Erin's POV: it's been almost 2 months since the boys birthday I still can't believe that they are one years old already, it seems like yesterday they were just born now they are walking and exploring everywhere , The other three are closing up and doing amazing it's funny that both house and Kim asked me and Jay to plan the general reveal parties I guess we plan the best parties. About two weeks ago it was Mother's Day Jay and the kids spoiled me with gifts which I love so much it was amazing day because I got to spend it with my kids, right now it's my day off and I'm at home with the three youngest kids who are taking a nap while the older two are at school. When all of a sudden I hear someone knocking out my door

E= ( opens door) oh my God Teddy what are you doing here
TC= well I can't come to visit my sister every once in a while
E= of course not come in
TC= why thanks so what are you doing Home shouldn't you be at work
E= well today is my day off I get them twice a month
TC= wow that must be nice
E= oh yes it is
TC= so where is everyone else then
E= well Jay is working Porter and Camryn are in school right now so
TC= wow they are old enough to be in school that's crazy
E= I know tell me about it but anyways the twins and ember are taking a nap right now but they should be up here soon
TC= well that's good
E= so how have you been
TC= i've been great I'm so sorry I couldn't make it for the boys birthday
E= oh Teddy it's no big deal
TC= I know it's no big deal but I want to explain why I wasn't there which is because I was in the middle of getting engaged

TC= so his name is Carson Michael West and we have been together for 4 1/2 years
E= wow A very long time
TC= oh yeah we have been taking things really slow

TC= oh yes so the next answer to your question is I am the one who proposed to him

E= so what made you decide after 4 1/2 years with him that this was the white time to propose
TC= well when I was here hanging out with my nieces and nephews and saw you and Jay it made me think I want to have a future with him and have kids so, when I went back home I went to wing store picked out a wing and proposed to him within the next month
E= oh how sweet are matchmaker kids hit again
TC= what do you mean your matchmaker kids
E= oh okay so the reason I call my kids to matchmakers is because two of our friends at work after watching or hanging out with her kids with their girlfriends they decided that they wanted to marry them and wanted a future with them and now they're married
TC= wow that's cool
E= oh yeah so are you guys in a rush to get married or are you guys taking it slow
TC= well we haven't decided how soon we want to get married but when we do I want my sister nieces and nephews to be there when we say I do
E= of course we would love to be there but first I say we meet him before the wedding so I can check him out like a big sister would
TC= I figured you might say that so he came to Chicago with me this time
E= oh really that's cool
TC= yeah maybe open the next couple days we can meet up
E= that sounds like a plan so how long are you guys in town
TC= we are in town for two weeks just vacationing I'm showing Carson how great Chicago is especially during the summer
E= oh yeah it's pretty great
J= ( comes home) hey babe I'm home and I picked up the kids from school today
E= well you are truly the best House husband ever
J= I try to be ( see teddy ) oh hey Teddy
TC= hey Jay how are you
J= I am good
TC= that's good
E= so my perfect little house husband where are the kids since you said she picked him up from school
J= they are picking up their mess they made in the car
E=okay
PJ= hey Mom
CN= mom i'm home
E= hey kids did you have fun at school
CN= yes I did
PJ= I had a test today
J= you did what subject was the Test in
PJ= it was in math
E= so was the test graded and given back to you already
PJ= I think so let me look ( he does) here it is
J= all right let's see ( takes a look) wow way to go buddy you got an 85 on your test
E= wow we are so proud of you ( kiss him)
TC= hey don't know if you remember me but I'm your uncle buddy my name is Teddy
J= he was here a few months ago Porter
PJ= oh yeah I remember you
E= ( hears the kids) I guess we have some kids that want to join us out here
J= oh yeah
TC= May I come help get them up
E= of course you can teddy

Me and Teddy go and grab the kids from their naps Teddy stays for a while then leaves before dinner. We ended up ordering pizza for dinner the kids went down pretty easy that night, it's the next morning and I am waking up before everyone so I decide to go start and make breakfast for everyone about 15 minutes later

