Marcus has finally entered into the first night to train with his new masters at the warehouse ready to endure the harsh training that could either mold him into the fighter he aspires to be to avenge his family's death, or kill him before he ever gets the chance. Will Marcus even survive the first night of his training?
Marcus had a smile on his face as he walks towards his master Ohnmar, eager to jump start his training. "So what training should I start with, Master Ohnmar?" Ohnmar looked down to Marcus and gave him instructions. "Since your eager to get started with our rigorous training, put on your training gear and follow us outside." Ohnmar and the masters then turned and walked towards the back door. Marcus walked towards his room and changed himself to his training gear. When Marcus finished putting on his training gear he rushed outside where his masters are waiting for him mentally prepared. Hiroto meanwhile stood and watched Marcus follow his masters outside from the back door of the warehouse with concern. "Good luck Marcus, you're gonna need it." When Marcus walked outside to the back yard. He saw his masters standing next to a sled push that weighs 30 kilograms (66 pounds) by itself. The weight plates installed in the sled push in addition weigh in at 100 kilograms (220 pounds) totaling the entire weight of the sled push to 130 kilograms (286 pounds). "For your first exercise, you will run ten full laps shoving this push sled all around the port." Max Keen instructed. Marcus looked at the push sled while stretching his arms and legs with excitement "I'll get it done Master!" Marcus replied back already pumped up to get started. Kana Ayame casually opens the back gates that leads onto a road outside from their property. "Better start pushing kiddo, we've got more training exercises you need to get done after this." Kana told with a grin on her face. Marcus grabbed firmly on the push sled and began to push his way out of the gates with enormous tenacity, taking deep breaths and deeply focused. "So you've got more after this!?" Marcus questioned. "Yup, what you're doing is simply a warm up." Kana added as she closed and locked the gates. "Don't bother asking for any breaks either. We'll give you breaks whenever you finish each training session." Kana followed and monitored Marcus as he was pushing and steering the heavy sled push around the port. Marcus pushed hard with all his might, breathing heavily as the push sled and concrete floor create sparks from the excessive scraping whenever Marcus pushes. Marcus then enters into one of the busiest sections of the port. Many workers at the port who were driving their trucks passing by looked at Marcus and Kana both confused and amused with what they were witnessing. "Hey kid! Do need any help with that?" One truck driver kindly asked passing behind Marcus and Kana. "That wont be necessary, I'll be alright." Marcus starts a conversation with Kana as he continued pushing. "So master kana, I've got a question that's been on my mind since I got here." Kana with her eyebrows raised responds back. "What kind question do you have in mind?" Marcus proceeded to ask. "Why do all of you guys live in that warehouse?" Kana with her eyes closed answered vaguely not wanting to release any details. "Each of us has a reason or two. One of my reasons is to plainly train in peace without being disturbed." Marcus's curiosity sparked to her answer. "So I figure you were getting too much attention from unwanted people?" Kana gently chuckled to Marcus's question. "Heh, I guess you can say that." After pushing for a mile, they've finally reached to the other side of the port. "You need to turn right." Kana instructed pointing to another long road he now has to conquer. Marcus turned his head with his eyes widened to see a wide road that has seems to stretch further down another mile away from where he's standing. "Huh!?You've got to be kidding me!" Marcus said within his own thoughts. Marcus took a deep breath, grabbed firmly and turned the sled push with all his might and continued on with his first night of training. "That's the spirit!" Kana cheerfully said with hands on her hips walking behind Marcus.
