"Wait, are you serious?" Izuku asked as his eyes sparkled as he looked at Kyouka.

"Yeah, he had this weird bird looking thing come out of his chest. It seemed like it had a mind of its own." Kyouka explained as she gestured something coming out of her chest to show the boy what she meant.

"That's amazing! I just have to see that in action now! It sounds like a powerful quirk!" The green haired boy shouted as he imagined how that would look like. "I really wish I could've seen it all. It must've been amazing to watch, huh?"

"Well I'm not one who's as into quirks as you, but I have to admit that it was pretty awesome to see some of our classmates' quirks. But the craziest one was this one guy who froze the entire building and pretty much won the match in an instant. I think his name is Todoroki or something." The purple haired girl said as she cupped her chin, trying to remember correctly. "He's that guy who had half his body covered in ice."

"Oh yeah, I remember him. He looked pretty strong and I assumed that his quirk had something to do with ice. I'm pretty sure he's one of the recommended students." Izuku said before gripping his backpack straps. "Todoroki, huh? Now that's someone who sounds pro material."

Izuku and Kyouka had just left the station not too long ago and were on their way to school now. Kyouka had spent most of the time explaining what she saw in the matches. She did her best to remember as much as she could and luckily she was able to remember a good chunk of her classmates' quirks so she could try to explain them to Izuku.

As they walked up the hill that leads up to the school, they started to hear a lot of commotion just up ahead, and soon they saw that the front gates were surrounded by a bunch of people neither of them recognized.

"What's going on?" Izuku asked as he looked closer and saw a bunch of those people holding cameras and notepads. "Are those reporters?"

"Looks like it. You think it has to do with All Might being a faculty member here?" Kyouka asked as twirled around her earphone jack.

"Probably, but this seems a little excessive…" The green haired boy said as sweat dropped down his head.

"Well, it's not like there's another entrance to school and class starts in about 10 minutes." The purple haired girl said as she sighed. "Should we just go through?"

Izuku sighed as well and reluctantly nodded as he looked at the reporters. "Yeah, we don't have any other choice."

They both began to walk towards the large group of reporters and pushed their way through with Izuku apologizing once in a while before soon making it to the front gate.

"Hey, you two! Can you tell us what it's like to work so closely with All Might?" A reporter suddenly asked the two friends as she shoved a mic into their faces.

The green haired boy widened his eyes as he looked at the reporter and started to wave his hands around. "U-Um, sorry. I-"

"Nope. We're leaving." Kyouka quickly said before grabbing Izuku's hand and dragging him away from the reporters, onto the campus.

"Hey! Get back here! Don't be rude!" The female reporter shouted at the teens but was ignored.

"T-Thanks, Kyouka." Izuku said as he sighed in relief before glancing at the reporters. "The news about All Might has really stirred up the media, huh?"

"Yeah, but it's really annoying to have them pester us when we're just trying to get to school." The purple haired girl said as she let go of her hero's hand.

"I just hope this doesn't happen too often." The green haired boy said as he rubbed the back of his neck. "This kind of makes me sympathize with Mr. Aizawa on his feelings about the media."

"Well when we're Pro Heroes, we'll have to deal with the media all the time, huh?" Kyouka asked as she gave him a small smirk.

Izuku laughed a little as he nodded, imagining the two of them as Pro Heroes in the future. "Yeah. When we're Pro Heroes…"

"Decent work on yesterday's combat training, you guys. I saw the video feeds and went over each of your team's results." Aizawa said to the entire class before looking at Bakugo. "Bakugo. You're talented. So don't sulk like a child about your loss, okay?"

"And Midoriya I see the only way you won the match was by messing up your fingers again. It's not your worst solution, but you can do better. Work harder. And don't give me the excuse that you don't have control over your quirk. That line's already getting old. You can't keep breaking your body while training here. But your quirk will be really useful if you can get a handle on it. So show a little urgency, huh?" The man explained as he looked at Izuku.

"Right." Izuku simply said as he smiled at his teacher.

Kyouka turned to the boy and smiled. "Hey, that's gotta count as a compliment, right? Maybe you'll be his favo-"

"And as for you, Jirou." Aizawa said, cutting off the girl as he glared at her. "Don't think I didn't notice that you skipped out on your afternoon classes after training was over. That kind of behavior isn't accepted here at U.A. If you keep it up then you'll surely get expelled. Unless you physically can't make it to class or have an emergency, you better improve your attendance."

"Yes, sir…" The purple haired girl mumbled as she looked down at her lap.

The Pro Hero then sighed before looking at all of his students. "Let's get down to business. Our first task will decide your future. You all need to pick a class representative."

"Pick me, guys! I wanna be class rep!" Kirishima shouted with his arms in the air.

Kaminari raised his hand with a smile on his face. "I'll take it!"

Kyouka pointed to the boy right next to her and smiled. "You got your rep right here."

"Someone with style would be best." Aoyama announced as his face sparkled.

Mina then started waving her arms around as she jumped in front of the sparking boy. "I'm, like, totally the right pick!"

Now the rest of the students were shouting reasons why they should be class rep and even Izuku raised his hand up high. "I think I can do it!"

