Ark groaned as he sat up in something very uncomfortable. He looked around and quickly realized he wasn't inside the Hotel, making the Mage put his guard and roll out what he assumed was a bed.

"Ok, if I recall correctly, I went to train while Gray watched, fought Berserker... tried to portal away... fuck..." Ark sighed now remember where he was. The sound of the door opening behind him made Ark spin around and held his dagger up to the intruders throat...

It was Shirou... he looked extremely alarmed and very worried. Ark narrowed his eyes at the red haired Master and thought about violently dragging his dagger across the other male's throat... it was really tempting if Ark was going to be honest.

"Uuhh, it's good to see you awake." Shriou said nervously while Ark just stared at him, bound dagger still held up to the Master's throat. "Don't worry, you're not in any danger, so can you lower your weapon."

"I know I'm not in danger, you're not much of a threat to begin with, also it's not me who is in danger, but you." Ark said pressing the Bound Dagger against his Shirou's throat drawing a bit of blood. The Master knew he couldn't do much since this was a Servant and they were much stronger then he was, even for a Caster Ark was definitely stronger then a normal human.

"Shirou is Ca-" Saber walked through the door only to freeze when she saw that Ark had a dagger pressed against her Master's throat. Ark narrowed his eyes at Saber before lowering his dagger slightly making the Master sigh in relief at no longer having anything sharp against his throat.

Ark made his bound dagger vanish and step away from the Master. He continued to glare at the blond female before looking back at the red head. He already knew where he was, but the Mage needed to pull up and act that is still had going.

"Why am I here?" Ark demanded for answers, he only remembered leaving the house and that was it. Everything else was a bit blurry, maybe Artoria knocked him out just so she could talk with him, ya, fuck that, she would have killed him instead... would she?

Ark and Artoria weren't really close to begin with, the only time the Mage showed genuine concern or care for her was when she was dying In his arms. Honestly, the Apprentice wouldn't have blamed her If Artoria killed him right here and now. He was an obstacle too something neither him nor Gray wanted, the Holy Grail.

"Rin, dragged you here, she saw you passed out in front of the gate and dragged you back inside." Shirou explained making Ark blink In slight surprise. He will admit that Rin would be the last person to help him, if anything Rin would have told Archer to kill him. Seems Rin saw some use in Ark and kept him alive.

"I see..." Ark crossed his arms and quickly noticed he wasn't wearing his armor, only a set of clothes he's unfamiliar with. Looking around the room the Mage spotted his armor off to the side. Narrowing his eyes, Caster snapped his fingers and the armor disappeared.

His body glowed for a second and his armored reappeared on him. The Mage winced at the feeling of his armor being uncomfortable to wear now, thanks to the gashes and dents on it. Ark rolled his shoulder and groaned slightly at the feeling of sharp metal pressing against his side and shoulder.

The armor is very easy to repair, all it took was some magicka... that was going to take a while. Ark made his armor disappear leaving him in what looks to be Shirou's clothes which barely fit him. Closing his eyes Ark had a feel for his Prana and Magicka reserves.

His Prana reserves were fine, but his Magicka was still regenerating at a even pace. The Mage's Magicka reserves were huge, it was kind of scary to be honest.

"Ark?" The Mage opened his eyes to look at Artoria with a scowl on his face. The Knight didn't show her emotions this time and stuck with a neutral look, which was something Ark was familiar.

"What do you want?" Ark spat out, he didn't want to be here, he needs to check on Gray and see if she's OK. He hope his Summons are watching over her... and he hope Kit is OK, when Hercules threw the Fox out of sight, the Mage can feel his Summon returning to Oblivion, meaning Kit took too much damage or was critically injured.

Ark knew he shouldn't worry about his summons, cause when they return to Oblivion, they will revive and heal themselves when they are there... but Ark can't help but worry, if anything those summons are the closest thing to a family since they are bound and connected to him.

"I want to talk about what you said last night." Ark scowled again and walked up to Artoria who didn't move from her spot. She didn't once look worried which was no surprise, she was a king after all, Merlin prepared her for anything that could happen.

Ark thought about attacking Artoria, but decided against it for obvious reasons. The disadvantage were clear and the Knight knows it too.

Artoria was much stronger then Ark, plus add to the fact that she has a high resistance to magic only made it worse for the Mage, the only way to really do any damage was physically and Ark wasn't strong as a Caster... he could pull out Excalibur Oblivion... but that's just stupid, Artoria is highly skilled with using a sword and Ark preferred his spells over everything else.

"No, we don't, I simply told you about my wish so you know what it is, however my master doesn't care about her wish, she only wants to survive this grail war, and that's what I intend to do, keep her safe from all you lunatics, my wish doesn't matter anymore." Ark said getting close to Saber's face and growling every word he said. The Knight didn't react only stare at the Apprentice blankly.

Plus it's not like it would work anyways, the grail is corrupted and will only bring destruction. That's why he needs to destroy it, not because he wants to save people, but because it's putting Gray's life in danger.

Also, if Ark didn't destroy it then he won't be able to see Mordred again. And the one thing the Mage wants the most right now is to see his sister again.

