Chapter 46: Fun at the beach

~At the beach~

"WOAAAAHHH!" all the toudans are near the water as they play with the water and sand with their feet with the exception of Nikkari and Mikazuki although they are also amazed at the scenery.

Although they are minding their own they were still eye catching. Team Caesar were surprised at what they are hearing from words that says "Look there are a bunch of good looking guys there!" "Wanna check them out?" or "Do you think they are free." And other various words.

"Wow… to be honest this is the first time I am hearing this…" Mina said as she hears words from people around about the toudans looks, right now Mina is wearing a frilly two piece, her top consisting of a peach lace and a light pink frill that is almost up to her abdomen while her matching skirt piece also a frilly one that has a bow on the side that is slit open.

"I'm somehow used to hearing those…" Aichi said as he nervously smiled looking at the mesmerized toudans.

"Well to be honest though I did notice that their faces were out of this world." Yuri spoke earning her a stare from Gai and Kenji.

"I can't help if they all have pretty, cute, and handsome faces." Yuri had flushed faces as they all sweat dropped, thankfully Izaki and Morikawa are already minding their own things while Emi is with the Tantous.

"They really do have godly features." Mina said looking at Aichi though Aichi did not understand it.

"Alright everyone do what you want before sundown!" Mina said holding a wood and in front are lying three watermelons.

~Those who were silently minding their own~

Kenji and Kai were under a shade while still playing Vanguard, on the other hand Yamanbagiri tries to hide his face from people staring at him, mostly the three of them, Mikazuki silently watches everyone while still drinking tea and is on his guard cause of Aichi, while Nikkari looks for opportunity, while Shin accommodates those who will need stuff for doing their well… stuff.

"Why are you covering your face?" Mikazuki said starting up a conversation to Yamanbagiri.

"Because there are so many people who are looking here." Yamanbagiri answered.

"Why don't you have fun with the others, since we are at the beach?" Mikazuki asked.

"How about you?" Yamanbagiri turned back the question.

Mikazuki simply laughs "Just sipping hot tea is enough."

"Ahhh! I lost again." Kenji said as he lost again to Kai "Alright another one!"

"Well they sure are using this training camp at the fullest." Shin said pointing out at the two people Cardfighting.

"I guess they are burning up in their own way… ahahaha… brilliant, brilliant" Mikazuki smiles as his eyes trail off to Nikkari.

Understanding that look from Mikazuki "Fufufufu… I am simply waiting for an opportunity." Nikkari said as he looks around.

"I doubt you will find spirits with this crowd." Mikazuki noted.

"S-spirits?" Kenji was taken aback from the word spirit.

"They sometimes play around with humans too Fufufufu…" Nikkari laughs as he walked away from group to find this opportunity he speaks of.

"Why don't you guys just swim or something?" Shin asked to them.

"If Aichi-sama wants to then maybe I will." Mikazuki said "Until he asks I will simply indulge myself in tea."

"You guys really thinks of Aichi-kun first." Shin said looking at Aichi's direction who is with the others.

"That goes without saying." Mikazuki said as he drinks his tea.

"So even if uhm… Yamanbagiri-san?" Kenji said with formality, Yamanbagiri hid his face more because of this "Uhm… well even if you are not willing like that, you will do what he wants?" Kai and Shin looks at Kenji surprised at his question.

"If Aichi-sama wills it I will, but I know he won't force us to do something we don't want to. But if turning him down makes him sad then I might think about it since I know he won't ask us of something we don't like, rather new things he want us to experience."Yamanbagiri answered as he gaze to Aichi who is having fun with friends.

"Aichi-sama is kind, he is someone who thinks of others before his own."Mikazuki said as he took gazes at Aichi.

"I initially thought he was only timid…" Kenji said thinking of his first meeting with them.

"Don't judge a book by its cover." Kai said ending their conversation as they started another match

~Those who were looking for discoveries~

Yagen silently looks around for discoveries that he thinks he could use for a new medicine. Since this is the sea he might find some undiscovered things to study.

