The two silently walked through the dense woods as Vincent guided them to the forest's edge. As they walked farther, the trees thinned out, giving a clear view of the small lake that Aurora mentioned. There was no one else around aside from themselves. The moonlight beautifully illuminated the lake. It was perfectly circular, with a gentle slope in the center, surrounded by gently flowing water. Aurora's eyes sparkled as she stared at the lake and the grassy field beyond the water. Her vision was sharpened by the moonlight illuminating the lake's surface.
"Here we are..." Vincent said happily as he and Aurora stopped walking once they were met with the lake's surface.
("Y-Yes, Master, thank you for taking me here,") Aurora said with gratitude, bowing her head submissively, her confident self fading away.
"You're welcome," Vincent replied with a smile, wrapping his arm around her shoulder and pulling her closer as he gazed upon the substantial glowing moon.
"Mmm..." ("This is nice...") Aurora's mental voice mumbled with a sigh of relief as she laid her head against Vincent's shoulder, starting at the waving lulling waters.
"Let's sit down on the shore, shall we?" Vincent suggested as he brought Aurora with him, sitting on the soft green grass.
Aurora nodded in agreement as she sat next to Vincent, her head returning to his shoulder, resting. She slowly inched her paw over his hand, stroking it gently once she made contact. Her fingers traced Vincent's opisthenar softly as they gazed into each other's eyes.
("It's getting chilly...") Aurora said, her voice building confidence as her eyes nervously glanced over at the night starry sky, bundling herself as she did.
"Yeah, it is," Vincent agreed, noticing Aurora shiver. He wrapped his arm around Aurora, pulling her closer to him and repositioning her, so she was almost on his lap. His arms held her close as possible, her puffy tail and stick allowed. Aurora couldn't help but blush due to Vincent's actions.
"F-Feel any w-warmer? I… I thought h-holding you like this would k-keep us both w-warm..." Vincent stuttered, looking down at the ground, embarrassed. Aurora's ears twitched as she heard Vincent's fastening heartbeat. Aurora felt her body being warmed by the heat emanating from his body. Aurora leaned her head against Vincent's chest; she was in a state of bliss.
("S-So much better. Feels warm and c-cozy... T-Thank you, M-Master!") Contentedly Aurora smiled as she rested her cheek on Vincent's chest so that she could hear his heartbeat more audibly in the brief silence.
Vincent shuffled as he leaned back, staring into the bright stars. "Hey Aurora, since we're here…" He spoke, breaking the strange suspense. "What exactly did you want to talk about?" Vincent asked kindly in wonder as he rubbed Aurora's soft back soothingly.
("W-Well... Hmmm...") Aurora hesitated briefly. "Should I really tell him...?" Aurora worriedly asked herself. "No, he's your master. After all, he wouldn't hate you or anything... Right?" Aurora thought for a moment before nodding her head affirmatively though she still fought her judgment.
"Y'know, if you're trying to tell me something... Errm... Personal? You can hold off telling me for another day. I honestly wanted to come here to see the lake with you again heh-heh... So I'll listen to you whenever you decide to tell me about it... Alright?" Vincent reassured Aurora as he watched her internally struggle.
("I…") Aurora paused, taking a second to sigh. ("T-Thanks, Master... I'm glad to know you'll be patient with me!") Aurora said with a happy smile as she nuzzled up against Vincent's chest, releasing a short breath thankfully as she again sighed though she cursed herself.
"Well, of course... We've only been back together for a few months, so I don't expect you to be perfectly comfortable with me, so please, Aurora... Don't rush things with yourself. That's the only thing I'll ask of you... Okay?" Vincent's voice was soft and somber; his usual casual calm voice was no longer present, and his arm slivered around Aurora's back, enclosing them into an embrace.
Aurora was taken aback by Vincent's sudden change in demeanor and tone of voice. She had never seen him so rigorous she wasn't sure how to react; she couldn't hold back the bright blush that formulated on her cheeks.
("T-Thanks once again, Master... I... I d-don't deserve your kindness... But I promise I won't push myself...") Aurora said in a shaky voice as she slowly moved onto Vincent's lap, straddling him.
Vincent pulled Aurora closer, wrapping his arm around her waist as he hugged her tightly. The two sat in silence as they listened to each other breathe, their hearts beating and the wind screaming past their ears, mixing in the sound, which seemed all so bizarre. After several minutes of quiet contemplation, Aurora decided to speak up with a soft yawn.
("I-I'm a bit, t-tired Master... C-Could we head back...?") Aurora said as she closed her eyes and snuggled against Vincent, who still had his arms wrapped around her back, holding her close.
"Sure... Let's go. I could use a good rest myself." Vincent nodded, smiling, retracting his arms and allowing Aurora to stand.
The two stood up and began returning to the campgrounds where their tent sat. Aurora held onto Vincent's hand as they walked together, not letting go; her crimson eyes were fixed on his facial features.
"I-Is there some dirt on my f-face?" Vincent asked as he glimpsed over at Aurora's dagger-like gaze. The sound of Hoothoot cries filled the surrounding area.
("N-No Master...") Aurora shook her head with a smile. ("S-Sorry for staring...") Aurora apologetically said; her steps were now uneven with Vincent's.
"Don't worry about it, it's fine," Vincent smiled warmly, blushing at Aurora's adorable reaction running his free hand through his medium-lengthed slate-colored hair.
("A-Also I-I'm sorry for wasting your time like that, M-Master! I-I swear i-it won't happen again... Please forgive me...") Aurora continued apologizing, her mouth quivering as her tail swayed slowly with slight twitches and her nose raised to the night's cold breeze.
"Hahaha... No need to worry about it; It's not a big deal," Vincent chuckled. "I enjoyed our time together, so I'll say it was worth it." Vincent's hand squeezed Aurora's paw rubbing his thumb with love and care.
Aurora couldn't help but smile wider upon hearing his words. Aurora leaned further into Vincent as they continued their trek back to the site.
The two soon arrived back at the open green grass field covered in darkness at the campgrounds. Stealthily Vincent sneaked back to their tent. Aurora stepped inside the tent first, causing Vincent to follow suit with faint, crumbling noises emanating from their movements. Once inside, Aurora closed the flap behind them; afterward, both settled on the tent floor. Aurora scooched closer to Vincent, their bodies just centimeters apart. An awkward silence filled the tent. Wild Kricketot sang before Aurora invaded Vincent's mind with her voice.
("M-Master? Could we cuddle...?") Aurora looked up at Vincent nervously, her eyes shaking. ("B-Before going to sleep? I'd really like that...") Aurora pleaded, her tone soft, easing Vincent's mind.
"Of course we can," Vincent answered with a smile. "It wouldn't be the first time we've cuddled after all." Vincent rubbed the nape of his neck sheepishly, reminiscing all the affection Aurora had shown in the past.
Aurora happily smiled as she curled up in Vincent's arms as they laid themselves down. She nestled her head under Vincent's chin as he wrapped his arms around her. Aurora relaxed in Vincent's embrace as she breathed heavily.
("You're warm...") Aurora whispered as she snuggled into Vincent.
Vincent simply replied with a chuckle as he gently placed his hand on her back, petting her smooth purple fur trailing his hands up to her white chest fluff and repeating. Aurora couldn't help but knead her claws into Vincent's back as she masked in the caring man's arms, her heart fluttering from every gentle brushing stroke.
("P-Please don't st-stop petting me, M-Master… It f-feels way too good…" ~) Aurora softly moaned as her eyes clenched tight. Aurora's small figure felt like it was hastily bound to betray her as heat overcame the top half of her body, gradually spreading to the lower half resulting in panting short, heavy breaths.
"You feeling alright, Aurora…? You're not too warm, are you? If so, I could give you some space…" Vincent whispered as he tried to withdraw his arms away, but before he could do so, Aurora's mental voice invaded his mind once more with a desperate tone.
("N-No!") Aurora accidentally shouted, echoing a buzz. ("I-I mean n-no, please d-don't let go…") Aurora said, correcting her wording and nuzzling her snout deeper as possible into Vincent's neck. ("J-Just don't let g-go, M-Master…") Aurora pleaded, now blushing a dark hue
"O-O…kay…" Vincent's heart pumped faster. Vincent was confused about his own emotions, but he'll be lying to himself if it didn't feel pleasant having Aurora in his arms, though the sudden buzzing was another story.
Vincent's hands slid down Aurora's sides, and his fingers ran along Aurora's waistline until he reached her hips. He then proceeded to gently circle her hips with his fingertips, an action that sent warmth through Aurora's body.
("Ah... H-Haah... P-Please Master… F-Forgive me…") Aurora quietly mumbled as she buried her head into Vincent's neck, relishing in the touch of his calloused fingers.