"Silence, everyone! Please!" Iida suddenly shouted which made everyone else quiet down. "The class representative's duty is to lead others. That's not something just anyone could do. You must first have the trust of every student in the classroom. Therefore, the most logical way to fill this position is democratically. We will hold an election to choose our leader!"

"It's pretty obvious you want us to vote for you." Almost everyone said as they looked at the boy.

"Is this really the best idea?" Kaminari asked in concern.

Tsuyu put her finger on her chin as she looked at Iida. "We've only known each other a few days, how do we know who can trust?"

"Besides, everyone will just vote for themselves." Kirishima stated as he raised an eyebrow.

"Most people will. But that means whoever does receive multiple votes must truly be the most suitable person for the job. It's the best way, right, sir?" The blue haired boy asked as he looked at his teacher.

"Do what you want, just decide before my nap's over." Aizawa in his sleeping bag said before laying down on the floor.

"Thank you for your trust!" Iida shouted before looking at his fellow students. "Please make your votes, everyone! They'll be collected in 10 minutes!"

The students then started talking amongst themselves and making their votes as Izuku looked at his best friend. "I wonder who will get the most votes out of us. Do you have any guesses?"

"Well, if you vote for yourself and if I vote for you then that'll give you 2 votes. That's pretty much an instant win for you if everyone votes for themselves." Kyouka said as she gave a devilish smirk.

"W-What? Y-You shouldn't do that, Kyouka. It would be like cheating if you voted for me because I'm your friend." The green haired boy said as he waved his hands in front of his face.

The purple haired girl laughed a little as she twirled around her earphone jack. "Oh come on, it's not a bad idea. Plus, I know you want to be class rep."

"W-Well, that's true, but if I were to win then I want to feel like the people voting for me actually think I'm the best option." Izuku explained before giving a serious look to his friend. "Please promise me that you either vote for yourself or vote for the person you genuinely think is the best option."

Kyouka sighed before nodding and smiled at her hero. "Fine. I promise that I'll vote for myself or the person I think is the best option."

Izuku then smiled back and then started to make his vote for himself, not knowing what his best friend was thinking. 'And that person is you.'

After a while, all the votes were turned in and counted before being posted on the blackboard.

"How did I get 4 votes?!" Izuku asked, clearly shocked at the number of votes he has which made a certain girl smile widely.

"Okay, you idiots, who voted for him?" Bakugo asked in anger as he stood up from his seat.

"What, did you honestly think anyone was gonna vote for you?" Sero asked as he looked at the explosive boy.

"Yeah, no one wants a ticking time bomb for a leader. And I think you know who I voted for." Kyouka said as she smirked.

Bakugo then looked at his antagonizers as he grinded his teeth. "What did you two just say?! That nerd doesn't have the guts to be class rep!"

Bakugo continued to yell at the two teens while Ochako looked away, whistling and keeping her vote to herself.

"Zero votes…" Iida said to himself as he clenched his fists. "I knew this might happen, but I can't argue with the system I chose…"

"So you voted for someone else, huh?" Momo asked as she looked at the boy.

Sato just looked confused, not knowing Iida's thought process. "But you knew it was best to vote for yourself, right? What were you trying to prove here, Iida?"

Now Izuku and Momo stood next to each other in front of the class as Aizawa looked at them. "Alright, the class rep is Midoriya, and our deputy is Yaoyorozu."

"Really? It's not a mistake?" Izuku asked as he rubbed the back of his neck and looked at Kyouka.

'Don't tell me she voted for me…' The green haired boy thought to himself, but he earned a wink from his best friend as if she could read his mind.

Momo sighed as she looked down. "How'd this happen?"

"This might not be so bad." Tsuyu said as she looked at the two students.

"Yeah, I can get behind Midoriya, I guess." Kirishima said as he smiled.

"Yaoyorozu was totally on top of it when it came to our training results." Kaminari complimented the girl as he laid back in his seat.

Kyouka rolled her eyes at hearing this as she twirled around her earphone jack. 'I think I'd prefer if someone else was up there with him, but I guess there's no way I can argue her position. She better not be thinking of badmouthing him again though…'

It was now lunchtime and the four friends sat together as they ate their lunch.

"It's always so crowded in here." Ochako whined a little as she sighed.

"That's because students in the support, management, and hero course all share the same cafeteria." Iida explained to the girl next to him.

"I really have to get used to being in such a crowded area during lunch." Kyouka mumbled to herself as she remembered the secluded area of the rooftop back in middle school.

The brown haired girl took a bite of her rice and smiled widely. "This rice is delicious!"

Izuku was still staring at his food before he sighed. "Guys, I don't know how I feel about being chosen as class rep. I don't feel like I've quite earned it…"

"Of course you did." Ochako said as she kept eating her rice.

"Yeah, I don't know what you're talking about." The purple haired girl said as she gently bumped the boy with her elbow.

Iida took a bite of his food and nodded. "You'll be great. Your courage and quick thinking under stress will help make you a worthy leader. Not to mention the strength you've demonstrated. Those are the reasons I voted for you, at least."

"You were one of the four?" Izuku asked before looking at Kyouka. "And am I right to assume you voted for me as well?"

"Of course I did." Kyouka said with a nod as she smiled at her hero. "And I didn't vote for you just because you're my friend. I genuinely think you're best suited for class rep."

