DISCLAIMER: I love Justice League, but especially Batman and Wonder Woman. Unfortunately, I do not own the characters and, if I did, things would be much different for them.
SUMMARY: Set during the episode The Greatest Story Never Told, Bruce and Diana can't find any time to be alone together since their first date. Being called away on a mission to stop Mordru definitely doesn't help things…or does it? BMWW
Mind-Blowing
To say that he was tense would've been an understatement of the greatest proportions. To say that he was wound tight would've been even more of a poor description of his current precarious state. As he stalked through the halls of the Watchtower with fists balled tightly and a sneer on his lips, it was quite obvious that the frightening vigilante hero of Gotham was in a very dire condition.
It had nothing to do with Wayne Enterprises, nothing to do with the Justice League. It didn't even have anything to do with Gotham for once in his storied life. In fact, it had nothing to do with either of his sons, his famous womanizing image, or any financial issues.
The problem lay solely within a certain female teammate…the star-spangled Princess of the Amazons who was best known to the world as Wonder Woman.
It had been two weeks since their first date as an official couple. Two very long weeks since that date that had been perfect in every way imaginable. He couldn't have possibly made it any better save for the fact that they'd both been called in for a mission in Metropolis, effectively interrupting a rather heated moment being shared between them and putting an end to their date.
He had promised her before she had left that they would find time to be alone together again soon, picking up where they had been forced to leave off. Unfortunately, his every single effort to make that passionate dream a reality had been deterred and thwarted by whichever gods or goddesses of Diana that did not want them to consummate their relationship.
Bruce gritted his teeth, his jaw clenched tight enough to crack the enamel as he thought back on the last two weeks. Every single time they had tried to set aside time for each other, something had come up either for him, her or both of them. This constant interference with their desire for intimacy was beginning to wear greatly on him.
They had kept their intense attraction to one another on a very tight leash for over two and a half years. Now that they had finally admitted their feelings for each other, he was finding it more than difficult to keep that said attraction contained any longer.
Now that his walls had been breached and he had allowed himself this chance at love, he found his feelings for her steadily growing stronger, his long-suppressed desire to be with her becoming almost all-consuming. Subduing it was growing problematic, ice cold showers no longer taking care of the situation even temporarily.
He had been taunted and teased, tempted and thwarted at every turn and he was growing damn sick of it. Founders' meetings had become a painful lesson in wanting, but not being able to touch. Monitor duty had become nothing more than a reminder of how close he was to her without being able to actually see her. Missions did nothing but mock him with her presence, being able to spend time with her, but not in the way that he was aching to.
And he'd had more than enough.
Stalking through the Watchtower with a destination firmly in mind, Batman swore on his life that he was not leaving this floating satellite until he'd had his princess multiple times with sworn promises of continuing at the manor later tonight.
He'd started out his day in a surly mood, going into work at Wayne Enterprises. After being there for less than two hours, thoughts of Diana and images of her naked in his bed had finally taken its toll on him. Snapping his pencil in two, he had thrown his work into his briefcase before exiting his office, telling his secretary he was going to be out for the rest of the day and not to contact him under any circumstances.
After a quick change in the Batcave, he'd transported directly up to the Watchtower, more than resolved to find his princess and relieve the painful need that was rapidly driving him not only to distraction but absolutely crazy. He just prayed to every single one of her gods that she was in her quarters right now. He didn't know what he was going to do if she wasn't.
Coming to stand before her door, Bruce was stunned when it suddenly slid open to reveal the very woman that he had been so desperate to see. "Bru—" she began, stunned by his unexpected appearance.
She was unable to even finish uttering his name, his mouth claiming hers in a heated rush of lust as he swiftly wrapped her up in his arms and pushed her back inside her quarters all in one swift motion. A throaty moan was all she could muster as her brain began to short-circuit with the passionate assault being waged upon her. She returned his kiss in full as her hands found purchase in his cape, holding onto him for dear life as she stumbled backwards.
She felt the cool metal of the wall hit her back as he continued to devour her, clearly intent on making love to her right here…right now regardless of where she might have been going or whatever she might have had planned for today.
To be honest, it was perfectly fine with her because she had been on the verge of tearing someone's head off if she didn't get to be with him soon.