"Mm," Vincent contentedly hummed as he continued to pet Aurora's hips, his other hand idly running across her back, tracing the curves of her spine. Vincent's rough hands felt terrific. The contrast of his turbulent fingers against her silky-smooth fur was a sensation that she had experienced time and time again.
"Ohhh..." Aurora quietly gasped as she felt a light tremor run through her body in response to Vincent's touch. Aurora trembled; her body wanted to take control and buck herself in Vincent's lap, but she held back. Her breath hitched as she felt herself growing hot yet again, this time with lust. "Why is my body acting like this? I don't want Master to stop, yet his hands... They're going to make me lose control... Oh, Arceus..." Aurora moaned. Aurora's breathing grew heavier as her arousal intensified.
"I'm s-so incredibly hot... My chest feels like it's burning... I can barely breathe... Mmm..." Aurora whimpered as she felt as if sweat dripped from her body despite the likeliness of not being possible.
Vincent then noticed how red Aurora was. He mentally panicked, realizing how forward his actions were. He quickly withdrew his hands from Aurora's waist as they noticeably shook.
"U-Um... A-Are you okay, Aurora? I... I didn't hurt you, did I?" Vincent stammered concernedly.
Aurora shook her head as she lifted her head from Vincent's neck, blushing furiously. She couldn't believe that she had lost control so fast in front of Vincent; she was mortified. However, it didn't take long for her expression to light up when she saw Vincent's face turn a deep shade of red from embarrassment.
Aurora grinned as she got distracted by Vincent's dangling hair, playing around with it, twirling it around her claw, and tugging at his black hair, her pale paw's colors mixing in with his black hair. Not a single syllable was spoken.
"A-Aurora…?" Vincent stammered, his blush still heating his face as he gazed into Aurora's awestruck expression
"A-Ah!" Aurora shook her head violently, throwing her paw back. ("S-Sorry, Master! I-I j-just needed t-to distract m-myself...") Aurora said timidly.
"Th-That... That sounds like something I'd do... Haha... I-I understand..." Vincent sighed as he looked down, averting his gaze to the side, his cheeks burning. "P-Plus I w-wasn't uncomfortable with it o-or anything; I was o-only curious..." Vincent said sheepishly.
Aurora smiled shyly at Vincent, her eyes sparkling with happiness as she looked up at him. She also relaxed, knowing that Vincent wasn't upset about what had happened.
("Sorry for worrying you, Master...") Aurora apologized again, bowing her head.
Vincent looked back at Aurora and gave a gentle nod as he smiled.
"It's fine, don't worry about it, Aurora," Vincent said reassuringly. "And you have nothing to apologize for." Vincent brought his hand to her chin so she could look at him
Aurora smiled happily at Vincent's kind words, especially his touch, before continuing. ("Y-You were petting my hip a while ago a-and it felt... N-Nice… C-Could you continue? If y-you may...") Aurora pleaded, her eyes gleaming as she asked for a request she thought was forbidden.
"I-It didn't make you feel uncomfortable o-or-" Before Vincent could continue, Aurora put a finger over his lips, cutting him off.
("I-It's okay, M-Master, you're only petting me a-afterall...~ It'll feel the same w-wherever you decide to put y-your hands on me, I-I wouldn't mind... You are my Master...~) Aurora spoke in a soft, sweet tone, her cheeks turning pinker than ever. Aurora pulled her finger away from Vincent's lips as she gave him a warm smile which put the man in a flustered, paralyzed state.
"Arceus, what is happening?" Vincent mentally questioned. "T-This feels wrong... B-But why does it feel so damn right…" Vincent's thoughts were clouded by confusion.
"If that's what you want, then I will. Though I am surprised by your forwardness, Aurora," Vincent said, smiling slightly at Aurora.
("I-I'm t-trying my best to be this confident... D-Don't always expect me to be this forward...") Aurora said bashfully with a slightly nervous grin.
"Well, I'll t-try not to," Vincent said with a chuckle. "Although, I think it's kinda cute you're trying to act more assertive," Vincent said with much more clarity and enthusiasm.
Aurora's ears perked up at those words. She blushed deeply at the thought of being 'cute' by Vincent's standards, her tail wagging as her ear twitched.
("D-Do you think of m-me more than c-cute...? M-Maybe beautiful?") Aurora asked. Her tail's tempo quickened.
"I..." Vincent paused. "I'm actually n-not sure how I should answer that," Vincent said, his cheeks turning darker as he pondered.
("W-What do you mean? What do you see when you look at me…") Aurora asked curiously, innocently leaning her face closer to his.
"I..." Vincent's mind went blank as he found himself speechless. He couldn't find words to describe how Aurora made him feel or what he thought of her, at least, any words he could use without the fear of being looked down upon. Vincent was consumed with so much fear, so much so that he was afraid of losing her through his own feelings; he felt attraction, love, and concern for her, and Vincent wished he could keep such secrets at bay.
"When did these strange feelings even begin?" Vincent wondered though he knew his thoughts wouldn't bring him the answers he desired because his views were already locked onto something... ...No... Someone. Vincent's deepest desires were Aurora. He wanted her; why else would he mindlessly touch her in inappropriate ways?
"Arceus... How could I have been blind for so long?" Vincent muttered to himself, covering his flustered face as his voice quivered.
Aurora looked at Vincent worriedly, listening to his troubled yet accepting tone.
("A-Are you alright, M-Master?") Aurora asked. ("I-I'm sorry if the question w-was a bit more forward than u-usual...") Aurora leaned her head back, her nose twitching as she thought she had done something wrong.
Vincent took a deep breath before speaking.
"Yes, I'm fine. No need to apologize, Aurora. It's just... Complicated... But I think I'm starting to come to terms with it," Vincent said as he smiled weakly, his emerald orbs glancing up at Aurora's watering eyes, her concern for him influencing her emotions.
Although confused with the man's words, Aurora smiled significantly as she wrapped her arms around Vincent tightly, squeezing every bone in his body.
("Y-You d-don't have to answer my question n-now Master... I'll w-wait when you're ready... As you wait for me...~") Aurora said with sweetness as she smiled brightly
Vincent chuckled at this, and hearing Aurora speak so sweetly filled his heart with joy.
"Thank you, Aurora... You're the kindest person I've ever met..." Vincent said as he smiled warmly, his hands sneaking onto Aurora's hips again.
Aurora let out a happy little purr as she felt Vincent's hands start to pet her hips again and being called a person, a term she cursed herself for not being. If only she were human, she could conveniently get her feelings across. Aurora then ran her claws through Vincent's hair again, lightly kneading his scalp, which he enjoyed every second.
"Why am I starting to feel hot…? Is it because Aurora's here? Or maybe it's just because I've never felt this way before... Maybe I'm just scared of what I'm feeling now… …Ugh…" Vincent thought, unsure of what to do.
Vincent's thoughts were interrupted by a soft moan from Aurora.
Aurora's tail swayed back and forth in a slow rhythm as she moved her hips in synchronicity with Vincent's fingers.
"Mmm…~" Aurora moaned softly as she closed her eyes, enjoying the sensation.
Vincent's fingers kept their pace, moving in small circles around Aurora's hips, each stroke sending shivers through Aurora's body.
("F-Forgive me...") Aurora mumbled between her moaning breaths as she opened her eyes to see Vincent looking at her with concern.
"Mm…?" Vincent said, slightly taken aback by Aurora's sudden statement.
("I-I'm trying my best not to make such n-noises... P-Please, forgive me...") Aurora mumbled.
"Shhh... It's alright, Aurora, no need to feel ashamed… Relax… I-It's only a noise after all…" Vincent said soothingly as he continued to stroke her hips.
("Oh, Master...") Aurora softly said as she leaned closer to Vincent, pressing her forehead against his shoulder as her hips swayed into his touch.
Vincent's smile grew wider as he felt Aurora lean against him. Aurora nuzzled Vincent's chest as her breath grew erratic. She needed to stop herself somehow though it didn't take long for her to come up with something.
("I-I-I think we s-should go to s-sleep Master... We've been up all day...~") Aurora mumbled as she rubbed her head against Vincent's neck, hoping her acts would influence Vincent's choices. Aurora's voice alone was enough to send a wave of heat through Vincent's body.
"G-Good idea," Vincent said as he placed his right hand on the side of Aurora's head, his left still grasping Aurora's thin body. "It's probably already midnight by now..."
Aurora nodded in agreement though the real reason behind her words was that no more lewd noises would escape her mouth.
("N-Night Master...") Aurora whispered sleepily as she wrapped her tail around Vincent's waist while still lying beside him.
"Goodnight, Aurora," Vincent said in a tired voice as he watched Aurora drift off to dreamland. Vincent relaxed his head as he sighed, staring at the pointed roof of the tent, contemplating his ambiguous actions.
