Hey Guys! Thank you to all those who have taken the time to read this story, and an extra thanks to those who have taken an extra minute to review.

I'm back with another chapter. Indulge yourselves.

"Ok, so I think that first we should try and do something about the Stone first," said Ron.

"No, I think that..." Harry trailed off as a few dueling dummies appeared behind him inside a safety shield.

"Yeah, Harry, that's great," said Hermione, "We should first find out whether our strengths are as they were in our first year or like after the War."

"But wait, shouldn't we first check our Occlumency barriers first?" asked Ron.

"Oh yeah. How could we have forgotten about that? Thanks mate," said Harry.

So they sat in silence and delved into their minds, each studying the strength of their mental barriers. They sat in silence for a few minutes, when Ron spoke, "My shields are as strong as before, what about you guys?"

"They're almost impenetrable. Though they wouldn't withstand an all-out attack from someone like Dumbledore or Snape , but should provide sufficient protection," said Hermione, "but I should just strengthen them to full strength, just in case. Perhaps you should too, Ron."

Harry didn't respond, they thought that he was deep in his mindscape, reinforcing his shields.

They sat in silence for fifteen more minutes, when all three of them opened their eyes at almost the same moment.

"Done," said Harry, "Checked and repaired every weak point."

"Yeah mate, me too," said Ron.

"Now that it is done, perhaps we should take some time to practice the spells, if you both aren't tired, that is," said Hermione.

"No," said Ron at the same time as Harry said, indignantly, "Of course not, Hermione."

As if on cue, the room provided spellbooks for years one through seven.

So they all went and began casting spells at the dummies, starting from the basic first year spells till half of all third year spells, after which which they were so tired they laid down on the three couches that the room had provided them. As soon as they were able to get up and about, they sat down on the chairs and began discussing about their performance.

"Well, I guess I still can perform all the spells the same, just I got too tired too early," said Harry.

"It is all fine, but the spells just aren't coming right, if you know what I mean," said Ron.

"Well," said Hermione, deep in thought, "it may be possible that since you're using Charlie's old wand, it may not have much of a bonding with you, though it is of your elder brother."

"Well, we may be able to sneak in the Honeydukes cellar using the passageway of the one-eyed witch, and apparate from there to Diagon Alley, if we are able to apparate, that is," said Harry.

'Yeah, but not today," said Hermione.

"So, what do you think we should do about the Stone and Sirius?" asked Hermione.

"I think that we can go down there, remove the Stone, and place a fake one in its place, and as for Sirius, I think it best to proceed with caution. Hermione, perhaps you can transfigure Pettigrew's cage to an unbreakable one and make sure he can never exit. What do you think?" said Harry.

"Yeah, that may be our best course of action right now," said Hermione, "so we meet here again tomorrow, right after dinner?"

"Yeah," replied Harry and Ron together, and then laughed.

One by one, they went back to their dormitories and slept soundly.

Tomorrow, they woke up, dressed and went to the Great Hall for breakfast. They attended their classes for the day, had dinner and then met in the Room of Requirement.

"Hermione, I don't know why, but I am having a feeling that we should tell Snape. He did so much the last time, yet received so little appreciation and, more importantly, trust," said Harry.

"Yes Harry, perhaps we can stay after class tomorrow and talk to him," said Hermione, "What do you think, Ron?"

"Yeah, it's good," said Ron, still having a little apprehension about telling the 'slimy snake' about their most important secret.

Then they began practising from where they had left the day before. They soon got tired though, just after completing third year spells and starting fourth year.

3rd September, 1991

The next day, Hedwig arrived during breakfast in the Great Hall to provide Harry a note from Hagrid which was the same as last time. Harry decided, that this time, he would take Neville too. He thought that it would be better to ask him now only.

"Hey Neville, Ron, Hermione," called Harry. "Hagrid sent me a note asking me to come to his hut on Friday. Would you all like to come?"

All three of them agreed and Harry sent Hedwig back with the reply.

That day, the trio stayed after everyone had left the Potions classroom. Soon Snape turned around from his desk to see the three most intelligent (though he didn't want to say that) Gryffindors waiting after the class, for him it seemed.

"What do you want?" he drawled, wanting them to leave as early as possible.

"Sir, we want to talk to you about something very important. Perhaps it would be best if we had conversation behind closed doors, in your quarters," said Harry.

