A/N: I don't own the rights to any of the Percy Jackson series or it's characters. That right gaoes to Rick Riordan. I also don't own the rights to Animorph including it's title.
I am, however, the person who posted 'The Tales of...' series.
This is not a crossover of the Percy Jackson series with the book/tv series Animorph, despite what you might think from the title. I just thought it be a proper name for the ability to turn into animals since that's why the tv/book series 'Animorph' was called that in the first place.
Also, ever since I got my latest Laptop I been stuck using Google Docs and Copy and paste my chapters and for some reason when I save what I paste any formats I made is turn to normal format. I even have to bold the chapter titles, but as I'm sure you noticed sometimes I forget to do that. So anything I normally itallilize like thoughts come out normal text. A/N at the beginning and end of each keep the format changes because I add them without copying and pasting from google doc.

Piper: Enceladus Gives Me a Warning
In my dream, I was back on the mountaintop. The ghosts' purple bonfire cast shadows across the trees. My eyes stung from the smoke, and the ground was so warm, the soles of my boots felt sticky.
A voice from the dark rumbled. "You forgot your duty."
I couldn't see him, but it was definitely my least favorite giant-the one who called himself Enceladus. I looked around for any sign of my father, but the pole where he'd been chained was no longer there.
"Where is he?" I demanded. "What've you done with him?"
The giant laugh was like lava hissing down a volcano. "Heis body is safe enough, though I fear the poor man's mind can't take much more of my company. For some reason he finds me-disturbing. You must hurry, girl, or I fear there will be little left of him to save."
"Let him go!" I screamed. "Take me instead. He's just a mortal!"
"But my dear," the giant rumbled, "we must prove our love for our parents. That's what I'm doing. Show me you value your father's life by doing what I ask. Who's more important-your father, or deceitful goddess who used you, toyed with your emotions, manipulated your memories, eh? What is Hera to you?"
I began to tremble, so much anger and fear bottled inside me, I could barely talk. "You're asking me to betray my friends."
"Sadly, my dear, your friends are destined to die. Their quest is impossible, You heard the prophecy, unleashing Hera's rage would mean your destruction. Even Heracles' strength didn't always spare him from Hera's wrath. The only question now-will you die with your friends, or live with your father."
The bonfire roared. I tried to step back, but my feet were heavy. I realized the ground was pulling me down, clinging in my boots like wet sand. When I looked up, a shower of purple sparks spread across the sky, and the sun was rising in the east. A patchwork of cities glowed in the valley below, and far to the west, over a line of rolling hills, I saw a familiar landmark rising from a sea of fog.
"Why are you showing me this?" I asked. "You're revealing where you are."
"Yes, you know this place," the giant said. "Lead your friends here instead of their true destination, and I will deal with them. Or even better, arrange their deaths before you arrive. I don't care which. Just be at the summit by noon on the solstice, and you may collect your father and go in peace."
"I can't," I said. "You can't ask me-"
"To betray that foolish boy Valdez, who always irritated you and is now hiding secrets from you? To give up a boyfriend you never really had? Is that more important than your own father?"
"I'll find a way to defeat you," I said. "I'll save my father and my friends."
The giant growled in the shadows. "I was once proud too. I thought the gods could never defeat me. Then they hurled a mountain on top of me, crushed me into the ground, where I struggled for eons, half-conscious in pain. That taught me patients, girl. It taught me not to act rashly. Now I've clawed my way back with the help of the waking earth. But I am not the only one. My brethren will follow. We will not be denied our vengeance-not this time. And you, Piper McLean, need a lesson in humility. I'll show you how easily your rebellious spirit can be brought to earth."
The dream dissolved.
...
I woke up free falling and as I tumbled through the sky. Far below I saw city light glimmering in the early dawn, and several hundred yards away the body of the bronze dragon spinning out of control, its wings limp, fire flickering from its mouth like a badly wired lightbulb.
A body shot past me-Leo screaming and frantically grabbing at te clouds. "Not cool!"
I tried to call to him but he was already far below.
Somewhere above me, Jason yelled, "Piper, level out! Extend your arms and legs!"
It was hard to control my fear, but I did what he said and regained some balance. I fell spread-eagle like a skydiver, the wind underneath me like a solid block of ice. Then Jason was there, wrapping his arms around my waist.
Thank god, I thought. But part of me also thought, Great. Second time this week he's hugged me and both times it's because I'm plummeting to my death.
"We have to get Leo," I shouted.
Their fall slowed as Jason controlled the winds, but they still lurched up and down like the winds didn't want to cooperate.
"Gonna get rough," Jason warned. "Hold on!"
I locked my arms around him and Jason shot toward the ground. I probably screamed, but the sound was ripping from my mouth. My vision blurred.
And then, thump! We slammed into another warm body-Leo,still wriggling and cursing.
"Stop fighting!" Jason said. "It's me!"
"My dragon!" Leo yelled. "You gotta save Festus."
I know Jason had the strength of Hercules who once held up the sky, but the winds seemed to be fighting against Jason to the point I doubt he can carry us and the dragon while maintaining control of the winds. I don't remember Heracles being able to do that himself. At best Jason seem to only handle intermittent slow downs where instead of free falling, it felt like we were bouncing down a giant staircase, a hundred feet at a before we could decide on anything there was an explosion below us. A fireball rolled into the sky behind a warehouse complex, and Leo robbed,
"I'll land us as close to Festus as I can," Jason said. "It might get rough. The winds are fighting against me."
With that we zigzagged down to the area Festus landed next to the warehouse complex. Fortunately on the last drop, Jason managed to get us at a safe landing distance before we had another drop and fell onto the snow.
A/N: I only theorized Jason could lift both Piper and Leo on the winds since Heracles never rode the winds like Jason. Jason probably could do it better if the winds were cooperating, but remember we got to factor in Khione was causing the them trouble with her power over snow since they left Quebec. And since Blizzards work using wind and Khione can causes bizzards, it's safe to say Khione does have power over wind as well as snow.
Anyways, I stopped the chapter here because Leo's chapters can pick up from here. I still plan to have Leo reveal his fire power. Don't worry.
Also before anyone jump on me saying the group should be fine fighting the giants with Jason having Heracles strength, remember Heracles was a demigod when he fought the giants and he fought them along side the gods, who in the Heroes of the Olympus series is mostly locked up in Olympus or imprisoned. Hercules strength gives them an edge, but they still need help from the gods against the giants.
For those who read the Legacy series just think of it as similar with Naruto and Yugito in the Lost Hero and Son of Neptune. They gave ttheir groups an edge over the giants, but it's still not enough without godly support/help.