Aurora awoke suddenly with a gasp. She slowly rubbed her eyes groggily. When the purple vixen opened them, Aurora realized she was lying next to Vincent. Aurora blushed as she looked at Vincent in a fluster, her cheeks burning bright red. She couldn't help but feel embarrassed about her actions during the night.
Aurora discarded her feelings as she put a paw over his relaxed hand resting on her hip.
"Oh, Master... I wish I could've told you... Tell you how I truly feel..." Aurora quietly said to herself, her ears folding flat against her head as she sighed. ("I'm sorry, Master...") Aurora apologized as she pressed her head against Vincent's chest.
"Hmm..." Vincent hummed awake, feeling a sudden press, his eyes opening slowly as he looked at Aurora.
"Eep!" Aurora's cheeks burned as she heard Vincent's soft hum. She covered her face with each paw as she hid her flushed cheeks from Vincent's view.
"Aurora...? Are you up?" Vincent said tiredly as he yawned, setting a hand on the vixen's back and gently stroking her fur, his gaze now fixed on the tent walls.
("H-Hello M-Master...") Aurora replied softly; a smile crept to her face upon hearing his calming voice.
"What are you doing still up...? Did you have trouble falling asleep?" Vincent asked as he sat up, giving Aurora some space.
("W-Well... Uhm... My thoughts... My mind was racing over them overnight, M-Master... I-I can't stop thinking about...") Aurora paused as she lowered her mental voice to a whisper so Vincent couldn't hear. ("A-About y-y-you...") Aurora stuttered, her words coming out so fast that they jumbled together.
"About...?" Vincent asked, not being able to hear past Aurora's mumbling.
Aurora's tail flicked behind her as she felt her cheeks burn brighter than ever. She had never felt so embarrassed in her life, especially since she was talking about her feelings for her beloved Master.
("A-About uhmm… Your h-heavenly pets! They f-felt so good a-and the th-thought of your h-hands brushing through my f-fur this soooo ex-exhilarating…!") Aurora said quickly, trying her best to get the words out. Her words rushed out of her mouth so fast that they still came out in a jumble.
Aurora's ears folded flat against her head as she fell silent, followed by a guilty look as she realized she had hidden her highest secret with a confession.
Vincent stared at Aurora blankly. His emerald eyes squinted as he tried seeing through his blurry vision. Aurora's words hadn't fully sunk into Vincent's mind yet. He had just been too tired to process Aurora's words correctly.
"S-Sorry Aurora, I'm a bit out of it right now… Please give me a moment..." Vincent said as he rubbed his eyes.
("O-Oh! D-Don't worry about it, M-Master! I-I was ju-just rambling nonsense...! I'm s-sorry for waking you up so early...") Aurora apologized, her embarrassment causing her to blush even more.
"Heh-heh..." Vincent chuckled in a husk tone. "It's quite alright, Aurora. Plus, you said you're having trouble sleeping, correct? So, if you needed me for something, I wouldn't be upset..." Vincent added as he smiled at Aurora.
Aurora smiled happily at Vincent's words, her ears twitching with delight.
("Thank you, Master...") Aurora said with a smile. ("I'll t-try going back to sleep... S-Sorry for disturbing your slumber...~")
Vincent chuckled at Aurora's words, nodding his head.
"Alright then, Aurora. Goodnight," Vincent said as he smiled warmly at Aurora.
("Goodnight Master,") Aurora said with a smile as she laid her head on Vincent's chest.
"Sleep well, Aurora," Vincent said as he closed his eyes. "Oh, and…" Vincent paused for a moment before speaking again. "I think you're more beautiful than anything in this world…" Vincent confessed, his voice soft; his spoken words sent chills down Aurora's spine. She flushed, but her face formed a quivering smile as she closed her eyes, falling back into another slumber, dreaming of the comforting man next to her.
The following day dawned bright and early as the sun rose above the horizon, illuminating the dark sky. Vincent awoke from the many dreams involving his darling vixen, along with the constant chattering outside the tent. He opened his eyes to see Aurora looking at him, swirling a claw in circles around his chest.
("Morning Master...") Aurora said with a soft smile on her lips, her purple, red-tipped tail wagging from under her blanket as she spotted Vincent's opened eyes. ("I hope you slept well...~") Aurora said with a sweet tone. She was surprisingly less timid than ever...
Vincent gave a slight nod, smiling nervously as he felt Aurora's paw rub against his chest, her claws scratching him gently.
Aurora giggled silently as she saw Vincent's expression change after Aurora's paw moved across his chest.
("M-Master... Is something wrong?") Aurora asked curiously, tilting her head, her pointy ears flowing with her head's movements.
Vincent didn't say anything. Instead, he looked away from Aurora, biting his lip, embarrassed to admit that he felt; the fervor for her growing ever more vital.
Aurora noticed Vincent's embarrassment and uneasiness as she moved her paw away from his chest.
("Is there something bothering you, Master? Y-You haven't said anything...") Aurora asked, her ears folding down to her head in concern.
Vincent looked back at Aurora as he spoke. "No, n-nothing is wrong, Aurora... It's just..." Vincent sat up and covered his face with his warm palms. "Arggh I-I... I don't know, honestly... I'm l-likely not fully a-awake, is all. Sorry about this..." Vincent mumbled under his breath.
("It's okay, Master. I understand... I-I shouldn't have let my hands wander l-like that...") Aurora said as she stood up, stretching her thin arms overhead.
Vincent still sat, watching Aurora stretch her adorable figure. He felt his cheeks grow hot from staring at Aurora so much, his heart pounding against his chest; each thump ached.
Aurora glanced at Vincent as she finished stretching and smiled cutely at him. ("S-Should we head outside, M-Master?") Aurora spoke softly as she offered a paw to Vincent.
Vincent took the vixen's paw without hesitation; he stood up as much as possible before his head touched the tent's roof, stretching his shoulders afterward.
"Y-Yeah, I suppose... Let's get this show on the road, shall we?" Vincent said as he held Aurora's paw tightly in his hand.
Aurora smiled happily as she grasped Vincent's hand in hers. The two headed outside into the early morning light. As they exited the tent, they noticed that Clare was awake as well and was already walking around the open green campsite though the rest of the group was out of sight despite hearing chatter moments ago...
"Oh, good morning, you two! ~" Clare chirped as she spotted the two approaching the duo immediately after.
"Mornin' Clare," Vincent said calmly as he walked over to Clare.
Aurora followed along next to Vincent, her tail swishing behind her. ("Hello, Clare!")
Clare inspected the two head to toe with a curious expression, causing both to blush. "You two seem a lot more relaxed than you were yesterday... Did something happen last night? ~" Clare said in a teasing tone.
Vincent looked down at Aurora and grinned shyly. "I wouldn't say anything big h-happened..." Vincent brought his gaze back to Clare with a slight notable blush. Clare's face bore confusion as she didn't expect the answer she'd usually get... That being Vincent shutting down any weird mentions about his relationship with Aurora or the subject entirely.
"Nothing... Big...?" Clare repeated Vincent's words. Her voice toned with the same confusion. "Is everything alright up here?" Clare teased as she brought a fist up to Vincent's forehead, lightly knocking on it, her expression filled with genuine curiosity.
Aurora couldn't help but giggle at Clare's actions. Vincent's face automatically had a dopey grin when Aurora's giggle hit Vincent's eardrums.
"You're being weird, Vince... Weirder than normal, dude...! Something's up!" Clare said bluntly, her expression telling the story of her words.
"N-Nothing's up! And what d-do you mean weirder th-than normal? I'm acting the same as I always do... Right...?" Vincent said hesitantly as he looked at Clare.
"Uh-huh... You're acting way differently... Besides, you don't usually act like... I don't know, this." Clare said, her hands pointing toward Vincent's body up to his flushed face. Vincent blushed deeply as he looked away from Clare with an embarrassed expression.
Clare smiled smugly as she saw Vincent's reaction. She knew he was hiding something because of his embarrassment toward her comment. Vincent turned his attention to Aurora, staring at him with a confused expression, his face bared with trouble.
("M-Master...? What's wrong? Why are you so red all of a sudden?") Aurora asked hesitantly, her ears twitching as she looked back and forth between Vincent and Clare, waiting for an answer.
"I-I'm fine... I'm fine," Vincent said as he smiled weakly, shoving his thoughts further back, internally criticizing himself for being so vulnerable.
"Whatever, weirdo... I got food cooking anyways, so I won't pry... For now... ~" With that, Clare walked off with a wave of goodbye, heading toward the RV.
Aurora looked over at Vincent, her eyes wide with worry and concern for her dear master. ("Are you alright, Master?")
"I-I'm fine... I'm sorry... I'm just a little nervous... About... S-Something," Vincent said as he scratched the back of his head and averted his eyes from Aurora.
Aurora nodded slowly, her brows furrowed in concern. ("Nervous? Why?")
"I-Its not i-important right now... We should follow Clare. I'm starving..." Vincent said as he smiled weakly, hoping to change the subject.
