Erin's pov; It's been a few weeks since I came to her sweet boys is totally has been a big adjustment for the whole family we barely get any sleep some days but it's totally worth it in the end. Porter and Camryn have been the best with the twins being here luckily the unit has helped us out by taking the other three for a couple hours each day which has been so helpful. Right now we are just hanging out with Porter since the girls and the boys are taking a nap
E= it feels so weird just to have one right now
J= tell me about it's kind a coin
E= Oh yeah but it's nice to spend a long time with Porter since we rarely get to do that anymore
J= oh yeah
PJ= hey mom can I have a snack
E= you sure can buddy what would you like
PJ= how about some Cheez-Its
J= all right coming right up
PJ= all right daddy
J= looks like this is the last of the cheez-Its here you go buddy
PJ= thanks daddy
J= you're welcome buddy
E= are we low or out of anything else in the kitchen
J= yes we are
E= maybe we need to go to the store soon
J= do you think we are ready to bring all the kids to the grocery store with us or not
E= I think we are brave enough now
J= so what about after they all wake up from their nap so we head to the grocery store with the kids
E= all right that works
J= we always need some formula and diapers for the boys
E= oh yeah I'll go make a list go fast then I will change
J= all right
I go and make the list of things that we need is a grocery store after that I go and get dressed and wait on the kids to wake up from the naps
About 45 minutes later all the kids wake up from their nap so me and Jay get them all just and loaded into the car. We spent about two hours at the grocery store the kids were well behaved and we got what we needed so that is good. We now are back home the twins are taking another nap while the girls and Porter are playing in the living room while me and Jay are putting the groceries away
E= oh man we were totally out of everything
J= oh yes we were
E= ( phones rings ) hold on a second Hanks calling me
J= I wonder why
E= Who knows let me see ( answer the phone) hey Hank what's up
HV= nothing much just checking on you and my grandkids how have they been and how have you guys been
E= we all have been good we just got home from the grocery store
HV= wow you were brave enough to go to grocery store with all five kids
E= well they all were so well behaved at the store so it wasn't too bad
HV= well that's good to hear
E= all right Hank I know you didn't just call me to check in on us so what's going on
HV= all right you caught me
E= yes I did so what's up
HV= so I was wondering if you guys are busy for dinner tonight
E= no we aren't
HV= good how would you like to have dinner with me
E= that would be great are we having dinner at your house or ours
HV= i'll bring dinner to you so you don't have to load the kids up into the car again
E= all right see you about 6 o'clock
HV= all right that works I'll bring some pizza see you at six
E= all right bye hank
HV= bye Erin see you soon ( hangs up)
J= so what did hank want
E= well at first he said he was just checking in on us to see how we were doing and all
J= oh well that's nice of him
E= it was but I knew it was something else
J= was it something else
E= oh yeah he wanted to know what we were doing for dinner because he wanted to know if we'd like to have dinner with him tonight
J= well that's nice do we have to go over to his house
E= oh no he said he will come to us so that we don't have to load the kids up again in the car
J= oh that's is good to know
E= yeah he won't even bring the pizza
J= that's even better
E= oh yeah he will be here about 6 o'clock
J= all the groceries are now put away I say let's go hang out with her kids until then
E= I say that's a good idea let's go do it
We go and play with the kids until Hank comes about two hour later
J= ( knocking) that's Hank he's right on time
E= guess who's here guys
PJ= who mommy
CN= who mommy
J= kids come to The door to see who's here
EG= can I come
J= of course you can my ember beam
EG= yeah
J= ( opens the door ) look guys it's grandpa Hank
CN= grandpa Hank yes
PJ= hi grandpa Hank what do you got there
HV= hey guys importer to answer your question I got us some pizza to eat
EG= yes pizza pizza
J= I guess somebody's happy for pizza
HV= oh yeah
J= come in Hank
HV= ( he does) where is Erin
E= i'm in the living room with the boys
J= kids how about you go wash your hands before we eat dinner
PJ= all right daddy come on girls
CN= all right ( they leave)
We all eat our pizza as the kids tell Hank what they have been up to since I seen him last.
Hank also pills is in on what's been going on at work about 30 minutes later we were all done eating and the kids went out to play in their room
J= thanks again for bringing pizza over for dinner
HV= it's no problem
E= so Hank what's the real reason you wanted to come over and have dinner
HV= dang I can't get anything past you
J= Believe me you can't get anything past her for sure
E= no you can't you can try but it won't work I'll figure it out one way or another so what's up
HV= So I know you guys are on leave from work because of these crazy boys but I haven't done a cover job I need you guys for
J= how long is undercover job going for
HV= it's only a one night thing
E= Hank I would love to but I haven't been cleared to go back to work yet and besides I don't see my doctor for another two weeks
HV= oh man I was hoping I had the best undercover couple to do this job for
J= oh geez that's such a good complement that he just gave us
E= oh yeah but it's true
HV= yes it is now I got to figure out something else
J= yeah good luck boss I wish we could help you up
HV= it's no problem I'll figure something out
E= actually think I have an idea that could help you out