Snape was surprised to see someone, especially a Gryffindor, making such a brazen statement about getting into his quarters. Still, he considered it for a moment, then spoke, "Potter, if this is not worth my time, then I'll be having all three of you scrubbing cauldrons till the end of the year."

"OK sir," came the quick response.

He led them into his quarters, where, as soon as he closed the door, the three of them began working in tandem to ward the door and the whole room so strongly which was so way beyond their level. It was even beyond seventh year level.

"Now that we are secure," spoke Hermione, "We would need an unbreakable vow from you, sir, which says that you can't reveal anything you will be told today without the express permission of either Ronald, Harry or me."

Snape was way beyond surprised now. An Unbreakable Vow! He had thought that the days of him giving unbreakable vows about not revealing anything were long gone now, after the Dark Lord had been defeated. Yet, here was a bunch of first years demanding an unbreakable vow.

"What if I refuse to give it and peep into your minds to get the information?" asked Snape.

"You'll find that you can't do it," said Ron, as if challenging Snape.

Snape took the intended challenge, and peeped into Harry's mind, which he thought would be the weakest. After casting a surface probe, he found that he couldn't even detect any surface thoughts. He had cast a very light probe as he thought his head would be crammed with information (mostly useless). Slowly he began to deepen his presence in Harry's mind, but found that he couldn't go any deeper. It was as if there was a wall blocking his entry. He slowly withdrew, looking totally astounded.

Slowly, he spoke, "Ok. I will give you the vow."

"Hermione, would you agree to be our bonder?" asked Harry.

"Of course Harry," replied Hermione.

So Harry and Snape kneeled down on the floor, opposite to each other and joining hands, with Hermione standing to one side of them.

Hermione kept the tip of wand on their joined hands, as Harry spoke, "Will you, Severus Snape, reveal anything you shall be told today, by us, to anyone outside this room, without express permission by at least one of us when we are giving it by our own free will?"

"I will not."

A thin tongue of golden flame wrapped around their hands like a fiery snake, which after a second, glowed bright enough to temporarily blind all three of them, and then disappeared, signifying that the vow had been bound by magic.

Slowly they both stood up and all four of them seated themselves in the chairs around the table.

"So, what have you got to tell me that I had to take an unbreakable vow to know that?" asked Snape skeptically.

"We are from the future," said Ron, dropping the bombshell on Snape, who was a sputtering mess.

Very soon though, he regained his composure, and said, "So you expect me to believe that. What proof do you have that you are from the future?"

They had prepared for this too, as they knew Snape, ever the curious, would never believe them without proof.

"Well, Severus Snape, son of Eileen Prince, Potions Master, former Death Eater, who gave part of the Prophecy to Voldemort. The one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord approaches... born to those who have thrice defied him, born as the seventh month dies. You got to listen only till here, when you were thrown out by the barman, Aberfoth, right. The unknown brother of Dumbledore. That proves it, I guess," said Harry.

Snape, though a little shocked, still didn't seem fully convinced, "Well, if you know so much. Tell me, Harry Potter, do you know how the Dark Lord survived, and don't tell me he is dead, because I know he is not."

"Well Snape, if you must know," said Harry.

"Professor, he survived by making Horcruxes," said Hermione, "I believe you know what those are?"

At this, Snape's mask finally slipped. He went into fits of hysteria, alternating between laughing and crying. It took a few minutes for the trio to calm him down completely.

"He made a Horcrux!" said Snape, still shocked by the fact.

Then the trio realised that all the hysteria was just because he thought Voldemort had created one Horcrux. They wondered what would happen if they told him that Voldemort had created six of them.

"Umm... Professor, you may have gotten it wrong. He did not create one Horcrux, he created seven of them," said Hermione, in her most composed voice.

"WHAT!? SEVEN!?" Snape practically shouted.

"Calm down Professor," said Harry determinedly, pushing some calmness into Snape's mind.

The fact that one could induce some feelings or thoughts in someone with the help of Legilimency had been found out accidently by Hermione and Harry, when Harry was in a rage because of their continuous failures in catching members of The Order of the Serpents. It was at that moment when Hermione had found that some of Harry's anger was seeping through her mind. When Harry had calmed down, she told him and Ron what had happened. When they learned of this, they all wondered if it could be used consciously too, to manipulate someone by planting feelings and thoughts into someone's mind. They found out that, indeed, someone could be manipulated that way.

Gradually, Snape calmed down again, though he still couldn't regain his mask and his face was still showing surprise.

"OK. So what are those seven, and how did you find out about it?" asked Snape.