Aurora blinked dumbfoundedly at the man's words. She gave a soft sigh and shook her head. ("Very well...") Aurora said as she let out a small chuckle and leaned into Vincent's side, her cheeks burning red as she did so.
Vincent's heart raced at the touch of Aurora's cheek on his body. He'll be lying to himself if Aurora's scent isn't intoxicating, but now that he's aware of it, the effect on him is much stronger than it was. Her scent reminded him of fresh rain mixed with the sweetness of spring flowers, the soft autumn breeze, and the sharpness of winter ice. It was enough to make his heart race whenever she was near him.
Aurora walked next to Vincent while her raised ears were pressed against his shoulder, her ears flicking softly. ("What kind of food do you think Clare will be making today?") Aurora asked quietly, her cheeks still red.
Vincent's heartbeat sped up at Aurora's question. He was abundantly conflicted about why his heart behaved in such a way. "I dunno... Just something delicious is all I can hope for."
Aurora giggled at Vincent's response. ("I agree, Master...")
Vincent and Aurora headed towards the RV with their stomachs rumbling; both were eager to eat breakfast before anyone else showed up. Vincent stepped inside the RV first as Aurora followed behind him, closing the door shut tightly behind her. Vincent spotted Clare standing over a stovetop preparing breakfast in a pearly kitchen. She was wearing a dorky white apron that covered most of her body, her long blonde hair tied up in a braid as she turned back to look at the two.
"Heya, you guys! Hungry? Breakfast is almost ready!" Clare chirped again as she gave a wave to the two.
"Mhmm... We're famished, Clare," Vincent answered as he walked over to the setting area near the vehicle's entrance, taking a seat. Aurora followed after Vincent, plopping down next to and close to Vincent as she was when they were in the tent, nuzzling into him.
"Aurora… Sorry for making you get up but can you come here for a second…?" Clare spoke, looking over her shoulder and gazing at Aurora's pouting face
("Okay...") Aurora said as she stood up and made her way toward Clare's cooking area with a frown unamused that Clare removed the bipedal vulpine Pokémon from her humanoid personal pillow: Vincent.
"Soooo...~ Did you... Confess yet? ~" Clare teased in a whisper as she looked at Aurora with an ever-knowing smirk.
Aurora blushed lightly as she looked away from Clare's amused expression. ("No... I... Haven't...") Aurora said quietly as she looked at her paws in embarrassment. ("I-I wanted to b-but... I couldn't...") Aurora bared a hurtful expression that looked like she was on the brink of crying. Aurora looked up at Clare with her now teary blue crimson eyes, her ears folded over her head; she looked utterly miserable. ("But I... I love him... So much... So why...") Aurora muttered with a painful tone, her shoulders shaking slightly as she examined the floor.
Clare mentally panicked when she saw a tear drop from her eye. "H-Hey Aurora, I-It's alright! Y-You, don't have to force yourself because I-I said so! T-Take your time, alright...? Tell him whenever you're ready..." Clare softly said as she looked over at Vincent, who was confused about the quiet conversion the two blabbered over.
("I-I'm not forcing myself... I just want to tell him... But I need to figure out how... I-I feel so stupid...") Aurora said as she looked up at Clare with her teary eyes.
"Jeez, sometimes I wish I could perfectly understand you as Vincent does..." Clare whispered under her breath. "Hey, don't worry about it right now, ok...? Please have a seat while I finish breakfast, plus Vincent looks a little stressed... Maybe you can help with that?~" Clare suggested sweetly as she continued to cook.
Aurora nodded as she sat back down next to Vincent; Aurora was lost in thought, pondering over her situation. She wasn't sure whether to confess to Vincent or not. The longer she thought, the more her heart ached.
"You alright, Aurora...?" Vincent spoke, alerting Aurora out of her thoughts. "Your eyes are redder than usual, heh-heh..." Vincent chuckled awkwardly as he looked at Aurora's teary face and leaned forward in his seat with his hands clamped together.
Aurora blushed furiously and wiped the tears from her face. ("I-I'm fine...") Aurora said as she looked at Vincent with her eyes closed. ("I'm sorry... T-The hot air i-is making my eyes water... I-It's nothing... Really...") Aurora said somberly as she ran her paws through her ear tuff, her other ear flicking in irritation.
Vincent sighed as he brought his hand over the top of her head, which caused Aurora to lean into his touch. Her ears perked up as she felt his hand gently stroking the top of her cranium.
Aurora looked up at Vincent with a smile on her lips, her cheeks reddening as she did so. ("Thank you, Master... F-For caring a-about me so much...")
Vincent felt his heart melt at Aurora's grateful expression. His arms wrapped around Aurora's waist and pulled her closer to him as he hugged her tight.
Aurora bit her lower lip in delight at Vincent's affectionate gesture. ("W-Wow... M-Master...") Aurora squealed in happiness.
"S-Sorry, i-if this is a bit much..." Vincent apologized as he looked down at Aurora, whose face was buried in his chest. He tried to push away the blush rising from his neck and face to his ears.
("N-No, no, it's nothing... I-I'm happy you're willing to c-care... About me... So much...") Aurora said as she buried her face against Vincent's chest, her body feeling warm and fuzzy. ("Th-That's why you're so special to m-me...") Aurora said in a quiet and demure tone as she pressed her cheek against Vincent's shoulder.
"A-Aurora…" Vincent flushed as he gazed into the vixen's gleaming eyes. He wished he could curse himself for falling for her, but any attempt to neglect such thoughts came back stronger.
Clare finished cooking in silence as she watched Aurora and Vincent share a moment; she couldn't help but smirk at the sight of them. Clare put her spatula away and grabbed the plates from the cabinet above the stovetop. She placed them on the table in front of the two before sitting down across from the two.
Clare looked at Vincent, looking down at Aurora with a loving expression, his cheeks reddened by the heat of the blush creeping across his face. Clare smiled at the sight of Vincent being so affectionate toward Aurora. The scene in front of her was like a romance novel she replayed in her head, repeatedly chuckling to herself as she did so.
Clare snapped her fingers near Vincent's ear, startling him and causing Aurora to jump. Clare laughed softly at Vincent's reaction before sliding a plate in front of him. Vincent groaned.
"You have plenty of time to give goo-goo-eyes to each other after breakfast, you dorks! So eat already!" Clare said teasingly as she winked at the two.
"H-Huh!? Wha-" Vincent stuttered in confusion as he looked at Clare in disbelief.
Aurora giggled as she looked up at Vincent with a shy expression.
"E-Enough with th-that already, Clare... Hahaha..." Vincent said, embarrassed, as he took a bite out of his eggs, trying his best to hide his embarrassment. Clare simply stuck her tongue out in response.
"Oh! Before I forget!" Clare spoke, her voice echoing throughout the RV. "You gonna tell me what happened last night, Vincent? Cause... I saw you two walking around last night after I went to bed... I figured you might've been... Doing something... ~"
Vincent's cheeks turned red as he shook his head. "N-Nothing happened, Clare. I swear you have a knack for annoying me... A-Aurora just wanted to see the l-lake, is all... Nothing w-weird... I swear." Vincent said nervously as he tried to avoid her gaze.
Clare's eyes narrowed suspiciously at Vincent's words; she knew something must have happened between the two.
"I think it's pretty weird to sneak out close to midnight, but what do I know? I'm not you, so weird must be normal for you. ~" Clare continued to tease Vincent; he groaned again, already sick with the constant teasing.
"W-Whatever… Enough about me… Where're your friends…?" Vincent asked, generally curious
Clare's face lightened as she tapped her chin. "Eric wanted extra firewood, so he dragged Zeke along... Izabelle, though, wanted to go with them for whatever reason. She said something about hearing cries or some sort last night. Maybe that's why...?" Aurora flushed dark red avoiding eye contact with anyone recalling all the lewd noises she made.
"Huh… Izabelle must've been watching a horror film before bed…? I don't recall any noises…" Vincent dumbfoundedly said, scratching his cheekbone. Aurora sighed in relief, glad Vincent didn't think of the many moans that escaped her mouth.
"Yeah, you're probably right. I wouldn't be surprised if it were some random wild Pokémon…" Clare said, contesting Vincent's accusation, not noticing Aurora's utterly red face.
Vincent shrugged it off as he continued to eat the everlasting tasteful breakfast in front of him.
As Vincent and Aurora finished their meals, the door swung open, and Eric walked inside, huffing in exhaustion as he leaned against the wall.
"I... huff, I got the wood... huff huff," Eric said as he staggered to the dining area, panting heavily.
"You look like shit Eric..." Clare said out loud. "I thought you were just getting sticks?" Clare questioned curiously.
"I did... But we got chased by a ton of pissed-off Beedrills…" Eric said, still huffing.