She'd been heading to the training room for a major workout in hopes of burning off a measure of the frustrated desire that was teeming inside of her. Thankfully, Bruce had shown up at that moment, more than ready to help her relieve the sexual tension that had been building to almost unbearable levels. It was gratifying to know that he didn't seem to be fairing much better than she had been.
Leaving her mouth, Bruce's lips ghosted along her jaw to her ear, his gauntleted hands tightening their hold on the body that he was more than anxious to explore. "Going somewhere, princess?"
The husky rasp of his baritone voice sent a lightning bolt of desire to shoot through her before settling in her pelvis. There was a resolute determination in each kiss, possessiveness in his grasp, and desperate need in the hard press of his body against hers. It left her a little lightheaded with the excitement vibrating through her at that moment.
"Not now that you're here," she murmured, the throaty timbre of her voice causing his heart to beat harder. "I thought…you had to work."
"I did," he confessed, pausing to kiss her pulse point before sucking on it as he ripped his gauntlets off and threw them on the floor. "But I just couldn't stop thinking about you."
Diana's lips curled with his admission, relieved to know that he'd been thinking about her as much as she had been thinking about him. It made her heart swell knowing that she affected him this deeply, his feelings for her just as strong as hers for him. At the same time, if they didn't make love soon, she swore she was going to explode.
She pulled his cowl off and tossed it aside, startled by the dark lustful storm in piercing blue eyes. "I want you…so badly," she murmured, lifting her legs to wrap around his waist.
Bruce needed no further encouragement, her words completely shattering the fragile restraint he'd been clinging to for the last two weeks. His lips crashed into hers in a searing kiss, their tongues tangling as he pressed himself even harder against her.
A small voice in his head cut through the passionate fog, telling him that that he needed to slow down and do this right. He was being far too rough and dominating for her first time, but he was finding it more than difficult to control his actions or his lust at that moment as she ground her hips against his.
He swore nothing was going to get in the way of him finally having her now.
"Steel to Batman. We have an emergency situation in Metropolis."
Batman's fist collided with the wall behind Diana's head, his forehead coming to rest against her shoulder as a lengthy curse escaped between ragged breaths. He could not believe this was happening. He swore her gods were against them finally consummating their feelings for one another.
"Steel to Wonder Woman. We have an emergency situation in Metropolis."
Diana squeezed her eyes closed in heated frustration, unwrapping her legs from Bruce's waist. A string of Greek curses filled the air, mingling with Bruce's angry growl. "This cannot be happening," she ground out, banging the back her head against the wall.
Bruce pulled back to look at her, regret and desire permeating his blue orbs. "I swear if I don't get to—"
She silenced him with a passionate kiss, her hand cupping his cheek. "I know…me too," she said with a sigh, her thumb lightly tracing his lips.
"I don't care if the world is burning to the ground. When we get back from this mission, we are finishing what we started," he adamantly stated, his voice broking no room for argument. "I'm not letting this day end without making love to you."
Diana's lips curved with his words, kissing him hard to convey her feelings. "I'm holding you to that."
"Let's go," he grumbled, releasing her. He bent down and picked up his cowl and gauntlets, putting them back on. "I'll meet you in the transport room."
"I'll be there in a few moments," she promised him.
He made his way to her door, pausing to glance at her before finally forcing himself to leave her quarters. Diana sagged against the wall he'd just had her pushed up against, running her fingers through her hair in an effort to quell a measure of the heat still thrumming through her veins.
"This had better be worth the interruption or I swear by Hera someone is going to have hell to pay," she ground out as she exited her quarters.
Making her way towards the transporter room, Flash fell in step beside her, a grin on his face. "Hey, you got called too?" he asked.
"Yes," Diana grumbled.
Flash glanced at her out of the corner of his eye. "Not a good time?"
"The absolute worst," she snapped, trying to temper her frustration. It wasn't Flash's fault she didn't get to have her Dark Knight. "You look like you're in a good mood."
"Yah," Flash said with a dreamy smile on his lips.
"I take it things with Fire are going well," she ventured, feeling her bad mood worsening with every step she took.
"Better than ever if you know what I mean," Flash replied, wiggling his eyebrows at her from beneath his mask.