"Thanks, Kyouka." The green haired boy said as he smiled back before looking at his friends. "I won't disappoint you guys."

"Oh yeah, didn't you wanna be rep really badly, I mean you do look the part. Cause of the glasses." Ochako said as she looked at Iida.

'Is she serious? But then again, I wonder who she voted for…' The purple haired girl thought to herself before taking a bite of her food.

"Wanting a job and being suited to it are quite different things. Observing the Iida's family's hero agency has taught me that much." The blue haired boy said as he closed his eyes.

"Agency?" Izuku, Kyouka, and Ochako all asked in unison as they looked at the boy.

"Hold on, what does your family do?" Izuku asked in curiosity.

"Uh. Oh, it's nothing." Iida said as he widened his eyes a little, seeming a little nervous.

"Don't be afraid, Iida. Just spill the beans on your family. There's no harm in it." The purple haired girl said as she raised an eyebrow.

"You know, I've been wondering something about you. Admit it, Iida. You're filthy rich!" Ochako shouted as she smiled widely.

The blue haired boy was taken back by this sudden accusation before regaining his composure. "Uh. I was afraid people would treat me differently if they knew about family."

The three other friends started to lean in as their curiosity spiked. "Oooh…"

Iida sighed before starting to explain. "You see, the Iidas have been Pro Heroes for generations. It runs in our blood."

"What? That's awesome!" The three friends shouted.

"Are the three of you familiar with the Turbo Hero, Ingenium?" The blue haired boy asked his three friends.

"I know all about him! He's a super popular pro with 65 sidekicks working alongside him at his Tokyo agency!" Izuku shouted, going all fanboy mode.

"Oh yeah, I think I remember seeing you write about him in your notes back in middle school." Kyouka said as she cupped her chin.

"Yeah, that's right. I would also sometimes watch his videos when doing cardio training before U.A." The green haired boy said before gasping as he came to a sudden realization. "Wait, don't tell me…"

"He's my elder brother!" Iida shouted with pride as he stood up and put his hands on his hips.

"Your family's famous!" Ochako shouted with sparkles in her eyes.

Izuku was fanboying at the fact that he's friends with someone who's related to a popular Peo Hero. "I can't believe it!"

Kyouka gave the boy a small nod as she smiled. "Whoa dude, that's pretty amazing."

"Ingenium is an unmatched commander who honors the hero code." The blue haired boy explained with the look of pride all over his face as he smiled widely. "As the second oldest Iida son, I strive to be just like him. However, I think it might be a bit soon for me to be in a real leadership role. You, for example. You figured out what the judges were looking for in the practical exam. A rep needs that sort of insight."

"That's the first time I've seen you smile, Iida. You should do it more." Ochako said as she looked at the boy.

Kyouka laughed a little as she nodded. "It's a pretty new look for you, but it works."

Iida just looked confused as he looked at the two girls. "What are you two talking about? I smile all the time."

'You know, I think it's getting a little easier to get used to this new environment.' Kyouka thought to herself with a smile before seeing that Izuku hadn't touched his food before furrowing her eyebrows.

The purple haired girl then cleared her throat which caught the attention of the boy. "Izuku, why do you always forget to eat your food? It's going to get cold if you wait any longer."

The green haired boy widened his eyes before looking down at his food. "Oh yeah, sorry about that. I'll start eating right awa-" The boy was in the middle of grabbing his chopsticks before being cut off by the bell. "What is that?"

"Warning. Level Three security breach. All students please evacuate the building in an orderly fashion." The announcer said from a speaker before a lot of students started to get out of their seats.

"What's a 'Level Three security breach?'" Iida asked a student right next to him.

"It means that someone's managed to get past the school's barriers! This hasn't happened in my 3 years here! We should get going!" The third year shouted before getting out of his seat.

Soon, the halls were flooded with students trying to leave. All of the students were shoving each other to get through with most of them in a panic.

"Ow! This is a total mob!" Ochako complained as she got squished.

"Everyone was quick to react. As I'd expect from U.A students." Iida said as he felt himself get squished from all sides.

"Sure. But they're all causing a huge panic." Izuku shouted before getting shoved away and started to get lost in the crowd. "Crap! I can't stop!"

"Izuku!" Kyouka shouted in concern as she saw her hero get taken away.

"Godspeed, Midoriya!"

"Oh no, Dekiru."

"I'm going after him!" The purple haired girl shouted as she tried to push her way through the crowd. "Get out of my way or you'll regret it!"

'Come on. Come on. Where is he?' Kyouka thought to himself as she kept her earphone jacks up, ready to use them on anyone who gets in her way.

A couple of unlucky students wouldn't budge in front of the young girl so she resorted to jamming her earphone jack into their ears to incapacitate them. "I'm sure they'll be okay… As long as they don't get trampled on…"

She thinks that one of the students she got with her earphone jacks may have been Kaminari, but right now she didn't care enough to check as she kept pushing her way through.

Kyouka soon saw Izuku's green hair not too far from her as she smiled widely. "Hey! Izuku, over here!"

Izuku heard the voice of his best friend before turning around and smiling back as he was still getting shoved around. "K-Kyouka! Are you okay?!"