"OK, so the seven are, Helga Hufflepuff's cup, Rowena Ravenclaw's diadem, Salazar Slytherin's locket, his younger self, Tom Riddle's diary, which wrote back, Marvolo Gaunt, who was his grandfather, his ring, Nagini, whom he has not made into one yet, and," Hermione paused, "Harry."

Snape, who was quietly listening until then, gasped audibly at Harry's name.

"You, you are a Horcrux of the Dark Lord," he managed to croak out, pointing at Harry.

Harry didn't say anything, simply nodded.

Snape then closed his eyes and stayed silent for a few minutes. They knew that he was trying to build up his Occlumency shields as a way to deal with the amount of shock he had experienced.

After a few minutes, he opened his eyes and asked, "Ok. Now that you've told be so many problems, what is the solution?"

"I assume you are referring to the Horcruxes. First we will deal with the diary which is currently in possession of Lucius Malfoy, but he will give it to Ginny, that is Ron's sister, before the start of next year. The diary will release the basilisk from the Chamber of Secrets," said Hermione.

"Wait, the Chamber of Secrets in real? And there is a basilisk in there?" asked Snape, wide-eyed.

"Yes to both your questions. So, as I was saying, if he gives it to Ginny this time round too, then perhaps we can take it from her at the earliest, or perhaps we can let it play out the same as last time."

"What happened the last time?"

This time, it was Ron who replied, "Last time Ginny kept writing in the diary and talking to Tom till the end of the year. During the course of the whole year, 4 students were petrified, along with Mrs. Norris and nearly headless Nick. And, at the end of the school year, Tom took Ginny into the chamber to harness her life force, and before doing so, left a message on one of the walls, saying that her skeleton will be in the chamber forever. This prompted me and Harry to go into the chamber, along with the idiot Lockhart, who was the Defence Professor at the time. We went in, Lockhart tried to obliviate me, made the roof cave in, Harry went in alone, fought the Basilisk, killed it with Gryffindor's sword from the sorting hat which Fawkes had brought, and with a Basilisk fang, killed the diary and Tom."

Hermione and Harry were so proud of Ron and what he had spoken now. Though he didn't show it much, it had taken him a lot of time to recover from this incident, as it had threatened her little sister whom he had loved so much.

Then, Snape spoke, "If you had such an adventurous second year, I wonder what happened with the Stone in your first year?"

"Oh yeah, about that. Quirrell has Voldemort inside his turban," said Harry casually.

"What? The Dark Lord is in the school! That too in Quirrell's head! And how can you be so casual about it?!" Snape was shell shocked.

"Yeah, don't worry. I think I have a solution for that too," said Harry.

"And what might that be?" asked Snape.

"Simple. We take the Stone before Quirrell," said Ron.

"Come today after your flying lessons," said Snape in a voice which warranted no opposition.

They left Snape's quarters to find that they had missed all of Herbology and lunch, and part of History. Thinking that Binns wouldn't even notice if they missed the class, they went into the ROR to just relax, and also, on Hermione's insistence, plan ahead.

"Honestly! I didn't think that I would have to nag you now also," said Hermione, at which both Ron and Harry began laughing.

"You both are impossible," said Hermione and marched into the Room.

After a few minutes of relaxing on the couches that the Room had provided, Hermione sprung into action. She asked the Room for a board which was promptly put up on a wall which had come up in front of them. It seemed that she had also, mentally, asked the Room to remove the couches as Harry and Ron were sprawled on the floor.

"What did you do that for?" whined Ron.

Harry, though, tried asking the Room to give the couches back, but since they didn't appear, they thought that the Room may have put Hermione on a higher standing than them.

"Ok, so our, by far, the most important objective is safely securing the Stone," said Hermione, and 'SECURE STONE' appeared on the board.

"I think that we should just go as soon as possible, after discussing with Snape," said Harry.

"I think it is great," replied Ron.

"Ok, so that's settled then," said Hermione.

There appeared a box beside 'SECURE STONE' which had a red tick and Hermione said they would tick it green after they had the Stone safe with them, and the red tick symbolised that they had a plan which had not yet been executed.

"Wait, if we are going to take the Stone, Flamel would die, wouldn't he?" asked Ron.

"Perhaps we can contact Flamel, meet with him and give it to him personally," said Hermione.

There appeared 'GIVE STONE TO FLAMEL' beside 'SECURE STONE'.

Then Hermione gazed at the board for a minute, deep in thought, and then there appeared many thing simultaneously on the board.