"At least someone's relationship is progressing around here," she grumbled in irritation.
"Is Bats still not giving you what you want?"
"That's putting it mildly," she stated, knowing that Bruce wanted to keep their relationship a secret for now.
"Hang in there, Di," Wally sympathetically told her. "If anyone can get through that thick Kevlar it's most definitely you."
"Thanks, Flash…I'm getting closer," she murmured as they entered the transport room.
Batman didn't acknowledge her presence as she and Flash entered the room. It was obvious that whatever was going on was quite serious if they were calling in the big guns. "So, when are you finally going to give yourself a chance at happiness?"
Batman turned a heated glare on Flash who was now standing beside him, his jaw clenching and unclenching with rapidly fraying patience. Being able to kiss Diana had done little to settle the sexual tension storming inside of him. It was growing damn-near unbearable.
"What are you talking about?" Batman ground out with a deadly edge to his voice, warning him that he was treading on very thin ice.
"Come on, man," Flash said as they waited for the crewman to enter the coordinates. "Diana is an amazing woman. You need to give in to what you both so obviously want."
If Flash only knew how close he'd come to giving Diana what they both have wanted for so long. "I don't have time for this," he hissed in a low growl.
"Diana wants to let you inside and vice versa," Flash urged him, keeping his voice low. "You just need to jump on it before she changes her mind."
This conversation was definitely not helping Bruce with his current situation nor was it relieving the aching throb in his pants that still demanded attention. It also didn't help when Diana stepped up on the transporter pad with Black Canary, her gaze meeting his for a brief moment. She gave him a sultry look that seemed to burn straight through him as he and Flash stepped up on the platform with the two superheroines.
This was going to be a very long mission.
Materializing in Metropolis, the team quickly found themselves under attack. Batman immediately ducked and rolled out of the way, coming up into a crouch with a batarang firmly in hand as he glared at Mordru. The dark lord was attacking Metropolis, reigning terror down on the city.
Diana didn't hesitate, instantly taking to the air to take on Mordru. He turned on her, blasting her with his magic. Batman's heart leapt into his throat as she was sent flying past him and through a building. He released a ragged breath of relief when she exited just as quickly as she had entered, fists clenched and fire blazing in her bright blue eyes.
"That's my girl," he murmured to himself.
The look of pure fury on her face caused the corner of his lips to twitch with longing as well as pride. She was such a tremendous force to be reckoned with and she was all his. Mordru was going to rue the day that he showed up on Earth once Diana got her hands on him.
"What the hell is going on?" Superman demanded to know as he landed beside Batman.
"I was hoping you could tell me," Batman replied, dodging another magical blast that forced the friends apart.
"I'm putting a stop to this," Superman bit out, taking off like a heat-seeking missile straight towards Mordru who was currently trying to take Diana out again.
Diana was ducking and dodging each energy blast but only barely. One of these times he was going to hit her again. Bruce wasn't about to let that happen. His mind started working overtime in an effort to come up with a plan to stop him and to get all of these people out of here.
Mordru laughed something dark and wicked as he unleashed a horde of demonic-looking creatures that began flying like bats through the air, chasing after people who were trying to flee the area. They needed to get these people out of here before any more were injured.
Batman glanced up to check on Diana, knowing that she wasn't going to be able to hold Mordru at bay for long. She was using her bracers in attempt to block the magical blasts being directed at her, but the dark lord was having his way with both Superman nor Wonder Woman. Neither of them could get close enough to him to even touch him.
"I hate magic," Batman ground out through clenched teeth.
Spotting a woman being chased by some of the demonic flying creatures, Batman fired his grappling line, swinging through the air and whisking her out of harms way. They needed any and all Leaguers out here now to help try to corral Mordru and get this area cleared.
Thankfully, Diana seemed to have the exact same idea.
"J'onn…mayday…we need help down here…now," Diana hailed the WT, her finger on her commlink, hoping that her message was getting through. There was static in her ear, making it difficult to tell if J'onn was reading her message.
Batman's stomach dropped into his boots as Mordru directed his magic straight at her. Without a second thought, he swung from the top of a building on his grapple line, wrapping an arm securely around the princess. He pulled her to safety as Mordru released a powerful burst of magic that tore through the street and the very spot where she had been standing just seconds ago.
