Monday during lunch at school
"I hate that Tori's not here today" says Olivia
"I know how you feel Olivia, I wanted to be there today with her at the hospital but she insisted that my education was just as important as her health, the doctors are going to make sure there isn't an ounce of that medication left in her body to do damage to her body, we're going to visit her after school, the doctor said she'd be out of the hospital on Thursday then spend the next two weeks at home then she'll be back to school" says Andre
"why can't she come back to school after leaving the hospital, it's not fair and people miss her" says Mo
"the medication shut down parts of her brain, it takes time for them to wake back up, also it did things to her mouth, which also takes time to return to normal" says Andre
"wait is that why she baby talks, because the medication did things to her mouth" asks Olivia
"yes, just for her to say 'your education is as important as my health' took her seven minutes, the reason they gave for the high dose was so that she couldn't have complex thoughts and therefore incapable of harming herself as in ending her life, at least that's the reason they gave, they've groped her before, her dad caught them, the 'side effect' of such a high dose is that it mimics brain damage, to the point that she'd be helpless if they decided to rape her, she wouldn't be fully able to comprehend what's happening and anything she says happened wouldn't be admissible in court because the medication when used on people who don't need it can cause hallucinations and patients are less likely to be believed compared to doctors when they're on that medication, fortunately or unfortunately depending on your point of view every female patient in the psych ward has been touched or raped by these four doctors so there is plenty of evidence that can be presented to the jury" says Andre
"wait so they are serial rapists and have been getting away with it, how, I thought the security at the hospital was top notch" asks Jade
"the security system is top notch, the people tasked with running the psych ward security system aren't unfortunately though that will be changing, it's a federal case now and the FBI is tasking the LAPD with vetting every single security officer at the hospital and every doctor will have to pass a police check under oath which means they will not be able to lie, currently only Sabrína and her team are cleared to work, those doctors worked for the other head doctor in the psych ward, from what I hear he's pissed at those doctors, so much that he's asking the FBI to talk to every nurse in that hospital to see if the sexual assaults extended beyond the psych ward and their patients" says Andre
"you don't think he's covering his ass do you" asks Cat
"no, I've met him before, he always dealt with my grandmother, he's a nice man, he's the reason why she's stopped calling me about every little thing, I wouldn't trust any other doctor to deal with my grandmother, he has always been good at explaining things to her in ways she seems to understand, which no doctor has ever been able to do before he took her in as a recurring patient, even better the new medication he put her on last year is finally showing results, for the first time in literally years she remembered my mom's name and said it, she hasn't been able to remember my moms name let alone say it since I was little, a doctor that improves a Alzheimer's person's memory wouldn't rape or inappropriately touch people if his methods would expose him, my grandmother doesn't trust doctors and she thanks him literally before he can conduct the appointment just so she can thank him for taking time out of his day to help her, his name is Albert Solomon, he's about recovery, as in recovering from mental health issues like. Alzheimer's or dementia, Sabrína is all about preventing such conditions from being able to take hold, given they're on opposite sides of the field they don't always see eye to eye, though on this they seem to agree the assaults should never have happened" says Andre

"she's in a medically induced coma because the detox process can be painful but sure I don't see why not, she needs all the support she can get, when I dropped her off she almost said she'd lrather deal with the withdrawal symptoms than do detox, she was that scared, I told her we'd stop by after school every day, you two are more than welcome to pop by her house once she's out of the hospital, though I'd suggest you let her know in advance about when you will show up" says Andre
"yes we remember, when we were in LA last year she was opening for us and we'd wanted to introduce ourselves to her, her hotel door was slightly open so we'd assumed that she was dressed, Wen ran out screaming and Charlie just turned around, us girls were mighty embarrassed, though she does have a stunning body, I thought she'd be more modest" says Olivia
"she doesn't dress like that for other people, only herself, she has self esteem issues" says Cat
"does she think she's fat or something" asks Mohini
"not fat, skinny, she thinks she's super skinny, wearing fancy garments raises her mood because it makes her feel cute and sexy and combats her self esteem issues" says Cat

