Standing in the doorway stood a fair skinned guppy boy with short black hair and black and gray tail. His black eyes were glaring down at his frightened classmates. A lot of the kids hid as soon as he entered the classrooms. Tino just stood in his spot, frozen in fear, as Bossi stared directly at him.

"Well, well, well, if it isn't my favorite person, Tino Grouper," Bossi said in a threatening way.

"H-hello there, Bossi," stammered Tiny Tino. "H-how's it...?"

"Silence!" Bossi shouted at the little fish. "Who asked you to speak, Tiny?"

"B-but you were talking..."

Before Tino could finish his sentence, Bossi snapped his finger, and his henchmen pushed him to the ground. "You know the rule: only speak when I ask you to!" Bossi sneered.

"And I suppose no one in the entire ocean would speak unless you ask them to," Grumpfish grumbled loud enough for Bossi to hear.

"Oh, shut up, Grumpy," Bossi scoffed. "Fish like you ought to be seen, not heard."

Before they can argue, a snail woman with white hair entered the classroom. "Settle down, class!" she called out. "It's time for Circle Time!"

Bossi just shoved Grumpfish out of the way and took his seat. With the snap of his finger, his henchmen joined him on the rug. The grumpy greenish gray fish mumbled something under his breath as he also sat down for Circle Time.

Tiny Tino remained in the spot where Bossi's friends pushed him, lost in thought. He didn't understand why Bossi was always bossing everyone around. Maybe it was the fact that he was the heir to the House of Caderverini (Tino didn't understand what that meant, but it must be REALLY important). He made sure no one in class forget who he was, and no one dared to mess with him, not even teacher Ms. Coral. Whatever the reason was, it doesn't excuse him being mean to everyone, Tino thought. Sighing, he swam over to the rug and took his seat as his teacher began class.

"Good morning, Ms. Coral," the kids greeted their teacher.

"Well, good morning, everyone," Ms. Coral said with a smile.

"How can it be good if it's cloudy," grumbled Grumpfish.

Ms. Coral just chuckled. "Now, Irving," she said. "Don't be pessimistic."

"Yeah! Even if this morning is cloudy, it won't mean that it can't be sunny again," Tino said with a smile. "And no matter the weather, we can still have a fun day!"

"Whatever..." the little grumpy fish muttered from under his breathe.

"Now then. Does everyone have their permission slips for tomorrow's field trip?" Ms. Coral asked her students.

"YEAH!" shouted Tiny Tino and most of his classmates.

"Yeah, unfortunately," mumbled Grumpfish.

Bossi scoffed. "I don't see why we have to go to some stinkin' farm," he said, crossing his arms. "I mean, why bother going to a farm when you could just go to your local supermarket?"

Joe started to explain. "Well, for one thing, most of the food we eat comes from..."

"Oh, who asked you, Farmer Boy?!" Bossi interrupted the young lobster, glaring at him. Joe squeaked in fear as he back up from his seat.

"Please Bossi, respect your classmates," the teacher said in a gentle, yet firm voice. Bossi just crossed arms again, saying," Hmmp."

"Now then, let's get on with our day."

Tiny Tino's day at school was like every other day at school. Ms. Coral read him and his classmates a story, they played around in the classroom, and then have lunch. (And luckily for Tino, it was just one of those rare days where Bossi doesn't steal his lunch). At last, it was time for recess. Tino grabbed a cape from the costume chest and swam outside with his friends.

Tino noticed Miranda in a police hat, blowing her whistle while chasing Stan and Grumpfish and decided to swim towards her. "What seems to problem, Miranda?" he asked her.

"Stan and Grumpfish just robbed the bank," Miranda explained. "And as a police officer, I have to catch them and put them in jail."

"Bank robbers, eh? Fear not, officer!" Tino exclaimed. "I, Bubble Boy, will help you catch the bad guys!"

And so, "Bubble Boy" and "Officer Miranda" chase the "bank robbers" around the playground. They decided to corner them at the slide. Just when the bad guys thought they got away, the heroes surrounded them. "We've got you now, bank robbers!" "Bubble Boy" exclaimed.

"You two are under arrest," "Officer Miranda" said.

"We surrender!" Stan cried out as he and Grumpfish put their hands up.

Grumpfish sighed. "Why do bank robbers always go to jail?" he asked.

"Because they are the bad guys," Tino explain. "And the good guys always win," he added high-finning Miranda.

"Maybe in comic books they always win," Grumpfish said, grumbling. "But in real life, there are people who can get away with their crimes."

Before Tino could argue, Bossi and his henchmen went up the slide. "Excuse me," Bossi said, "But you four happen to be on MY slide. I'm going have to ask you to leave."

"YOUR slide?!" Tino exclaimed incredulously. "But Bossi, this slide is for everyone to use! You can't just..."

But before he could finish, the black-haired Guppy snapped his finger and his henchmen pushed Tiny Tino and his friends off the slide. And then Bossi said, "I'm the king of this playground. If I say this is MY slide, then it's MY slide." Then he pointed at the swings. "If I say these are MY swings, then they are MY swings." The kids playing on the swings quickly got off as he said this. "Everything on this playground belongs to me!" Bossi continued. "And if I catch anyone on MY playground without MY permission, you'll be sorry!"

And with that, Bossi played on the slide as Tiny Tino and his friends watched sadly. "Grumpfish is right," Tino thought with a sigh. "Some people can get away with their crimes."