"What about you?! You're getting shoved like crazy!" The purple haired girl shouted before grabbing his arm and pulling him towards her as hard as she could.

Luckily, the boy managed to get through some of the other students as he got pulled through and was now right in front of Kyouka. "Thanks… I felt like I was about to die there."

Both of their chests were now centimeters away from touching each other which caused both of their faces to go red. "N-No problem. I'm always happy to help…"

Izuku swallowed a lump in his throat before nodding. "Y-You always go out of your way to help me, huh?"

"Of course, that's what best friends do, right?" Kyouka asked as she brushed some hair behind her ear.

"Yeah… Exactly." The green haired boy said with a nod as he ruffled his hair a little.

The purple haired girl could feel her heart racing right now as it threatened to burst out of her chest from how close she is to Izuku. Maybe if she took one step forward or if someone happens to push her into him then maybe something could spark.

Kyouka swallowed her fear as she prepared to take an 'accidental' step forward. 'This is it…'

The moment was then ruined as Iida was seen spinning through the air which caught Izuku's attention. "What's he doing?"

The purple haired girl groaned a little before looking up as well. "The hell…?"

Iida looked like the man on the emergency exit signs right now as he stood on top of the exit sign. "Listen up, everything is okay! It's just the media outside! There's absolutely nothing to worry about! Everything's fine! We're U.A students! We need to remain calm and prove that we're the best of the best!"

All of the students started to calm down now as they stopped shoving each other and stopped moving.

"Wow, he actually did it." Kyouka said as she looked up at the boy.

"Yeah… He did…" Izuku said before looking down, feeling ashamed of himself right now at the fact that he wasn't able to do anything.

Izuku and Momo were now standing in front of the class. "It's time, class rep. Let's begin."

Izuku cleared his throat and nodded before taking a deep breath. "Okay, so we need to figure out who the other class officers will be. But first, there's something I wanna say. I've thought a lot about this. While everyone was panicking, I couldn't do anything but get swept away from the crowd. I had to stand on the sidelines as Iida saved the day. I was useless."

Kirishima looked at the boy and shook his head. "Come on, Midoriya, no need to beat yourself up. Neither of us could really do anything at that moment. Have some more fait-"

"I know what you're saying, but I just can't let it go. I wish there was a way I could've helped everyone even if it's just a little bit. It's unfitting for a class rep…" The green haired boy said as he looked down.

"Wait, Izuku, please don't tell me you're thinking of giving up the position." Kyouka said as she stood up from her seat. "You seriously deserve the position and I'm not going to let you step down from it."

"I'm not done yet, Kyouka." Izuku said as he looked at his best friend with a smile on his face before giving the entire class an intense look. "Let me make this promise to you right now, Class 1-A. I swear that I will keep working hard and one day be the class rep that you all deserve. I won't disappoint any of you."

Izuku spoke with determination in his voice, sounding so passionate. Kyouka started to sit back down as she just stared at the boy with her cheeks gaining a tint of red. 'That's how he acts when he's about to fight or when he talks about becoming a hero. He's seriously passionate about being class rep.'

"Whoa, doesn't Midoriya seem a little too intense?" Sero asked as some sweat dropped down his head.

"Yeah he does, but I think it's manly to admit your faults and try to improve on them!" Kirishima praised as he pumped up his fist.

"Y-Yeah, Midoriya seems like he's got this in the bag…" Kaminari mumbled as he laid his head on his desk, still not fully recovered from being trampled earlier with footprints being all over his back.

Shoji nodded as he crossed his arms. "I'm glad to have someone like Midoriya as our leader."

"Well said, Midoriya." Momo said with a small smile. "Now shall we continue onto business?"

Izuku nodded and cleared his throat. "Of course, Yaoyorozu."

The day continued with Izuku and Momo choosing the class officers and any other duties they had as class rep and deputy.

Kyouka felt so proud that her hero is taking up a leadership role in this class so early and it gave her hope that everyone in this class would end up seeing him as the hero she's always seen him as.

The school bell finally rang after a long day of core classes and everyone started to get out of their seat to go home for the day.

Izuku grabbed his backpack and was about to leave the classroom before feeling his phone vibrate. "Who's texting me at this time?"

The green haired boy then pulled out his phone and saw that it was a text from All Might, asking for a meeting in the teacher's lounge. And what was strange is that he urged the boy not to bring Kyouka. 'Don't bring Kyouka? That doesn't make any sense. There aren't any secrets that need to be kept from her.'

"What's the matter, Izuku?" Kyouka suddenly asked, making the boy jump a little before peeking at his phone and seeing the text. "Ooohhhhh… He doesn't want me around, huh?"

"I-I hope you're not offended by this, Kyouka." Izuku said to his friend in a guilty tone as if he's the one not wanting her there. "I'll be sure to ask him why exactly he doesn't want you there."

"No, it's fine. I'll ask him myself. But I think I have a pretty good idea." The purple haired girl said with a sinister smirk forming on her face, remembering her unspoken threat to the hero yesterday.

The green haired boy had no clue why she was making an evil-looking face right now, but he didn't bother questioning it before giving a small nod. "Okay, but I hope this doesn't cause any trouble…"

"Don't worry, it'll go swimmingly." Kyouka said as she smiled widely.