"I was, it didn't do me any favors, I was distracted pretty often, I got into Tori's old school this year only to make a single friend but even that's off the table now so I applied to go here, I have an audition with Sikowitz and the music teacher in ten minutes, how much is it for lunch, I have like fifteen dollars on me" says Marissa
"it's already paid for Hun, after your audition just come back out here and tell him you're ready for lunch, he'll whip it right up" says Jade
"Jade I asked you not to pay for my food" says Marissa
"I didn't don't get mad at me" says Jade

"Tori gave me money when she overheard you were auditioning, she said to tell you 'milona Sebrisona', may I ask what that means" says Andre as Marissa melts at hearing that

"I hope you know that people might think you're VV" says Jade
"that's the plan Jade, that would be why Tori called me the gift from God, I'm her identical twin, that includes the ability to mimic certain things she does, especially now that I'm on medication that works I can again mimic her speech patterns, at least as long as I'm not in front of TV cameras" says Marissa
"can you give us an example" asks Jade
"absolutely not, the deal with Tori was if I got in I could play VV here, I have doubts they will accept me" says Marissa
"Rizzo you're more than talented enough, nobody knows their way around a flute or electric guitar like you, you're pretty, smart and extremely talented, they'd be a fool not to accept you" says Olivia

"only because you weren't eighteen yet, we're older than you guys remember" says Mohini
"but I'm taken now, I'm with Cat and Jade" says Marissa
"and she knows that now, she's only looking for one date, she's not expecting anything though she could use a place to stay and I think she'd be open to an offer if you three were willing but you don't have to offer" says Olivia
"I thought the hotel was taking you guys in" asks Jade
"they were but with Hotel fees and medical bills she's broke now, insurance covered as much as they could, she's still recovering so she can't get a job, ideally she'd reinvent lemonade mouth as an all girl band but she can't even start that until she's cleared to sing, at least she can talk now" says Olivia as Marissa licks her lips
"rissa do you want to date Stella or us" asks Jade
"I can't have both" asks Marissa beginning to tear up
"I didn't mean it like that, it's just it took a lot for Cat to extend the offer to you, she doesn't know Stella all that well, at least as a person, Cat will want to get to know Stella before extending the offer to her as well" says Jade
"ok, how about a date at home, is that ok, I don't feel comfortable going out to some restaurant" says Marissa
"Cat, Andre, any objections" asks Jade
"nope, Tori entrusted rissa's life to you and Cat, if you have no objection then neither do I" says Andre
"as long as rissa doesn't kiss her right away I have no objection" says Cat
"no promises there, I may at least kiss her on the cheek, is that ok" asks Marissa
"yeah I guess, now get going, you're late" says Cat

Later that day at the hospital in Tori's hospital room
"how'd it go rissa, did you get in" asks Cat knowing Tori can hear them
"yes, I start next week but I come with you guys for the rest of the week, I got lost and I have to spend Christmas coming here to get me up to speed even though I know the material" says Marissa
"if you can prove you know the material they'll just hand you tests, that's what they did to Tori, your old school wasn't in the same school board, they just want to make sure you aren't behind in subjects" says Jade as Trace walks in
"Trace I told you to wait in the hall" says Trina
"I know but I messed up, rissa saved my life, I said things to her that I shouldn't have, he hit me last night and if you hadn't picked me up from school I'd have had no way out, I'm not a dominant person, he'd have owned me, I can't stand up for myself, I just wanted to thank her and wish her luck in her relationship, I know what I meant to her, I shouldn't have taken advantage of her or taken her for granted, I am dropping out of school and moving to San-Francisco with cousin Ronny so she doesn't have to see me anymore" says Trace
"punish yourself fine but you should keep in contact with me, if I liked him I'd have fallen into his trap too Trace, you didn't end our friendship because you wanted to, you did it because you felt you had to because of him, I always knew that, getting away from him is probably a good idea at least until the feds get involved and take him into custody in February, hopefully by then we will have a place for you to stay, you'll have to find someone else, someone who is interested in you for you, I might know a few people" says Marissa