On the other hand Sayo and Midare looks out for shells and other cute and pretty things that they can find.

"Sayo, Midare, Yagen don't get too far alright!" Aichi shouted noticing that the three were pretty far from them now.

"Don't worry I'll look out for them!" Yagen shouted back to assure Aichi that everything is fine.

"Yagen! Yagen!" Midare call out his attention.

"Oh a shell." Yagen said as he looks at what Midare is pointing out to him.

"Do you think we could bring it back?" Sayo asked.

"Hmmm…" Yagen looks around the area and noticed some people holding bigger shells and taking it with them "I guess its fine."

"Yay!" Midare cheered as he took the shells with him.

"I wonder if I can bring a live sea creatures with me…" Yagen mumbles as Midare hears it he immediately sweat dropped.

"I doubt that…" Midare said as they continued on to their own discoveries.

~Those who wants fun in the sand~

Taroutachi, Gokotai, and Horikawa silently enjoy their time creating sand castles and such at the sand with the five tiger cubs with Konnosuke to keep them in line since it will be trouble if they get found out.

"Aren't you going to take a swim Horikawa?" Taroutachi starts a conversation.

Surprised at the question "Uhm, no, I'm fine with this." Horikawa replied as he helps Gokotai in creating a sand castles.

Taroutachi collects the sand while Gokotai and Horikawa creates the sand castle "Is something the matter?"

Gokotai silently listens to their conversation "No, it's fine but if guys want to maybe I'll think about it." He bitterly smiles.

Looking down after their conversation Gokotai and Taroutachi looks at each other.

~Those who like smashing things, particularly watermelons at the beach ~

Many were gathered at this part, Emi, Imanotsurugi, Hakata, Gai, Miwa, Yuri, Misaki, and Mina.

Since there were three watermelons Gai, Miwa, Yuri, Misaki, and Mina decided that Emi, Imanotsurugi, and Hakata will be the ones splitting the watermelons.

The first one to smash is Emi as they started they help her navigate through on the other hand Mina took some pictures of everyone when she gets the chance.

"Alright who is next" Yuri asked as she took the wood while Misaki took the blindfold while Miwa collects the watermelon and Gai prepares the next batch to be smashed.

"Me!" Both Hakata and Imanotsurugi volunteered.

"Let's see how about rock paper scissors?" Miwa suggested.

As the two readies Hakata ended up winning and thus he was next.

He pointed out at the watermelon as Misaki placed the blindfold and then spun him around but "I'm a Japanese businessman." he was still able to smash the watermelon into bits.

"He… He just smashed it into pieces…" Gai and Yuri were surprised on the other hand although surprised Miwa and Misaki were somewhat used to it, thinking of what they are capable of.

"I'm not used to wielding something longer." Hakata said as he passes it to Imanotsurugi.

"It's like a Wakizashi!" Imanotsurugi said as he took the wood and raise it.

"Oh! Like Horikawa and Nikkari" Hakata pointed as Imanotsurugi nodded.

"Wakizashi? Like Horikawa-san? And Nikkari-san?" Emi was confused as did Yuri and Gai.

"It's my turn next then!" Imanotsurugi went to place as they repeated the process and got ready.

Even though he was spun around Imanotsurugi was still able to jump "Ahahaha! Heads up!" as he also was able to smash it to pieces.

"Very well done you three." Mina applauded as they finish their melon smashing picking up the bits and went back to where Shin and the others to give it to them to eat and get some nice refreshing shaved ice.

~Those who were fired up~

Kiyomitsu, Yasusada, Mutsunokami, Hasebe, Tsurumaru, and Shokudaikiri decided to play beach volleyball.

"I heard this is a fun activity in the beach." Shokudaikiri said as he passes the ball to Tsurumaru.

"Hearing the rules from Mina-nee and Aichi-sama this can be quite the exercise." Mutsunokami said as they ready the net.

"Alright it's set up." Hasebe said as he, Mutsunokami and Yasusada helps on the other hand Kiyomitsu watches them from behind.

