Jay's POV: it's been about 4 Months Since Erin decided to be come her brother surrogate then over three months ago she found out she was pregnant and it was twins, we were all kind of shocked over it but not really, about a month ago Teddy and Carson invited us to dinner but it
turned out to be a wedding we were so happy for them also over a month ago me and Erin celebrated being married for five years by going up to the cabin and enjoying our lunch time without the kids it was great, right now it's a day before Porter's birthday party I can't believe Porter is going to be seven years old it's crazy it seemed like yesterday I found him in that house today while he's at school I'm taking the girls and the twin shopping for Porter

J= so guys do you know who's birthday it is tomorrow
EG= um is it grandpa Hanks birthday tomorrow
J= no it isn't silly girl
CN= oh I know whose birthday is tomorrow
J= all right who's is it Camryn
CN= it's Porter's birthday
J= you are correct so what do you think he wants for his birthday
EG= um he likes to play with swords
JR= we play with cars a lot
CN= he does like to play dress-up with us he dresses up in the boy costume
J= all right let's look for things that we can get him for his birthday
JW= okay daddy

For the next 45 minutes each kid picks and chooses something out for Porter while at the store we also grab some groceries that we needed for the party then we headed home.

E= hey there is my kids and my sexy husband
EG= mommy guess what we got Porter for his birthday
CN= ember you aren't supposed to say what we got him.
E= it's totally OK carmyn I won't say anything to Porter besides he isn't here right now so we are good
CN= all right sorry ember
EG= it's okay

Over the next 30 minutes well I bring in all the stuff from the store the kids tell Erin what they got Porter for his birthday then they wrap the presents once everything was insight and put away I start to make dinner when all the sudden Porter get dropped off

PJ= hey guys I'm home
JR= Porters home
JW= yeah he's home ( runs to him)
E= I think the boys really love their older brother Porter
J= oh yes they do
E= so Porter how was your day at school
PJ= it was great we had some cupcakes and celebrating my birthday today
J= oh wow that's cool that's what I always loved about being in school when I was younger was I could have two birthday parties
E= yeah that's cool ( looks sad )
PJ= totally cool
E= so hey buddy when is your birthday did you know what tomorrow is
J= it makes it extra special
PJ= um it's the day I got adopted by you guys and became your forever from that day forward
E= that is correct buddy it was a great day two years ago
J= The best day ever do you wanna know something Porter
PJ= what daddy
J= The day you can adopt it is called a special name which is " gotcha day"
E= which is your adoption day
PJ= Wow that's cool to know
J= oh yes so are you ready for your party tomorrow
PJ= oh yes I am I can't wait to see everyone in their costumes
E= we can't wait either buddy
J= how about you go do your homework while I finish dinner

While I finish making dinner Erin helps Porter with his little bit of homework that he has while the other kids play, about an hour later we all sit down for dinner to eat about three hours later we were all done eating in the kitchen was cleaned up and all the kids were getting ready to go down for bed

E= The boys are down
J= so are the girls they went down pretty easy tonight
E= that's good to hear
J= oh yes so are you doing okay
E= yeah I'm doing fine
J= OK just checking in
E= that was so random of you to ask me that why did you
J= well when Porter came home from school and told us about his special birthday party they had for him in his classroom I noticed that you shut down a little
E= oh no you noticed that
J= yes I did don't you know by now I noticed every little thing that you do
E= I guess I do
J= so what made you shut down
E= um so the whole birthday party at school thing that was really the only way I ever celebrated my birthday when I was younger because bunny never did anything for me for my birthday she always was drugged out or missing around my birthday so I never got to feel special like the others did so I'm so happy we can do that for our kids
J= oh babe come here ( she does) I didn't think about it that way I keep forgetting how bad your childhood was to mine but that's because you show our kids the best part of you every single day
E= why thank you
J= you are so welcome babe maybe your next birthday I'll give you two parties like one at work and one at home
E= you don't have to
J= I know I don't have to but I want to
E= oh right sorry are you ready for this superhero party tomorrow
J= oh yeah I am
E= of course you are big kid let's go to bed
J= oh yeah since we have a long day ahead of us
E= oh I but maybe show me your superpowers that you will have tomorrow

We play scrabble for a few and then we fall asleep, The next morning we get up make breakfast hang out with the kids then get them and the house sweaty for the party about two hours later the guest start to show up

KA= nope none of that uncle Kevin it's Mr. Black Panther today
PJ= OK Mr. panther
KA= so how old are you today
PJ= I am seven years old
VR= wow that's cool

E= great costume guys.