Meanwhile in the warehouse, Ohnmar and Max were making space in the warehouse where Marcus will be going to train, bringing all sorts of weighted training gear. Hiroto walked out from his room with a soda can in his hand witnessed the preparation and decided to question the Masters. "Just to ask, what other strength training exercises you two have in store for him?" His masters turned their heads to Hiroto and decided to respond with devious smirks on their faces. "Hiroto, you've been slacking in your training for quite some time, its time we break this bad habit of yours starting tonight." Max told Hiroto. Hiroto leaned back dropping his half empty soda can being on the floor caught off guard and began to tremble nervously. "We'll make sure to get you back in shape so you'll be strong enough to protect all your precious girlfriends you've been dating for the past year!" Hiroto gasped in utter shock towards his masters finding out his secret hobby. "WAH!? How did you-" Max bluntly interrupts and answers Hiroto. "We've known about it from the start. Your playtime is over kid." Ohnmar smiled sadistically while towering over Hiroto, loudly cracking his knuckles. "You'll further impress those precious faces when you show off your renewed strength." Hiroto screamed loudly and quickly turned running trying to escape his two masters but to no avail. "Get back here kid!" Ohnmar shouted excitingly. Ohnmar and Max within a millisecond caught Hiroto, pinning him down and forced to complete 1000 push ups with 75 kilograms of bricks weighing down on his back. "After your done with three sets of 1000 push ups your going to do another three sets of 1000 sit ups and 3 sets of 1000 squats!" Max commanded. "Yes sir!" Hiroto replied back sulking. "I should've just... stayed in my room…" Hiroto told himself regretfully as he continues with his training. Max left the warehouse leaving only Ohnmar behind to monitor Hiroto's training. Back outside at the port, Marcus barely finished making his first lap already tired and exhausted from using the sled push falling flat on his back breathing heavily. "One down… Nine more laps to go…" Marcus said to himself. "This is going to take all night kid. You're gonna have to be quicker than that!" Kana told Marcus looking down on him with her hands on hips. "Don't worry about that Kana I've got the solution right here." Shouted Max from far away. Both Marcus and Kana turned their heads looking from behind and saw Max Keen riding on a forklift. "I'll help Marcus complete those nine laps before midnight." Marcus began to look very uncomfortable and started to finger point at the forklift. "What does that forklift have to do with my first night at training?" Max looked back at Marcus with a sinister smile on his face with his eyes beginning to glow. "I'm going to use this to get you moving! If you slow down or give up, you'll either risk yourself being impaled or get pushed into the sea. Hope your a good swimmer." Marcus's face became very disturbed to see the harsh and cruel tactic that Max resorted to complete his remaining nine laps. "You're screwing around with me, right master?" Max roared loudly at Marcus in response. "START RUNNING!" Max turned on the forklift and pressed onto the accelerator. Marcus quickly got himself back up on his feet and began to run for his life pushing as fast as he could trying to avoid getting his chest impaled by the forklift chasing him while the sparks rise couple of feet high due to the hard friction on the ground. "YOU'RE COMPLETELY INSANE!" Marcus angrily yelled back at Max. "If you complain again, I'll speed up my forklift and make you do another lap! Hahahahahaha!" Max laughed maniacally. Kana watched scratching her head dumbfounded by Max's dangerously cruel motivation tactic and ends up shrugging. "Well.. I guess that solves the problem." Kana casually walks back into the warehouse hoping Marcus doesn't die on his first night of training.
While Marcus and Hiroto are occupied training at the port, Akihiro from afar standing in front of his expensive mirror is readying himself for his father's ball party that is being held inside one of the fancy restaurants he reserved for the entire night. "Perfect! This 15k gold watch really matches my glamorous outfit! I look stunningly handsome in this suit!" Akihiro complimented himself delightedly. "Now then, time for me to get going for the party, I don't want to be late!" Akihiro walked confidently towards his private elevator hidden inside his large room closet. He happily brought out his cell phone to contact his subordinates as he walked inside. "How can we help you Akihiro sir?" His subordinate answered politely. "Make ready my fancy limousine and bring some fine wine while your at it." Akihiro ordered. "Right away sir!" His subordinates responded with obedience. After Akihiro hung up, he continued to admire himself stroking his own hair on the mirror with a narcissistic smile on his face as the elevator was on its way to the bottom floor. When the elevator reached down to the bottom floor, Akihiro walked out in a confident demeanor walking excitingly towards the long black limousine with gold shining out from the car rims and outer lines of each black window from front, side, and back windows. One of Akihiro's subordinates walked towards the limousine door and opened the very back side door for Akihiro to enter in. "Thanks minion. Make sure my dogs are well fed before I get back." Akihiro ordered. Akihiro's subordinate nodded his head obeying his command. Akihiro entered into his limousine and sat himself comfortably inside the nice crimson red interior with a large TV set for him to watch along with convenient refrigerator and freezer next to him. To store his wine and expensive beverages he likes to keep. "Onward to my fathers ball party!" Akihiro excitingly said to his driver with his finger pointed forward. The driver drove through a secret tunnel that lead them outside of the parking garage and into the streets. "Tell me again driver, how long until we reach my fathers ball party?" Akihiro asked as he was getting himself very comfortable in his seat. "Around ten minutes sir." The driver politely responded. "Excellent! We'll be arriving early this time." The limousine soon arrived in front of a tall skyscraper in Tokyo where there were a line of people waiting to walk inside. "Park somewhere nearby, I'll be out to meet with my father now." Akihiro told his driver. "Yes master." Akihiro opened his car door and walked his way into the front of the restaurant rudely cutting, pushing, and shoving his way through the long line of people who he angers to meet with the guards in black suits. "Your name sir?" One of the guards asked. "Hikaru Akihiro" Akihiro stated confidently. "Oh! Naoto's son! Please come in sir!" The guards took a large step aside with one of them opening the door open for Akihiro to enter. "Thank you." As Akihiro walked in the building he was met with a large crowd of men and women wearing their own extravagant suits and dresses. The people in the building were made up of large business owners, low level politicians, and even some celebrities sitting in seats eating, drinking and being merry. Other people where dancing to the jazz music that was being played by the live musicians.
