now, this chapter would most likely count for being the shortest one of them all. I suppose it will, too, that is, unless I manage to write an even shorter chapter than this one, if that's possible. you never know, though. this chapter is a full hundred-ninety-four words worth of storyline added to my Pokémon fanfiction, 'A Tale of Two Rivals', based loosely on a fellow blogger's own fanfiction, 'The Girl With the Red Bandana', written by someone who writes under the penname of IWriteFandomStuff. I promise all of my loyal readers that I am just paraphrasing and not directly copying what IWriteFandomStuff had written in his/her fanfiction.

disclamation: I do not own Pokémon in any way, shape, or form; be it the anime, the games, or the manga. all ownership rights of everything there is to all three of the series are reserved solely for Satoshi Tajiri and Nintendo. also, as I had said just before disclaiming this the series itself, I do not even own this fanfiction's own storyline. the rights of ownership in this fanfiction's storyline are reserved solely for another blogger on this very website under the penname of IWriteFandomStuff. I am just rewriting his/her fanfiction into a different fanfiction with a more family-oriented rating that I happen to believe better fits in with the rating of the actual show. I believe that I also said that I am just paraphrasing the words from 'The Girl With the Red Bandana'.

Then, she took a slight sip of her hot cocoa, slowly and steadily, just before putting her mug back down. I think that she was drinking the hot chocolate to avoid caffeine because of her need to adjust to the time differences between Sinnoh and Kanto.

I did not know why, but for one reason or another, when Soledad had taken the sip from her hot cocoa, it had in turn prompted me to take a sip from my own mug full of a different kind of decaffeinated beverage. My nose just crinkled at the taste of it, just not in a bad way, however, like one would have originally thought. The taste of my own decaffeinated beverage had just been a tad unfamiliar to me. I suppose that I could simply expect chamomile tea to be an acquired taste for me since I would normally drink coffee.

After a few sips of my tea, however, I could potentially see myself drinking it once again in the future. I know I was partial to coffee, but I think chamomile tea could have easily made for an excellent choice in a nightly beverage to me.