E= no offense to Kim but she is a good cop but she still isn't ready for this kind of undercover job
J= oh yeah besides I think Kim has a little sister so that would be weird if we did a job were we had to act like a couple
HV= all right that makes sense so that just leaves me with Haley since Vanessa is pregnant are you guys fine with her
J= i'm fine with her what about you babe
E= yeah I'm fine with her she is a pretty good cop

J= so when is the job Serge
HV= it's tomorrow night if that is okay with you guys
J= i'm fine with that what about you babe are you find of one night without me at all five kids
E= yes I'm fine it will give me practice when you have to go back to work here soon
HV= all right i'll get out of here and give Haliey a call to tell her she needs to be ready and you guys have fun putting these crazy kids to bed and see you tomorrow Jay

J= let's get these crazy kids in A bath and then off to bed
E= let's do it I'll do all the boys tonight and you can do the girls

Me and Jay head off and give the kids a bath I take the boys tonight luckily they were not too bad after bath I read Porter his story and he went off to bed then I rock the twins to sleep about 45 minutes later I meet up with Jay in our bedroom
J= so how did it go today
E= pretty easy Porter went down super easy he played nice in the bath and it only took 10 minutes of me rocking The twins asleep so that was a win for me what about you
J= well that's good and For me the girls for a little while tonight they kept wanting to splice each other in the bathtub and they both wanted me to hold them until I fall asleep I took 20 minutes to get them both to go to sleep when normally it takes less time
E= Oh man Porgie those girls put you to the test tonight
J= oh yeah they get that from their mama
E= no they don't
J= whatever you say babe
E= So since it's been about two hours since handcraft what are your thoughts about doing this undercover job
J= well for one it feels weird that you won't be there beside me doing this job
E= I bet so
J= Second of all I hope we don't have to be lovey Dovey all over each other
E= i'm with you on that
J= Erin Nicole halstead are you jealous
E= no I am not at all besides I trust both of you and Haley to keep it professional so I have nothing to worry about
J= no you don't Erin you are the only one I want to do this with ( kiss her neck)
E= I hope so

E= Yes I'm sure beside you better stop teasing me because we can't play scrabble for a couple more weeks
J= ( stops kissing) Don't mention it that's my least favorite part about after you give birth to our babies we can't play scrabble for a few weeks
E= couldn't agree more and also the sleepless nights with newborns
J= oh yeah sleepless nights for sure
E= speaking of which we better get to sleep before the boys wake up in a couple hours
J= that's a good point
E= how long do you think they will stay asleep this time
J= I would say three hours what about you
E= i'll give our boys a long stretch tonight so I'll say about four hours
J= all right I guess whoever loses has to make The breakfast tomorrow morning
E= that sounds like a good deal now let's go to sleep
We fall asleep in Port J hands of police in the deal because somehow our boys slept about four hours long so the next morning he wakes up and makes everyone breakfast that whole day we spent just hanging out with the kids I J put all the kids to bed that night since he had to leave until after they all went to bed . Once They were all in bed Jay started to get ready for his undercover job
J= you can quit staring at me now
E= I can't help it but my husband looks hot especially in that suit
J= didn't I tell you a long time ago that I have nice suits
E= Oh yes you do but this it looks new I haven't seen it at all don't tell me you are using a new suit on Haley for this job and not on your wife
J= oh no it's an old suit I haven't wore this in a while this suit is from your high school reunion from years ago that we never went to
E= now that you mentioned it I remember it now while I'm surprise it still fit you
J= are you trying to call me fat babe
E= not at all you just have a tad bored now which I love by the way but it makes you not fit into much things anymore
J= Well thanks babe but I don't have a dad bod because I keep myself in shape
E= oh believe me yes you do ( they kiss) you better not be doing this tonight with Haley
J= oh I won't ( kiss her again and then a knock)
Well speaking of Haley that must be her
E= yeah I'll go and get the door while you finish getting yourself ready

