During the next potions class Snape forced Harry and Susan to separate and get different partners. He then pulled the same tricks again that Harry got around.
"He didn't listen" growled Susan once they left class.
"He did since you are not affected anymore" said Harry.
"That wasn't the point" said Susan.
"But he sees it that way and your aunt can't do much more since you are not affected anymore" said Harry.
"What about your grades" asked Susan.
"He is affecting your future career opportunities" she added.
"That doesn't really matter since I am a Japanese citizen" said Harry.
"Oh yeah" thought Susan sadly.
"I'm still not going to allow him to get away with this" said Susan.
At the end of the month, they had their first flying lesson with all four houses.
"Do you have any experience with flying" asked Susan.
"No" said Harry shaking his head.
They arrived at the class location and saw rows of old brooms on the ground.
"These are what we are going to learn on" said Harry.
"It looks like they could fall apart at any minute" he said.
"They don't look that bad" said Susan.
"We will see" said Harry.
The teacher, Madam Hooch, showed up and had everyone stand next to a broom.
"Put your hand over the broom and 'UP'" said Hooch.
Everyone put their hand over a broom and shouted "UP".
The brooms shot up into Harry's and Susan's hands and a few others. The broom just moved around the ground for some and shot up and hit them in the face for others.
Once everyone had a broom in their hands, Madam Hooch show them how to mount them. That was when the broom Neville Longbottom went out of control and took off on its own.
"Come back here Mr. Longbottom" shouted Hooch.
"Can't you see he isn't doing this" thought Harry.
"You are a teacher, go get him" he thought.
The broom eventually threw Neville off it and he crashed into the ground and broke his wrist. Madam Hooch ran over to him and looked at it.
"Now you care" thought Harry.
"Looks like a broken wrist" said Hooch.
"Everyone is to stay here and don't touch those brooms while I take Mr. Longbottom to the hospital wing" she said.
"If I find anyone in the air, you will be expelled faster than you can say Quidditch" she said as she left with Neville.
"I guess you were right" said Susan.
"Another bad teacher" said Harry.
"How was she bad" asked Susan.
"She should have immediately grabbed him from his broom instead of yelling at him" said Harry.
"Now she has left us outside by ourselves with faulty brooms" he said waving his hand.
They watched as Draco took off with Ron chasing after him.
"Oh" said Susan.
Unfortunately, Draco and Ron landed before Madam Hooch came back.
Soon it was time for Halloween. It was during the dinner feast that Professor Quirrell ran into the Great Hall.
"TROLL" yelled Quirrell.
"Troll in the dungeon" he shouted.
"I thought you ought to know" he said as he fainted.
The younger students started panicking until Dumbledore released a blast from his wand.
"SILENCE" yelled Dumbledore.
"The prefects will lead the students back to their dorms while the teachers will find the troll" he said.
"You don't care about the safety of your students" shouted Harry.
"What was that" shouted McGonagall.
"You want us to leave this highly defensible location and go into the school where there is a troll loose" said Harry.
"Isn't the Slytherin dorms in the dungeons" he said.
"That's right" shouted a Slytherin.
"You don't care about us at all" shouted another student.
"QUIET" yelled Dumbledore.
"The students will stay here with the Head Boy and Head Girl in charge while the teachers will go find the troll" he said.
All the teachers left the Great Hall while Madam Pomfrey took Professor Quirrell to the hospital wing.
"I am starting to think coming here was a bad idea" said Harry.
"The only good thing is that I met you Susan" he said.
Susan smiled happily at that.
The teachers came back to the Great Hall about an hour later saying that the troll had been taken care of. The students could go back to their dorms after they finished eating.
It was soon time for Christmas and Professor Spout came around finding out who was staying at the school.
"You are going home to see your grandfather and your friends" asked Susan.
"Yep" said Harry smiling.
"I can't wait to see them again in person" he said.
Harry was soon called to the Headmaster's office. He went in along with Professor Sprout.
"What did you want" asked Harry.
"Why aren't you staying at Hogwarts" asked Dumbledore.
"I am going home to see my grandfather" said Harry.
"I can't allow that since I haven't been able to verify that" said Dumbledore.
"I will just add your name to the list" he said.
"I guess I will be going to Mahoutokoro next semester when the teachers and my Grandfather come looking for me" said Harry.
"I will tell them how restrictive the Headmaster and the Professors are being" he said.
"I am not going to ruin my education to honor my parent's final wishes" he added.
"Enjoy your Christmas at home" said Dumbledore with a sigh.
