/Blah/ Kyuubi talking to Naruto through their mind link.

They were linked by an invisible force that could not be controlled and Sasuke, who always warded off intimacy, could not resist reaching for Uzumaki. Naruto was the honey and he was the bee. It got to the point where they got kicked out of Naruto's family home now that the door to his room was missing.

They weren't allowed alone together in public restrooms anymore, tea houses, the Hokage rock was off limits, and lastly bath houses. It was like the goal was to touch every inch of Konoha.

There were so many complaints coming Tsunade's way and the couple's honeymoon was pretty much over so she was going to put one of them to work to preoccupy their overstimulate minds.

She glared at the couple sitting across from her their focus was not on her but on each other from the subtle glances to the coy little smirks once their eyes met, they would turn away with their mouths twitching as the naughty pair tried to hold back their amusement which was getting underneath her skin.

"Sasuke," The raven turned to face her and even though he looked at her, Tsunade wasn't dumb she knew his attention was elsewhere.

"You and Hatake-san are assigned an escort mission affected immediately," He nodded though that amused smirk had dropped. She assigned a normal C-rank mission to help escort several transportation wagons to and from The Land of Waves it was going to take a few days if nothing were to go awry.

This would give Tsunade enough time to kill two birds with one stone that way all the complaints would cease and they could help the land of waves at the same time.

"And as for you Naruto when Sasuke takes his leave. I need to talk to you." She jabbed her finger in the youth's direction. His eyes crossed as he stared at the offensive digit like it was going to shoot fire from the tip.

"- But Tsunade-baa-chan!"

"Shut it!" As if on cue, Kakashi lazily strolled through the office doors holding his favorite novel in hand. Both the couple's heads turned to him as he gestured for Sasuke to follow. The raven sighed before leaving his seat but not before placing a hand on the blonde shoulder giving it a light squeeze.

Naruto watched his mate's back as he exited the office doors without so much as a glance, once he was completely gone from view was when the blonde turned back to Tsunade his eyes gleaming with tears.

"So, what did I miss? One minute the both of you despised each other so much so that you tried to go out on a mission whilst still on your honeymoon and now you can't stay away from one another."

"It's both you and Rin's fault you two pushed for this engagement what did you expect was going to happen." He was already on the defensive and ready to lash out that was until Tsunade opened her mouth her next sentence bringing him back to reality.

"Did you tell him yet?"

"Oi, tell who what?"

"Did you tell your spouse the good news?" She curled a hand around her mouth while whispering it even though they were the only two in her office.

"Damn it! I told Kakashi-sensei not to tell anybody!" He shrieked.

"Trust me, he was quite tight-lipped. I had to twist his arm for him to tell me." She sighed leaning back.

He pouted, "No I haven't told him yet... I was going to but things just kept happening..." He blushed and crossed his arms.

"Riiiight." She could just imagine what those things that kept happening were.

"I don't think I will tell him." He crossed his arms slouching in his seat.

"So, you're going to hide it from him? How are you going to explain the giving birth part?"

"I don't know!" He snapped. "Look brat things will not work out well if you hide this from him."

"I know..." despite all that things were going great he didn't want to ruin it with the unexpected announcement.

"I can't be away from him for too long! I can't explain it but-"

"He's your mate. I completely understand that but you two have traumatized enough civilians."

True, they had attempted to do the four-legged monster in all those places, but they were interrupted each time starting with the tea house. Never succeeding in getting past the complete removal of that clothes much to the couple's annoyance.

Even Naruto's fellow classmates could not believe it. No one could. It was hard to wrap their minds around it, was this the same blonde who claimed they hated everybody and stormed off during their own wedding?

"I also wanted you to go to the infirmary to get a checkup."

"I'm perfectly fine." Besides the fact that he could fall asleep at a drop of a hat, eat anybody out of house and home, and still, he felt like his energy was at a constant zero. He was fine.

"Just because you feel fine doesn't mean you are." She countered, pinning him in a deadpan way.

"I know that baby by now would be a clump of cells but you are a kitsune. So, the embryo could be developing much faster it might be a fetus for all we know. I don't know how kitsune gestational periods work or what trimester you're in but judging that you are not showing any outward signs that you are pregnant. You might still be in the beginning stages."

He sighed. "I don't need a checkup," while sinking further in his seat. It was surreal enough the last thing he wanted was to be prodded and probe like some science experiment. He just wanted it to all be over with.

Kakashi casually exited the Hokage office with his disgruntled student trailing behind him at first. However, once Sasuke realized this was happening he picked up his pace until they were walking side-by-side in silence.

"So how are things?" His sensei observed the raven. It didn't go unnoticed the tension in that chiseled jawline, "I don't know what has come over me. It feels like I have been trapped in this dream-like state and I'm just waiting to wake up."

