Chapter 3: The seal
Its been forever
Hokage's office
"So what is that you want with Harumaki lady h-hokage?"
"Damn you already gave him a name well this Harumaki is going to be tested for some stuff like chakra nature and DNA any possible kekkei genkai and anything else we can find out"
'What" Harumaki said confused
And then they noticed a white haired figure sitting on the window
"Jiraiya you're finally here" Tsunade said with a smile
"So kid you're gonna be tested for all that stuff Tsunade told you by getting a seal put on you this operation will last a few hours" the guy with crazy white hair said
"ok" he said less confused
"So Hinata, Harumaki will be in a special place far away from the village to have the sealing test happen"
"Alright lady hokage" she said a little worried
Hinata left the room and went back to the Hyuga Compound
"So kid we're going to a special far away place" the old man said
"Where and how" Harumaki said with curiosity
"We'll just teleport there, don't you know anything- oh wait" a long pause happened after that
"Yeah he's 4, you idiot" the hokage said
"Oh I know that Tsunade anyways we should be leaving now leaving now"
And then Jiraiya put his hand on Harumaki's head and they teleported away
Uzushiogakure
And then they popped back into a strange place with whirlpool symbols everywhere
"What is this place?" Harumaki asked with curiosity
"This was the homeplace of the Uzumaki clan and the place where you will be staying for a while so the seal to get all the information about you" he explained
"What seal?"
"Just follow me and you'll be there"
We walked through the sand and I saw fallen pillars with the same whirlpool symbols but there was no life to be seen
And then they arrived at a door, the door had the same whirlpool symbol
"Alright kid just walk there and put your hand on the wall to open the door" the old perv said
"Ok" and then when he put his hand on the door the ground started shaking and the whirlpool started glowing so brightly that it could blind people
They looked away not to be blinded
After that, they entered and the door closed behind them
In the room, they entered they saw towering bookshelves with thousands of scrolls that contained history, jutsu and almost anything you can think of
"Woahhhh" Harumaki said with a slight shine in his eye
"I didn't think there would be this many scrolls" Jiraiya thought "hopefully, all of these sealing scrolls can fit a few thousand scrolls"
"Hey kid get over here" Jiraiya said getting Harumaki's attention
Harumaki walked over "what do you need?" he said with a smile
"I want you to get me every single scroll in this room" he said
Harumaki's smile turned into a frown "whaaaah I'm not getting all these scrolls I opened the stupid door for you!"
Jiraiya smacked Harumaki on the head "YOU SHOULD BE RESPECTFUL TO ME I COULD BE DOING RESEARCH BUT I'M HERE-" Harumaki struck at Jiraiya's chest knocking him back using a chakra-enhanced gentle fist strike
"That's what you get for being a meanie!" Harumaki yelled
"He is just a kid so I shouldn't have been so hard on him, but damn he can strike hard even for a hyuga" Jiraiya thought
"Heh you can hit hard kid, I'm sorry for being so hard on you, I'll just get all these scrolls you can just look around" Jiraya said in a sorry way
"Oh well I'm sorry old man for striking you, I'll just be over there" he said while walking to a bookshelf
On the bookshelf, he started taking out the scrolls and looking at them all of them had one thing in similar they all had jutsus with the word adamantine in them
Adamantine sealing chains… Adamantine attacking chains… Adamantine armour… Adamantine sword… and even more adamantine stuff
"What you looking at kid?" Jiraiya said while sealing a scroll labelled "Human crystal seal"
"These scrolls seem important can I have a scroll to put them in?" he said with stars in his eyes
"Er, kid do you even know how to put stuff in scrolls?" he said while getting another scroll
"Oh I don't know can you teach me?" he said with a smile
"Alright kid just come over here I'll show ya" he said motioning Harumaki to come
Harumaki came over and waited for Jiraiya to explain
"So to put stuff in a scroll you just need to seal the stuff onto the scroll" Jiraiya said
"That doesn't make sense!" Harumaki said in confusion
"Well then just try it out yourself" Jiraiya said while handing him the scroll
Harumaki opened the scroll and then got the adamantine scrolls "Alright I hope this works"
He put one of the scrolls on the other scrolls and put his hand on top of it
"Alright here goes nothing" he said while trying to control his chakra to hand and then…
It worked!