"Why thank you" said Harry with a smile.
He left the Headmaster's office noticing that Professor Sprout did not say anything.
"I guess the Professor isn't going to be as helpful as I thought" thought Harry.
"What did the Headmaster want this time" asked Susan seeing Harry.
"He wanted me to stay here for Christmas" said Harry.
"WHAT" yelled Susan.
"He can't do that" she shouted.
"I told him that I would go to Mahoutokoro and say he was the reason I transferred" said Harry.
"He caved instantly after that and allowed me to go home" he said.
"I am going to tell my aunt about this" said Susan.
"He shouldn't be allowed to do this" she said.
"Thank you" said Harry giving Susan a quick hug.
"You're welcome" said Susan blushing madly.
"You're more helpful that Professor Sprout was" said Harry.
There was a burst of fire in the Dean's office as Harry appeared.
"Welcome back Mr. Potter" said the Dean.
"Did you have any problems coming home" he asked.
"Yes, I did" said Harry nodding his head.
Harry explained what Dumbledore tried to do and how he got him to back down.
"He is vastly overstepping his bounds as Headmaster" said the Dean.
"I know he hold multiple positions but that does not mean he can do whatever he wants" he said.
"We will deal with this" he said.
"Thank you" said Harry bowing.
He then went home and took a nap.
Once school was over, Ami and Rei went over to the Masaki house to study, like they usually do, when they received a surprise.
"HARRY" yelled Ami.
"I missed you" she exclaimed tackling him in a hug.
"I missed you too" said Harry returning it kissing her forehead.
Rei stood off to the side smiling until Harry waved her over.
"Get over here Rei" said Harry smiling.
Rei smiled wider as she joined the hug, Harry kissing her on the forehead.
Katsuhito, Hiroshi, and Saeko smiled at the scene.
"Are you thinking what I am thinking Hiroshi" asked Katsuhito.
"Yes" said Hiroshi nodding his head.
"It would be a great way to protect them" he said.
"What are you talking about" asked Saeko.
"Marriage contacts between the three of them" said Katsuhito.
"Harry will inherit two titles which will require two wives" he said.
"Is that really necessary now" asked Saeko.
"Couldn't that wait until they are older" she said.
"We are doing it now for their protection" said Katsuhito.
"So, none of those idiots in the UK don't try anything" he added.
"Or her father tries anything" said Hiroshi.
"We will add a clause that will allow them to break it with no penalties when they are older while they are of their right minds and not under any type of persuasion of any kind" said Katsuhito.
"Ok" said Saeko nodding her head.
Once the paperwork was complete, they told the three kids after Christmas about it and their reasons for doing it. Ami started blushing madly as she was hugged by Harry and Rei.
"Now no one can take Harry from us" said Rei.
"Or take Rei from us" said Harry.
"Who will get each title" he asked.
"Ami will by Lady Potter and Rei will be Lady Black" said Katsuhito.
Once Christmas break was over, Harry went to the Dean's office to leave for Hogwarts.
"Welcome Mr. Potter" said the Dean.
"It has all been taken care of" he said.
"Dumbledore can only talk to you about school related items and not in his office" he explained.
"He can't give you or oversee any punishments either" he continued.
"Both Dumbledore and Director Bones have been told this" he finished.
"Thank you for your help" said Harry bowing.
"If you need any help just call for Suzaku" said the Dean waving at the phoenix.
Harry nodded his head as Suzaku flew over and they disappeared in a burst of fire.
He appeared at Hogwarts and went to go find Susan. He met up with her in the common room and traded presents.
"How was your Christmas Susan" asked Harry.
"It was great" said Susan.
"How was yours" she asked.
"It was great seeing everyone in person again" said Harry.
"My aunt told me what happened to the Headmaster" said Susan.
"They didn't like what he tried to do and made sure he couldn't try again" said Harry.
Harry went up to his bed and saw a package waiting for him on his bed.
"Suzaku" said Harry.
Suzaku appeared in a burst of fire and landed on his shoulder.
"Can you take that package and get it checked out" asked Harry.
Suzaku nodded his head and flew down and grabbed the package before flaming away.
A few days later Suzaku appeared and dropped off the package and a letter before flaming away. Harry opened the letter and read it. The package contained an invisibility cloak that had multiple spells and charms on it that were taken off and was safe to use now. He took it out and put it on watching as his body disappeared.
"I need to ask Ami to look up a way to keep this with me all the time" thought Harry.
He took off the cloak and hid it in the clothing section of his trunk.