"Oi Kiyomitsu, why aren't you even helping us?!" Yasusada called out.

"That's because I wasn't even interested." Kiyomitsu said as he continues to fan himself.

"Oh so does that mean you don't want to see who will be strongest?" Yasusada starts to pick a fight.

"Heh, I don't think that it's needed, I'm the strongest!" Kiyomitsu said.

"Oh yeah, I bet Mikazuki can land a hit on you with just one slash!" Yasusada continues to provoke him as Kiyomitsu got ticked off and put away all that is covering him, his hat, his glasses and a long sleeves as he also threw away the fan he was using.

"Time to see who is the strongest!" Kiyomitsu said as he walk towards Shokudaikiri.

Although they know they were being stared at they know they weren't the only one eye catching for them, since they all stand out in the crowd and they all know that but decided to ignore those looks.

"Alright I made a draw stick beforehand which is red and blue." Shokudaikiri said as he handed out 6 draw sticks.

As they took one each, the composing teams are for the red team is Kiyomitsu, Mutsunokami, and Tsurumaru.

"We are going to defeat you!" Kiyomitsu said as they went to position.

Blue team is Yasusada, Hasebe, and Shokudaikiri,

"This will be the day that you will recognize that I am strongest." Yasusada said as they also went into position.

"Alright let's flip a coin to find out who will go first." Shokudaikiri walks toward the net "So? Heads or Tails?" he asked the two teams as he held out a coin.

"I go for heads." Kiyomitsu said the other two agrees on his decision.

"Then tails for us then." Shokudaikiri flicks the coin and waits for it until it landed on the back of his palm "Tails."

"I guess luck is with us." Yasusada said Kiyomitsu clicks his tongue.

"Alright, I will be first then" Shokudaikiri said as he serves the ball by spiking it.

As it reaches the other side Tsurumaru sets the ball and then Mutsunokami hits the ball back, but before it touches the ground of the opposing side Hasebe hastily receives it before both the ball and him landed on the ground while Yasusada hits the ball, sadly for them Kiyomitsu was ready for him as he scores a point.

"Yosha!" The three screamed out as they scored a point.

"Oi, it's too early to celebrate" Hasebe said as he stands up.

Going back to their position, it is Mutsunokami's turn to serve as he jumps serve to the other side earning a good deal of speed and power Shokudaikiri blocks as Hasebe set Yasusada spikes back the ball and because of its speed Kiyomitsu wasn't able to reach it.

"You need to learn to get dirty Kiyomitsu." Yasusada clearly understood the reason why he hesitated.

Kiyomitsu was reluctant to catch it cause of getting sand as he clicks his tongue he moved back to his position.

The ball now is now at Hasebe as he fall back to the area he runs and throws the ball in the air and spikes it.

Tsurumaru wonderfully received it but dealt a great deal of damage on him as it was too powerful but Kiyomitsu successfully sets it as Mutsunokami spikes it, unfortunately Shokudaikiri was the blocker as he successfully block it and then Yasusada receiving it.

"Not again!" Kiyomitsu successfully kicks it and reached it but his bottom landed on the sand, as Tsurumaru and Mutsunokami both lands a hit on the ball they were able to put enough force for it to speed up and earn them another score.

"I won't give up that easily." Kiyomitsu cleans his shorts as they resumed position the battle is now heating up.

Surprisingly crowds started gathering at their game mainly women but there is still men. As they continued off their game.

~And those who are wasting their precious time in the beach~

Aichi, Kamui, Morikawa, and Izaki minds their own little business as they all talk about idiocracy of training in the beach with regards to Cardfighting which of course is futile.

To recommendations of push up which surprisingly Aichi still can't do with all the trainings he get though most are for his divinity and not strength so it's understandable, to imagining what a battlefield, well cardfight field that is.

Since they were near the place where they set up the others who came back notices them "Are they idiots" Misaki noted.

"Well… we don't know, anyway let us get the others so we could eat and continue on to since its noon." Mina said as she helps prepare the shaved ice with Shin.