J= hey beautiful what are you doing up before me
E= goddamn Jay Alexander you just scared me again
J= my bad ( walks over to her)
E= you are lucky I am almost done with making breakfast or else I would've burnt something
J= Lucky me so what are you making for breakfast Miss early riser
E= just making French toast and bacon this morning
J= well it smells amazing in here
E= why thank you
J= have you made coffee yet
E= don't you know me by now jade that was the first thing I did even before I use the restroom
J= yes I know you pretty well ( holds her) i'm just kidding ( kiss her)
E= you better be
J= so how do you feel about Teddy randomly showing up
E= it's great that he's here but I feel like he's here for a reason that he isn't telling us yet
J= yeah who knows so what time is Kim's gender reveal party today
E= I told everyone to be there at one
J= all right that works we got plenty of time until then
E= oh yeah ( hears kids) I guess the kids woke up just in time because breakfast is finally done
J= I guess they do how about I go and get them while you finish up and get everyone's plate ready for them
E= all right that works for me hurry up the food it might get cold

Well Jay goes and gets the kids I get everyone's plate 20 for them in the next 20 minutes we all eat or breakfast after the kids eat they won't off to play well me and Jay clean up. About two hours later we all get dressed and head off to a local park for the gender reveal party once we arrive I start setting up everything about an hour later

KB= hey Erin it looks great
E= why thank you Kim by the way you look amazing today
BW= that is what I told her earlier
KB= today I feel great I'm just ready to find out what we are having
E= well you will know shortly
BW= Jay do you know if we are having
J= no I don't she wouldn't tell me
E= besides we made a deal about since we both are planning a gender reveal party

J= I'm planing a gender reveal party for mouse and Taylor
KB= Wake mouse and Taylor asked you guys to plan their too
J= oh yeah
BW= I guess you guys are just party planners for life now

In the next 45 minutes all the guests start showing up then over the next hour everyone catches up with each other and also eats the food

E= hey Hank I'm surprised you came
HV= why are you surprised that I came
E= It's just I didn't think you cared that much about Kim and Blair that you would show up to their gender reveal party
HV= well I care about everyone in the bullpen equally no matter what maybe you a little more
KB= hey hank thanks for coming
HV= you're welcome it's no problem Kim
KB= so Erin I think I've waited long enough can we please find out the gender of this baby ( touched her belly )
E= all right I guess it's time
HV= I'll go help gather everyone

BW= oh really
E= Hey everyone soon we will find out what wearing camo home but before we don't do that I will be going around and asking everyone what they think they will be having be ready to give you a guess ( start walking around )

VR= i'm thinking they are having a little girl
KA= I will call you my wife and say it's a girl
HU= I say girl
AR= I see a little girl
GM= I say boy
TJ= I think a little girl
P= it's a boy I'm positive about that

KN= aunt Kim is having a boy
J= I'll say they need a little girl
E= Oh wait since I got everyone's guess I'll get the parents to be so Kim and Blair what do you think you guys will have
BW= i'm going to equate with most of you guys by saying we are having a little girl
KB= i'll say the opposite so one of us can be right so I'm calling it's a boy ( they all laugh)
E= all right now I need the parents to be to come stand in the middle
KB= all right
E= now my loving husband Jay can you please pass these spray cans out To everyone
J= yes I can
E= once everyone gets one on a can of the we will spray them it'll either come out blue silly string or pink silly string does everyone understand
All= yes see do
E= is everyone can you spray can in their hand and is ready
BW= we are beyond ready

Over the next half an hour everyone celebrates them having a little boy about an hour later everyone starts to leave