"Beedrill?" Clare gasped as she clapped her hands together to her lips. "You, Izzy, and Zeke, ok!? What happened!? Were there any injuries?" Clare asked in a panic as she rushed over to her friend.
"We're fine, but they kept chasing us..." Eric replied tiredly.
"Damn... I'm glad you're ok; where are the others anyways?" Clare tilted her head, questioning her other friends.
As if on cue, Izabelle stepped inside the RV with Zeke, who still looked pissed as always, his red hair emanating his fiery personality. He glared at Vincent when his whole body was finally inside the RV. He looked like he could kill someone right then and there with just his stabbing gaze.
"Who invited his ass inside...?" Zeke growled, lifting his head toward Vincent. The black-haired man just sighed, closing his eyes in annoyance. Aurora put a paw on his hand with a tiny grin to ease his negative emotions.
"Dude, can you not?" Eric groaned, rubbing his forehead ticked off.
"Don't worry about it, Eric, it's fine," Vincent said in a monotone voice as he moved from his seat, stood up, and walked toward the exit, slipping past the three. Aurora quickly followed behind with a worried expression. Vincent opened the door and slowly stepped outside; he glanced around the open field as Aurora closed the door behind them. Vincent could hear faint arguing but decided not to pry. He stepped a reasonable distance away so he couldn't hear the mumbling behind the walls. Aurora hurried by his side as he did so.
("Are you going somewhere?") Aurora whispered to Vincent.
"Yea... It's nothing urgent, so don't worry," Vincent replied quietly without turning around to look at Aurora.
Aurora frowned at Vincent's words as she looked up at the sky. ("I-If you're sure...") Aurora trailed off, unsure if she should say anything else.
"I am. You can come with me if you want. I just need some air," Vincent said as he started to walk northward to the familiar opening that led to the woods.
Aurora looked up at Vincent with a small smile, she had no idea what he was thinking, but she'd rather be with him anyway, despite his weird aura. ("S-Sure...") Aurora said with a warm smile as she walked closer to Vincent's side, entering the same forest they had faintly explored the day before.
As soon as Vincent stepped foot inside the woods, he immediately let out a sigh of relief. He felt better now that he was out of the crowded RV. Vincent glanced back at Aurora as she walked beside him; he appreciated how beautiful she looked even in the forest's darkness. Her pale white fur glowed as she walked alongside him under the occasional sunlight.
Aurora looked up at Vincent with her big red eyes. She was happy to be here with him despite the weird circumstances. She was glad to be alone in his company again; Vincent felt the exact same.
("Master...") Aurora said in a low voice as she reached out her paw to Vincent's hand. He took and held it tightly in return.
"What is it, Aurora?" Vincent asked curiously as he looked down at her.
("Are you sure you're fine...? You stormed out without saying anything other than... Well, you know... I'm here if you need me, Master,") Aurora said timidly with a slight trusting grin.
"Yea... I'm fine... I... I just needed some air, as I said before... I'll be alright..." Vincent said as he smiled weakly at Aurora; his grasp tightened.
Aurora hesitated for a moment before throwing her body into his. She squeezed it tight as she borrowed her face. ("Don't let that jerk get in your head, Master...") Aurora murmured softly.
"I won't... At least any more, heh-heh... I'm sorry for making you worry. I just... Don't understand that bastard," Vincent admitted as he rubbed his eyes, a free arm wrapping around her waist.
Aurora chuckled softly at Vincent's confession as she looked up at him with those bright crimson eyes. ("Don't worry about it... That guy is an idiot... You don't have to do anything for him... He's lucky you didn't kick his ass for treating you like that.") Aurora said sternly, with a hint of anger in her tone.
Vincent stared at Aurora blankly before bursting out laughing. "I'm honestly surprised you said something like that..." Vincent said through laughter as he hugged Aurora.
("I-I'm s-sorry, Master! I w-was only sp-speaking my mind. I apologize for my vulgar language!") Aurora apologized as her cheeks grew redder.
Vincent chuckled in response, rubbing Aurora's head. "It's fine... Say whatever you want. Not like anyone will overhear your thoughts since you talk with your mind... Right?"
Aurora giggled and nodded as she enjoyed the warmth of Vincent's arms around her. She borrowed her whole body into him as she gently placed her paws on his dense chest.
The sun rose higher in the sky as morning turned into midday. The duo wandered aimlessly through the forest, hand in hand, as they talked about random things. They stopped now and then to rest and gaze at sights they have yet seen, like the vast flowing clear blue waterfall to a tall standing tree covered with dangling Pineco on the thick branches. During one of their breaks, they sat on a withered bench facing up high on a tall cliff with a vast natural open field view; Doduo and Ponyta, with their parents of Rapidash, ran about filling the green field. Vincent sat silently, flexing his supple wrist, lost in his obscure mind.
("Master, if you don't mind me asking…") Aurora spoke, dragging Vincent away from his thoughts. ("When do you have to go back to work...? You haven't said anything much about it since we left home...") Aurora asked after resting her head on his arm and exhaling a breath.
"Hmm... I was given a week off. We should have around three to four days left until I have to start working again..." Vincent said with a frown. He didn't like the idea of returning to his workplace to who knows what his parents were planning as soon as he got back home.
("That's good... I want to spend that remaining time with my Master as much as I can...~") Aurora smiled happily as she pressed her muzzle against his chest, blushing a faint pink.
Vincent felt the same way. He knew he wouldn't see Aurora every hour of the following future days. Vincent wanted to make sure he spent every minute possible with her. Vincent owed her that ever since he left her all those years ago, Vincent owed her that he'll do whatever he could to repay all of the lost time.
"O-Okay then… S-Sounds like a plan." Vincent said timidly as he looked at Aurora, a warm smile creeping on his face.
Aurora smiled shyly back at Vincent before looking ahead at the surrounding trees. ("Master... How long do you think we've been walking? I don't believe we've wandered very far...") Aurora said with a small laugh.
"Well... I'm not too sure either... It seems like we've walked for hours," Vincent replied.
Aurora giggled at Vincent's answer as she gripped his hand tighter. ("Haha, well... I guess it doesn't matter how far we went or not... As long as we are together, that's all that matters, isn't it, Master?") Aurora said sweetly as she peered up at him.
Vincent pursed his lips in thought as he looked down at Aurora. Vincent felt his heart race at Aurora's words. He even saw her blushing a darker red as she looked up at him with her large crimson eyes; she bit her lip when the vixen realized what she had said.
("Ah-ha haa... I'm sorry... I didn't mean to say that out loud... I-I was thinking how much I love being with you, Master... I don't care if we walked miles or not... All that matters is that I am with you.") Aurora stuttered her words as she looked down at her feet. ("Th-That kinda slipped out. S-Sorry for making things worse, Master...")
Vincent gulped as he looked up at Aurora with a mix of confusion and joy in his eyes. His mind was filled with uncertainty, fear, and doubt. He wanted to tell her that everything she just said was true. However, his voice failed him when he opened his mouth, and his throat left an acrid taste as he croaked.
"N-No need to apologize, Aurora... It's fine," Vincent's voice finally escaped as he held Aurora's hand tighter. Aurora smiled brightly at Vincent, glad to hear his words, but she couldn't help feeling nervous. She glanced at his lips nervously, she watched them quiver in embarrassment, wanting to kiss him and ease whatever he had on his mind, but Aurora feared she'd lose herself entirely in the act or, even worse, Vincent hating her.
("U-Uhm… I also wanted to say… Did you mean what you said…?") Aurora began, darting her eyes away from Vincent's confused gaze, unable to decipher Aurora's inscrutable meaner.
"What do you mean…?" Vincent tilted his head as he stared at the purple-coated vixen. He watched as her tail flicked at an uneven pace.
("Last n-night… When I accidentally woke you up… You said I was beautiful…") Aurora confirmed her words as she brought her crimson eyes back to Vincent; she bore a dark hue blush. ("D-Did you mean that…? A-Am I truly beautiful in your eyes…?") Aurora's nose twitched as she awaited Vincent's reply.
Vincent gulped. He didn't want to lie to Aurora or hurt her. He felt his heart hammering in his chest as he tried to find an answer.
"I meant every word I said," Vincent finally said as he smiled at Aurora's questioning eyes. Her ears perked up in curiosity.
Aurora beamed at Vincent's confession. She blushed brighter as she leaned forward, her breath tickling Vincent's neck as she grabbed onto his shoulders.
("R-Really!? O-Oh, I'm so happy!") Aurora murmured loudly as she gazed up at Vincent's handsome face. Her face was inches away from his.
Vincent wanted to break this awkward moment, so he wrapped his arms around Aurora's slender waist. He pulled her closer to him and kissed Aurora's forehead tenderly, ruining Aurora's apparent intentions.
"You're welcome, Aurora," Vincent said as he continued to hold Aurora's waist.