"she's likely not going to touch it Trace, I don't think she trusts you not to use it on your way out of town, our dad says your 'boyfriend' likely has your phone tracked when it's on, if this boy thinks you're still here in LA he can't follow you or hurt you, I can have my dad get the FBI to get you a secure phone, they'll monitor it but otherwise it can't be tracked" says Trina
"nobody will look at the photos though will they, there are some rather compromising photos of me on there that I took hoping to share them with rissa if we'd ever gotten together" says Trace
"if you took them yourself then no but the FBI will likely look through your phone in depth to see if you've been traced by your 'boyfriend', for the pictures its likely they'll look at the data within the photo to see if it's too large for a photo from that phone, I'll let dad know to tell the FBI you took those photos yourself" says Trina
"but she didn't take them herself, her mom hired a professional to take them" says Marissa
"h-how do you know that" asks Trace
"it's not hard, last year there was a professional photographer vehicle outside your house, I was supposed to come over and work on homework but I don't do well in front of cameras or near them so I just kept walking" says Marissa as Sabrína walks in
"Beatrice you can't leave now, your ex is in the hospital looking for you" says Sabrína
"where is he, I want to knock him into next week" says Andre
"as he deserves but I'd suggest you take her phone from her first, he seemed to know the general direction of where she was and my security team detected a phone giving off some sort of signal, after taking her phone Andre Trina needs to get her out of here and to safety" says Sabrína as Trace hands her phone to Marissa
"first I want to know how Tori's doing" says Trina
"better than expected, it seems her body is shedding the medication in droves, way faster than we thought, though it is damaging things to do so" says Sabrína
"damage where, in her girl parts, because I know that's a possibility with this medication" asks Trina
"luckily no not there but her heart and the arteries in her legs are throwing clots, she's on the heart transplant list as a precaution, it is still possible that her heart can repair itself, the damage is due to blood toxicity from the medication, with the medication being neutralized it is possible for it to heal itself with time" says Sabrína
"does this mean that she can be out of the hospital sooner" asks Andre as he motions for Trina to get Trace out of harms way
"that depends on her heartrate and the overall condition of her heart, the arteries in her legs are no longer throwing clots as of ten minutes ago, if she leaves the hospital it will be on the condition that she returns at the first sign of trouble, otherwise she will remain here till after the dotox is complete and a certified heart doctor has cleared her to leave, which is scheduled for Thursday, unless things spontaneously get better she will be released on Thursday, she's actually going to be woken up soon for a check on pain levels if you guys wanted to talk to her" says Sabrína as Trina leaves
"is that really safe to do, I mean you said it was painful and that's why you were putting her in a medically induced coma" says Andre as Olivia and Mo simply say nothing
"it is generally a painful process detoxing from this medication, however because of its affect on her blood we don't want her to be experiencing excessive pain and us not knowing, I don't do anything in halves, she will be cleared to leave when she's medically cleared Andre" says Sabrína as Toby shows up
"where's Beatrice, my phone says she's here" says Toby
"you're not allowed to be back here, this ward is locked down except for registered visitors" says Sabrína as the alarm bells go off
"tell me where she is or I shoot you right here right now" says Toby as Andre moves and restrains him turning Toby's gun against him
"you feel that against your head Toby, that's your gun, now we're going to go outside and talk until the police arrive" says Andre
"they won't arrest me, my dads state police" says Toby
"my moms FBI, besides you pushes your way into a restricted area in the hospital, if they won't do something the feds will, now get going" says Andre pushing the gun into Toby's head as they make their way out
"it's weird seeing Andre react that quickly, he doesn't seem the aggressive type" says Olivia
"his family has been discriminated against over and over for the past couple decades, you learn to stick up for your family whether you agree with them or not, the only thing that would stop someone like Andre is if said family member committed a crime" says Sabrína
"you didn't lie to Andre did you" asks Marissa
"why would I lie to him" asks Sabrína
"to make more money, you don't make enough to support yourself, let alone aunt Abby too" says Marissa
"after all the years you spent in my care, you don't trust me, oh rissa, the reason I'm low on cash is because of the things those doctors were doing, keeping those girls locked in this ward for no reason other than their own perverted needs, I'm the head doctor here but I was not in control of half those girls care, I was unable to return them to their families and get paid by either the family or insurance companies, now the bills are so high nobody can pay them, meaning I don't get the pay I should be getting, what pay I do get is from families that pay what they can towards the hospital bill, you should thank your sister for setting things in motion" says Sabrína