HV= hey kid I'm heading out
E= all right thanks for coming
HV= it's no problem( starts to walk away )
J= Hey did you want to ask him about that one thing
E= oh yeah ... hey Hank. ( runs to him)
HV= did I forget something
E= no you didn't but I was wanting to ask you a favor
HV= OK what is the favor
E= so I know this is a little last-minute but do you think you can come over and watch the kids tomorrow night
HV= what did you and Jay plan a date night and forgot all about it until just now
E= no but we didn't forget we actually have a last-minute double date with Teddy and his fiancé
HV= wait back up Teddy is in town and he is engaged
E= oh yeah he made a surprise visit yesterday and told me everything , so this date will be more of getting to know it's fiancé

E= so can you watch the kids for us I think
HV= of course I can I love my grandkids
E= Great see you around 6 o'clock tonight

Once Hank walks away me and Jake gather everything up on the way home we get fast food to eat since none of us felt like cooking. About two hours later all the kids are asleep after their bath we soon join into sleep ourself, but first we just cuddle in bed for a while before we fall asleep. The next day was easy we got to stay home with the kids and since it's nice out we decided to take them to a local park so they can just play and enjoy the nice day out, after a couple hours it was time to go home and get ready for our date

J= hey babe are you ready to go yet tank should be here soon and we promised Teddy we would be there right at 6:30
E= hold your horses babe I'm ready ( walks out to him) so what do you think
J= wow Erin just wow
E= okay you can put your tongue back in your mouth Jay
J= i'm sorry but my wife is sexy
E= I could say the same thing about my sexy husband ( kiss him)
J= I guess we are one sexy couple
E= no comment ( knocking) that must be Hank ( opens the door) hey hank thanks again vaginas
HV= it's no problem besides I haven't spent time with my grandkids in a while so it was long overdue
J= oh yeah for sure the kids love you
E= oh yes so we will be at the purple pig if something is wrong
HV= I got everything handle Erin don't worry

We leave the house and head to the purple pig we arrive within 20 minutes

TC= there she is ...hey Erin Over here
E= hey Teddy ( hugs him)
TC= hey jay
J= Nice to see you Teddy again
TC= yeah so Erin and jay this is my fiancé Carson and Babe this is my sister Erin and her husband Jay
CW= Nice to meet you both I've heard all about you guys
E= I hope good things
TC= I promise they were good things no bad things
J= yeah
E= look at me I get to have a date with three handsome guys how lucky am
TC= I guess super lucky

Over the next hour and a half we order our food and eat, and get to know Carson better

J= Man that food was great
CW= oh yeah couldn't agree with you more Jay
TC= I can see why you love this place so much
E= oh yeah it's the best
J= ( phone rings) that's hanks calling
E= oh I hope nobody's sick
J= I don't know ( answer the phone ) hey hank what's up is everything OK
HV= yeah everything is good I'm putting the kids to bed and Miss ember Wanted to say good night to her daddy
E= is everything All right
J= ( push the phone away for a second ) yes everything is good the only thing that's wrong is ember wanted to say good night to me really badly
TC= oh how sweet
E= she is such a daddy's girl for sure
J= excuse me guys I'll be right back

Me and Jay walk away to talk with the kids now at the table Teddy and Carson

TC= so did they live up to what I had told you about them
CW= Erin seems like a good sister and Jay is an amazing guy
TC= oh yeah I'm so happy she found Jay he is the best thing that's ever happened to her

TC= so have you decided about my idea I bought up before we came to Chicago
CW= it's not a bad idea

J= hey guys we are back
E= sorry about that
CW= it's no big deal I hope the kids are good

E= so did we interrupt something when we came back the guys were talking to talking about

TC= well a while ago we decided that we want to have kids
E= wait really seriously

