I found this on my laptop while clearing out some old files. It was a version of Season Four that I wrote several years ago and never got round to uploading. Hope you enjoy, and please feel free to leave you thoughts on anything that could be improved.
I'll probably be uploading a couple of chapters a week as I just need to go through each chapter and proof read to pick us many mistakes as I can.

EPISODE 1.
MISTAKES
The alarm beeped, and Caitlin slapped her hand on the top of the clock, silencing it. Throwing of the covers and placing her feet on the floor, she made her way to the bathroom. She glanced at the box in the waste basket and sighed heavily, she'd have to tell him. She just didn't know how too.
Slipping out her night clothes, she entered the shower, and let the warm water pound onto her aching muscles. Grabbing for the Shampoo and conditioner, she quickly washed her hair, before picking up the shower gel and washing the sleep from her body.
After finishing her shower and drying herself, she began the task of drying her hair and pinning it back from her face. They were working on the Stearman this morning, so she'd be spending the day in her coverall's. Having her hair back would make it a lot easier to work. Looking at her reflection in the full length mirror, she sighed again.
"How the hell do I tell him?" she said to her reflection, before leaving the bathroom to get herself dressed.
...
Hawke was just leaving his bedroom, when he head the tell tale sign that a chopper was heading towards his cabin. "looks like Dom's hear" he said to his dog Tet, as he descended the stairs and entered his Kitchen.
He was starting breakfast as he heard Dom set the Jet Ranger down on the dock, the low whine of the rota's could be heard as he powered her down. He poured 2 mugs of coffee and set them on the bar, before turning back to the stove.
"Morning String" Dom bellowed, walking in and heading towards the breakfast bar.
"Morning Dom" He finished the eggs and slid them on to the 3 plates he'd taken from the cupboard before shouting up the stairs. "Hey Le, better get downstairs before Dom eats your breakfast"
A muffled "ok" could be heard from upstairs, just before the young amerasian boy came heartling down the stairs.
Dom smiled at the boy, as he climbed onto one of the bar stools, and tucked into breakfast as if he hadn't eaten in days. The kid had a real good apetite, and would eat anything you put infront of him. He remembered both String and Singin being the same as kids, it was only after Vietnam that String had become more selected in what he ate. That war sure did a lot of damage to folks.
"Have you noticed Caitlin acting a little strange recently?" Dom asked.
"Yeah, I have." Hawke sipped at his coffee, before placing his mug on the breakfast bar. " I have a feeling it might be something to do with me."
"What?" Barked Dom.
String just shook his head, and didn't say anything else. He new he'd upset her, he just hoped they could sort things out. Before she did something like heading back to Texas.
...
Caitlin pulled into a parking space outside the hanger just as the Jet Ranger landed. She waved at the 3 of them as she exited her car and locked the doors. Le was the first to exit the chopper, and ran straight to her, giving her a hug.
"Hey Half Pint, you ready to start your new school?" she said, smiling at him.
"Yeah. Uncle string told me it's the same school my dad and him went to. He's going to drop me of this morning." he paused for breath, looking at her a little uncertain.
"Dom told me they used to go there. I'm sure you'll have made loads of friends before the day's out." She said, reaching out to ruffle his hair affectionately.
"Cait..." he paused before finishing, "will you come too, when Uncle String drops me of?"
Cait opened her mouth, ready to reply, when Dom spoke up. "I think that would be a great idea. We haven't got too much to do today, just the Stearman to work on. Say why don't you and String have a run out to the Lair, check on the Lady."
String chuckled to himself, trust Dom to come up with a way to get the two of them to talk. "Sounds like a good idea Dom." He said pulling his aviators off. "Hey Cait, fancy taking the Lady for a spin?"
"Yeah, I'd like that." and I can have a talk with you Stringfellow Hawke, without anyone else being around, she thought.
...
String pulled the jeep into the entrance to the lair, and came to a stop. Pulling of his aviators, he folded them tucking them into his shirt pocket. He glanced to his right, watching as Caitlin slid from the jeep and headed over to where the lady sat waiting for them. She hadn't said much on the drive out here, more an unspoken vow that they'd talk once they reached the lair.
Climbing out of the jeep, he headed over to Cait. She was at the front of Airwolf, running her hand over her nose, as if greeting an old friend. String took the time to study her. She was wearing a pair of black jeans and a pale lemon blouse tucked into them. Her feet encased in a pair of white trainers. She looked comfortable and practical, yet as always managed to look pretty and femine.
String had dated a lot of attractive women, but in his mind Caitlin O'Shannsey had always been of limits. She wasn't the type of woman you had a casual fling with, she was what Dom called the marrying type. He new he couldn't offer her that, so he stayed away. She was his friend, someone he could trust with his life, and his secrets. So why did he have to screw things up.
"We need to talk Cait." He said breaking the silence.
She nodded her head, "I know." She turned to face him and gave him a small smile that didn't quite meet her pretty green eyes.
"I thought we agreed, we wouldn't let it come between us"
"I.." she swallowed. "I've tried real hard to forget what we did String. Your my best friend, and I don't want to loose that."
"I'm sorry Cait. I know I screwed up, I should of kept my hands to my self. Just tell me how we can fix our friendship." He watched as a tear ran down her cheek, which she quickly brushed away.