"Aichi-kun!" Mina calls out his attention where he successfully wakes up as the heat is starting to get to him.

"Call out the others will you?" She said while handing out watermelons and shaved ice.

The only ones not there are the discovery team and the ones in the volleyball since the watermelon smashing are a large group and the sand castle group are just near.

Although noticing that Morikawa, Izaki, and Kamui hasn't regained their consciousness yet cause of over concentration, he decided to leave and fetches Midare, Sayo, and Yagen first

~The Discovery team~

Aichi ran as he found out that Midare, Sayo and Yagen already has an odd amount of findings with them.

"You all saw that? In the beach?" Aichi said confused and surprised.

"Yeah, surprisingly there is a lot if you would study about where they are often coming from." Yagen smiled as he showed to Aichi his findings.

"Though, didn't I tell you not to go too far?" Aichi is a little displeased at what happened.

Yagen, Midare, and Sayo frowns "Sorry…" they all said.

Though he can't do anything about it as they were having fun they didn't notice because of this Aichi sighs and smiles as if forgiving them "As long as nothing happened, but be careful next time alright?" He pats the head of the three "Alright let's go back, I have to fetch the others so you head on okay?"

The three nodded as they head their way to the other.

~Back at their spot~

Aichi headed on to fetch the remaining six and wasn't able to see what happened with the sand castle group.

Midare, Sayo and Yagen noticed an almost buried Taroutachi in the sand as Hakata, Imanotsurugi, and Emi helps Horikawa and Gokotai burry him "What are you guys doing?" Midare asked.

"Oh! We noticed people getting buried in the sand and asked Taroutachi-san for a favor to be the one buried." Horikawa points at the other people getting buried.

"Want to help us finish?" Gokotai offered.

Mina notices the three "Eat first, then play!" Mina scolded as she handed food to them.

"That will be a light lunch as later we will be getting back, so do what you want to do before we that." Shin notified everyone.

~Volleyball team~

Aichi wasn't able to notice that they were the ones with the gathering crowds, he had a hard time finding them, thankfully he noticed from afar when they jump to receive he finally found them "They gathered that large crowd?"

Aichi ran towards the crowd but because of the gathering crowd they weren't able to notice a little Aichi calling out to them.

Not knowing what to do because of the crowd though he knows that they are the ones there…

"Kiyomitsu! Shokudaikiri! Tsurumaru!" "Yasusada! Hasebe! Mutsunokami!" Somehow they heard a small voice calling out to them.

As they were about to have a decision match of who will be the winner they were caught off guard by a voice calling them.

"Is that Aichi-sama?" Kiyomitsu stop as he was about to be hit by the ball Tsurumaru and Mutsunokami stopped it "Th-thanks…"

Shokudaikiri stops and went to them "Hey is everything alright?" He asked as he noticed a dazed Kiyomitsu but then they heard it again.

Aichi completely forgot to use the bell to call them out and because of his shouting a group that is in front of him got annoyed at his screaming "Hey! Pipsqueak stop yapping."

Shokudaikiri notices an odd crowd in the back and somehow he does not like what he is feeling.

Kiyomitsu noticed his gaze as he run to that side "Aichi-sama?!" trying to pave a path to the crowds Shokudaikiri, Mutsunokami, Tsurumaru, Yasusada and Hasebe followed as they too finally felt him.

Seeing that the players leaving the crowds decided to leave and even the crowds from behind that noticed the three woman ganging up on Aichi they couldn't care less as it wasn't their business kind of mindset.

There were three women in front of Aichi although he apologized already one of the women push him as he fell on the sand.

"Oi! What are you doing?" Hasebe shouted as they found Aichi who is already sitting at the sand.

Kiyomitsu, Yasusada and Tsurumaru hurries to Aichi to help him up stand up while Mutsunokami, Hasebe, and Shokudaikiri serves as their shield "Aichi-sama are you okay?" Kiyomitsu asked as Aichi nodded.