"Thanks," Diana said, briefly squeezing his gauntleted hand before releasing it just as quickly. "Hopefully, J'onn got my message."
"We aren't going to be able to keep this up," Batman agreed. "We need to secure this area and get these people out of here."
"Did you guys call for some back up?" Green Lantern asked, landing beside the pair on top of a building.
"You're just in time," Batman stated as they saw a large group of Leaguers transport to the sight of the battle.
"I'll keep him distracted," Diana volunteered. "You guys organize the new arrivals."
Creating a bubble around Batman, Green Lantern transported him to the newly arrived team. "Hawk, Dove, and Vibe…you're with us," GL ordered as they approached the group with Batman at his side.
"What about me?" Booster Gold asked. "I thought maybe I'd go out on point."
"Crowd control," Batman replied.
"Crowd control," Booster Gold repeated with an amused chuckle, positive that the Dark Knight had to be joking. "Who says you don't have a sense of humor?"
"Crowd control," Batman growled, glancing back over his shoulder at him as he began to walk away.
He wanted to get back to the battle as quickly as possible, especially with Diana trying to keep Mordru occupied. Besides, he was in no mood to deal with Booster Gold right now. His frustration and anger were simmering right there beneath his skin waiting for something to set him off.
"Now wait just a…" Booster Gold began as Batman whirled on his heel, leveling a steely glower at him. "Got it…crowd control."
Batman took off in a dead run, firing his grappling line and swinging through the air. With a razor-sharp batarang in hand, he sliced through several of the flying demonic creatures and buying more time for people to escape. He landed on the ground next to Diana who was holding her side, Superman pulling himself up out of a large crater in the concrete.
"We need to regroup and attack him all at once," Diana said.
"I think that's going to be our best option at this point," Clark agreed.
"We need Elongated Man," Batman told her.
"I'll get him," she replied before taking off and leaving the other two-thirds of the trinity behind.
Diana landed in front of Booster Gold and Elongated Man, her fists coming to rest against her hips as she faced the two men. "We need you," she said, her face etched in determination to end this.
"It's about time," Booster Gold cried, his pride swelling with her request.
"Not you…him," she said to Elongated Man.
"Squeaky wheel," Elongated Man told Booster with a wide grin as he took off with Wonder Woman.
Diana returned to find Batman and Superman trying to ward off another round of attacks by Mordru. She flew directly into the heat of the battle in an effort to help her two best friends. Unfortunately, the dark lord had other plans for them.
"We need to—" Batman began, only for the three of them to be hit by Mordru's magic.
Flash stopped right in front of them, his jaw dropping at the sight of Batman and Superman split in half and joined as one. "What are you looking at?" Diana demanded to know.
"Holy trinity, Batman," Flash murmured in stunned disbelief. "The three of you are fused into one awesome superhero!"
Before the trinity could respond, Mordru threw a ball of magic straight at them. The attack flung the trinity nearly a half a mile away, causing them to plow through the asphalt street and finally coming to a stop in a large crater.
The trio struggled to get up on all fours, shaking their head to clear the cobwebs that formed from the powerful burst of magic. Booster Gold stared in disbelief, worried that Mordru had been able to cause such harm to the invincible Man of Steel.
"Superman…are you okay?" Booster asked as he watched Superman get to his feet.
"I'm fine…get back to crowd control," Diana replied before the trinity took off again like a bullet shot from a gun.
They flew straight at Mordru, teeth clenched tightly. They could both hear Diana in their head, but neither of them could see her. It was as if she had disappeared, her mind left behind inside of theirs. It was surreal to say the least. It was as if all three of them were sharing the same mind but unable to read each other's thoughts.
"Hang on, princess," Batman silently attempted to reassure her. "I have a plan."

Batman stood with the others around Elongated Man who still held Mordru in his stretchy grasp. He glanced at Diana out of the corner of his eye, his desire for her still thrumming through his veins despite the battle they'd just waged against Mordru. They had unfinished business between them, a simmering attraction that had been restrained for far too long.
Spotting Booster Gold, Batman knew he had one more thing he needed to take care of before returning to the Watchtower to ravish Diana. He stalked towards Booster, his gauntleted hands clenched into tight fists filled with the intense frustration that still lingered within.