HU= all right ( she does) I hope I didn't wake the kids
E= No you're fine there deep sleepers anyways so your cut G should be down here in a second
HU= all right

HU= of course he is I reminded him a few times he has nothing to worry about same goes for you
E= I know but it feels weird for Jay to do an undercover job without me that's all
HU= it's understandable
E= besides I still have these pregnancy hormones going through my body right now
HU= makes perfect sense
J= all right I'm good to go
E= is it really that time already
J= yes it is sadly babe sorry

HU= before we go boss said to give you these ( hands over your peace and the keys to a car)
J= wow I get to drive the car

J= well I'm a lucky guy
E= most of the time
J= yeah I know I know don't get used to it

HU= it's no problem ( she leaves)
E= all right please be careful babe

E= you got five kids so will be sad if you don't come home

E= and most importantly you will have one pissed off wife if you don't come home
J= and I don't want that to happen

J= i Boy Scout promise I will be careful and I won't go in without backup

J= yes I am but you love me ( hears a horn) that's Haley I better go

E=( starts to leave) hey you better bring that body back in one piece I got big plans for in a couple weeks
J= oh boy I can't wait to buy babe

They leave I have inside and go take a nice bath to calm myself down from worrying too much after my bath I put on wanna chase T-shirts and head into bed to go to sleep .

It's been a few months since me and Jay started to talk again after the break up about six months ago we are now taking things super slow. Today me and Jay decided to meet up at a local bar that isn't Mollys I feel like I'm in high school again because each time we plan to hang out I get super excited to see him. Right now I am walking into the bar
BT= hey Miss can I get you something
E= sure just a beer
BT= all right ( 1 minute later) here you go
E= why thank you
BT= it's no problem
I start looking around the bar to see if Jay has arrived yet within a minute I find him but he isn't alone he is with Haley and they are very touchy-feely, I dropped my smile and go over to them
E= hello guys
HU= oh hey Erin
J= what's up Erin
E= nothing much did you forget we plan to hang out tonight
J= oh yes I did
HU= that's my bad ( kiss her cheek)
E= um what's going on
J= what do you mean

I hop into my car and drive as fast as possible back home I can't believe I had my hopes up for nothing that me and Jay would ever get back together. But I guess I am destined to be alone all my life now. Once I get home I start drinking to drown out my feelings within 15 minutes all the sudden I hear knocking on my door

J= Erin it's me open up
E= no go away I don't want to talk to you

E= I can't handle this right now
J= Erin please let me in so the neighbors don't get too worried
E= ( opens the door) find come in so the neighbors don't know our business ( he comes in)
J= thank you can I explain what's going on
E= I guess so
J= so I know we've been hanging out for a few months
E= yes we have in to me I felt like we were getting back The old us were you just leading me on this whole time
J= I guess I was I didn't mean to
E= oh bull shit Jay you knew what you were doing
J= Maybe I was I really am I guess when hang switched us partners and I started to work with Halle every day I got to know her more and more eventually starting to like her more than just a friend
E= oh my this sounds just like how it was with me
J= no it's different with him
E= of course it was the one thing I wish you could have done was tell me first so I didn't find out the way I did
J= yes I agree I should have done that I am so sorry about that