"I don't understand, if she doesn't have feelings for me, why would I have that much of an effect on her" says Marissa
"you're her identical twin, your metabolism is basically identical, she thinks she's skin and bones but when she looks at you she realizes she can't be because you aren't, she doesn't want to keep her being VV a secret just because of Andre or Cat, your instability played a major role in her decision, by making VV he cousin it put less pressure on you because had she not hid her connection to VV you'd have been swarmed with cameras and people asking a million questions and she knows you couldn't handle that, sure Andre makes her happy but you being her identical twin and standing with her allows her to see the truth and love herself in ways no medication ever could" says Sabrína as Tori slowly wakes up
"but her conditions are manageable by diet, mine aren't, it's not fair that I have to take medication for everything and she only has to take pills for two of them" says Marissa
"brain chemistry can vary even in identical twins and you were sick on and off from the age of three to the age of five, from flu to chickenpox, you couldn't seem to not be sick, they ramped up the dose too high and it altered your brain as a result but hey you haven't been that sick since so they saw it as a win, because of what they did you have to be on medication, your psych symptoms were mild before that and diet did help, it was you getting sick that changed things" says Sabrína as Tori looks around
"rissa, you're here, I thought you were scared to be here, where's Andre and Trina" says Tori
"I was terrified of those doctors not the hospital, besides I wouldn't leave you to stay in a place that YOU are absolutely terrified to be in, I did well in the audition, I start next week, though I got lost so they want me to come every day with everyone else so I can find my way around to my classes" says Marissa
"you get lost everywhere rissa, you're dyslexic, A's are J's and numbers are symbols, going every day this week won't help a thing, you're also direction illiterate, someone could give you a step by step map to every single one of your classes and you'd still get lost, Helen has done many great things for Hollywood arts but she's wrong here, yes you deserve to be there, maybe more than I do but walking you through a week of school before you start does nothing, honestly it's probably best you stay here, that is if Jade and Cat agree" says Tori
"that's fine with us though we would like to be able to be in constant contact with her" says Jade
"and you think I'd say no" asks Tori

"my chest hurts but otherwise I feel fine, I feel better than I did this morning, it is still Monday right" says Tori
"yes, on a scale of one to ten, how painful is it" says Sabrína

"then you likely won't have to go back into a coma, though we do need to check your heart health, the medication made your blood toxic, your heart is throwing clots, we can manage the pain" says Sabrína
"where's Andre and Trina, they'd promised they'd be here" asks Tori suddenly realizing their absence hadn't been explained when she asked the first time
"Trina's getting Trace to safety and Andre's dealing with Toby" says Sabrína as Tori groans
"ugh I told rissa to stay away from him, he's even more unstable than she is, he's a serious threat" says Tori
"he was Trace's boyfriend, he put some sort of tracing program in her phone and followed here, Andre reacted pretty quickly, taking Toby's gun from him and forcing Toby to leave with him, allowing Trina to get Trace to safety, though we got Trace's phone from her before they left" says Cat
"have Robbie look at it" says Tori
"she has pictures of herself in a compromising manner, they were taken with her consent but she doesn't want anyone to see them, especially not someone like Robbie or the FBI" says Marissa
"he won't be looking at any pictures, he's gotten into tech forensics lately, honestly it's kinda hot, anyway just tell him there's a location tracer on her phone, he found one on my phone last year that Ryder had paid someone to inject into my phone through a picture of a puppy sent to me through email, he was able to remove it and hand the proof to the police, the FBI won't take Trace's phone unless they have evidence that it was tampered with, especially not in this case" says Tori
"I'm glad you're doing better Tor" says Cat as Andre waits outside
"I'm not out of the woods yet boo, pain killers make me tired, I can't be on them and make music and go to school, Andre's anxiety is already through the roof, it wouldn't be fair to him to make it worse for the convenience of pain killers just so I can go back to school early, he came back, I was afraid he wouldn't, no guy ever has, even in hypothetical relationships, the only person who has ever come back in a relationship is you Cat, now Andre came back, I owe him this" says Tori as Andre walks in
"Toby's dealt with and Trina just left LA, she made the decision to take Trace all the way to San-Francisco to my uncle Ronny, she will be in good hands there he's a sexual assault lawyer, he will have something to say to the FBI agent working the case" says Andre as he walks over to Tori
"why, what's up" asks Marissa
"Trace talked about the "hit", Trina's not convinced Trace is telling the whole story about what happened, Trina thinks he raped her" says Andre

