Erin's pov; It's been about a month since we adopted Porter it seems so unreal that we don't have to give him up to anyone ever again ember is almost 15 months old, and she is been Miss bossy all the time. The kids are just being kids right now it's almost been a month since I found out I was pregnant and let alone pregnant with twins, which is still crazy to me that I will be having twins here another few months. Right now I am about 15 weeks pregnant and have officially popped about a week and a half ago so my stomach is on display all the time. Right now we had a doctors appointment before work, we leave the house once Peyton gets her to watch the kids for the day and head straight to the doctors office, We arrive within 20 minutes and check in we call back to the room within 10 minutes and The nurse takes my vitals and leaves as we wait for the doctor to come in
E= ( knocking) come in doctor
ED= hello guys how are we
J= we are great
ED= how how are you feeling Erin
E= not too bad my morning sickness has slowly going away
ED= well that's good to hear so are you guys ready to see your babies
J= yes we are
ED= all right Erin you know the drill
E= yes I do ( lays back and lifts up her shirt)
ED= wow Erin you popped
E= oh yeah I have
ED= so was anybody shocked you guys were having twins
J= actually Doctor they don't know we are having twins
ED= wait what
E= so we decided to tell everyone that we are having one more baby and keeping the twins part secret until we have them
J= we thought it would be so much fun to do it like this instead of telling everyone the great news
ED= wow that sounds like fun here are your babies
J= wow they are so much bigger than last time
E= oh yeah hey babies
ED= so are you guys ready to hear your baby's heartbeat
J= yes we are
ED= all right here is baby a ( heart beat sound) and here is baby b ( heartbeat sound )
E= wow that's amazing
J= The most amazing sound ever
ED= so it looks like your babies aren't shy today would you like to know the gender or would you like me to write them down on a piece of paper so you guys can have a gender reveal party
J= white it down so we can have a gender reveal party
E= but maybe white each babies gender on a different piece of paper
ED= all I can do that now just look away
J= all right ( they do)
E= please let there be at least one boy I need to have a boy that looks like you
J= my luck it's going to be twin girls sorry babe
ED= all right I am done you can look now
E= all right
ED= so everything else looks great
J= that's good to hear
ED= so Erin i'll see you again in about six weeks
E= all right thanks doctor
ED= it's no problem see you ( she leaves)
J= when are we going to do a Gender reveal
E= I don't know but also we got to figure out a way to find out the second baby's gender without anyone else knowing
J= yeah we do but we will figure it out soon
E= yes we will but we have to get to work so let's go
We stopped by the nurses station to make my next appointment then we head off to work the day wasn't bad at all we had to go interview a victim at med while we were there we ran into Will and Natalie and they asked if we could babysit the kids tonight we said yes so later on that night will and Natalie dropped the kids off with us right now me and Jay are sitting on the couch with all the kids watching a movie
J= that food was good
E= why thank
J= you're so welcome
E= can you believe this ( looks at all the kids) Will be our future here very soon
J= I know it's crazy
E= but also I can't wait
J= same here ( kiss her head) it will be the best ever to have our hands full like this
About an hour and a half later all the kids asleep so we Carry our kids to their beds while we just wait on Natalie and will to come get the kids about 45 minutes later ( knocking)
WH= hey guys were back
J= sssh.., Will the kids are asleep
WH= sorry about that
E= it's no big deal only if you want to wake your own kids up and then go ahead
NM= wow you guys got some magical powers to get our kids to go to sleep
J= it was nothing we just watched a movie and then they fell asleep
WH= must've been a boring movie
E= no it wasn't
NM= so before we go me and will are doing a gender reveal here in a couple days
J= that's cool
NM= yeah Maggie is planning it for us and she said that it's going to be a Halloween costume theme gender reveal
J= that is cool we will be there
E= yeah hey Natalie so me and Jay were able to find out the gender of her baby today would you mind if we could make the gender reveal for both of us
NM= not at all your family so it would be a lot more fun to have a double gender with you
WH= wow I bet you can't wait to find out
E= no we can't let me go get the piece of paper the doctor wrote it down for us with the gender on it ( she leaves)
WH= let's hope you guys have a boy

J= it will be my luck I'll have another girl but I hope for a boy also
E= all right here is the paper with the gender on it
NM= all right I will give it to Maggie tomorrow

J= all right bye guys ( they leave)

J= oh yeah also we need to find out another gender reveal just for us at home
E= oh yeah we will figure it out but right now let's go to bed I am so beyond tired today
We had to bed over the next few days we figure out a way to find out the second babies gender without anybody else
Jays pov; I can't believe how much our family has changed in the last month for one we are getting ready to have another niece or nephew, for two we got the approval to adopt Porter and he is ours forever now. And last but not least me and Erin found out that we were pregnant again and with twins which is still crazy but we cannot wait to meet our twins here in a few months. The other day we had a doctors appointment and while we were there the doctor was able to see the genders of the babies so she won't them down for us. Later that night when will and donellie came to pick up the kids since we babysat for them they told us about the general reveal that they're having soon and we asked if we can join in on the gender reveal since we found out the gender of our baby too, they were totally fine with that. Today is the day of the gender of y'all we got our Halloween costumes the other day since it's a Halloween themed one me and Erin and the kids are all dressed up as the Incredibles right now we are on our way to A local community center
J= and we are here
E= well I guess the kids aren't ready to go in yet they are all asleep
J= well good thing we invite a few minutes early so we don't have to get out of the car for a minute or two
E= that's good ( a few minutes later)
PJ= daddy are we here
J= yes we are buddy
CN= mommy
E= hey baby girl do you have a nice little nap

J= that's good are you guys ready to see uncle Will, aunt Natalie, your cousins Owen and Charlotte

We all go and greet our guest over the next 45 minutes

Over the next couple hours we just hang out with her cast as we celebrate too baby boy halstead s that are coming into the family.

J= oh yeah she would have said we can't do anything by ourselves

We head home and feed the kids some dinner we hang out with him until it was bedtime and then put them to bed
J= and all three are down
E= that's good so since I honestly thought you ready to find out what the other baby is going to be
J= yes I am let me go get the gender reveal canon
E= all right I'll meet you in the backyard
J= ( a few minutes later) so Before I pop the canon any last minute guess what baby B is
E= I have a feeling it's a girl what about you
J= I agree with you so on a count of three 3...2...1 ( pop)
E= it's a ... boy
J= no way two boys I guess your wish came true times two
E= I guess I did
J= I love you and our boys
E= I love you and I love the sound of that our boys ( kiss)
Me and Erin I'm so happy to have twin boys we go inside watch a movie and eat some ice cream when did of ending this amazing day by playing a couple rounds of Scrabble and phone asleep in bed