J= I hope this doesn't sound rude by any means but since you guys are both men how do you guys have a kid
TC= Not at all Jay that isn't rude to ask about
CW= but anyways how it would work is we would have to find a woman who would carry an embryo that is a donor egg in one of our sperm and give birth to a child that way which is called a surrogate
E= oh well that's cool
J= oh yeah
TC= and the reason we are talking about it is it has to do with you there Erin
E= oh really why is that
CW= so I know this may sound weird especially since I just met you but Teddy talks so highly of you and how amazing you are as a mother
J= that she is ( kiss her cheek )
CW= well we would like to know if you would be our surrogate Erin
E= wait what really
TC= yes sorry to drop this all on you like this
CW+ we have researched it and they all say it takes a while to start a family
TC= and we don't want to wait much longer to become parents so what do you say big sis
J= well I'm speechless
E= oh yeah same
CN= how about this since we are in town for a few more days we will let you think about it and let us know toward the end of our trip here

We stay for about another 30 more minutes and then we head home, once we get home we say good night to Hank and have to take ember back to her bed since she was asleep and hanks arms when we got home

J= ember Is now in her bed
E= she must've fell asleep right after we got off the phone with her
J= oh yeah I guess tonight she really missed having me here to put her to bed
E= yeah she must've
J= okay so since we are home now and it's been almost an hour what do you think about what Teddy and Carson asked you
E= I don't know I'm still in shock they asked me that question
K= I know me too
E= I love my brother and all but I'm not sure I want to be pregnant again right now
J= You do you look very sexy
E= why thank you but that's not the point I don't know what to think about this whole thing
J=Oh yeah same how about we go to bed and think about it over the next few days

Jay carries me to the bedroom and we just fell straight to sleep and start thinking about what Teddy and Carson just asked us tonight

Jays pov: it's been two months since mine and the twins's birthday it's crazy we now have 21-year-olds they are wild and crazy as usual. About a week ago Erin plan Kim and Blair's gender reveal and everyone found out they will be having a little boy and be joining the boy parent club , we can't wait to meet this little boy here in the next few months. Also about a week ago Teddy decided to show up in town to let us know he is getting married soon and that he bought his fiancé and we got to meet him he is a very nice man, but while we were at dinner with them they asked Erin A very big question which was they want her to be their surrogate so that they can be parents finally, we both were shocked when they asked we talked about it later that night Erin isn't sure about it I think she should do it but I'll let her figure it out what she wants to do since it is her body, today's the day of mouse and Taylor's gender reveal party so right now I'm setting up things at a local park I can't wait to see everyone faces when they find out what they are having

Over the next 30 minutes all the guests start showing up and over the next hour after that if we want to chat snacks that I provided

Everyone congratulate Taylor and mouse on their new baby girl on the way over the next hour we all just eat and celebrate them once everyone leaves we start to clean up

J= I know I was shocked once I open the email I got from their doctor

Everyone gets into the car and we go and get takeout we spend the rest of the night hanging out with our kids. Two days later Erin gets an appointment with her doctor and luckily it's on the day we don't have to go into work so we drop the three youngest off of my dad for a couple hours, once we arrive at her doctors we sign in and then wait about 20 minutes get called back in the room and then wait another 10 minutes to wait on her doctor

ED= ( knocking) hey guys what are you doing back here don't tell me you guys are pregnant yet again
E= oh no wait I'm still on birth control you placed in me about a year ago
ED= oh okay what's up what are you guys doing here
E= I have a question I needed to ask you but I didn't wanna do it over the phone
ED= all right ( sits down) so go ahead with your question
E= so the story behind the question is my brother is in town with his partner and they asked me if I could be there surrogate for when they want to have kids which they want to happen sooner than later but I'm still not sure if I want to be there surrogate
J= so I told Erin maybe she should check with you to make sure her body is OK to have one more pregnancy on right now
E= so do you think I could possibly be a surrogate
ED= first of all being a Surrogate is a beautiful thing to do I actually have done it once or twice before
E= You have really
ED= oh yeah I thought I would help a couple have their children since they always dreamed of having a family
J= oh yeah
ED= but I can tell you this your body will go through more with being a surrogate then having your own kids. Because you have to go through all these shots and things to catch a body Ready o be implanted with an embryo
But in the end all of it is so worth it to see that couple with their child after all they went through
E= all right I understand
ED= how about this I check your body over and one some test to make sure you are good to go just in case you decide to be a surrogate
E= all right that works
ED= also I'll send you home with more information on it and I'll give you some contact information for some of the best IVF specialists in Chicago.
J= all right thanks
ED= it's no problem.