Aurora grinned happily and closed her eyes blissfully as she enjoyed the gentle kisses Vincent planted on her forehead, her face heating up in embarrassment as she turned her face away and rested her cheek on Vincent's shoulder.
("M-Maybe we should head back to camp soon... I'm starting to feel hungry,") Aurora said suddenly as she tugged on Vincent's hand, withdrawing her touch from his shoulders.
"Oh, yeah... Good idea..." Vincent agreed, turning around and retracing their steps as they began to walk back to the campsite.
As they returned to the campsite, the sun lowered itself from its previous state into the horizon, and the campfire was burning bright. Everyone was gathered around the fire, drinking their respective drinks and talking amongst themselves as they played a game of cards.
"Hey guys, you're back...!" Clare called out as she ran over to Vincent and Aurora.
"Haha yeah... We're back," Vincent nervously said, scratching the nape of his neck, remembering he ran off. Aurora followed behind him closely.
Clare grinned at Vincent and Aurora. "You two were gone for quite a while... What happened?"
"Nothing much, really; we just wandered around aimlessly," Vincent said as he looked down at his feet.
"Nothing is hard to believe... You were gone for a long time, Vincent. Are you sure you weren't trying something? ~" Clare said with a snicker.
Vincent glared at Clare before looking away. He was so embarrassed at what she implied. He felt his ears turn red as he recalled the comforting embrace. "Arceus, shut up..." Vincent grunted through his teeth.
Clare laughed louder at Vincent's reaction before turning to Aurora, realizing she was also bright red. Clare had a mischievous smile as she played scenes in her head between the two. "Haha! Sorry, it's so easy to tease you, Vincent! Don't take it personally," Clare teased as she chuckled.
"Yeah, whatever..." Vincent muttered as he waved his hands dismissively.
Clare's laughter died down as she motioned the two to follow her. "C'mon, I bet both of your feet are dying for some rest. We're playing a game of cards if you wanna join."
Vincent sighed as he shrugged his shoulders. "Why not…" Vincent huffed as he walked toward the firepit. Clare had him in tow, with Aurora following close behind him, lightly chuckling. Clare's friends were visibly laughing and snacking.
"Hey, who's winning?" Clare asked as she sat down.
"Hm? I'm sure I'm losing..." Eric said with a shrug as he looked at Clare.
"Understandable, but who's winning, though? I wanna know..." Clare asked eagerly as she looked at the group.
"Izabelle is winning... She beat us earlier this morning, so she's been going strong ever since..." Zeke groaned, unpleased that he was losing.
"How about another round? ~ Vincent and Aurora, you're joining in!" Izabelle noticed Vincent's presence as she shuffled the deck of cards, getting comfortable in front of the fire.
"Sure, why not?" Vincent said with a weak smile sitting down with Aurora.
("Errmm... I d-don't know how to p-play Master...") Aurora said nervously as she watched Izabelle shuffle the cards with interest.
"Don't worry; I'll help you. It's pretty simple…" Vincent reassured Aurora as she felt slightly anxious.
"Alrighty then, shall we begin?" Izabelle said as she dealt the first hand to everyone.
Vincent glanced over at Aurora when everyone obtained their cards before staring intently at the cards in her hand. Aurora was inspecting the dealt cards though she had trouble comprehending the meaning of the symbols and numbers that were inscribed on the cards. Vincent tried his best to describe every card she had received in great detail. Slowly but surely, as the game went on, Aurora had a more excellent grasp of the game. By the end of the game, Aurora was able to hold her own against the rest of the group giggling to herself as she got more involved in the game.
In the midst of the final hand, Izabelle's hand had triumphed over everyone else. "Looks like I win this round!" Izabelle exclaimed as she laid his cards on the flat log they were temporarily using as a table. Everyone applauded and congratulated Izabelle, except for Zeke, who groaned as he lost yet again.
"Damn it. I hate losing..." Zeke grumbled as he hung his head low, his red hair dangled.
Once the applause died, Clare spoke, "How do you keep winning? Maybe you should teach me how to play..." Clare said with a curious look.
"Sure thing, Clare!" Izabelle said with a thumbs up. "So... Round two?" Izabelle grinned.
The others agreed with Izabelle as they discarded their cards, but Vincent's phone rang deep within his pocket before they could begin. Vincent fished out his phone and looked at the display screen. "Shit..." Vincent muttered. Aurora looked at him with worried curious eyes.
("What is it?") Aurora asked with concern in her voice, her smile fading from all the excitement.
"Sorry, I have to take this..." Vincent said apologetically, walking away from the group, stumbling. "Please don't rip my throat out, mother..." Vincent muttered as he accepted the incoming call when he was decently far enough away from everyone else and the heat of the bright fire.
"Vincent! Where the hell are you!?" Vincent's mother barked the moment Vincent put the phone to his ear. Vincent flinched back from the sudden outburst but slowly put the phone back to his ear before speaking.
"W-What do you mean, mother?" Vincent said with hesitance in his voice, biting his tongue.
"Your father wanted me to come by and see how you were holding up, but you're not even home! So, answer the question, Vincent, where are you." Vincent's mother finished sternly, her tone leaving a pit in Vincent's stomach.
Vincent hung his head low before answering his mother. "I'm sorry, Mother... I-I'm currently away at the moment... I'll be back soon, I-I promise." Vincent's voice cracked.
"Soon better be now. Your father didn't give you the week off, so you can do whatever the hell you want. Remember, he gave you this time off so you can refocus on what's important. That'll be you inheriting the company, so you better be home before midnight, or your father will be less forgiving... I'll expect an explanation tomorrow... Good day Vincent." Mrs. Garrison lectured, finishing with a huff.
"Yes, Ma'am..." Vincent sighed, hanging up his phone and stuffing it into his pocket. "Fuck." Vincent exhaled as he gazed at the now-orange sky. Vincent stood still until he jolted up and heard soft steps behind him, the grass shuffling, symbolizing each step. Vincent turned around only to find Aurora staring at him with concerned eyes, her paws enclosed together.
("Master...? Are you alright? Did something happen?") Aurora asked timidly. Her crimson eyes sparkled with concern.
Vincent nodded as he rubbed the back of his neck. "Yea... Uhh... My mother called earlier and scolded the hell outta me for not being at home..." Vincent said with a dark expression, his emerald eyes drifting off to the tall standing trees.
("I... I thought you had a week off...? What did you do wrong?") Aurora tilted her head confused.
"Well... I thought that too but you met my mother... Father is exactly like her, but he's way worse, including his idiotic plans for the damn company... No wonder why they're married, haha..." Vincent said somberly with a chuckle in an attempt to lighten the mood.
Aurora nodded sympathetically, smiling toward Vincent. She then looked down at her paws as she fidgeted with her fingers nervously before extending her arms out and motioning for a hug with a questioning expression.
Vincent smiled softly as he hugged Aurora tightly. He let go after a few seconds before patting Aurora on the head; she purred lightly as he did so. "Don't worry about it. I'll be fine... I merely gotta keep my promise to my parents and get back home. Now c'mon, let's head back to the group. We should let Clare know."
Vincent grabbed Aurora's paw and began to walk back to the campfire. The two walked side by side in silence. Both Aurora and Vincent were lost in their thoughts. In truth, Vincent was afraid about what was next, but with Aurora walking by his side, his worries seemed to ease away. He stole a glance at her and smiled with a faint blush on his cheeks.
"Hey, Vincent, did something happen?" Clare asked with concern as she saw Vincent finally approach them.
"Yeah... My mother called, and well... I have to get going. I don't feel like pissing her off further, heh-heh..." Vincent said with a weak smile. Aurora frowned when she gazed at his expression.
"Awh, man, really? I guess I have to give you a ride back home then... Sorry guys, I'll be back as soon as possible." Clare said to her friends as she stood up. They gave understanding nods, excluding Zeke, who was grimacing in his own space. "I'll meet you at the car, alright? So go pack up! You too, Aurora; Vincent's gonna need you. ~" Clare whispered her last sentence teasingly. Aurora couldn't help but blush.
"Hey, Vincent, it was nice meeting you!" Eric said as he approached Vincent, going in for a hug and a pat on the back.
"T-The F-Feelings is mutual..." Vincent said, reciprocating the hug before stepping back for space.
"Cya Vincey!" Izabelle called out, waving. "Hope you've had a good time!"
"C-Cya," Vincent said, waving back as he walked toward Aurora, standing awkwardly; Zeke only scoffed as he watched their farewells. "C'mon, let's go pack our things..." Vincent said as he bestowed a hand to Aurora again, not minding if Clare's friends thought weirdly of it.
("O-Of course, Master...") Aurora gladly grasped Vincent's hand feeling warm and fuzzy inside once she made contact with his skin.