Akihiro walks through the crowd looking for the VIP table that his father reserved for him to sit in. "Where are those waiters? I'm sure they'll lead me to my fathers is seated." Akihiro then spotted one of the waiters standing idle and walked up to him. "Pardon me waiter, do you know which table Hikaru Naoto is seating?" The waiter reacted with a surprise expression on his face the moment he saw Akihiro. "Oh yes Naoto's son! Right this way sir!" The waiter responded back. Akihiro followed the waiter to the elevator to going up to the top floor. When the elevator doors opened, both entered and engaged in a small conversation. "It must be a great for your father to become new owner of this skyscraper." The waiter stated. Akihiro reacted surprised what the waiter just told him. "What!? My father owns this building!?" Akihiro jolted. The waiter responded with polite smile on his face. "Thats right! He bought it for an extraordinary high price and spent more money hiring workers to make some changes with the interior for his top floor office." Akihiro blinked his eyes still baffled that his father didn't tell him about buying up the whole building. When the elevator reached the top floor hundreds of feet above the bottom floor, the waiter escorted and lead Akihiro to a large double door decorated with a golden outline and beautiful depiction of a Ryu on each door made out of expensive jewels of various types matching each other along with a yin yang door knob covered in gold. "Hikaru Naoto should be inside this door sir." The waiter then took a bow and returned to the elevator leaving Akihiro behind. "Nobody told me my that dad would buy himself an entire tower! That's not like him at all." Akihiro told himself. Akihiro knocked on the door and was met by a tall black suited bodyguard. "Your name?" Akihiro answers back. "Hikaru Akihiro" The bodyguard widely opens one of the doors for Akihiro to walk through the door. Akihiro saw a well spaced room with eight large shining crystal ceiling lights, fancy red carpet and red tables which some have already been taken by some incredibly rich and powerful politicians, mob bosses and international gangsters talking, eating, drinking, and smoking their cigars. "Now where is my father sitting?" Akihiro walked through and saw his father sitting by himself in a large table meant for twelve people. "There he is." Naoto was sitting next to the large glass window sight watching the city lights with his arms crossed. "Good evening father, it's been awhile." Naoto spots Akihiro from the windows reflection and turned to his son he hasn't talked to in over a year. "It's been awhile son. Have a seat, we have much to discuss." Naoto said as he gently pointed his hand to the seat across from his. Akihiro took his seat and leaned in forward to listen closely to his father. "I'm listening father, what matters would you like to discuss?" Naoto then began to talk. "As you may know by now, we've had made great progress increasing our outreach to multiple organizations worldwide who are in this building resulting with substantial amounts of profits in our expertise in selling and trading services with a great variety weapons we manufacture, electronics, mechanical equipment, and even government secrets of every country. Which is why I was able to buy this building." Akihiro responded with his eyes dumbfounded. "Yes dad, I could see that. But what does it have to do with this party you're throwing?"
