Erin's pov: it's been a couple weeks since Porter had an accident and broke his left arm. So far he has done amazing with having a cast on, he has about two weeks left over the last month and a half I've gotten my body ready to give my brother in as soon to be husband a family, The last two weeks I have been giving myself some IVF shots to help, it's hard to have these shots but it's totally worth it, The kids haven't really asked what's going on, today Hank is coming over for dinner and I think we decided it was time to tell him about what we are doing right now I'm playing with the kids while Jake cooks dinner.
PJ= hey Mom
E= yeah what's up buddy
PJ= when can I get this cast off it's starting to get itchy
E= well buddy sadly you can't take your cast off for another at least two weeks so it's going to be itchy for a bit longer
PJ= oh man
J= how about after dinner we call uncle Wellany and Natalie see if they could help you not be itchy anymore with the cast on
PJ= all right
CN= mommy when is grandpa coming over
E= well he should be here very soon
J= ( knocking) I guess he is here now
EG= Grandpa Siri can I answer the door please mommy
E= Yes you can but let me help you
EG= ( opens the door) hey grandpa
HV= hey miss ember May I come in
E= yes you can Hank
PJ= Grandpa Hank can you take off my cast it's itchy
HV= nope sorry buddy I can't
PJ= it's OK mom and dad told me the same thing
J= I guess you can't blame him for trying
E= no you can't
HV= wow it smells amazing in here what are we are having
J= we are having my famous lobster spaghetti with truffles
E= Believe me it's the best
HV= it sounds amazing
J= and Lucky for you dinner is done so who's ready for dinner
EG= I am
CN= same here
We all sit down and eat the food while the kids tell Hank about their day in the summer son we all finished eating in about 40 minutes
HV= you guys weren't lying that food is really good way to go Jay
J= why thank you Hank
E= kids are you done eating
PJ= yes I am mom
CN= me too
EG= I'm done
JR= yes
JW= yes
E= all right you guys since you're done eating you guys can go play in your room
PJ= all right let's go girl
CN= all right ( they leave)
HV= i'm still amazed by how good of a cook you are jay
J= well thanks
HV= it's no problem I'll be right back I got to go to the bathroom
E= all right ( he leaves)
J= so are you ready to tell Hank about what we are doing for Teddy
E= not really but it needs to be done
HV= hey Erin can I ask you a question
E= you sure can
HV= um why do you have needles in the house are you are the kids sick
J= no the kids aren't sick
E= and I'm not sick either
HV= OK then what are these needles for I please hope it's not for doing drugs
E= of course not I haven't touch drugs since after Nadia died
HV= OK good I'm sorry I asked and assumed that you were on drugs again
E= it's no problem
J= we probably should tell him now
E= oh yeah

E= so you know how Teddy has moved back to Chicago
HV= oh yeah
J= Well minus his fiancé's new job offer the reason they moved back to Chicago was to start a family

E= well I said no at first but after talking with my doctor and my wonderful husband I decided I wanted to make it up to Teddy for our shitty childhood that we had so I am in the process of being their surrogate

HV= yeah I'm totally fine with that I think that's a very good thing for you to do for your brother

E= not really but I always am worried about what you will think about what I do

Hanks stays for about two hours then goes home for the night over the next couple days I have a few more doctors appointments, today is a major appointment day where they put the embryos inside of me, right now me and Jay are getting ready to leave we are just waiting on Taylor and mouse to watch the twins and ember
J= hey babe are you ready for today
E= yeah I'm ready to get this process started so my brother can enjoy being a parent and having kids
J= oh yeah agree
GM= knock knock can we come in
E= of course you guys can
TJ= hey where are my favorite boys
J= well they are taking their naps so you will just have to wait until they wake up Taylor
GM= it's all right
EG= uncle Mouse Aunt Taylor
TJ= are you ready to hang out with us for a couple hours while mommy and daddy are gone
EG= yes I am
E= all right have fun of Aunt Taylor and Uncle mouse we will be back soon
J= be a good girl for them