Soon, Izuku began to enter the teacher's lounge with Kyouka right behind him.

All Might was currently in his scrawny form and smiled as he saw his successor enter the room, not knowing who was behind him. "Ah, welcome young Midori- Y-Young Jirou?! W-What are you doing here?"

The hero forced a smile on his face as he looked at the girl with sweat dropping down his head. "Oh, I saw Izuku had to meet you here and I thought I could tag along. I mean there's no reason for me not to be here, right?"

"All Might, why didn't you want Kyouka to be here? Is it something important that you only want me to know?" Izuku asked as he tilted his head.

"N-No, that's not it at all. I just thought that young Jirou wouldn't want to be a part of a meeting like this." The scrawny man said as he nervously laughed. "Please take a seat, you two…"

Kyouka shook her head as she smiled a little too widely at the hero. "Don't be ridiculous. I'm always happy to give my time to the number one hero…"

The two teens then started to sit right across from All Might as he looked at the young girl. 'Jeez, I knew I should've called young Midoriya for a meeting after he got home. I just hope young Jirou doesn't try anything. But she wouldn't do anything bad to me in front of young Midoriya… right?'

"Um, All Might? Are you okay?" Izuku asked his hero who seemed to be shaking a little.

"Huh? Y-Yes I'm okay, just thinking about something else." All Might said before slapping his leg to stop the shaking.

"Careful. Too much stress can be quite deadly…" Kyouka said too casually as she kept her smile on her face.

"O-Of course, young Jirou, I'll keep that in mind!" The scrawny man suddenly shouted as he spat out some blood before regaining his composure. "Now for the reason I called you here in the first place, young Midoriya. Yesterday during training, I saw you hit young Bakugo pretty hard after blocking an attack that was aimed towards young Jirou and it sent him flying across the corridor. No offense, but I know you can't hit that hard to send him flying that far with your own strength. Did you somehow manage to use One For All while fighting young Bakugo without breaking yourself?"

"Oh yeah, I remember that. I've been meaning to talk to you about that actually." Izuku said before looking at his arm. "I wasn't really thinking at the moment so maybe that has something to do with it. At that moment all I could think about was protecting Kyouka and it was the first time I've used my power on another person…"

All Might cupped his chin as he looked at his successor. "Hm… Sounds like you succeeded in subconsciously putting on the brakes so you wouldn't have to kill anyone. Hey, that's some kind of progress at least. I'm impressed. Maybe you should try remembering that feeling and try to replicate it in the future so you don't end up breaking yourself."

"Yeah, I'd much rather prefer if your bones stay intact, Izuku." Kyouka said as she placed her hand on her hero's shoulder.

"I'll do my best, you guys. I'll learn to control this power and I'll make you both proud." The green haired boy said as he clenched his fist.

"Alright now you two better get going home. I don't want to keep you here too long." The scrawny man said with a laugh.

"Right. Let's get going, Kyouka." Izuku said as he stood up.

"I'm right behind you." Kyouka said as she stood up as well before she and Izuku left the room.

"Maybe I was worried for nothing." All Might said to himself as he smiled before leaning back in his seat. "She was probably just messing with me to get in my head."

Suddenly, an earphone jack came into the room and immediately jammed itself into the hero's ear which caused him to fall onto the floor as he spat out blood.

"N-Nevermind… I-I have to remember to stay on that girl's good side…" The number one hero groaned as he laid on the floor, not bothering to get back up.

The Next Day

Izuku was currently riding the train to school as he looked at his phone, scrolling through the news, and smiled as he looked at the headlines. "It looks like All Might has been pretty active this morning. It's impressive to see him do this much hero work in so little time."

Kyouka peeked at the phone and nodded as she cupped her chin. "Yeah, you're right. But he seems to be doing a little much. Don't you think so?"

The purple haired girl gave him a look that was saying that she's concerned about his time limit with the amount of hero work he's doing right now.

The green haired boy looked at her and understood what she meant completely before nodding with some visible concern on his face. "Yeah… I hope it isn't too much for him."

"Are you kidding me, kid? I don't think anything is too much for All Might. I bet all the heroes could take a vacation for a whole day and he could handle all of Japan's crimes easily." A random bystander said to the two teens.

"Y-You're right… All Might could do anything…" Izuku said with some hesitation in his voice which went unnoticed by the bystander.

Normally, he would agree with those words in an instant and even add reasons on how All Might could handle Japan's crimes by himself in a single day. But with the information he knew about his hero's injuries and time limit, he knew that just wasn't possible anymore.

'I hope he'll be alright.'

"Today's training will be a little different. You'll have three instructors. Me, All Might, and another faculty member will be keeping tabs on you." Aizawa announced to the class.

'I don't think I'm ready for more combat training." Kyouka thought to herself as she glanced at Izuku in concern, hoping this training will be different.

"Sir! What kind of training is this?" Sero asked with his hand up.

Aizawa then pulled out a card that read 'RESCUE' on it. "Rescue. You'll be dealing with natural disasters, shipwrecks, stuff like that."

The purple haired girl sighed in relief as she placed her hand on her chest. "Thank god it's safe…. At least I hope it is."

"Disasters, huh?" Kaminari asked as he looked at Mina. "Sounds like we're in for a big workout."