I am so pissed off how can she do this to me I never thought she would be this guy that broke my heart in this kind way. The rest of the night I get drunk and forget about my problems over the next few years I watch J and Haley get married and have kids and be happy and up losing my job and started to work as a bartender for the rest of my life. ( back to Reality)
Oh my god what the hell ( hears the babies crying) okay that was a nightmare for sure, I get up and go see who is crying luckily it's only the boys so I go into the living room to give them a bottle once they both are eating I turn on the TV as I am feeding the boys and watching TV I start to think about my nightmare that I just had how it could become a reality right now and I start to cry thinking about what is happening on the undercover job, then all the sudden Jay comes in to the door
J= hey babe I'm back ( see her crying) oh my what's wrong are the kids okay
E= yeah they're fine I'm just emotional right now
J= all right how long have they been up
E= they just got up not so long ago
J= how about this I will help to feed them
E= all right let's that works
She helps me feed the boys and tells me how the undercover job went about 30 minutes later the boys were done eating and they went back to sleep so we put them back to bed and head off to bed ourselves
J= so now that the boys are down can you tell me why you were crying when I came in
E= oh my so the reason I was crying is because of Haley
J= Wayne Haley why is that
E= well I had a dream but it was more of a nightmare
J= okay tell me about it
E= first of all the nightmare wasn't the reason I was crying
J= that's good
E= well anyways the nightmare started off it was when we were rebuilding our relationship before we had the kids
J= well that's good
E= yeah it was weird because in my dream we were working on our relationship a lot longer than we did in reality
J= oh that's weird
E= yes it was anyways also in the stream your partner up with Haley
J= well that's another weird thing
E+ oh yeah anyways in the stream mean you planned on meeting up at a bar that wasn't Mollys
E= oh boy don't tell Herman that part of your nightmare he might get a little upset about that
E= ( stars to laughs) that is so true but I won't say anything to him about that
J= figured you needed a laugh
E= yes I did so I go to the bar to get a beer and start looking for you to see if you have arrived yet but when I found you my dream turned into a nightmare
J= how come it seem like you were having a good dream
E= it was but when I found you you were with Haley and you weren't just talking you had your hands all over each other
J= oh my wait what
E= so I ask you guys what's going on and Haley said you guys were dating and then I asked how long and you said a couple months and that moment I couldn't hear anymore so I ran out of the bar
J= oh I don't blame you there
E= well I went home and started to drink
J= I can see why you would tell me more
E= well you ran after me because you wanted to explain that you got to know Haley a lot better and soon started to like her more than just a friend. So you guys started dating, I was pissed at you for two reasons one you we're leading me on the whole time and two he didn't tell me before I found out in the most horrible way ever
J= I would be pissed at myself for doing that to you
E= well I asked you to leave so I could Sort this stuff out of my head and you did and when you were leaving you asked me if we could still be friends and if I cannot tell Hank because he might kill you
J= now that sounds like me
E= Oh yeah of course I wouldn't let Hank know our business you don't deserve to be hurt
J= oh yeah
E= but in this dream I said something very mean to you
J= you did what was it
E= I can't remember how I said it but it was about you going to look bad because you're dating yet another partner
J= oh man it would be a bad luck for sure
E= The rest of the night mare I watched you and Haley get married have kids . Wow I ended up losing my job and becoming a bartender and then all the sudden I woke up
J= oh man what a nightmare
E= oh then the boys woke up so I went out to the living room to feed them and I started to think about that nightmare and started to wonder if it would become a reality
J= so that's why you were crying when I came home
E= oh yeah
J= oh Erin come here ( she does )
I like Haley but I could never see myself being of her like that I do hope you believe me
E= yes I do but after that we are dream/nightmare my thoughts started to go crazy
J= I wonder if we could still blame that on the pregnancy hormones
E= I don't see why not
J= you know that makes two times that I have left you alone at night time and you had some crazy nightmares
E= oh my god that's so true that just means you can't leave me alone at night time anymore
E= I guess not I bet you have to go back to work soon
J= yes Hank said that I should come back next Wednesday
E= oh man me alone five kids sure sounds like fun now
J= I bet let's try and get you to sleep again
E= all right
Me and Jay cuddle together to try to go to sleep it takes me a little while to fall asleep but when I do I now have amazing dreams we spend the next week just enjoying Jay being there.
