! I want to apologize if I got personalities wrong. This story is mostly about Erza and Clell… the fight scenes will also be longer then non fighting. Next chapter will be on Thursday or a week later and will show more training and bonding between Clell and Erza. Until then, Lighting Wolf out!