AR= hey porter do you like my costume
PJ= yes I do uncle Adam you are Thor he is my third favorite superhero

HU= Well I'm guessing captain America is his first right Porter
PJ= Why Aunt Haley or should I say Captain Marvel
HU= what is your second favorite
PH= um Black Panther is my second
AR= when Kevin is before me that isn't fair
HV= oh you can get over at Adam you look great everyone
PJ= thank you grandpa Hank
HV= you're welcome buddy

HV= hey Terry how are you guys
TC= we are good Hank
CW= hey Erin how are you feeling
E= so much better than I was last month
TC= well that's good to hear

Over the next 30 minutes all the rest of the guest show up and then everyone starts to eat and chitchat with each other, then another 40 minutes later we sing happy birthday to Porter And with the help of a siblings he opens all his presents within 10 minutes, The west to the party the kids play with Porter's new toys until the guest all leave the only guest that stay behind is Teddy Carson and Hank they all help us clean up

J= you guys don't have to stay and help us clean up
CW= we know we don't have to
TC=
but we want to just hang out with our nieces and nephews a little bit longer
HV= I agree with Teddy that is the main reason I stayed
E= well the kids had fun today
J= oh yes they did
HV= so Teddy and Carson are you guys going to find out the gender of you guys twins or wait until they're born
CW= I don't think I can wait that long to know myself
TC= I am the same way
E= So I got an idea how about I plan to gender reveal for you guys
CW= um sure why not
TC= oh yeah that would be cool
E= all right great I think at our next appointment is when they can see the gender so maybe by the middle of next month you guys will know what you guys are having
CW= that's exciting
TC= oh yeah

We finish cleaning up and catching up with Hank Teddy and Carson they all leave about two hours later and then we get the kids to bed

J= and the birthday boy is asleep
E= that is good to hear
J= is something wrong you seem off all the sudden
E= well you were being super dead that you were I putting all the kids to bed I kind of started to feel the babies move
J= oh really
E= Yeah and it got me thinking that maybe I should go see Dr. Charles
J= why do you need to go see Dr. Charles
E= I think Innoway I'm going to love these babies in my belly and I want to make sure that I don't go overly attached to them when it's time to give birth to them and give them to my brother and Carson
J= oh OK that makes sense I'll support you no matter what you decide but I think it's a good idea
E= oh why thanks Babe that's why you are the best husband ever
J= oh really I am
E= yes you are all right super dad maybe show me your superpowers by putting me to bed
J= I can do that

We ended up playing around the scrabble then head off to bed after a long day of celebrating Porter

Erin's pov; it's been almost 4 months since I became my brothers surrogate and gotten pregnant with twins which is still crazy but overall I'm doing pretty good last month we had Porter's superhero seventh birthday party can't believe he is seven now it seems like yesterday Jay bought him home far the first time, also last month I decided to maybe with a pressure of being a surrogate starting to go on me that I should go start to talk to someone so that I don't get overly attached to the babies going inside of me, which I did start going to see Dr. Charles it's been really nice to talk to someone about it, right now it's another doctors appointment for the baby since everyone is busy I have to go to this appointment by myself I get there and then get called back within 15 minutes now I am waiting on the doctor about five minutes later

ED= hey Erin
E= hey Doctor white
ED= so are you here by yourself today
E= yes I am the guys are all busy working they couldn't join me
ED= oh yes so how are you feeling since your last time we saw each other
E= pretty good I got my energy back that's for sure
ED= that's good to hear so are you ready to check on them
E= oh yeah
ED= so they are they are they are measuring right on track so that is good
E= that's good to hear way to go little babies
ED= oh yes so the babies aren't being shy today so do you know if Teddy and Carson want to know the gender of the babies or not
E= oh they do but I am the one that's going to plan a gender reveal party for them so I get to know before they do
ED= wow that's cool so would you like me to say it out loud or write it down on a piece of paper for you to look at later
E= um how about write it down so that I can figure it out what I'm going to do later on today
ED= all right that works for me now I need you to look away
E= all right ( she does)
ED= OK you can look now
E= so did you get the gender
ED= yes I did so everything else looks good with the babies at
E= Thats guid to hear
ED= so I'll see you in about six weeks to check on them again

I wipe the gel off of my stomach and then stop by the nurses station to set up my next appointment then I head home to hang out with the kids and Taylor

