Stella's POV: it's been about a month since me and Kelly renew our wedding vows it was such a magical day for us and the kids everyone had fun, The kids are doing amazing night our loving school Grayson and the twins are doing amazing by glowing each and every day, Right now me and kelly are home with the little ones while the other three are at school

S= i'm so shocked that we got Grayson and the twins down for a middle of the day nap
K= I know I'm shocked too especially since Grayson is almost 3 1/2 years old and that is when the other kid started not wanting to have a nap
S= yeah but Grayson is our chill baby so maybe he's still liking to have a nap in the middle of the day
K= yeah maybe either way let's enjoy the naps while we are still getting them
S= couldn't agree more ( here's a knock on the door) Who could that be
K= I have no idea let me go see who it is ( opens the door) mom are you doing here
JS= what I can't come and see my son daughter-in-law and my grandkids without needing a certain reason why I'm here
K= no you don't but come on in
S= hey mom what are you doing here didn't we just see you about a month ago
JS= yes you did but I wanted to come see you guys again
K= well it's great to see you again
S= we are happy to see you visit again
JS= yes so where are my grandkids at
K= well the three oldest are at school
S= while the younger ones are taking a nap
JS= Oh really you got them all to sleep at once
S= yes we didc
K= we are shocked but hey we get a little quiet time now
JS= that's good OK so maybe I do have a secret reason why I came here to visit
K= see we figured so
S= so what are you doing herec
JS= so since Katie is getting closer to having her twins I was thinking we should maybe throw her a surprise baby shower
K= I think that's a good idea
S= I love when you guys did mine
JS= so maybe we saw it this Saturday
S= that sounds like a good idea
K= besides she could have the twins early so sooner she has the shower it will be better
JS= oh yeah

For the next couple hours me Kelly and Jennifer come up with ideas for Katie supplies baby shower, The little ones get up soon and Kelly makes them some snacks for them to eat while we wait on the big kids to come home from school about 30 minutes later they arrive home

SM= hey mom and dad we are home
S= hey guys welcome home
K= we got a surprise for you
SG= you do what is it daddy
JS= how about you kids turn around and give your grandmother a hug
SM= ( they do) no way grandma you're here
LM= i'm so happy to see you ( hugs)
SG= grandma's so happy to see you
JS= it's so good to see you guys too did you guys have fun at school today
SM= yeah it was good
SG= lunch and recess was fun
S= so I'm guessing you didn't like your actual classes sailor
SG= nope they were boring
K= I think that is the best we can get out of her
S= oh yeah
K= so what about you Linda did you have fun at school today
LM= of course I did but I have something to tell you guys
S= You do Luna
K= what is it Lulu
LM= so I guess today at school Miss Addison told our whole school something important
S= she did what did she say
LM= she told us some good news and some bad news today
K= what is the good news
LM= well Saylor and Shay School is having an end-of-the-year carnival and my school was invited to it
S= they are did you guys know about the Shay and sailor
SG= I didn't know anything about it
SM= I think I heard something about it today but I'm not 100% sure
S= so when is the Carnival Luna
LM= miss Addison said next week sometime
K= well that's cool you guys can be at the same school for at least one day again so that's cool
LM= oh yeah
S= so when you also said Miss Addison said there was also some bad news that she told you what was it
LM= so I guess Hi school is getting remodeled so that means we have to go back to normal schools but only difference is here because they needed a few extra weeks to start remodeling it
K= wait a minute Really
S= Why didn't miss Alison call or email me or your daddy
LM= I don't know we had a whole school simile about it today
S= oh wow I guess we should call Miss Addison tomorrow to ask what's going on
K= oh yeah did she say when you will go back to your old school
LM= i'll be starting next Monday
JS= oh wow that sounds good.
SM= hey mom and dad can I ask you something
S= You sure Can buddy
K= what's up Shay buddy
SM= so my friend Owen at school said that his parents got him a cell phone and I was wondering if I could get a cell phone too
K= OK well first of all how old is your friend Owen
SM= he is my age but he's getting ready to turn 10 next month
SG= oh wow
SG= Wait if she's getting a phone then can we get one too
K= well hold up we haven't said yes to him getting a phone yet so nobody's getting a phone right this second
S= and Shay how about this me and daddy will talk about it and let you know soon how does that sound
SM= that's totally fine

For the next couple hours the kids catch up with Jennifer by telling them what's been going on, we also eat some dinner that Kelly made after dinner we work on the kids homework and then it was bed and bath time once everyone was asleep we went out and hung out with Jennifer