"Totally!" Mina responded with excitement.

Kirishima looked at Kaminari as he leaned forward. "Real hero stuff. This is what separates the men from the boys. I'm shaking with excitement."

"Finally, I'll get to show off how good I am in water. Ribbit." Tsuyu commented, thinking about the shipwreck.

"I've been waiting for this. Your quirk is going to be really useful during rescue training, Kyouka." Izuku said as he looked at his friend before starting to mutter. "With a sensory quirk like yours, you could listen for anyone who needs rescuing even if they're trapped by tons of rubble. You'd be a great help to any hero who can help lift the rubble and you might even be able to destroy some rubble as well if your heartbeat is high enough. But of course, you could also use your breathing exercises to lower your heartbeat to make sure you don't cause too much damage so the rubble doesn't collapse on itself. You could also…"

Kyouka smiled at the boy's muttering, feeling her cheeks go a little red from all the praise she's getting for her quirk. 'I have to say that him muttering this much about me is a bit of an ego booster. It's definitely my favorite topic that he mutters about.'

"Guys, I'm not finished yet." Aizawa said which caused Izuku to suddenly stop muttering as Kyouka rolled her eyes in annoyance. "What you wear in this exercise is up to you. I know you're excited about costumes…" He then pressed a button, causing the cases with their costumes to come out of the wall. "But keep in mind that you haven't gotten used to them yet, and they might limit your abilities. This special training's at an off-campus facility, so we'll be taking a bus to get there. That's all. Start getting ready."

All of the students were now outside and they were all wearing their hero costumes as Izuku stood in front of the bus while wearing his gym clothes.

"Alright, Class 1-A, let's please enter the bus in a single file line." Izuku said to all of the students as he gently clapped his hands, but only got the attention of a couple of students.

"Don't tell me what to do, you bastard!" Bakugo shouted before turning away from the other boy.

'Being class rep isn't going to be very easy, huh?' The green haired boy thought to himself with a blank look on his face.

"Midoriya, would you like a whistle?" Iida suddenly asked as he appeared out of nowhere and handed the boy a whistle. "This will surely get everyone's attention much faster."

Izuku widened his eyes as he looked at the whistle and shook his head. "No thanks, Iida, I think I'm fine as I am…"

"Dekiru? Why are you wearing your PE clothes? Where's your costume at?" Ochako asked as she walked towards the boy.

Kyouka crossed her arms as she glared at Bakugo. "Well someone had to be a dick and completely ruin it…"

The green haired boy nodded as he rubbed the back of his neck. "Yeah, that's one way to say it… I'm still waiting on the support company to fix it up."

The purple haired girl nodded as she sighed. "Hopefully it comes back sooner rather than later. Now let's try to get everyone into the bus, class rep. We don't want to take too long."

Izuku widened his eyes for a second, still not being used to being called class rep before nodding. "Right. I'm sure this won't be too hard."

All of the students were now riding the bus as Izuku sighed with an exhausted look on his face as Kyouka patted his back. "That could've gone a lot more smoothly."

"I think it went great." Kyouka said with a smile as she continued to pat her hero's back.

"But it took me almost 5 minutes to get everyone's attention and it took an extra 10 minutes to get Kacchan to enter the bus…" The green haired boy said before dropping his head.

"No worries, Midoriya, you'll surely get used to this soon enough. You just have to persevere and keep your head high." Iida reassured his friend as he pointed his hand forward.

"Yeah, you don't need to be perfect right off the bat. You only became class rep just yesterday. Chill out." Mina said as she smiled at the boy. "You don't need to be as uptight as Iida."

"If we're pointing out the obvious, then there's something I wanna say." Tsuyu said before looking at Izuku. "About you, actually."

Izuku raised his head as he looked at the girl. "About me? What is it, Asui?"

"I told you to call me Tsu." The green haired girl corrected him."

"Oh. Yeah, right." The green haired boy said as he nodded.

"That power of yours. Isn't it a lot like All Might's?" Tsuyu asked, causing both Izuku and Kyouka to widen their eyes.

'Shit! Don't tell me she's catching onto Izuku's quirk already.' Kyouka thought to herself as she rubbed her arm out of nervousness.

"What? Really? You think so, huh?" The green haired boy asked as he got more nervous. "I never really thought about that. I guess it's kind of similar-"

"Wait, hold on, Tsu. You're forgetting All Might doesn't hurt himself. That makes a huge difference." Kirishima interjected as Izuku and Kyouka sighed in relief. "Still, I bet it's cool to have a simple augmenting-type of quirk. You can do lots of flashy stuff with it. My Hardening's super strong and can destroy bad guys in a fight, but it doesn't look all that impressive."

Kirishima showed off his quirk as he said that and Izuku shook his head. "Oh, no way, I think it's really awesome looking. You're definitely pro material with a quirk like that."

"You really think so? Seems like it'd be easier to be a popular hero if I had something flashier." The red haired boy said as he looked at his hardened arm.

"My Navel Laser's got the perfect combination of panache and strength." Aoyama boasted as he smiled.

"But it's way lame if it gives you a stomachache, sweetie." Mina commented as she put her hand on the sparkling boy's shoulder.