"Hey it's those hunks playing volleyball." The 2nd woman.

"Oh you know him?" the 1st woman.

"He was yapping and yapping weird words and he was getting noisy you see." The 3rd woman who pushed Aichi.

"What are you guys baby-sitting him or something?" the 1st woman said.

"Yeah you can just leave him with someone and we will have more fun together." The 2nd woman moves closer towards them.

~Back at their spot~

"Why is it taking so long?" Mina asked said as she looks around.

Mikazuki stands up as Mina noticed where Mikazuki's gaze is "They seem to be in trouble." The others follow their gaze as they saw a woman pushing Aichi.

"Ah! That woman just pushed Aichi-sama!" Midare said as he stood up from helping bury Taroutachi.

Mina got ticked of the three female as did Yuri and Misaki "Want to help?" Mina asked Yuri and Misaki as they nodded in affirmation and followed her.

Although the others wanted to join especially Mikazuki they just felt the chills and decided not to join as they think they would just be getting in the way, this is girls we are talking about.

~Back at Aichi and the others~

When the three girls noticed them they stopped talking to the guys but then directed their insults at the three.

"Is there a problem here?" Mina asked with veins popping on the three girls utterly annoyed at their words.

"Oh look I guess someone came to take care of him." the 3rd woman said.

"Oh nice timing nannies you've come to collect your lost kid." The 2nd woman said.

"This kid is too noisy and seems to be speaking weird words, what did you teach him?" the 1st woman said as they laugh.

The toudans really want to defend for themselves and Aichi but as they feel the aura of the three they decided to opt out.

"Yapping? Aren't you the one who wouldn't shut their mouths?" Mina is the first one to talk.

"I guess you need looking into a mirror because you would qualify to be in a circus than baby sitting." Yuri said as she took out a mirror from her pocket, after opening it there were a large amount of powder as she blew it to the three.

Surprised even the toudans the three girls tries to shake off and get rid of the powder.

"What happened to you guys? Did the circus thought you wouldn't cut it out so they asked for the horror house to take you in instead? I don't think they would have fun to be with a horror house mascot," Misaki retorted to the three girls.

"I think you guys were in the wrong place, the circus or the horror house isn't here." Yuri added to Misaki's retort.

"Maybe they were just too good at the horror house that they are thinking of doing a test of courage here at the beach." Mina added.

"W-what did you say?! Did you think boys will like your face?" The 1st woman retorted back.

"We had an amount of boys we need than you guys? Guys would flock to us without the need to go after them." Mina pointed at the amount of toudans and boys with them.

The three girls couldn't say anything anymore to retort back as they just continue standing there.

"Oh yeah and news flash runaway mascots, if you were referring to words like Shokudaikiri, Hasebe, Tsurumaru, Mutsunokami, Yasusada, and Kiyomitsu." Misaki started.

"Then you guys need to learn your targets first before going up to them." Yuri added.

"Because it's their names girls… Right boys?!" Mina finished as she calls out at the six who were somehow dazed and then one by one they told their names to the women.

"Besides you wouldn't win even if you try, they already have someone special." Mina smiled to Aichi though he didn't understand what he meant by looking at him making Mina, Misaki, and Yuri along with the six toudans sigh.

"Apologize to him!" Mina pointed out at Aichi.

Not wanting to further embarrass themselves the three girls ran out as they shouted sorry. Mina, Misaki, and Yuri sighed as they look at Aichi.

"Are you alright Aichi-kun?" Mina asked making sure he was doing fine and was not hurt.

"Oh, Uhm… it's fine, I'm used to it." Aichi said smiling to them.

Though it just made them sigh heavier no wonder he was dense because he shuts himself to those kind of stuff.

"Anyway c'mon let's go back now at any moment we are going back so have as much fun as you want now." Mina said as they all started walking back.

Outro: I'm not used into cat fights and insults and stuff so I hope it would suffice? Somehow while thinking of that cat fat I was thinking of White Chick hence the powder but with mirror.