The doctor does her exam on Erin and get some blood drawn to one some test to make sure everything is good. We leave with everything she gives us that we might need to look over later that night after we put the kids to bed I find Erin in our bed looking over the things

J= so everyone is finally down for the night
E= that's good
J= So are you looking at the stuff for Dr. green gave us today
E= yes I am
J= learn anything interesting
E= oh yeah a lot of interesting things in this stuff that she gave us
J= that's good
E= so after thinking about it all day and looking at this I think that I have finally made my decision.
J= you have so what have you decided
E= I decided that I will be my brother surrogate so they can finally have a family
J= oh really so what made you finally decide to do it
E= well it was a little of what you said to me and also what the doctor said today
J= what did I say and what did the doctor say that convinced you to do it
E= well you said how I always want to make it up to Teddy for our horrible childhood we had and then when the doctor said it was worth all the trouble that you go through to see someone finally have their baby they've always dreamed of in the arms at the end
J= oh yes so... ( phone rings )
E= speaking of Teddy he just texted me and asked if we could meet up at a park tomorrow
J= well that's funny I guess we will tell them they can use tomorrow when we meet up at the park
E= I guess so but right now I'm exhausted so let's just get some sleep
J= that's a great idea babe

We lay down and go straight to sleep the next morning we all wake up either breakfast then hang out for a while, and then we all get dressed and head to the park to meet up with Teddy and Carson.

PJ=hey look it's uncle Teddy
E= go get him kids
TC= hey guys so good to see you again
CN= uncle Teddy who is that ( points to Carson)
CW= hello I'm Carson
TC= well he is my boyfriend
CW= i've heard so much about you guys

J= hey guys
TC= thanks for meeting us here
E= it's no problem
CW= We figured it would work to meet somewhere where the kids can play while the adults can talk if we need to
J= you guys are already talking like parents
E= oh yeah hey kids why don't you go play on the playground while we chat with uncle Teddy and uncle Carson
PJ= all right mommy
EG= let's go boys ( grabs their hands)
CW= she is so cute
E= yes she is
TC= so I know it's been about a week since we asked that big question Erin
CW= so have you thought about the question since then
J= we have talked about
E= at first we were both shocked by the question
TC= which is understandable
E= but after talking it out with Jay and my doctor because I wanted to make sure I was clear to do so and she also gave her opinions on The whole idea which had helped me to come to a conclusion
CW= that's a good thing
J= which the doctor actually called this morning and everything looks good to go
E= which worked out because last night I decided that I will be your surrogate so that you guys can finally be parents and be a family
TC= wait really are you serious
J= yes she is
CW= oh boy I'm so excited ( hugs her)
E= i'm just have one request if I will be your surrogate hopefully it doesn't sound too pushy
TC= let's here it
E= if I do this either you have to move down here temporarily so that way you are with me throughout this whole process or you had to move down here permanently so that cousins can grow up together
CW= actually that's funny you say that
J= oh really why is that
TC= I never told you guys the wheel reason why we came back to Chicago in the first
E= oh really I figured you weren't telling me the full truth so what was the reason
CW= well the reason was I got a job offer here in Chicago that I wasn't sure I was gonna take but now that you told us that great news about you being our surrogate it's solidified that I should take this deal so we are now moving Chicago.
E= oh really that's exciting congrats ( hugs )
J= I'm happy for you guys
CW= i'm guessing we can now become a family

We stay at the park for about an hour with them just talking over everything, and then we head home, they head home about a couple days later to finish packing up what they had in New York to get ready to come to Chicago in the next month or two