"Well, if any of our classmates have pro quirks, it's Todoroki and Bakugo." Kirishima said with a smile as he looked at the two teens he just named.

"Sure, but Bakugo's always angry, so he'll never be that popular." Tsuyu said bluntly without even looking at the explosive boy.

"What'd you say?! I'll kick your ass!" Bakugo shouted as he stood up from his seat while Sato kept his distance, wishing he wasn't sitting next to him.

The green haired girl then pointed at the boy. "You see?"

"You know, we basically just met you. So it's kinda telling we all know your personality is flaming crap mixed with garbage." Kaminari said with a small smirk on his face.

The ash blonde boy turned his attention to Kaminari as he got angrier. "You're gonna regret the day you applied to this school, you loser! I'll kill you!"

Kyouka laughed as she put her hand over her mouth, not believing that Bakugo's being teased so much by everyone. 'I think I'm liking U.A more and more every day.'

"What the fuck are you laughing at, Earlobes?!" Bakugo asked as he looked at the girl.

"Hm, I don't know. But looking in a mirror might give you an idea." The purple haired girl said before laughing some more as Izuku just looked surprised that his old tormenter is getting teased by everyone.

Bakugo continued shouting at everyone who's antagonizing him before Aizawa looked at everyone. "Hey, hey, we're here. Stop messing around."

"Yes, sir."

"Whatever."

Everyone was now standing in front of the facility with a Pro Hero right in front of them. "Hello, everyone, I've been waiting for you!"

The students were gasping as Izuku's eyes began to sparkle. "It's the Space Hero, Thirteen! The chivalrous pro who's rescued a ton of people from disasters across the world!"

"Woohoo! Thirteen is one of my favorite heroes!" Ochako cheered as she pumped her fists.

"At this point I wonder what pros don't work at this school." Kyouka said as she placed her hand on her hip.

Thirteen then gestured towards the facility behind her. "I can't wait to show you what's inside!"

"This is gonna be awesome!"

Everyone was now inside the facility as they looked around the place before Kirishima started to speak. "Holy crap! It looks like some kind of amusement park!"

"A shipwreck. A landslide. A fire. A windstorm. Et cetera. I created this training facility to prepare you to deal with different types of disasters. I call it the Unforeseen Simulation Joint. But, you can call it, USJ!" Thirteen announced proudly to everyone.

'Just like Universal Studios Japan.'

Aizawa began to walk towards Thirteen with his hands in his pockets. "Hey, shouldn't All Might be here already? Let me guess, he booked an interview instead."

"Actually, it's something else. Apparently, he did too much hero work on the way to school this morning and used up all his power. He's resting in the teacher's lounge." Thirteen explained as she held up three fingers.

Both Izuku and Kyouka were the only students who understood what exactly Thirteen meant with the young girl sighing. 'He really needs to learn to pace himself. It's probably from that hero work Izuku and I saw in the headlines.'

"That man is the height of irresponsibility." Aizawa said before looking at the students. "The clock's ticking. We should get started."

Thirteen looked at the students as well. "Excellent. Before we begin, let me just say one thing. Well, maybe two things. Possibly, three, four, or five."

"We get it."

"Listen carefully. I'm sure you're aware that I have a powerful quirk. It's called Black Hole. I can use it to suck up anything and turn it into dust." Thirteen explained as she held up her hand.

"Yeah, you've used Black Hole to save people from all kinds of disasters, haven't you?" Izuku asked while Ochako was nodding at a rapid rate.

"That's true, but my quirk could also very easily be used to kill." Thirteen said, causing most students to gasp. "Some of you also have powers that can be dangerous. In our superhuman society, all quirks are certified and stringently regulated, so we often overlook how unsafe they can actually be. Please don't forget that if you lose focus or make the wrong move, your powers could be deadly. Even if you're trying to do something virtuous like rescue someone. Thanks to Aizawa's fitness tests, you have a solid idea of your quirk's potential. And because of All Might's combat training, you likely experienced how dangerous your powers can be when used against other people. Carry those lessons over to this class. Today, you're going to learn how to use your quirks to save people's lives. You won't be using your powers to attack enemies or each other, only to help. After all, that's what being a hero is all about. Ensuring the safety of others. That's all I have to say. Thank you so much for listening."

Most of the students started to cheer after hearing that as Kyouka rubbed her arm a little. 'Time to show off what my quirk could do for rescuing people. I hope Izuku will be impressed by what I can do.'

"Right. Now that that's over-" Aizawa started before being cut off by all of the lights turning off and the fountain starting to freak out. Suddenly, a purple fog started to appear in front of the fountain as it started moving and a hand came out of it before revealing a face. "Stay together and don't move! Thirteen. Protect the students!"

"Whoa, what is that thing?" Kirishima asked as he looked at a person coming out of the fog before being followed up by dozens of other people. "Wait, has the training started already? I thought we were rescuing people."

Izuku took a step forward but was immediately pulled back by Kyouka before Aizawa yelled at him as he put on his goggles. "Stay back! This is real. Those are villains.

"Villains?" Kyouka asked as she looked at all the villains up ahead. She then saw a bird-like monster with an exposed brain come out of the fog which sent a chill down her spine. "This can't be real…"

She remembered the day she and Izuku were attacked by the sludge villain a year ago. She remembered how scared she felt for both her and Izuku's lives. She remembered how desperately she tried to save him, but didn't manage to do anything but get knocked unconscious. She felt herself shaking as she stood in front of Izuku with her fists clenched.

