Erin's POV: it's been a couple months since jay got shot and he is now fully healed. Me and Haliey have hang out a few times since and she isn't a bad person after all. I think she is the best person for Adam she makes him a better person and also makes Adam be someone who I might like more . Camryn is now 8 months old and eating a while lot of food , she is just a happy baby right now it's the beginning of July which means it's super hot outside me and jay are at work doing paperwork that was left over from last night case we solved
J= why do we have have all this paperwork
E= I don't know but faster we get this done the faster we get this little girl home into the nice air condition
J= great point how about if we can get this paperwork done in the next half an hour I will buy use some ice cream
E= I like the way you thing let's do it
About 30 minutes later
J= well I am finally finished
E= perfect timing I just finished my paperwork too
J= well come in my girls let's go and get some ice cream to cool down
E= all right let's go
We stop and grab some ice cream and head home
J= oh my god it feels amazing In here
E= yes it does
J= so what should we have for diner tonight
E= something that doesn't requires anyone to have to cook because I don't know about you but I don't feel like cooking
J= totally agree it's too hot to cook anything so what do you want for diner then
E= I can't decide between Chinese food or pizza for dinner
J= well we had pizza last week so I will order us our favorite Chinese food
E= all right while you do that I will go and get this little girl something to eat
J= all right
I get Camryn some food to eat once she was done eating jay give Camryn a bath and lay her down for bed. Right when jay was laying Camryn down the food arrived
E= hey how did it go
J= she went down without a fight
E= that's good so it was perfect timing because our food is here
J= wow that is good timing
E= oh yeah
We eat our dinner while watching a movie
J= that food is amazing like always
E= totally agree
J= can you believe our daughter is eight months old
E= no I can't believe it she needs to stop growing up
J= oh yeah it seems like yesterday she was born
E= oh yeah and any day now she should be crawling all over the place
J= when that day comes we will have to keep an extra close eye on her
E= oh yeah so do you think the guys have a bet on when she will crawl
J= oh definitely they do
E= so what day did you bet on
J= how do you know I put my name down on the betting pool
E= Jay come on I know you too well so what day did you bet on
J= I guess so The day I bet on is Thursday so she better start crawling soon
E= no pressure on our daughter
J= you didn't put your name down in the betting pool to see when our daughter would crawl
E= nope because I don't want her to crawl just yet
J= Makes sense so maybe when she starts crawling we can talk about giving her a baby sister or a baby brother
E= I don't know Jay if I'm ready for another kid just yet
J= I know but it won't hurt us to talk about it and it's not like it could happen that fast
E= I guess we will think about it and I kind a hope the next one is a boy that looks like you
J= oh really I hope we have a boy next to maybe we should start practicing so when we are ready we can make sure we get it on the first try
E= oh yeah that's a great idea let's totally practice to make it perfect
Jay takes me to bed and we practice making a boy for a while then we fall asleep in each others arms
Jay's POV: it's been a couple months since I have been shot I am now fully healed and been back at work ever since I've been shot. Erin and Haley have become friends which is so weird that me getting shot brings them to liking each other. Camryn is eight months old and is eating up a storm the last couple days meet and Erin how to bring Camryn to work with us since our nanny Payton went on a two week vacation with her family and nobody else can watch her for more than a day. Right now we are all doing paperwork while Camryn is playing with her toys by Erin's desk and is making noise
J= guys I hope you don't mind having a baby in the bullpen the last few days
AD= it's no problem it's nice to be around a baby again I miss when my kids were little like that
KA= it's fine I love to hang out with my favorite little girl
AR= it's fine besides I haven't seen much of this so girl since she was born
E= well Adam you may need to come and visit us more if you want to see her
AD= she got a point there dude
HU= maybe we should come over this Saturday if that works for you guys
J= oh yeah that works for us
E= maybe we should go to a park to hang out so Camryn can ply
J= oh yeah and we could play football Adam
AR= all right that works for me
HU= all right see you Saturday
J= hey Erin would you like another cup of coffee
E= yes please ( looks down at Camryn) wait where did Camryn go
J= I don't know wasn't she just right there with you
E= yes she was but now where did she go
KA= Oh guys is this who you are looking for
J= yes we are
KA= well I think she wanted to come hang out with uncle Kevin am I right baby girl
VR= I guess she loves her uncle Kevin
J= I guess she does
E= wait how did she get over there
KA= my guess she she crawled over here
J= no way she is crawling
E= and we missed it
VR= how about we put her in the middle of the bullpen and see if she will crawl again to Kevin
J= great idea let's do it
KA= all right go to aunt Vanessa ( hands Camryn to Vanessa)
VR= hey pretty girl are you ready to show us what you can do
J= I think she is
KA= all right Is everyone
J= yes we are
VR= ( puts Camryn down) all right here you go Camryn
KA= Camryn come do your uncle Kevin come on baby girl ( she crawls to Kevin)
E= no way she can crawl
J= that's amazing
E= Way to go baby girl so I guess we have to keep an extra eye on this little girl
J= oh yes we do guess what I get to do when we go home tonight
AR= what is that Jay
E= he gets to baby proof our whole apartment
AR= that sounds like fun and I'm glad I'm not helping you
AD= I hated doing baby proofing the house when my kids were her age
HV= ( clears his throat everyone jumps and looks at hank) ) so I have two questions for everyone
KB= sure what's up boss
HU= we all are about done
HV= that's good to know so the most important question is who won the bet on when my granddaughter would be crawling first
AR= I have no clue what you're talking about there boss
HV= you guys don't think I know you guys well enough to know when you guys have a betting pool on things so I am going to ask the question again who won the bet
KB= let me see Adam and Haley said three days ago so they are out
HU= dang it maybe next time
KB= I guess two days ago so I'm out Vanessa guessed yesterday so she's out
VR= oh well I was close
E= so who picked today
KB= let's see ( looks at the pool) looks like Kevin and jay did
VR= Way to go babe
E= wow I guess you know our daughter pretty well
KA= so since we won how much do we win and do I get extra since she crawled to me
KB= you guys both get $100
J= and you don't get any extra money just because she crawled to both times
KA= oh man I at least try
J= but you will get me to pay for diner for you and Vanessa if you you come over and help me baby proofing the apartment
VR= that doesn't sound like a bad idea
KA= it does but maybe throw in a six pack of beer and we will have a deal
E= that's a deal we will be seeing you guys around eight