"Back to normal, huh?" Booster Gold asked as Batman approached him.
"Mordru's magic was nullified when he lost consciousness," Batman stated, his jaw rigid. "I thought I told you to stay on crowd control."
"I know but there was this…I mean…you wouldn't believe it…it almost…ugh, forget it," Booster muttered in defeat, his shoulders slumping in resignation.
"You and I are going to have a little chat later," Batman growled at him, his arm bracing his ribs.
Batman stormed away, trying to ignore the way his ribs were screaming at him. He didn't care that his muscles ached or that his ribs were bruised. He didn't care that he was tired and hungry or that he should probably return to Gotham and check in with Robin. All he cared about at that moment was the woman that he wanted to be with more than his next breath.
Walking towards her, he noticed Diana walking towards him a slight limp that she was trying her best to hide. He frowned at her, hoping that she was all right. However, Superman got to her before he could. "Diana, you need to go to the infirmary to have your ankle checked out," he told her as he glanced down at it. "It's fractured."
"It's not that bad, Kal," she tried to tell him.
"No argument," Clark sternly said. "Watchtower, transport Wonder Woman to the infirmary."
"Kal, it's—" she began, looking to Batman for help.
Batman growled darkly as he watched his princess disappear before his very eyes. He swore someone was out to keep them from consummating their feelings for each other. Superman turned to Batman, a frown on his face that nearly matched the one the Dark Knight was wearing at that moment.
"You need to get those ribs checked out," Superman informed him.
"Whatever," Batman growled at him.
"I don't see any fractures," Clark told him as he scanned him with his x-ray vision. "Still, I think you better get it checked out."
"Are you going to send me to the infirmary like you did Diana?"
"You and I both know that she wouldn't have gone to the infirmary unless one of us sent her there," Clark insisted.
"You try to send me to infirmary and you'll be pulling Kryptonite out of your—"
"I…" Clark began, holding up his hands to stop him. "…got the picture."
"We'll need to begin clean up efforts as well as search and rescue for anyone trapped in any of these buildings," Batman told him.
"Already getting started on that," he reassured him, turning to look at the destruction around them. "It's going to take—"
Turning back towards Batman, the Man of Steel found himself standing there all alone and talking to no one. He shook his head as he muttered under his breath, wondering how in the world he managed to disappear like that every time.

Diana turned her shower off, her thoughts consumed with a certain Gotham vigilante. She reached for a towel and began drying off, wishing that Bruce was here with her. Unfortunately, Kal had been in full mother hen mode, sending her straight to the infirmary for an insignificant injury.
When she had appeared in the infirmary, she had made a very swift exit before she could be spotted by any of the medical staff. She had made a beeline for her quarters, deciding to hide out here until she could track Bruce down. She swore she wasn't going to go another day without finally having that man.
She didn't care where he was, what he was doing or who he was with when she finally found him. She was going to get her hands on him one way or another and nothing was going to stop her from having her way with him.
Wrapping the towel around herself, she ran a brush through her wet locks before opening the door to exit the bathroom. Sitting down on the edge of the bed, she reached for a bottle of lotion when an unexpected yet familiar baritone rasp raked over her skin and caused her pulse to jump.
"You know this isn't the infirmary, princess."
Diana momentarily froze, her heart pounding a little harder in response to his presence. Without looking up, she carefully poured some lotion into the palm of her hand before lifting a long, toned leg up to rest on the bed, making sure he had a good view of what he'd been missing out on this last two weeks.
"Kal overreacts too much," she nonchalantly replied without looking at him, her focus solely on her task.
She was determined to torment him, enjoying every single second of the torture. She tilted her head causing some raven curls to fall over her shoulder as she began to rub the lotion over her leg, starting at her foot and working her way up. She heard Bruce's breath hitch as she took her time running her fingers over her calf and up her thigh, the towel shifting higher with her every movement.
Bruce watched with bated breath as she applied lotion to the other leg, his throat as dry as the Sahara itself. His hungry gaze lingered on where the towel stopped near the top of her thighs. It didn't reveal quite enough and yet left too much to his overactive imagination.