'I won't let any of them hurt you.'

A/N

Chapter 26 is done and I surprisingly had less trouble than expected. It feels weird to post a chapter before 12am lol. I've beaten Persona 4 with 90+ hours put into the game and my god it was amazing from beginning to end. A part of me wishes I had a PS4 just so I could play Persona 5, but I think I can survive. I really wouldn't want to buy a console just for one game lol. Maybe one day I'll be lucky and it'll release for pc or the switch.

I have to say writing this chapter was primarily easy except for the scene where everyone is panicking. I had like 5 ideas in my head on how to handle that scene, but every single one of them seemed over the top and ridiculous. For example, one of my ideas was to have Kyouka plug her earphone jack into the speaker that's blaring the alarm and destroy it to get everyone's attention. Another idea was having Izuku flick his finger to get everyone's attention, but that would probably destroy the entire hallway. So yeah, my ideas were far from great regarding that scene.

But having Iida be the reason to stop the panic like in canon is my way of giving Izuku more motivation to be a better class rep. I personally think Iida is a better class rep overall, but I want to give Izuku the chance to rise to the occasion. He won't be the best at first, but I'm sure he'll get better overtime.

I've finally made my decision on the USJ arc. I'll have Momo, Izuku, and Kyouka be at the Mountain Zone. I really did what to put them in the Shipwreck Zone, but I knew that it would be way harder on me. I know I sound like a lazy fuck right now, but the Mountain Zone just seems easier to write. I hope none of you mind this decision. But it will still be a little hard to write and it could take a while to come up with ways to handle that trio. So don't be afraid to pop in ideas in the reviews or PMs and I might end up using those ideas with full credit of course.

Now there's just one more problem with the USJ arc that I have. I'm not sure whether to fully show the All Might vs. Nomu fight in full detail or kind of summarize it from Kyouka's perspective. Of course Kyouka's perspective will still be shown either way, but I'm just wondering if you guys would like it more if I showed the fight in full detail. It would of course be more work, but I wouldn't mind much.

Now onto the reviews!

DarkestLight234: Yeah, but in her defense, dropping a bomb 3 stories is pretty dangerous if the bomb was real.

Lancaster1517: Well I mostly did it for that badass moment of the blast blowing them both back and I didn't want Izuku overpowering Bakugo too much.

TheCrampReturns: I don't think it'll set him on a darker path, but I believe Izuku's and Bakugo's friendship will be a little more strained.

Ability King KK: I feel like Momo would actually find out and Mina would mostly be teasing, oblivious if the truth. It would be fun to see Tokoyami catching Kyouka say something about Izuku when she thinks she's alone in the future lol.

Capito Celcior: Shit I really never bothered looking up how to spell it until now. Well I think I'll fix it one day or just keep spelling it the same way. Don't know, but it's convenient for me that I don't use other Japanese words in this story.

25NaMi: Thank you my good sir.

pnew106s: *Cough* Very blind *Cough* She will tell him in person eventually, but it'll be a long while.

Naoto Koizumi: No need to be sorry one bit. Don't worry Kyouka will have her 1v1 with Bakugo eventually, but I'm just not sure when I want it to happen. Bakugo's and Izuku's friendship will be a little more strained on Izuku's side and I'm sure he'll find out eventually. Izuku and Kyouka will butt heads with each other a lot, but it'll be from a place of caring though. All Might and Kyouka's relationship is always fun to write since she's pretty much his only critic.

F.B 100: Oh she's going to be super protective, especially during the sports festival and this arc.

Jack Meoff: The jealousy scenes are fun to write, but I don't want to over do them so Kyouka doesn't seem too simple.

Chuck Winanaki: Yeah, Kyouka gets a little too emotional when it comes to Bakugo, but in her defense he's the person who's been tormenting Izuku for 10+ years. The hyperventilating is something I took from the anime since Bakugo is in such disbelief that he lost. Bakugo will definitely be fun to write more about in future chapters and I guarantee that there will be some chapters dedicated to him in the future.

ShotgunChicken: Yeah, I always love it when Bakugo's intelligence is shown off because I feel like people forget sometimes that he's one of the best strategists in the class behind Izuku. I've been considering having Momo pick up on it a little bit and have suspicions, but not figure out right away of course.

Dragon storm: Yeah, you're definitely right on the Mountain Zone and I already have a couple of ideas floating around. And that's a good prediction right there on the class rep situation.

Vizard Masky: Yeah, Izuku will definitely be controlling One For All a little earlier than in canon. I'm not exactly sure how I want him to learn Full Cowling, but I know I want it a little before the sports festival. Momo will mostly get suspicious I'd say, but it's possible she I'll figure out at the spirits festival. Kyouka will confess her love a while after the sports festival and I'm still thinking whether she'll fight Bakugo or not. Unfortunately, the outcome of that battle is obvious, but it could be great for character growth.

DaBurntWaffle: I mean I wanted to give her something and not make Izuku better than her at everything.

That's it for the reviews!

Well that's the end of this chapter! Please feel free to leave a review!