We finish up my paperwork within an hour and me and Erin Head to the store to pick up all the things we need to baby proof the apartment. Once we do that we also went and grab some groceries we needed for the next couple weeks and then went home. Once we got home we feed Camryn while we also put away groceries . Once she was done eating Erin gives her a bath and then lays her down well I can't order the pizza but a half an hour later the pizza man gets here
E= i'll get the door
PG= two large pepperoni
E= yes please
PG= all right 26:50
E= here you go keep the change
PG= thank you have a nice night
E= you too ( pizza guy leaves and Kevin and Vanessa walk up) hey you too you guys showed up just in time because the pizza just got here
KA= well erin it's all about timing and I always have great timing
VR= Yeah you kind do
E= whenever you guys come in
KA= why thank you how about I take these pizzas from you
E= why thank you Kevin you're such a gentleman
VR= he always is
E= maybe you can give Jay advice on how to be a gentleman
J= hey I heard that I am very good gentlemen I don't need any advice on that
E= I know I'm just kidding I will go grab everyone a beer
VR= all right ( Erin leaves and grabs a beer and then comes back)
E= here is your beers guys
KA=why thank you
VR= yeah thanks Erin
E= it's no problem
KA= let me guess we are eating first and then we get to work
J= oh yeah I'm starving
E= well let's get to eating then

VR= that pizza was so good
J= couldn't agree more
E= so guys have you set a wedding date yet
KA= yes we have
J= oh really when did you plan on getting married you too
KA= our official wedding day is May 15 20220
E= that's a great time of year to get married
VR= oh yeah and gives us plenty of time to plan a wedding
E= well speaking of planning a wedding how is it going
VR= well I haven't really planned anything so far but hopefully in the next month I will start planning something
E= well that's good to hear if you need any help just ask me
VR= I will do well actually I already have a couple questions for you guys
E= sure what's up
VR= well one of the reasons why we are waiting until the next year to get married is we hope by that time we can have a flower girl I'll be walking down the aisle so my question is can Camryn be our flower girl
J= that would be amazing of course she can be
VR= Great so my next question is Erin Will you be my matron of honor
E= of course I will
VR= Great so part of my questions on them and I got my bridal party figured out
KA= so Jay will you be my best man
J= wow that shocked you ask me
KA= why is that
J= i'm just surprised that you asked me and I asked Adam to be your best man when he is your best friend
KA= well he is but over the last year me and you have grown closer so that's why am asking you to be my best man and not him so what do you say
J= i say of course man I'll be your best man thanks for asking
KA= that's great thanks man
J= it's no problem

Kevin and me start baby proofing the whole apartment while Erin and Vanessa watch a girly movie and start talking about wedding planning stuff that two hours later we finally get done I'm happy I had someone here to help me get it done a lot faster. Another 30 minutes later Kevin and Vanessa decide to head home and then me and Erin call it a night and head to bed and get ready just keep a closer eye on Camryn from now on.