JS= those kids are the best
S= yes they are
K= I never was like that at their age I was a bad kid
JS= you weren't that bad Kelly you just got dealt a bad hand with me and your dad being your parents in the way we were
S= oh yeah but now you know how not to be so you learned your lesson from your parents
K= yes I did so thanks mom
JS= It's no problem son so what are your thoughts on getting a cell phone for the kids
S= I don't know I feel like they are still too young to have a cell phone besides when we were their age we only had a landline
K= yeah maybe it could be a good idea to let them have a phone
S= oh really you think so
JS= yeah I think it's a good idea to Kelly
S= oh really why is that
JS= well it would teach them some responsibilities with a phone
K= oh yeah and it also what helps like what if something happened to the kids and we weren't around and they weren't near adult they had a cell phone this way they have a cell phone and they can call us and it be a lot easier
S= oh yeah that's a good point yeah maybe we should but let's not buy them super expensive phones
K= Oh we won't also we will make some rolls for the phone so they can't do anything stupid on them
S= yes we will
JS= well it's getting late and I'm getting tired so I'll see you guys tomorrow
K= you don't have to go mom we have a spare room you can sleep in
S= this way you don't have to spend money on a hotel
JS= all right that could work i'll see you guys in the morning
K= see you in the morning mom

Jennifer heads off to bed we soon head off to bed after her also, Over the next couple days we get things ready for the surprise baby shower for Katie also we talk with the kids about their cell phones that we will get them we choose three decent phones out for them today is the surprise baby shower for Katie The plan is to have Jackson Wang Katie to us so right now we are almost done

SG= Mommy when is aunt Katie getting here
S= she should be here soon
LM= I can't wait to see her face when she sees the surprise baby shower we plan for her
S= I can't wait either ( text alert ) well we don't have to wait long they are here everyone hide
KT= Babe what are we doing here can you please let me open my eyes already
JT= Find your lucky we arrived you now can open your eyes
KT= ( she does) wait what is happening

S= oh yeah well when you have twins you need double the stuff for your babies trust me I did it twice
JT= oh yeah beside you deserve to get some pampering Baby do a lot for me and McKenna so enjoy

S= Yes I planned it but I didn't come up with the idea it was Jennifer who did
KT= wait really
JS= oh yes I did I love to plan things and to make it special

Over the next couple hours Katie enjoys the food the party and all the stuff that she got from everybody

KT= oh my God today was amazing thanks again guys

JS= i'm glad you had fun Katie
S= same here so since you pretty much got everything you need for the boys I'm wondering do you have the boys names picked out yet or are you guys still deciding on them or do you have them but you won't tell us until they are born
KT= well we just picked out one of their names the other day we are still deciding on the other one but we do not plan to tell anybody their names until they both have names picked out and until they are born sorry to disappoint
JS= that makes complete sense
S= either way we can't wait to meet them also when you go into labor we can always watch McKenna for you

Katie stays for about another 30 minutes then Jackson comes to pick her up in the rest of the gifts that we Gotter and then the rest of the night we all just watch TV and head off to bed

Kelly's pov: it's been a month since we renewed our vows it was such a great day everyone had so much fun last Saturday my mom and Stella surprised my sister with a baby shower they had a great time also last week right after the kids came home from school they asked if they could have a cell phone we were a little shocked by what they said but once we talked about it we decided to give them a cell phone with certain roles so far they have been following the rules right now it's shift day in school day for all of us we are in the kitchen eating our breakfast with everyone before any calls come in

GD= so Stella and Kelly Has the kids start talking about the carnival from last Friday yet
K= oh no they haven't
S= I'm guessing your kids had just as much fun as ours did
MC= oh yes they did
H= so Kelly and Stella my kids told me that your kids have cell phones now is that true or not
S= Yes it is true Herman we got them cell phones a couple days
H= wait really aren't they a little young for cell phones
K= yes they might be but we talked about it and it makes sense to give them a cell phone because what if they need to get a hold of us for some reason and they aren't near an adult or a phone to reach us
SB= it makes sense
MC= besides Herman I think Stella and Kelly's kids are way more responsible than your kids ever will be
H= wait a minute that's not true
M= Herman I think everyone in the swim knows it's true

S= ( phone rings ) well speaking of our kids shay is calling me

S= I have no clue let me see

SM= Um mom something happen today

S&S= there is a fire at school right now

S= there is a fire at their school

DIS= Chuck 81 squad three ambulance 61 school fire and Alexander Graham's elementary school

S= yes we are on the phone of two of our kids letting us know that there's a fire there
CB= all right then team let's go family members are in that fire so it's extra important today to get there and get everyone safe

S= Shea buddy stay calm we are on our way
SM= okay mom
K= baby girl me and mommy and all your family members at the firehouse will be there as soon as possible stay calm and don't move if you are in a safe place.
SG= All right daddy

They all jump into the trucks as fast as possible and head to the school they get there in a timely fashion