Clare waved goodbye to everyone as she walked to her car while Vincent and Aurora made their way over to their tent, packing whatever was inside before taking down the tent itself. Once Vincent packed the tent and everything else miscellaneous-wise, Vincent then led Aurora toward the path where Clare and her car were waiting.
"Ready to go, you two?" Clare asked as she watched Vincent shove everything in the trunk.
"Yeah, should be... How about you, Aurora...?" Vincent asked as he brought Aurora to the backseat door.
("I-I'm ready, M-Master...") Aurora said as she placed her paw on top of Vincent's hand.
"Ladies first, then..." Vincent said as he opened the door for Aurora.
("Mmf... Thank you, Master, ~") Aurora said with a light blush as she got into the back seat.
"You're welcome..." Vincent then took his place beside Aurora, remembering what Clare told him about her 'carsickness.'
Clare finally took her place at the wheel, fixing her mirror before starting the car. She put the car into gear and drove back to the main road. Beginning a long trip back home to Vincent's house, Vincent could see Eric and Izabelle wave from the rearview mirror. He chuckled to himself.
"At least they're not so bad…" Vincent told himself as he relaxed his back onto the seat, watching the green trees move slowly.
After less than an hour of travel, Vincent couldn't stop overthinking about his mother's scolding. Hopefully, she'll be at least a little forgiving... He thought to himself as he absentmindedly stared out the window.
("Master...? Are you alright?") Aurora asked as she turned to face Vincent.
"Huh? Oh, yes, I'm fine..." Vincent said with a smile as he looked at Aurora.
("Well, you seem distracted... Is anything bothering you?") Aurora asked curiously.
"Oh... No, nothing's wrong... Just thinking..." Vincent answered vaguely.
("Thinking about what?") Aurora asked, looking at Vincent with a curious expression.
"Oh, I dunno... Something stupid, I suppose." Vincent shrugged as he looked out the window again.
("You sure...? You seem stressed, Master...") Aurora said with concern in her inner voice.
"W-Well... I-It's just about my mother, is all... Just a little bit worried about the whole thing…"
("I understand that...") Aurora said sympathetically as she wrapped her arms around Vincent's torso and rested her chin on his shoulder.
"Thanks..." Vincent said as he wrapped his arm around Aurora's waist and held her close.
("I think you should sleep it off, Master! S-So h-here! You c-can use my l-lap as a pillow! It'll b-be soft and co-cozy... ~") Aurora said, trying to comfort Vincent, patting her black-furred thighs with a nervous grin with a hint of tease in her voice.
Vincent blushed slightly at the offer but found himself unable to resist. "Y-Ye-Yes, I guess I d-do feel tired..."
("Then sleep on me, Master...~") Aurora teased as she wriggled her hips seductively to entice Vincent's attention, completely forgetting Clare was driving them.
"A-Alright... F-Fine..." Vincent agreed as he laid Aurora down on his lap. Her tail twitched happily as she felt the warmth of his body against hers. Aurora smiled at him and gently stroked the side of his head, running her claws through his slate-colored hair.
("There there, Master, I know how much your mother can be annoying sometimes...") Aurora said softly as she rubbed the back of Vincent's head as he closed his eyes, falling into a slumber.
Clare watched snippets of the scene play before her through the rearview mirror smiling slyly. "Look at my bold little fox... ~" Clare teased them in the driver seat with a smirk.
Aurora blushed and turned her head away from Clare in embarrassment. Clare laughed as she retreated her eyes to the road. As the drive continued, Aurora draped her tail over Vincent's body and kept petting the side of his head, her claws roaming through his hair, gradationally drifting off to sleep.
"So cute~" Clare cooed as she watched the two sleeping together.
After another couple hours of driving, Clare pulled off onto a paved road leading to a large modern manor. The car halted, and Clare parked it in front of the estate gate, waiting for it to open slowly.
"This is it, Vincent... You're home!" Clare exclaimed, waking Vincent and Aurora from their slumber.
"H-Huh?" Vincent slowly gained his senses, soon feeling Aurora's soft fur of her thighs against the back of his head.
"B-Bwuh?!" Aurora woke up rubbing her eyes as she tried to regain her bearings. ("A-Are we home, M-Master?") Aurora said with a hint of nervousness in her voice.
"Yes... We are..." Vincent said, getting up from Aurora's lap, slipping out of the backseat, and helping her out of the backseat.
("Thank you, Master...") Aurora said as she got up out of the car. Vincent then grabbed all his stuff from the trunk before following Aurora toward the front door.
"You guys better not have so much fun together! Keep things innocent! I'm looking at you, Aurora, don't spoil Vincent so much! ~" Clare exclaimed with the windows rolled down, teasing the both of them.
("I-I w-won't, Clare!") Aurora replied with a pout though she chuckled as she swayed shyly, knowing what Clare's teasing indicated.
"Also Vincent…? Could you come here for a second…?" Clare asked, her tone less cheery than before; Vincent raised an eyebrow but headed back to the car, motioning Aurora to wait by the door. Vincent leaned down so he could see Clare through the open window.
"What is it?" Vincent asked with curiosity in his tone.
"Keep an eye on her, ok...? And please... Whenever she does... Hear her out... But don't agree to anything or make any promises unless you're absolutely certain, alright?" Clare said with a severe expression on her face.
"H-Huh...? What do you mean...? I don't know what you're talking about..." Vincent said nervously.
"I... I chatted with Aurora for a bit, and she seemed troubled... I can't say what exactly might be troubling her, but... Hopefully, she'll tell you when she's ready, so please, Vincent, promise you'll hear her out...? Please?" Clare pleaded. Her unnatural demeanor unsettled Vincent.
"Y-Yeah, sure... I will..." Vincent nodded, although still confused, he happily obliged. Vincent glanced over to Aurora, who was nervously swaying her skirt-like fur. She held her arms behind her back, patiently waiting.
"Alright, I'll make sure to watch you two closely then; bye!" Clare's whole mood changed within an instant before the car drove off with a soft squeal of tires. Vincent shook his head, displeased with Clare's teasing and the sudden change in tone.
"Sorry for the wait Aurora… You know how chatty Clare can be, haha…" As Vincent approached the front door, he spoke with uncertainty and concern as he stared at the fidgeting purple-coated vixen.
("That's alright, Master...") Aurora giggled as she followed after Vincent. Her tail wagged instantly when Vincent stood next to her.
Vincent then approached the door and inserted his key into the lock. When Vincent unlocked the door, he grandly pushed it open, revealing the entryway lined with familiar paintings and other art pieces decorating it.
"So tired... I wanna go to bed..." Vincent yawned, leaning on the wall as he shook his head. "I also need to take a shower, though..." Vincent mumbled. Aurora overheard; her ears perked up as she blushed a deep red, her thoughts uncontrollably exploring many… 'unwanted' ideas. Aurora violently shook her head. Why is she thinking such lewd thoughts now? It's not the first time Vincent announced he was taking a shower over her stay with the man, so... why? Why is she losing her composer? Aurora continued to ponder, but she couldn't find the correct answers. Her thoughts only betrayed her. Her inner voice was becoming louder and more assertive.
"What's with those faces? I don't stink that bad, do I...?" Vincent asked self-consciously. He looked at Aurora with a questioning gaze.
("N-No... I was only t-trying to get u-used to my surroundings a-again...") Aurora stammered.
"Oh... Y-Yeah, right… We haven't been home for a few days…" Vincent said sheepishly, scratching the back of his head. "U-Uhm, I'm heading upstairs, alright? I need to unpack all this crap..." Vincent said, mentioning the bags in his hands heading up his polished stylized stairs. Aurora quickly followed behind Vincent, fiddling with her ear tuff.
Once they reached the top floor, Vincent went straight to his bedroom. Aurora timidly stepped inside after him. The same familiar white queen-sized bed sat in the middle of the room, surrounded by many pillows and blankets. Many identical bookshelves adorned the walls, along with framed pictures of various nature scenes. There were also several posters on the wall, mostly movie posters and some TV show ones, near an empty, clean black sleek desk. Vincent set down all his bags and boxes on his desk in front of the window. After unpacking, Vincent stepped into his closet, grabbing some casual attire to change into after his shower. Aurora, meanwhile, still looked nervous and shy as she stood in the doorway of the primary bedroom, staring at Vincent. Her mind went rampant with images of Vincent.
"A-Aurora?" Vincent called out, noticing Aurora's lack of attention.
"M-Mmm...?" Aurora replied with a quiet tone, still fixated on the figure of Vincent she slanted unevenly.
"If you want to sit down, you can... Go ahead and rest on my bed if you please." Vincent suggested. Aurora's eyes widened as she noticed Vincent's words were directed toward her.
("Um... Th-That would be nice...") Aurora stuttered as she stepped closer to the bed. She sat down on the edge of the bed with her paws dangling off the side, her eyes gazing around the walls, purposely avoiding Vincent.