His fingers curled into fists in an effort to calm the tremble that unexpectedly took over his body. He stepped out of the shadows of her quarters, revealing himself to her. His cowl, cape, gauntlets, and utility belt laid on the table next to the chair that he'd been sitting in as he waited for her to finish her shower. It had been the longest twenty minutes of his entire life, knowing that she was wet and naked in there without him.
His patience had long since run dry. He was running on pure lust and desire now, a primal urge that demanded attention…a need that only she could meet. "Maybe I should take you there myself."
Diana set the bottle of lotion on her nightstand before finally standing up to face him. She slowly pulled the towel free, allowing it to fall to the floor at her feet as she stared directly at him. It was almost as if she was daring him not to look at her.
She watched as his dark blue eyes slowly began to roam over her, taking in every single inch of her before just as slowly working his way back up to the sexy little smirk on her lips. She could hear his heart pounding out of rhythm, his breathing growing ragged and he hadn't even touched her.
It was quite gratifying to know that she could have a similar affect on him that he always seemed to have on her. It was even better when he closed the distance between them in three quick strides, his arms possessively slipping around her waist and pulling her hard against him.
"You are far from innocent, princess," he huskily rasped just before his lips claimed hers.
Diana tilted her head and parted her lips, eager to take everything that he had to offer and to give just as much in return. She wrapped her arms around his neck, her fingers threading through the short, black strands of hair. She moaned into his mouth as his hands settled on her backside, squeezing and kneading her flesh that he'd been aching for so long to touch.
"I assure you…I'm quite innocent," she replied with a sultry lilt, pausing to nip at his bottom lip. "I go after what I want and you, Mister Wayne, are entirely too overdressed."
Bruce gave her a smirk as he began to plant kisses along her jaw to her ear. "These pants are becoming quite uncomfortable."
She tilted her head to the side as he nipped and kissed along her neck, her eyes falling closed as warmth pooled between her thighs. "I think we better remedy that...don't you?" she readily decided as her fingers worked to remove his uniform top first, more than desperate to touch and explore him.
Discarding his top on the floor, Diana feasted on the chiseled marvel standing there before her. He dipped his head, almost embarrassed by the hideous crisscrossing pattern of scars that marred his flesh. Without a second though, she pressed her lips to a scar that ran from his left shoulder to his pectoralis, her tongue lightly tracing over it before bestowing it with a kiss.
Bruce's head shot up with her tender action, taken aback by her act of love. Her fingers caressed along his defined jaw as her lips grazed his. "You're a true warrior, Bruce," she gently said. "I think it's a magnificent testament to your limitless bravery and your formidable will to survive…and I think it's beautiful."
Touched by her words, Bruce's lips met hers with a passion that he'd never felt for anyone else. One hand kept her pelvis pressed against his, his other hand tangling in her raven hair still damp from her shower. He fisted it tightly as he backed her up to her bed, his desire completely taking over. There was no more thinking, dissecting, doubting or arguing about the reasons not to. There was only touching, stroking, kissing, and acting on what they had both wanted for so very long now.
Her fingers traced the edge of his uniform pants, causing a low growl of frustration and wanton lust to fill his throat. He gasped as her hand travelled beneath the hem of his uniform pants, finding his arousal throbbing almost painfully.
Diana began stroking him, his forehead falling to her shoulder as he struggled not to fall apart right there. His breath was hot, heaving blasts of air against her shoulder as she turned her head to suck and nip on his throat, her hand not slowing down or giving any sort of reprieve.
She felt him swell even larger, growing hotter and harder in her hand. Before she could continue any further, she suddenly found herself on her bed looking up into the lustful, predatory gaze of her Dark Knight. His mouth crashed into hers with a hunger that had been hinted at for the last two years but was only now being allowed full reign.
She had no idea at what point that he'd discarded his boots as he continued to kiss her. It felt as if his mouth and hands were everywhere—caressing, stroking, exploring, and tasting. It was causing her nerve-endings to fire continuously, making her body tingle and throb, pleading for more of him.
Bruce kissed down the length of her abdomen, kissing her between her thighs and earning a cry of pleasure as fingers curled into bedsheets. He teased her with a few more lingering kisses and licks before working his way back up her body. He worked his pants past his hips, finally kicking them off before fully settling over her to gaze into her hooded eyes.