"Damn I didn't think you could do that on your first try," Jiraiya said with a smile "honestly I'd think you wouldn't know how to control chakra"
"For that, I just looked at what you did while you asked me what I was doing" He said with a smile
"Well do you know how to unseal it" Jiraiya questioned
"Oh yeah just pull it out" He put his hand on top of the seal and the just poof the scroll appeared
"Wow kid you are surprising, being able to just do a sealing and unsealing jutsu with no practice" Jiraiya said in amazement "heh, seems like he really is an Uzumaki" Jiraiya thought
'T-thanks, this is the first jutsu I've ever attempted" Harumaki said while sealing some on the adamantine scrolls
"Well then since there are two of us to seal the scrolls we can do this quicker!" Jiraiya said
"Alright" Harumaki said sighing
The two started sealing every scroll they saw there were many more adamantine and sealing jutsu they found and even special healing and elemental jutsu, Some of these jutsu are so powerful that they can only be read by those of Uzumaki blood
5 hours later…
"Alright we're done" Jiraiya said with a relieving sigh
"Alright, so what do we do now?" Harumaki question
"I uh don't know" Jiraiya said with embarrassment
Right when he said that a door opened, Harumaki put his hand on a vine and pulled it down causing a hidden door to open
"I think we go in there" Harumaki said
"How- nevermind let's just go" Jiraiya said
The room they entered had vines everywhere but the only thing of notice was on a pedestal, it was a map of the entire ninja world, the map had places that even Jiraiya had heard nothing about
On certain places, there were pins on seemingly being in random places like in the middle of the Usagi sea
"This seems important" Harumaki said
"Yeah I'll just take this and put it away" Jiraiya said "You must never speak of this with anybody, if anybody finds out about this map they could possibly find something that could destroy the world if it fell into the wrong hands"
"Alright… old man" Harumaki said
Suddenly two puppets appeared from thin air with seal marks everywhere on them
"Only those who can defeat us can pass" one of the puppets said with its mechanical voice
"How do these puppets move without a puppeteer, it's probably those seals but I've never heard of a seal that can give puppets voice and make them move of their own" Jiraiya wondered
Suddenly one of the puppets flickered away and then... Jiraiya was frozen, the puppet had placed a seal that immobilized him
"Oh" Harumaki said before starting to run away "I'm not dying today-" he was stopped when the other puppet flickered in front of him
"You are dying today" the puppet said while the puppet was getting ready to immobilize him
But as the puppet was about to strike a bright light emerged from Harumakis chest, An adamantine chain ripped through ripped the puppet shattering it into nothing
"What… is this" Harumaki said while trying to control the chain
"It seems the Uzumaki of the group has shown himself" the last puppet spoke
'What do you mean, what's an Uzumaki?" Harumaki said while the puppet started getting close to him while the chain disappeared
"I can't do anything but the old man can, I need to try and get him out of that seal" Harumaki thought
Harumaki started running to Jiraiya trying to get him to start moving to him, the puppet teleported in front of him stopping him in his tracks, the puppet grabbed onto his neck and then he was frozen with the seal covering his body
"I lost…" Harumaki thought
"No, I can't give up" Harumaki thought "I can't give up" Harumakis neck started glowing like the adamantine chain "I can't lose everything I just got" the yellow glow started to spread all across his body "I must live!" the seal turned into dust while yellow chakra started to surround Harumaki
"It can't be-" the puppet was cut off being obliterated while its remains were sealed into a different dimension
"This power… how was he able to access power like this?" Jiraiya thought
Harumaki walked over to Jiraiya and broke the seal on him by just putting his hand on him
"I can't believe it… I did it" Harumaki said with excitement "I.. did… it-" The yellow glow faded along with the chakra surrounding him
Blood started to trickle out of Harumakis mouth
"Harumaki are you-" Harumaki fell on the ground head first stopping Jiraiya from saying anything else
"Guess we won't be able to see what's in the next room" Jiraiya said while glancing at the next door
Jiraiya flickered away back to the hidden leaf first returning Harumaki to the Hyuga compound and then going to the hokage
"Mission failed Tsunade but we did get a lot of jutsu scrolls and a strange map…" Jiraiya said "also there was something strange that happened"
"What happened? I'm just dying to wonder how you almost killed the kid" Tsunade said while writing down the mission statement
"Oh Tsunade I didn't do anything, it was the brat's own powers that caused him to be like this"
Tsunade surprised only had one more thing to ask "tell me more"