TJ= look who is home guys
JR= mama home ( runs to here)
EG= hey mommy
JW= yeah!
E= hey guys were you being good for auntie Taylor
EG= yes we are
TJ= they are always good for me
E= that's good to hear
TJ= so how was the doctor today
E= it was good I actually have a gender of the baby's right here in this envelope ( shows)
TC= oh really how cool so do you have an idea what they might be or what do you wish they had
E= I don't have an idea of what I think they could have but I'm really hoping they have a girl and a boy so they can have one of each
TJ= which makes total sense so they don't have to go through this whole process again
E= oh yeah so how are you feeling especially since you are getting closer to your due date
TJ= overall not too bad I still have a lot of energy but at the same time I'm ready to meet her
E= I was the same way with all the kids but once you meet her it will be worth the wait when you hold her for the first time
TJ= oh yeah so I'm gonna go head home maybe get some stuff done or even take a nap
E= all right see you later Taylor call me if you need anything
TJ= will do bye kids
EG= bye Aunt Taylor
JW= bye-bye
JR= bye auntie
TJ= bye cuties

After Taylor leave I just hang out with the three little ones until the order to get home from school

J= hey babe we are home
EG= daddy's home
CN= hey mom guess what
E= hey baby girl what's up
CN= So I made a new friend today at school
E= you did what is your friends name
CN= his name is Camden and he is my boyfriend
J= what do you mean boyfriend
E= OK calm down Jay it's a boy that's just a friend right miss Camryn
CN= no mommy Camden asked me to be his girlfriend at lunch then that we says he kissed my cheek
J= oh my God he kissed you Erin is it getting hot in here or is it just me
E= it's just you babe I think you were just freaking out a bit just because your first daughter had her first kiss
J= OK but I didn't think it would happen this fast or early
E= well you will get over it
J= all right so I did bring home some food to eat are you guys ready to eat
E= of course I am kids let's eat
PJ= all right

We all sit down and eat our food while the kids tell us about their day the rest of the night we helped Porter with a little bit of homework he has then we hang out with them until it's bedtime, I put the twins down while jay gets Porter and the girls to sleep

J= Wow school days till he get them to go to sleep easier
E= oh yeah they are so exhausted after school sometimes I see them start to fall asleep during dinner
J= oh yeah so did The boys go down pretty easy or not
E= they went down pretty easy so that's good
J= oh yeah so since you went to the doctor today how are our nieces and or nephews doing
E= well they are doing good and speaking of the babies ( pulls the envelope out) this tells us what the gender of our future nieces or nephews are
J= oh it does have you looked at it yet
E= no I haven't I've been too busy with the kids since I got home
J= yeah that makes sense so can we maybe open it together and see what they are or do you want to be the only one that knows the genders
E= no it's totally fine we can open it together are you ready
J= i'm ready but before we open it maybe we take a guess of what we think they are
E= all right so my guess what I said earlier which was a boy and a girl how about you
J= OK so I was thinking about it first maybe a bur girl would be great but now that I am thinking about it out loud maybe they will have twin girls
E= OK that works let's see what the genders are and say who was right

We open up the envelope and see the results once we see the results we start thinking about how we should do the gender reveal about five days later it's finally time for the gender reveal me Jay and the kids head to a local park to start setting up for the party.

TC= hey Erin hey jay
J= look it's the dad's to be
CW= hey guys
E= are you guys ready to find out what you're having
TC= oh yeah we can't wait
CW= can we just know right now
J= nope sorry you have to wait at least another couple hours to find out.
CW= all right we can do that
TC= so Erin I hope you don't mind but I invited a couple of our friends to the gender reveal
E= Of course not it's you guys party not ours
CW= okay I figured so
TC= and our friends are actually here over here guys.
CY= Hey Teddy hey Carson
CW= how are you guys
LY= we are doing good
TC= hey Jay and Erin do you remember Kaitlyn from New York for many years ago when you found me after so many years
E= oh yeah I remember her
J= same here how are you Kaitlyn
CY= I'm doing good Terry talks about you guys a lot
E= I hope good things
CY= oh yeah also this here is my husband Lucas we have been married for about three years

E= so do you guys have any kids yet
CY= no we don't but we are trying

Over the next 30 minutes the guest all show up and everyone starts to eat the snacks about another 30 minutes later it was almost time for the gender reveal time

E= all right can I have everyone's attention, first of all thank you for coming to help celebrate the gender of my brother and his husband Carson's twin babies, here in a few minutes we will find out what they are but before that happens I will go around and ask what you guys think that they are having
TC= also me and Carson want to say thank you to my sister and Jay for letting us become parents and everyone else who supported them along this way
J= you are so welcome we can't wait to love on them forever when they are here

E= so when we count down but three you will pop the balloon and it either will come out pink or blue confetti

We all celebrate having a new niece and nephew join our family we can't wait to meet them, after the party everyone cleans up and head home