CB= are you a teacher or the principal of the school
MM= yes I'm a teacher I'm mrs Mitchell
S= mrs Mitchell hey it's Stella and this Kelly seveide
MM= oh yeah you are shay, salior and Luna mom and dad
K= yes we are so do you know if they made it out yet
MM= I'm sorry I haven't seen them yet

CB= do how many classes of students are still left in the building
MM= I'll say about four classes are one fourth grade two third grade classes and one kindergarten class is still missing

MC= so what is the plan chief
CB= all right so Casey I want you to go with Kelly to search the south side of the school to look for your kids then me and Stella will go north search for any of the kids while the rest of you search all over the school looking for their kids and any other kids that are left if you find any of the servride kids please call out

Everyone spilts up and starts searching for any kids still left in the building

SM= well I'm fine but Luna arm is hurting I found her and brought her to this place to be more safe
S= well I'm so very proud of you shay that's why you are the best big brother ever

S= so Luna , shay said you arm is hurting
LM= yes it is mom I can't move it without it hurting
CB= hey everyone good news we got shay and Luna

GD= so we have gave here some pain meds also some oxygen since she had some smoke in her lungs
SB= but I think she needs to get an x-ray at the hospital to make sure her leg is good
S= okay that's good to hear
GD= and I think it would be best if shay and Luna also come along to get checkout
SB= cheif are we clear to take there patients at once
CB= yes you can I'll make an special exception
Stella and Kelly go with your kids we go this figure out

MC= hey cheif everyone is out and safe gabby the kids are safe
GD= great that's amazing to hear

We get into the ambo and head off to med we arrive with 20 minutes

ML=Brett, Dawson what do we got
SB= we got three kids with possible smoke inflammation
GD= then Luna has a badly hurt arm while sailor has a leg that she can't walk on
ML= Copy that go to trauma one and two and Natalie and will you guys are up
WH= hey Kelly and Stella let me guess these are your kids
K= oh yeah
S= The school was caught on fire today
NM= oh no that must've been scary ( starts to look them over)
LM= yes it was but I had my big brother shay to protect me
NM= Oh how sweet sachet you and have a little bit of smoke but overall you are good
K= that's good to hear
S= so what about the girls
WH= well they inhaled some smoke but we need to get an x-ray of their arm and leg to know for sure how they are really doing

Over The next two hours the girls get their x-rays done and then we are waiting on the results to see how bad they got hurt

NM= hey guys we are back
K= OK so what is the news
WH= So we will start with Lena her arm is in fact book in but once we get it in a cast it should heal up in about six weeks
S= that's good to hear so what about Sailor
NM= well she broke her leg for sure but the way she broke it she will need surgery to get it put back together
K= wait Willy surgery
WH= yeah it's a very common break but likely surgery will take only about an hour to fix it so maybe next couple hours someone will come and get her to take her to surgery
S= all right thank you guys
NM= You're welcome also girls the good news about getting a cast on if you can pick the color you want and you couldn't even choose up to two colors if you want
S= well that's pretty cool
Sg= yes I would love two colors
LM= same here.
WH= all right so what two colors would you girls like your cast to be
SG= can I please get pink and purple
NM= do you want the same color Luna
LM= yes I would
WH= all right we will go put in the orders for the casts
NM= The nurse should be here soon to do your arm Luna and sailor they will be by soon to take you to surgery all right

CB= well I came to check in on the three of the bravest kids ever
S= oh how sweet what do you say to the chief kids

K= well she is good he only had some smoke in his lungs but that's not too bad
CB= that's good to hear
S= no with the girls are a different story Luna has a broken arm and sailor has to have surgery to fix her book and like
CB= oh no that's sad
K= but they say it's a very common break in a very common surgery for the leg
CB= okay that's good to know
S= we are just happy it wasn't worse than it is
K= oh yeah babe
CB= so since you guys updated me I'll go ahead and update the crew and get back to work since you guys are going to be here for a while