"Trina said it was the way she described it, Trace told her 'we were on my bed and he slapped me', the thing about Trace is that she wouldn't have willingly let him lay on her bed with him, no boy gets to just lay on her bed, especially not if they're dating her, it causes her anxiety, if he was on her bed it's because he made her let him lay on her bed, she trusts uncle Ronny more than anyone in our family, besides me, if Toby raped her uncle Ronny will find out" says Andre
"is it like her to hide that kind of thing" asks Sabrína as Trace's behavior suddenly makes sense
"yes, when she had her first period she freaked out, told my mom something was wrong with her and that she needed to go to the hospital, apparently it was a heavy period, she feels that talking about stuff that happens to her is a burden to us, it doesn't matter if it's something as simple as accidentally cutting herself while making food, she feels she has to keep it a secret, her birth parents are obscenely mean to her, it's why she doesn't live with them but its made her feel that she has to keep secrets or they'll sue her, she's been through hell, maybe the only other person she'd tell is rissa" says Andre as all eyes focus on Marissa
"rissa did Trace say anything to you" asks Sabrína
"is it medically relevant" asks Marissa
"she could have C-PTSD so yes it's important" says Sabrína
"Toby wouldn't be the first to force themselves onto her, the school shooting last year, the shooter locked himself in the girls bathroom, seven girls were in there, Trace was one of them, he made Trace strip and then he raped her, the two girls that died died because they cried, he made them watch and said that if any of them made a sound he'd kill them, had my teacher released me five minutes earlier I'd have been in that bathroom too, I was in the hall when the school went on lockdown, though he was already in the bathroom by then" says Marissa
"did we ever find out why he did what he did" asks Cat
"his sister was dating Trace, a teacher shaved her head to show that being a lesbian wouldn't be tolerated, she killed herself that night, he wanted revenge, he thought Trace was in support of the head shaving, when he realized that Trace was in fact not in support of what the teacher did he was in police custody and killed himself" says Marissa
"that's pretty drastic for learning the truth" says Sabrína
"not when you consider that he told Trace 'if my sister can't be alive as a gay girl then you can't be a happy gay girl either', the police tried to talk him out of suicide, dad says he told them 'my dead beat father got away with murdering a black dude, I killed two girls and raped my sister's girlfriend because of a misunderstanding, I don't deserve to live, I'm taking things into my own hands', dad said it messed him up for a bit" says Marissa
"oh my God, it all makes sense, his birthday was a week after that incident rissa, remember I planned his birthday party and he lashed out, mom left and dad got more involved, only for him to step back a few months later, he said he's moving out of the house after Christmas and that the house will be in Trina's name but that I'm in charge because I have the income, I'm putting you in charge Andre until I get better" says Tori
"understood baby, now Doctor Vega here's a check for ten grand, run as many tests as you need to figure out what's wrong with her and fix it" says Andre handing the check to Sabrína
"where'd you get this money" asks Tori
"the label said your fans are asking them every day when your next album drops, your old friend in England is the most frequent caller, the label gave you an advance of three million dollars as your songs are still bringing in tons of cash" says Andre
"ugh I told them that VV and I have to be as separate as possible" says Tori
"they already informed the bank that this advance was due to VV's charity contributions to the grub truck, also that the ten grand was repayment for a favour you helped with when VV was younger" says Andre
"ok that's a stretch" says Tori
"no, now that I'm at Hollywood arts and by your side I can be VV, at least in non speaking roles to save up for when I have to speak, that was the deal remember, I'm the one that told them to use the 'repayment of a favor' line" says Marissa