"Okay then... I'll be in the bathroom. Just holler if you need me..." Vincent said, heading towards the bathroom, his clothes folded in his arms, leaving Aurora alone in his room.
Aurora lightly sighed as she lay on the bed staring at the ceiling. Aurora tightly crossed her legs, covering herself up as best as possible without exposing any part of her body. Her ears twitched nervously as her inner voice grew louder and more prominent. Her thoughts spiraled downwards into darker realms far beyond what she thought possible until she finally collapsed into her own personal world filled with dark desires and lustful thoughts.
"M-M-Maasster..." Aurora softly cried out. She brought a paw to her mouth, biting a claw nervously as her imagination ran wild as she began to run through scenarios of what she wanted to happen with Vincent. "S-Stop..." Aurora whispered to herself as she covered her ears with her paws, trying to block out the sound of her inner voice. Aurora's fingers dug into a pillow as her inner voice grew louder and more demanding. She whimpered as she felt arousal stirring within her. She squeezed her thighs together and felt the pressure building up inside her as her mind became fixated on one particular idea. "Master... Yes... Please... I need you... Pleeease hold me... Touch me..." Aurora begged quietly, begging for something that only existed in her dreams.
She had never done anything like this before, but she was powerless to stop imagining herself being taken by Vincent. Even though Aurora knew she shouldn't let her feelings control her, she couldn't help but indulge in these lewd fantasies. She began moaning softly as she imagined herself being forced into submission by Vincent as her hands wandered her thin body. Aurora's heart raced faster as the vixen pictured him overpowering her and doing whatever he pleased with her. She looked around the room, unsure of where to look. She didn't even realize she was moaning or crying softly. She found herself reaching between her legs as she clutched onto the sheets with a tight grip.
Her breathing became heavier as she felt herself growing moist as the heat inside her slowly built up. Her fingers danced as she felt herself growing wetter. "Please... Don't make me wait... I'm so hot... I want you... I need you... I've been waiting for this moment... I love you... I love your touch… What could I do to make you love me back…" Aurora mumbled to herself as she desperately sought pleasure. Finally, she couldn't take it anymore and fell limp on the bed, panting heavily as her orgasm hit her hard. She cried out loudly as her inner voice faded away in the back of her mind as she lay there exhausted and drained. Aurora's breathing slowed down as her heart rate calmed down. She slowed her ragged breaths as her mind started to clear. Aurora lay there silently; her eyes closed as her breathing slowly returned to normal.
"N-No... I-I didn't mean to... I'm sorry..." Aurora murmured softly, sitting up on the bed. She looked around the room as she clutched onto the covers tightly. Her eyes darted around the room as she tried to think of what had happened. "Oh... I'm so embarrassed... I-I didn't mean to... This isn't... I-I..." Aurora stammered as she buried her head in her paws, hiding her face. Aurora then violently shook her head swiftly; maybe she could clean the sheets of her fluids in time before Vincent got back...?
Meanwhile, in the bathroom, Vincent stood bathing under the steaming sprinkling water contemplating his emotions. He didn't know what to feel right now or how to react to his ever-growing crush on Aurora. He felt like a freak for feeling this way, but he did. Vincent cursed himself for having such feelings. What would his parents do if they found out? They'd probably disown him or, even worst, have him ostracized from the city. Vincent also worried for Aurora. He wouldn't want her getting hurt by his parents or the judging face of society. He would do everything in his power to protect her if his feelings did come across, but he wasn't sure how to begin or what to do next; hell, Aurora probably doesn't feel the same. It'll be pointless anyways; she'll be disgusted.
Vincent smacked his face snapping himself away from his thoughts and scrubbing his cheeks aggressively, washing off his pores or any dirt on his face. His cheeks were flushed pink, and his breathing was heavy as he thoroughly washed his hair.
After finishing up, Vincent turned off the faucet and grabbed a towel wrapping it around his waist and drying off his skin. Once Vincent finished his process, he began changing into his nightwear. Vincent stared at himself in the mirror. He faced a man wearing red plaid sweatpants, a plain white t-shirt, and fluffy socks to keep his feet warm. His state-colored hair draped over his green eyes, spoofed up and wet. He ran a finger through his bangs, swiping them away from his eyes.
"I should get a haircut... Ugh..." Vincent murmured, looking at his reflection in the mirror.
Vincent left the bathroom and headed to his room; the lights were already dimmed low though he heard the sounds of frantic movement.
"Aurora...? Are you doing ok in here?" Vincent creaked open the door and heard an "eep!" from the other side, along with a thud. Filled with worry, Vincent swiftly entered his room but was met with a compelling sight. Aurora wrapped herself around in his sheets, wiggling to escape her bonds.
"Aurora...? W-What...? How'd you manage this?" Vincent questioned as he walked towards Aurora, crouching next to her.
("I-I-I-I... I-I-I...") Aurora stammered as she held back a moan.
"Is everything alright?" Vincent asked as he looked at Aurora in her current state.
("Y-Yes... I-It's just... I-I-I...") Aurora stuttered as she tried to form sentences.
"Aurora... Are you sure...? It's okay if you're not feeling well..." Vincent said, sitting beside Aurora's wrapped torso, gently stroking her exposed cheek.
("Mm... I-I'm sorry... I-I'm n-nasty...") Aurora said as she looked away from Vincent.
"Huh? What are you talking about...? Let me help you up here, and let's get you untangled..." Vincent said as he gently lifted Aurora to her feet
("Th-Thanks...") Aurora said softly as she stood up with Vincent's help.
Vincent helped Aurora get free of the sheets and threw them onto the bare mattress. Once Aurora was freed from the sheets, her body trembled slightly, her nose twitching as she leaned away from Vincent feeling ashamed of herself.
"Aurora...? Whatever is on your mind, you're free to tell me. I won't ever judge you..." Vincent said, kneeling in front of Aurora. He stroked her cheeks soothingly as he stared into her beautiful eyes.
("C-Could I sleep beside you tonight, Master...?") Aurora mumbled as she hugged herself and forced her eyes to lock with Vincent's, completely ignoring her discomfort.
"Ahh... Y-Yeah... Of course... You don't have to ask..." Vincent assured Aurora as he hugged her close to him. He walked over to his bed and laid Aurora down gently on the soft mattress. Vincent crawled in next to Aurora so she wouldn't fall asleep alone. He pulled her close to him and spooned behind Aurora as close as her tail would allow. Vincent's arms slipped underneath Aurora's lightweight as he held her close. Aurora laid her head on Vincent's chest as she listened to his heartbeat. Her breathing calmed down as she closed her eyes.
("Master... Do you think your Mother will visit you...? Tomorrow perhaps...") Aurora suddenly spoke out of nowhere.
Vincent froze as he listened to Aurora's words. Aurora's question surprised him as he stared at Aurora's peaceful face.
"Hmmm... Most likely, since she said so herself... Hopefully, she doesn't rip my throat out." Vincent murmured with a chuckle.
("Th-That's not funny...") Aurora giggled halfheartedly. ("D-Don't joke about that, Master... I won't be able to hear your handsome voice drift me to sleep if she did... ~") Aurora said as her voice trailed off. She lightly hummed a tune as she snuggled her back against Vincent's chest.
"I suppose not... Hahaha..." Vincent chuckled with a faint blush, not overthinking the compliment he received from Aurora.
("Either way Master... I'll be right beside you no matter what... ~") Aurora said as she laid a paw on Vincent's hand resting on her waist. Vincent, though, was worried; he knew his mother would say several harsh words in her personal dictionary, words he knew too well... Vincent would have to keep Aurora safe from his mother's wrath.
"Yeah... I know..." Vincent said quietly, kissing Aurora's forehead, stuffing his face into her soft, sweet-smelling fur. He breathed in her scent deeply as she purred softly as he held her close to him. Aurora felt his warm breath tickle her neck as they huddled together, their bodies touching. Her ears twitched as she let out a pleasured moan.
"I love you, Aurora... And I will always love you..." Vincent whispered into her ear.
Vincent's words were enough to send a shiver down Aurora's spine; she felt her heart race as she held onto Vincent's strong arms tightly. She felt herself grow hot as she listened to Vincent's whispers.
("I love you too... M-Master...") Aurora whispered back as she felt herself blush; she smiled wildly as she pressed her head back against his firm chest. ("G-Goodnight Master...~") Aurora said as she drifted to sleep, ecstatic. She was alive to meet her beloved Master Vincent.
"Night Aurora…" Vincent softly spoke as he silently lay awake next to Aurora. As his mind wandered aimlessly, he pondered over his predicament and his upcoming meeting with his mother. Aurora was lying peacefully next to him; her breathing was deep and steady. Vincent rubbed Aurora's back soothingly as he waited for morning to arrive. His eyes grew heavy as time progressed, soon forcing Vincent into slumber.