Below 'SECURE STONE' appeared 'SAVE SIRIUS' and alongside it, there was 'GET HARRY AWAY FROM DURSLEYS' which made Harry blush with embarrassment.

Below 'SAVE SIRIUS', there was written 'DESTROY HORCRUXES' and below it was a list which read, in order, Diary, Ring, Cup, Locket, Diadem, Nagini and Harry.

After some thought, Harry put a few things of his own on the board.

He replaced 'GET HARRY AWAY FROM DURSLEYS' to 'MAKE HARRY LORD POTTER'.

In the last timeline, it was only after the War that he had found out he could have become Lord Potter at the age of eleven since both his parents were dead and had not appointed a regent (though one had been appointed by Dumbledore as Chief Warlock, but it didn't count as the head of house at the time had not appointed one). He also found out, that by becoming Lord Potter, he could have reclaimed control of the all the Potter family accounts and properties, and he could have stayed at any of those properties (all of which were warded to the hilt and not even Voldemort could enter) and avoided the Dursleys. This was one of the things that had made him truly angry at Dumbledore. And also was the fact, that because of him destroying so much of Gringotts, the bank had held all his assets and had sold them out. It was only by using his contacts among the wealthy, most prominently including the Malfoys, had he managed to convince them to buy the properties and return them to him. He had had a long conversation about it with Dumbledore's portrait when he had found that out. Dumbledore had said that he had thought about it, but had decided against it because if it were known where he were living, Voldemort's supporters might try to reach him there (and this was all genuine on Dumbledore's part, as he had truly not known how much the properties were warded, and if they would accept warding from an outsider like him, since Harry, at the time, couldn't cast the wards required and he hadn't wanted to give Harry false hope). Though Harry had ranted at Dumbledore for more than half an hour, Dumbledore had borne it all silently as he acknowledged his mistake and had even begun to weep by the end of it.

After the end of his rant, Dumbledore had said something which Harry never thought he'd be able to forget.

"Harry," said Dumbledore. "Now that I have so much free time on my hands, I realise that most of the decisions I made, especially in regards to you, were wrong. As soon as Hagrid brought you to me, I detected a piece of dark magic in your scar, so vile it could only be a Horcrux. So, I left you with the Dursleys as an intermediate solution, because of the blood wards, before I could think of a permanent one. But as I started researching, I found that there was no way to remove the Horcrux from you without killing you. And because of this startling revelation, I discerned that you would need to be killed to ensure Voldemort's final death. Then I started searches for a sprit or a wraith and I found one hiding in the forests of Albania. I knew it had to be Voldemort. So I began researching possible ways for him to come back. One was Flamel's Stone obviously. And I found something else too. A ritual which needed the bones of the father, flesh of the servant and blood of the enemy. So, I thought that if he would use your blood in the ritual, there was a tiny sliver of hope that you would survive. As soon as Arabella's monthly report came in, I understood what kind of life you would have with the Dursleys growing up. I decided not to remove you from there because had you been showered with love, you may have turned into someone like Draco. And had that been the case, you would have never agreed to sacrifice yourself for the sake of others. That is why I had to keep you with the Dursleys, Harry. I hope you can forgive me now."

Below it, and beside 'DESTROY HORCRUXES', came 'GET RAT IN AZKABAN'. Below it came 'BECOME FRIENDS OF THE GOBLIN NATION'. This was too a very important thing as Goblins provided everything that a Friend could need for, including the entire Goblin army for his/her protection.

"Well, I guess that just sums it up," said Harry.

"Anything to add Ron?" asked Hermione.

"Yeah, one minute," replied Ron.

'MAKE SURE SNAPE GETS HIS CREDIT' appeared on the board.

"Now it is complete," said Ron.

Both Harry and Hermione marveled at the astounding change in Ron who had, just a few days previously, had been warning them against telling Snape.

"Now that it is done, we will leave the planning to tomorrow, I believe we now have to go to Charms," said Hermione.

Harry cast the Tempus charm and found that they only had five minutes to their Charms class. They rushed to the common room to get their books and hurried to the Charms classroom. Soon it was over and they found themselves walking to the grounds for their first flying lesson.

A/N: Hoped you liked the chapter. Thank you all again. I simply find it astonishing that my story has crossed 1000 views in such a short space of time. I really need a beta reader, preferably someone who is fluent in British english, knows the slang terms and all such things British. If you are interested, just drop off a review stating the same or PM me.