Naoto answered with a slightly more serious tone. "Everything! We've made a contract with a very large organization that I want you to be apart of." Akihiro raised his eyebrows caught off guard. "Huh? What organization are you talking about father?" Before his father could respond the double doors opened with ten more people walking inside. "Just in time." Naoto said with a smile on his face. Akihiro turned his head and looked to his side seeing five adults with five teenagers wearing unique outfits observing the atmosphere of the room. "Who are they anyways father?" Akihiro asked pointing at them. "They are apart of an international martial arts organization called Yami. They're our most frequent buyer of our goods and are interested to increase their cooperation with us tonight." Naoto told Akihiro. When one of the waiters lead the Yami members to the Hikaru table, they greeted each other respectfully. "Good evening ladies and gentlemen, glad that you came on time, have a seat." Naoto greeted. "It's a pleasure to meet you too Naoto." Mikumo replied as the Yami members took their seats with the masters sitting across their disciples. Akihiro looked on and saw one of the Yami disciples sat next to him having a blue eye to his right and a red eye to his left, wearing a golden eagle necklace, having long silver hair ponytail that goes down to his waist, with caged bird earrings, extends a handshake to Akihiro. "I'm Sho Kano, its a pleasure to meet you." Akihiro shook his hand in response. "Hikaru Akihiro, the pleasure is all mine." As Akihiro began to introduce himself to the other disciples, Naoto meanwhile was talking to the one shadow nine fists about serious business. "I've heard you are in need of some components for a rocket launching site?" Mikumo answered politely to Naoto's question. "That is correct, We're in need of your services to get those components within the next three months. Will you be able to perform such a task within that time frame?" Naoto replied splendidly to Mikumo. "Of course madam, but for us to perform such a task will cost your organization a great deal of compensation." Naoto said. "It's not much to worry about, we've got more than enough to pay you back." Agaard said. Alexander Gaidar politely intervened into the conversation while sipping his wine cup. "Have you also discussed about your sons cooperation with our disciples as of yet?" Akihiro then looked at his father with a blank stare.
"What? Cooperation? With them?" Akihiro thought to himself blinking his eyes. Naoto then answered Alexander's question with great pleasure. "Yes about that, I've decided to let Akihiro to assist your disciples in any mission or task that you need for him to undertake. He's been practicing martial arts since he was a young boy and has reached a level of strength for his age. I'm sure he will be a great use to you all." Akihiro became angry at his father finding out about this in the last minute but didn't flinch nor show any expression of displeasure towards him. "Of course father, I'll be happy to assist you all in whatsoever you need me to do." Akihiro gestured with glee. "Is father planning to oust me from the business I'm meant to inherit and rule over? I'll have to be patient to find out what he's scheming." Akihiro said within himself. "Hehe! I'm confident that you'll get along well with your new associates." Naoto said. "Enough talk! Lets get order something to eat already!" Diego Carlo said with excitement. Everyone within the table ordered their dishes and began to feast. Akihiro for the rest of the dinner night got himself acquainted with the rest of the members of the shadow fists and their disciples engaging in pleasant conversations, cracking jokes, telling stories and sharing food with one another. When the clock hit 3am, the shadow fists got up from their seats and began to leave. Naoto and Akihiro also stood up from their seats to politely lead them outside the double doors. "We'll be leaving now Naoto, but be sure to remember our deal. We'll be needing those components within 3 months." Akira Hongo said to Naoto. "Understood, I'll have my men gather those components and have them safely transferred to you by that time." Kano Sho turned his head back telling Akihiro one more thing before leaving with his master. "We'll be seeing you in three weeks to conduct our first operation with you. Make sure you're well prepared for it." As the door closed Akihiro looked towards his father and decided to interrogate him. "It was great party night getting to know the nine shadow fists father, but why haven't you told me that I have to work with them and their disciples in advance?" Akihiro said in a lightly annoyed manner. Naoto then responded with a serious look on his face and walked towards his son. "I know you've caused quite the trouble at the Koryo police station. I'm punishing you by having you work with the nine shadow fists!" Naoto then took steps closer to Akihiro and pointed his finger at Akihiro's face further scolding him. "I've never taught you to commit such a disgraceful act of violence within the family, neither will I ever approve any corrupt protocols to any of our subordinates to harm another persons life! Even if they are trying to hunt us down and put us in prison for our highly illegal operations!" Naoto then turned his back on Akihiro. "Tell me son, what's your reason to attack the city police station? Akihiro replied in his attempt to cover up his murdering of Marcus's family and his current manhunt for Marcus. "Because I was in the middle of transferring some explosives and weapons to a new group that was offering to pay millions for our services! They've turned down the deal last minute and killed all of my subordinates taking the weapons and explosives with them! I managed to be the only survivor of their onslaught and took it upon my self to stealth fully pursue them!" Naoto looked back with a subtle angry look on his face not fully convinced. "What does that have to do with the attack on the police station!?" Akihiro then began to explain further trying his best not to slip up on his lies. "That gang who took our weapons and explosives that we've transferred were planning to travel towards the police station in their attempts to cause problems, I took some of our subordinates and launched a serious operation to get our assets back before they used our weapons against the officers of the city! When we arrived, I heard machine gun shots in the building knowing that I was already too late, I barged in anyways and did what I could. I'll admit that I've killed those traitorous dealers, but I haven't shed any innocent blood!" Naoto turned and walked away from akihiro grunting, very displeased to hear his son admitting that he was killing people. "None of the officers survived father, they've killed all of them and were going to collect their guns and ammunition for their own uses, the bombs that I tried to retrieve was already set to detonate when I found them inside every room. I only had 20 seconds to evacuate the building before the explosion would collapse the whole building endangering my life." Naoto was quiet for a moment and then decided to look back to his son. "I'll let this go just this once akihiro."