"I wasn't expecting that answer. What's going on? You two appeared to be doing just fine."

"It's only a matter of time... My parents want a grandchild and there will be a time they will show their displeasure with him."

"Why is that?" He turned to look straight ahead.

"If he is unable to fulfill his duties or is unable to do the impossible, they'll find a way to get the marriage annulled I just know it."

"So, it's that serious?" He could only hope his student was joking, but when did Sasuke ever joke?

"Yeah, they had me sign an affidavit stating that I will do everything within my power to give them an heir, but if Naruto is unable to carry out what they want then I don't know." He exhaled his dark pools staring at nothing.

"You don't believe he can." They walked in unison with his student absorbing the weight of Sasuke's words.

"You don't honestly believe all that gibberish Rin was spewing, do you?" He ran a hand through his dark tresses sighing again.

"Naruto is a Kitsune."

"A male Kitsune." He retorted.

"I didn't want him to feel pressured or to stress out about it, so I told him I didn't want children."

"You did what now!?" His sensei was able to hide his outward shock.

"Naruto kept bringing up some theoretical child. He looked nervous and uncomfortable, so I told him I didn't want any so there would be less on his plate or so he won't have to feel obligated or forced by my parents, mainly my mom."

"And what about you? Do you want children?" Sasuke failed to pick up the curiosity laced in that smooth voice.

"Maybe... I don't know. I guess sometime in the future. We can adopt or do surrogacy but as for now, no. I don't want children." The entire thought of it had been the bane of his existence. He was over it, besides they had a year to figure this out.

"How long will the mission take? Should I bring some supplies?" He only wanted to know for the sheer fact how long he was going to be away.

"Not too long, but always be prepared for anything." Kakashi was not going to drop the topic that easily, "So, what are you going to do if he can't fulfill that?"

Sasuke stopped walking it took only a second for Kakashi to take notice before he stopped also. He lowered his head, staring at his scandal-clad feet.

"Well?" The sterling-haired jonin pressed no time for second thoughts now those two were married.

"I don't know." That was the most honest answer he could give. His face appeared torn there was a hint of sadness in those charcoal pools.

"Naruto is your family too, don't you forget that."

"I know," he snapped running a hand down his face. He would be going against his family easier said than done. There was a sense of conflict going on in that face. He was thankful for Kakashi-sensei though he would never outwardly show, nonetheless he'd come to appreciate the older shinobi. Kakashi was like an unofficial older brother to him someone he could talk to when he felt like talking about things.

Kakashi sighed pausing midstep he began to rub to back of his spiky hair trying to form the right words for what he was about to say next. He gave up and decided to just be direct.

"There's a rumor going around."

Their eyes met as those dark pools bore deep into his sensei. It was rare seeing Kakashi fidget.

"What kind of rumor." Not only was he forced to leave now there was some dumb rumor. So to say his fuse was short would be an understatement.

"Well, It has something to do with Sakura."

"What about her?" What now! He recalled his wedding night and her shell-shock appearance. The last thing he wanted was to hear about anybody else's drama unless it concerned him and his spouse.

"They are saying she might be pregnant."

"Tell her I said congratulations." That's it? That was the rumor that had been so dire? He continued his tense stride. Only stopped once he noticed Kakashi was still standing there.

"That's not all..." Oh great, there was more. Of course, why wouldn't there be more? He pinched the bridge of his nose as he felt a headache coming on.

"She's saying you're the father."

"You know you could have just led with that."

"That might become a problem later." Hatake tried reasoning.

Sasuke shrugged he doubt anyone would believe her.

"I have to ask are you-"

"-No!" He felt offended. He wasn't the type to just knock up his teammate and then marry the other one. He could be an asshole sometimes but not a complete dick.

"Just making sure," his sensei smirked.

Do you know that saying in way over your head? Well, Sakura knew this all too well as she sat with both her parents planted on either side of her. Regrettably, she stared at her balled-up fist resting in her lap meekly her emerald green pools flickering across the rectangular shape dining table at the same two people she dreamt of being her future in-laws for years, these two were now sitting across from the Haruno clan confused as ever.

"Tell them what you told us." Coaxed a woman with sandy-colored hair sitting to the left of her. Mebuki was ambushed by her daughter's unexpected revelation, and even so, she couldn't be mad at her distraught daughter. Mebuki had already been set on who was to blame.

Sakura's parents believed Sasuke had taken advantage of their daughter. They knew about her crush hell the entire village knew! It was no secret.

She linked eyes with her mother's almond-shaped pools, worriedly Sakura gnawed on her lower lip before giving a reluctant glance at her father who smiled and nodded encouraging her to continue.

She then met a befuddled-looking Mikoto and Fugaku Uchiha gaze.

Despite the thumping of her heart, she let the words spill from her parted lips."Well... where do I begin?"