Merlin's Apprentice shoved Artoria to the side and started walking towards the door. However it seems fate wants to piss him off again, cause Shirou got in his way making Ark's eye twitch in annoyance. The older male can practically see the what the weak Magus is about to say.

"If you say something along the lines of: I should stay and listen, or I shouldn't treat my 'father' that way. I will cut out your tongue and send you too Oblivion." Ark said darkly making Shirou shut his mouth seeing the dead serious look in the Mage's eyes.

The Magus didn't even know what Oblivion that Caster was talking about, but it sounded bad. "Actually it would be easier if I did it right now!"

Ark lunged forward swinging his summoned bound sword towards Shirou's throat intending to decapitate the Magus.

Too nobody's surprise Caster's sword was block by another sword which belong to none other then Artoria who glared at the male. Two different sets of green eyes had a stare down for a minute.

Both sets of eyes were calm and collected, and they had a fire burning within those green orbs showing their determination to reach a certain goal.

"Fucking plot armor saves this idiot once again." Ark sighed In his head as both Caster and Saber continues to stare each other down. The Mage knew that Artoria wasn't trying hard to block Ark's attack and it wasn't very surprising.

"Lower you weapon!" Artoria said frowning deeply at the Caster. Ark scoffed and summoned a Bound Dagger in his left hand.

"You first." Ark growled as he jumped back and threw the dagger at the King of Knights. Saber effortlessly blocked the projectile and rushed forward, her sword already cutting through the air towards Ark's exposed side. The Mage casted EbonyFlesh and raised his hand. He winced when Excalibur slammed against his arm, launching Caster to the side and through a wall.

Ark got back to his feet being thankful for the Alteration Spell. He looked to see Artoria hasn't moved making him once again wonder why she hasn't just ended this fight already. Artoria had the Advantage... well, not entirely since Shirou can't really provide much Prana to begin with... that gives him an idea.

"You should have killed me when you got the chance!" Artoria quickly brought her sword down on Ark who raised his arms and blocked the overhead strike. He felt the ground crack underneath, sending bits of debris flying.

Caster winced at the feeling of Artoria slamming her sword onto his arm which luckily was blocked by his altered arms. Ark bucked even more under the pressure which grew by the second. Suddenly he shoved the sword aside and threw a punch at the Knight's side but once again was blocked by her own arm.

"You should really focus on your Master, because he looks to be in some serious danger." Ark said with a smirk making Artoria blink in shock. "What? Did you really think I was going to fight fairly, please." Saber looked back only to see a large fox holding Shirou up by the throat who looked to be struggling to breath.

Ark wasn't one to fight Honorably cause it was ridiculous, if he wants to win then that means using everything to his Advantage and Artoria's only weakness that the moment is her stubborn Master who tried to join the fight, but was stopped by Kit which the Mage summoned without them knowing.

"Now, I recommend you back up or that fox will snap his neck like a twig, I know your extremely weak at the moment, while you may have your skills, your stats are lowered because of the very little Prana your getting from him and being summoned prematurely, which isn't allowing you to do much, right?" Artoria looked at him in shocked wondering how he knew about that, but all she received was a very familiar smirk that reminded Artoria of a certain Knight of the Round Table.

The King looked at her Master and saw his face turning purple while the Fox was glaring at her, it was obvious especially with the way it looked at her... but what did she do to make one of Ark's summons to hate her, In fact this was the first time she ever seen a summon like this.

Besides Ark's elemental summons, she has never seen this fox before, it was new to her, but Artoria feels like she has seen this fox somewhere before.

"You don't have long, my summons getting a little impatient." Ark said making Artoria back and lower her sword. She watched as the Fox threw her Master to the side making her rush over to him. The Fox meanwhile looked at Ark who shook his head.

The Fox whined before disappearing from sight. Ark ran outside and towards the city. He looked back at the house and shook his head. The Mage began his walk back to the hotel unknown to him that a set of red eyes were watching him.

"Geez, that was annoying, I have to figure out how to counter Artoria... I still haven't show all my abilities, which is a plus... I need to be more careful, I got very unlucky with running Into Berserker's Master, even with everything I have, there is now way in hell am I winning that fight..."

The Mage looked around and paused when he saw a group of three. They were obviously siblings judging by the appearance. There was a little sister and two older brothers. Ark smiled when the oldest brother wrapped his arms around his sibling.

Ark watched as the group slowly shifted and turned into the older brother being his past self and the other siblings being replaced with his old ones...

"I promised to be the best little Brother for Mordred... I think I did good on that promise... even after everything that happened..." Ark whispered as the group of siblings walked away. "I did it for you guys... I hope they're doing ok without me..." The Mage hid his worries well from Merlin, Ark already accepted that he can't see his old family again and wasn't going to cry over it.

But that doesn't mean he won't miss them. If anything, Ark just wants wrap his old siblings In his arms and hug with everything he has...

Hell, maybe after this Grail War, he will be summoned during Grand Order and get to see Mordred again. The Mage didn't care about getting beat to a pulp, the moment his eyes land on his big sister Ark is going to give her a hug, fuck whatever anyone else says, that's his sibling.