Naoto then walked back to his son to scold him one more time. "Remember to not fall out of place akihiro, if you kill again under any circumstances while working under my company, I'll be left with no choice but to disinherit your rightful place to take over my company and I will hand you over to the police." Akihiro clenched his fists infuriated to see his father threatening him of life imprisonment to his face. Akihiro calmly closed his eyes, relaxed his fists and bowed submissively. "Understood father, I won't kill again under any circumstances." Naoto nodded his head. "I hope wont do so son. You are now dismissed." Akihiro turned around and walked himself out of his fathers dining room, heading towards the elevator experiencing a multitude of intense emotions of fear, rage, anxiousness, and hatred. Veins were already popping out of his neck and face. When Akihiro reached the bottom floor he stormed his way out of the emptied building and brought out his cell phone. "Do you have my limousine ready? Good then, bring it over to the front now!" Akihiro went back home with many thoughts in head. "That was a very close call, but for my father to threaten me with jail makes me sick to my stomach!" Akihiro continued to think to himself. "I'll have to turn this whole situation around quickly before I get myself into further trouble! I'll have my men keep their eyes on that parasite that got away, and also find out who survived from the explosion. If I want to take over my fathers business, I'll have to remain quiet and make sure to keeps his eyes away from me."
During Akihiro's time at his fathers newly owned skyscraper, Marcus finished running ten long laps using the heavy sled push avoiding getting impaled or run over by Max Keens forklift. "All done kid! You've survived your first exercise!" Max said with a happy tone. Marcus responds while laying on the ground motionless from the intense exercise. "… Hooray…" Max keen walked over and grabbed his leg dragging his drooped out body to the warehouse. "Your first night is going to be a small taste of what the real training is going to be like. I'm confident that you'll manage to survive." As Max entered into the warehouse, he went right where Hiroto was training being watched by Ohnmar and Kana. "So Hiroto, are you happy to train again after spending so much time playing video games and fooling around with your girlfriends?" Hiroto yelled back in agony as he was intensely performing handstand push ups with 100kg (220lbs) of weights that he had to balance with his bare feet. "Yeah! Never been happier to suffer max!" Hiroto complained. "Heh, I guess you never learn." Max said. Ohnmar then brought a 25kg (55lbs) metal weight plate neatly stacking it on Hiroto's feet causing Hiroto's exhausted arms to shake. "AAAAHHH! ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL ME!?" Hiroto shouted angrily. "Guess I'll add another one." Kana said with a smug on her face. Kana put another 25kg (55lbs) metal weight plate on the stack of weight plates totaling in 150kg (330lbs) Hiroto had to support with his own two tired arms. Hiroto began to seethe in anger comically at the masters for increasing his physical and mental suffering as some kind of sickening comedy entertainment. The masters in response began to chuckle to hiroto's hot boiled face. "Awww! He's so cute when he gets mad." Kana taunted as she grabbed and squished Hiroto's face. "I'll get even with you three! Mark my words!" Hiroto seethed cartoonishly imagining them as monsters. Marcus woke up and finally got himself back on his feet with his legs wiggling violently. "I'm up now… and still alive." Marcus said. Ohnmar appeared in front of Marcus, leaning down to ask him this one question. "Now that you've had a taste of what training is going to be like, are you willing to continue?" Marcus slowly looked up and replied boldly heavily breathing. "I'll won't leave. Not even close." Ohnmar slightly smiled. "Good kid! Don't move then." Ohnmar walked close to where Hiroto was struggling to perform his push ups to grab leg ankle weights that weigh 25kg (55lbs) each. Marcus meanwhile was too busy staring at Hiroto with his eyes popped out watching him doing push ups with 150kg (330lbs) of weight plates on his bare feet that he has to balance. "Hey Marcus.. hope you're.. staying