"I've wanted you for so very long…I just never believed it was possible," he confessed.
Diana gazed up into his eyes filled with so many warring emotions it nearly stole her breath. She touched his cheek, her fingers brushing his hair from his forehead. "I've wanted you too, Bruce," she replied.
He brushed his nose against hers, his lips following as he poured every bit of what he felt for her into that tender kiss. What started out as slow and sweet rapidly grew hot and passionate as their feelings for each other took over.
Bruce pressed himself inside of her, piercing her and making her his. Diana arched her back as he began making love to her, her fingernails pressing deeply into his shoulders as she panted her pleasure. Pent up desire ignited into a raging flame as hands explored and feelings were confirmed through kisses and caresses. Even though the words had yet to be spoken, the love they shared could be felt in each gasp, every moan and panting cry of unimaginable gratification.
The sexual tension that had started as a tiny spark over two and half years ago had been tempered and hidden…buried and restrained. Now, it was free to crackle and blaze brightly, shooting like bolts of lightning through their joined bodies. It seared through their veins and thundered in their hearts, uniting them as one as they were finally able to reveal the extent of their feelings for one another.
Bruce propped himself up on his elbows as he continued to move in and out of her, not wanting to miss one second of this intimacy with the woman he had loved for so long now. Her eyes fluttered open to find her lover staring down at her with a look of passion mingled with lust, his panting breaths melding with hers as they communicated with their eyes the things that they wanted to say but couldn't quite yet.
He leaned down to kiss her only to pull back at the last second, doing this a couple more times and earning a throaty growl from his beautiful lover beneath him. She reached up, her fingers coming to rest on either side of his jaw before she leaned up to crush her lips against his.
She took that opportunity to take the advantage, rolling him onto his back and taking complete control…or so she thought. Bruce's hand immediately settled on her hips, gripping her tightly as he began to thrust up into her and taking her by surprise.
Her head fell back with a strangled gasp as pleasure shot through her, his deep, penetrating strokes making her head spin with the intensity of their love making. She rocked her hips against his thrusts, grinding against him and causing him to arch his back in response. Her name was torn from his throat like a guttural cry as he held onto her for dear life.
He suddenly sat up, his mouth colliding with hers as she continued to move over him. He rocked with her as he kneaded her breast with his hand, his other hand wrapped firmly around her waist to keep her where he wanted her.
She came with a scream of his name, her walls clamping down hard on him and carrying him straight over the edge with her. They continued to rock together a few more times as he emptied himself deep inside of her, neither wanting it to end just yet. Wrapping his arms around her, he fell back against the pillows, bringing his trembling princess with him.
Diana struggled to catch her breath as she lay sprawled over her lover as he gently stroked her hair. They lay like that for several moments, savoring the intimacy and the pulsating pleasure that still consumed them. Neither ever wanted to move from this spot, wishing they could stay like this forever, hidden from the outside world and all that it held in store for them.
After several long minutes, Diana finally sat up, a lazy smile on her lips as she gazed down at him through long eyelashes. "I can't believe we waited so long for this," she replied, her chin coming to rest on his chest as she settled over him again.
"That was mind-blowing," he agreed, arching his neck and drawing a deep breath in an effort to calm his still racing heart.
"You realize I'm not letting you leave this bed until morning," she informed him, her forefinger lightly tracing along his jaw as she contemplated what they had just done.
"I wasn't planning on leaving any time soon, princess," he confessed, hooking a raven curl behind her ear. "Robin and Batgirl have patrol covered so I'm all yours tonight."
"Glad we're on the same page," she said with a smirk, pushing herself up to kiss him.
Bruce groaned as her body rubbed against his with her movement, her breasts pressed fully against his chest. His fingers threaded through her hair as he returned her kiss, his tongue thoroughly exploring her mouth. He was more than anxious to make love with her many more times before morning made its arrival.
As he rolled her over to settle on top of her once more, he couldn't believe what a complete fool he'd been for not letting her in sooner, allowing his mind and his paranoid suspicions to get in the way of what he'd wanted almost from the very moment that he'd laid eyes on her that fateful day.
Now that he had her, though, he was never letting her go.