Ark passed another group, this one made him pause even more. It was another group of three, but this time it was two females and one male.

They all had the same eye color and hair color, and what Ark saw made him want to laugh. There was an older women and two siblings similar In age who looked ready to bicker with one another.

In their place Ark replaced them with Mordred, Artoria, and Himself... it looked kind of nice In the Mage's eyes, but he highly doubts that's going to happen, if you remove Artoria then you just have Mordred and Ark bickering between each other.

Shaking his head, Ark continued his walk towards the hotel, already having enough for today. The Mage saw the building In the distance and smiled... finally, he can reach him room and get some real rest-

BOOM!

Ark jumped out of his skin when the hotel suddenly blew up. People were screaming as they ran away from the flaming building, Ark however stared with wide eyed. He fell to his knees as his emerald green eyes slowly shifted to a more hollow look. The Mage couldn't focus on what was around him not even bothering with what he should be feeling for.

"Ark!" The Mage went stiff as he slowly turned to see a familiar pair of teal eyes. There stood a familiar female off to the side looking at him with wide eyes that are filled with relief and panic. Ark honestly thought he was hallucinating, but being a master of illusion taught him that what he saw before him definitely wasn't a illusion.

"Gray!" Ark shouted as he turned towards the girl and sprinted towards her. "You're ok!" Gray yelped when the Servant scooped her up and brought her in for a tight hug, knocking the wind out of her.

The Mage set her down and placed his hands on her shoulders. "What the fuck happened!" Gray looked at the destroyed building, very glad that she left and didn't stay inside.

"I don't know myself, but it seems someone wants you and me gone." Gray said making Ark narrow his eyes and looked around. He couldn't see much since there was still people running around along with the sounds of sirens getting closer.

"We'll figure it out later, come on." Ark grabbed Gray's hand and started walking away from the area. The Master didn't notice, but Ark kept glancing at her from time to time making absolutely sure that she was safe and unharmed.

"I'm definitely not complaining, but what made you leave the hotel?" Ark asked looked down at Gray who looked slightly sheepish.

"I was hungry, your summons knew they couldn't be seem in public so they dissapeared, but they didn't point me to a good restaurant that you knew about." Ark raised an eyebrow before a smirk slowly started to spread across his face.

"We don't exactly have money, so how did you pay for your food?" Ark asked his smile slowly getting bigger. Gray only laughed and looked away.

"Who said I payed for anything." Ark laughed and gave Gray a side hug showing that he didn't care at all which was no surprise, but what he said next what a little odd and a little amusing.

"Yes, fall to the dark side." Ark hunched over an looked a little creepy as he made his voice all raspy too. "Become my Apprentice, so I am teach you the ways of the dark side." The Mage waved his free arm to the city. "I wouldn't mind taking in a Apprentice myself you know, I'll teach them everything I know."

"Ark stop, you're being weird." Ark paused and looked at Gray with a dead serious look which didn't match his eyes at all... the male was acting very different right now it was very odd.

He wasn't acting how he usually would, not that Gray was complaining, she liked this version of Ark. He was much more funny too.

"Gray, like it or not, I'm teaching you the ways of the dark side." The Master blinked and looked at Ark quickly realizing he just returned to his normal self... what the hell was that personality swap! Ark smirked and brought his Master even closer. "You already passed the first step into turning becoming one with the dark side, soon or later you will be just like me... evil."

"Ark." Gray said slightly worried.

"Eeevvviiilll."

Ark." Gray said a little annoyed now.

"Eevvviilll!"

"Ark." Gray was now very annoyed which was obviously heard In her voice.

"Evil!"

"Ark!" Gray shouted as a long silence happened and they stood their for a few seconds. Ark had this large smirk on his face while Gray had an annoyed deadpan look. The Mage leaned in closer and licked his lips.

"Evil."

"That's it!" Gray shouted as Ark started running down the sidewalk at even pace while Gray tried to chase after him. The Servant smirked at a job well done. Bonus points to Gray slowly following him In his footsteps... now it made Ark curious.

If the Master from Grand Order can somehow summoned Gray what would here parameters be with Ark's influence. Ark knew Gray would definitely be an Assassin Servant... he has no clue what her abilities would be, then It made him picture a scenario in his head.

Ark in-between Gray and Mordred... the Mage couldn't really see what might happen, but it made him chuckle when the image of them glaring at each other while he purposely ignored them knowing that he shouldn't try and step in between them.

Then he imagined the meeting between the Master when he gets summoned. If it was the male Master then he will greet him like normal... if it was the female master... oh boy Ark has some great pick up lines to try and get the Female Grand Order Master all flustered.

Ark loves being a troll.

Meanwhile somewhere else a certain Court Marshall perked up and looked out of window of his office. For some reason he felt great pride and didn't know why, but he knew that It was something that required trolling.

"Whoever is it has come up with a great plan and has earned my seal of approval, may however you troll be annoyed and greatly dispies you In the future" And with that the man went back to work wondering who this troll was, cause there was one thing for sure, nobody can out troll the Court Marshall.