alive.. tonight." Marcus replied with a nervous smirk on his face. "Same goes for you Hiroto." Ohnmar approached Marcus with leg ankle weights holding both of them with one hand. "Put these on quickly." Ohnmar commanded as he threw them at Marcus. "Sure thing Master!" Marcus replied catching the heavy ankle leg weights and falling on the floor. Marcus quickly puts on the ankle weights and struggled to follow Ohnmar towards the pull up bar. "All you need to do is to do is 3 sets of 250 pull ups. Your training will be complete for tonight once you finish all 3 sets." Ohnmar said. Marcus wasted no time firmly grabbing the pull up bar and made his attempts to start his first set. "I'll get it done master Ohnmar!"
Hiroto on the other hand finished his last set of handstand push ups and fell on the ground with his hands stretched out on the floor mat with the weighted plates falling and landing everywhere. "My training should be over now!" Hiroto said to himself. Hiroto then sat up and turned his head next to him seeing Marcus counting his pull ups using all the strength he has left to give. "21… 22… 23… 24… 25…" Hiroto looked down and reflected on his weaker past self. "He's holding out better than I was when I first started my training here." Hiroto lightly chuckled and said to himself. "Guess I'll have to widen the gap, before he gets the chance to catch up to me." Hiroto quickly got up and began practicing his Karate and Kickboxing performing a variety of punches and kicks to sharpen his skills. Meanwhile the three masters from the other side of the warehouse continued to observe them as the boys continue their training. "Looks like they're going at it." Kana spoke. "Everything seems to be going exactly how we planned." Max Keen added. "If Marcus continues to train hard like he's doing now. We'll be able to teach him our martial arts within a short manner of time." Ohnmar noted. After a while, Marcus finally finished his first set of pull ups taking a small break. He turned his head to his right and decided to ask Hiroto about his past training. "Yo Hiroto, since when did you hear about this place, and how was your first day of training with the masters?" Hiroto listened and answered back while focusing on sharpening every individual punch and kick he performed. "Hehe, Let's just say that I was brought to this warehouse a long while back, as for my first day of training, I almost died." Marcus surprised to hear that from hiroto commented as he starts getting back on doing his second set of pull ups. "Wow, I bet you were fighting to stay alive every day since then haven't you?" Hiroto answers back supporting Marcus's statement. "Trust me, I did not go a single day without wanting to get out of this warehouse until I became strong enough to get used to the punishment. After I got accustomed to the training, I pretty much stopped and began to do what I wanted to do for a good while until now." The three masters heard from afar and made note. "So he got used to our training eh?" Kana commented. "We'll make sure to greatly intensify Hiroto's training to keep him on his toes." Max added. "Oh yes, And I know how to keep him from getting distracted from his training." Ohnmar commented with the masters eyes glowing bright forming sadistic smiles. When the two teenagers completed their training two hours later, Ohnmar walked up to congratulate them for their hard work. "Well done boys, your late night meal has been placed in your rooms. Make sure you two shower and head right to sleep, because we'll be focusing on the real training course tomorrow morning." Ohnmar turned his back and disappeared again. The two teenagers dragged themselves into separate shower rooms to clean and dry themselves before they enter into their bedroom. When Marcus entered into his room he saw a large bento box with an enticing smell coming out of it with a note attached to it. (Enjoy it while its fresh. Kana Ayame. 3) Marcus opened it and immediately devoured his late night meal cooked and prepared by Kana that consisted of a half pound steak, two chicken legs and a large section of rice in a matter of seconds while Hiroto savored each bite he took. As the clock hit midnight the teens went into their respective beds and slept for the night to prepare the harsh training that awaits them tomorrow.