We leave ember with Taylor and mouse ans make our way to the IVF clinic we arrive within 15 minutes and go and find Teddy
TC= hey Erin jay over here
J= hey guys how are you
CW= we are doing great how are you guys
E= we are good ready to do this
TC= oh yeah totally
ED= hey guys are you ready
E= yes we are
J=let's go
TC= I can't wait
ED= so Erin I need you to lay down on the bed with your legs up and everyone else go stand by her head
TC= all right ( they move)
J= can I hold her hand
ED= of course you can ( he does) all right let's get you pregnant Erin
E= I can't wait
ED= so we are implanting four embryos in you and I correct
TC= yes you are
Over the next 10 minutes The doctor implants the four employers that were set aside
ED= okay that part is done
E= that wasn't too bad
J= you did amazing babe ( kiss her)
TC= yes you did
CW= so how long till we go if she is pregnant or not
E= I am going to be pregnant no matter what I have confidence that this will stick
ED= so we will Wait to test her until next month so next month you will know that they stuck or not
TC= all right that's good
ED= yes now Jay I have something to tell you
J= OK what is it
ED= you and Erin can't have sex for at least the next month
J= wait really
E= oh poor baby you will get used to it
ED= I know it's going to be hard but it will be worth it
E= you'll just have to enjoy some cold showers for a while now
TC= oh that's got to be fun
J= you guys are so mean to me
ED= Jay it won't last forever believe me you'll get to have sex with your wife soon
E= and when you can I'll make it up to you don't worry
TC= okay that's something I didn't need to know about my sister
ED= what everything is good for the next week or so I only want you to Lie around and take it easy
E= good luck I have five kids
J= i'll try my best to help out
CW= so will we Erin maybe we can come over and hang out with our nieces and nephews
TC= that sounds like a good idea
E= all right
ED= also I know it might sound tempting but try your best not to take a pregnancy test until you come in next month
E= i'll try my best
We go over a few more details with Eye Doctor than we all head to our house and hang out with Teddy and Carson for a little bit. For the next week Jay Teddy and Carson help me make sure that I take it easy by making sure I don't get off the bed and helping to care of the kids,, then the next three weeks I just do my normal thing and just hang out with my kids, today is the day before my next doctors appointment which is when we find out if I am pregnant or not, but I have been super anxious lately so I decided to just go ahead and buy a test I haven't took it yet right now I'm i'm at home with the kids Teddy and Carson are here visiting and I decide to go the bathroom and take a test
J= hey Erin are you okay
E= yeah I'm fine
J= well you seem a little off for some reason
E= okay so I did something
J= you did what did you do
E= so you know how the doctor told me not to take a pregnancy test until after the appointment tomorrow
J= yeah wait don't tell me you did take a test
E= I might've
J= oh come on Erin
E= sorry I can't help myself
J= okay I don't blame you so did you look at it
E= I haven't yet but maybe I can look at it with you and then maybe tell Teddy and Carson the news
J= all right we can do that do you want me to look at it
E= yes please I'm too nervous
J=all right ( turns it over) so Erin i'm happy to say you're pregnant
E= wait I am that's so excited ( they both cheer and jump up and down)
TC= um is everything OK in here
J= yeah we are
CW= are you sure because we heard you guys going crazy in here
J= I think we should tell them then
TC= tell us what
E= so you know how Dr. White said that I shouldn't take a test until our appointment tomorrow
CW= don't tell me you took a test
E= yes I did
TC= of course you did Erin isn't so patient it doesn't surprise me
J= she is so impatient that's for sure
CW= so what does the test say
E= well Teddy and Carson I'm so beyond happy to say that you guys are going to be parents I'm pregnant
TC= wait really no way
J= yes really congrats guys
We all celebrate the happy news then we all just hang out for the rest of the day, The next day we go to the appointment in the doctor does confirm it that I am pregnant and I am four weeks along