K= well what a crazy day for our kids especially our girls
S= oh yeah that was the worst call we ever got I don't ever want to have that call again
K= couldn't agree more Babe that call was the worst ever but likely our kids are OK
SM= yes we are
SG= thank you daddy for coming to find me and rescuing me
K= it's no problem baby girl I'll always come rescue you
S= That's a job not only is firefighters but his parents
SG= yeah okay so I got a question
K= you do what is it
SG= so I'm a little nervous about having surgery so I am wondering have you guys ever had surgery before
S= oh yeah we have I've had two surgeries
K= I also had two surgeries before
SM= oh really why did you have surgery
S= do you want to go first
K= Yeah sure so my surgery was a long time ago it was a surgery that I should've gotten sooner than I did
LM= why didn't you get it sooner
K= Well because the doctors kept telling me that if I had any type of surgery on my shoulder it was in my fire fighter career
SG= and you didn't want that
K= no I didn't but I eventually did get the surgery and I was fine after it happened
LM= that's good what about your second one
K= my second is what doctors call a bone marrow it's where I donate blood that comes from my spine to someone who needs it to help with their treatment of cancer
LM= oh really you did
K= yes I did
SM= did that person live after the bone marrow or not
S= she did but only for a few more months because the cancer came back and it was a lot stronger that nothing could fix it and she eventually died
SG= oh no that's sadc
K= it is but she is no longer in pain and watching over us to make sure we are doing good
LM= that's good
SG= so what about you mom what surgery did you have
S= okay my first surgery was about a year after me and your daddy started dating, it was just a big apartment fire at some point my oxygen tank was getting low and me being stubborn I didn't want to go change out my oxygen bottle
K= that's who you get your stubbornness from kids your mama
SM= no way Dad
S= well I also didn't want to switch out my oxygen bottle because I was trying to make sure your dad was doing OK because he needed someone to hold the hose in the area he was going into and I volunteered to do it to make sure he was good, but it didn't work out because I passed out and next thing I knew I was at the hospital, but I don't remember what else Kelly can you take over from here since I don't know what happened
K= all right so once they got her to the hospital they checked her over and I guess the smoke damage was really bad in her lungs
LM= oh really how bad
K= It was so bad that the doctors wanted to take out part of mommy so long but I didn't want that to happen
SG= why are you sad
S= because Sailor if my lung got tookn out I wouldn't be able to be a firefighter anymore
SM= wait how is that possible you are firefighter now
K= well because I argued with the doctors to not do it enough where they kicked me out of the hospital
SG= why did they do that
K= because they were being really mean to me and they didn't think I knew what was best for mommy even though we were just dating
LM= that's mean
K= well anyways my friend April and all of your aunts and uncles also told the doctor that mommy wouldn't want that to happen and it worked because they only took out a small portion of her own and now mommy was okay
LM= that's good then
S= oh yeah
SG= so what about your second surgery
S= okay So my second surgery that I had was called a C-section where I had your brother and sister Karter and Kinsley
LM= what is a C-section mom
S= A C-section is a surgery way for doctors to get a baby out of a mother stomach they only give the C-section option to a mother who has more than one baby in the belly
SM= what you did with Karter and Kinsley
S= oh yeah also if the woman has a medical leave reason that she can't have her baby the natural way then that's when they suggest a C-section which also happened in my way
LM= oh okay
SG= wake me and Luna are twins did you have to have a C-section with us
K= no she didn't
LM= how come
S= well because you guys wanted to come join us so fast that sailor you were born in the back of squad three while Luna you were born right when we got to the hospital, also you guys are both in the head down position which is good to give birth to a baby so that was good
SG= wow that's cool
N= hello I'm here to put a cast on Luna severide
LM= that's me
N= awesome also the team is here to take Sailor severide to the operating room
SG= oh no that's me
K= umm can I walk with her to the operating she seems a little nervous
N= oh yeah yes you can sir
K= OK that's good.
S= bye baby girl it will go by so fast I love you so much see you when you wake up
SG= All right I love you too mom

We leave Stella with Shay and Luna while Luna gets her cast on once I walk sailor to the operating room and say goodbye to her I decided to check in with Boden to see if he knows anything about what happened at the fire, then I head back to the room to wait on sailor to get out of surgery

LM= hey dad look at my cast
K= well that's cool
S= so did everything go OK dropping her off at The operating room
K= yes it did on the way back I called about him to see if he knows anything about how the fire at the school got started
S= okay so do they know how it got started yet
K= Yes they do so I guess they had a gas leak near the science lab and when a teacher with a burner in the lab to do experiment
S= it exploded
K= oh yeah
S= wow so an accident
K= oh yeah also the school might be out for the west of the school year to we build in fix the damage that the fire did
S= that makes sense so I guess the kids will have a longer summer this year
K= oh yeah also Boden gave us two weeks off to help get the kids settled
S= okay that's good
N= knock knock we got a little princess who has a really pretty cast on
SM= wow that was fast
S= oh yes it was
CR= everything went the way it was supposed to
K= all right that's great to hear Connor thanks
CR= you're welcome guys
S= hey Connor this might be a big ass but could we bring Sailor Home tonight or do we have to wait until the morning
CR= well since it was easy and simple I'll let you take her home after we watch her for a couple hours
K= oh really that's great to hear thanks Connor , also forget everything I said about you in the past Connor about how bad you were at the doctor to Stella
CR= oh I will take care guys
S= you too

Connor leave after a couple hours we get discharged and head home and get ready for our new adventures with our girls and their cast.