"It's not quite that easy String." She swallowed, looking him straight in the eye. "I'm pregnant."
He sucked in a breath, then slowly realised it. He didn't know what to think, or feel. "your sure." He asked.
"Yeah. I did a test yesterday. I haven't been feeling to hot recently, and I was a couple weeks late. So, I finally bit the bullet, and bought a test from the store." She looked at him nervously. Wondering what was going on in his head, and worrying her with how he'd react to the news.
"What are you going to do?" He watched as she swallowed but didn't answer him. She looked as if she was getting mad. He could see the tell tale colour of her cheeks starting to flush, and he new he needed to say more. "Cait, I'll support you whatever you decide. I just need to know, what you want."
"I'm Keeping it." She said definetly, watching his face as a look of relief crossed his face. "I'm not asking anything from you String. You can have whatever type or relationship you want with your baby. That's up to you."
He nodded his head. "Thank you." He said as he took a few steps towards her. He held his hands out to her, hoping she'd take them. He smiled as she took his offered hands, and squeezed at her fingers. "I have something I need to tell you. It might help you understand why I'm ok with all this." he said looking at her still flat stomach.
"Ok."
"I don't no if Dom, told you about Tess." He watched her shake her head." I met Tess about 7 years ago when I was working for Michael, we started dating and I thought at the time that I was in love with her. I honestly thought she loved me back. We'd just found out she was pregnant, I was surprised, but happy. Unfortunately Tess didn't feel the same way. I was working as a field agent for Michael at the time, and I'd just got home from a mission. When I entered the apartment we were sharing I knew something was wrong. All of her stuff had gone, and mine was all packed up in box's. There was a letter propped against the phone, addressed to me in Tess's handwriting." He swallowed hard, before continuing. "She said she wanted more out of life than I could give her, and a baby wasn't what she wanted or needed. She had been to a clinic and terminated the pregnancy."
Cait gasped out load, instinctly letting go of his hands she stepped forwards and hugged him. She felt Strings arm's slip around her, holding her close as he buried his face into her neck. He placed a kiss on her shoulder before pulling back from her embrace. Cait slid her hand up his shoulder and gently cupped his cheek. "Oh String, I'm so sorry." she said, blinking back tears.
String shook his head, not wanting her to say any more. He needed to clear his head, before they discussed the issue of there baby. That thought brought him up short. He was having a baby with Caitlin, a woman who he had decided was of limits. The same woman who he'd had feelings for, for the past 2 years. Could his life get any more screwed up.
They stood looking at one another for a few minutes more, neither saying anything. String grinned at her, and she smiled back at him. "So Miss O'Shannsey, you gonna go get your flight suit on. Then we can take the lady for a spin."
"You gonna be a gentleman and turn your back while I change?" She raised an eyebrow in challenge.
"No." was his only response. He stood and watched her, waiting to see how she would react. Whenever they'd had this type of conversation at the hanger, she'd usually start to get mad, about now and push him out of the changing room door. This time though she had a wide grin on her face. She unfastened a couple of buttons at her neck, before pulling the blouse off and throwing it over airwolf's wing.
String stood mesmerrised by the sight of Caitlin undressing infront of him. Her pale skin was covered in a splattering of frecklaces across her arms and chest. His eyes swept across her torso before following the movement of her hands as they unbuckled her belt and pulled it from the belt loops, slowly. She dropped it to the floor, and returned her hands to the button and zipper of her Jeans. He looked away quickly, turning his back to her. He heard her footsteps moving across the floor towards the locker, and a minute later her return. He risked a glance behind him, she was now fully clothed in her grey airwolf flight suit. The material fitted her curves perfectly, and String couldn't help but notice that her breasts appeared more fuller than usual. She had his flight suit tucked under her arm, which she handed to him.
"Cait, are we gonna be ok?"
"I don't no String. This is gonna be a big change for both of us. It's not just us that are affected though. We have Dom and Le to think about aswell."
"Some how I don't think Dom will be a problem. He'll love the idea of having a grandchild to spoil." He said. All though he was wondering whether the older man would ever forgive him for putting Cait in this predicament. String new Dom would expect him to take full responisibilty for his actions and marry Caitlin, and he would, if that's what Cait wanted. "I'm thinking I should keep out of his way for a time though."
Cait chuckled at that. "You thinking Dom's gonna come after you with a shotgun...hmm...course you might be right. Tell you what, if he does, I'll come rescue you." she teased.
...
Dom watched as String pulled the jeep into a parking spot in front of the Santini Air hanger, and both Cait and String got out. They both looked more relaxed, at ease with one another. 'Looks like they got things sorted out.' he thought as he headed over to meet them. String threw his arm around Cait's shoulders pulling her to him, as she slipped her arm around his waist. It was something they always did, and as much as Dom wished they's both get together he knew it was just friendship.
"Looks like you two had a good flight. Everything check out ok with the lady?"
"The lady's fine Dom." String said, glancing over to Cait, who nodded her head. "We need to talk to you, would probably be best if we did it in the office."
"Ok." Dom was a bit puzzled, String looked unsure of himself. Infact the last time he'd seen him looking like that was when a 14 year old String had put old Mrs Crandwells window threw with a baseball. He looked guilty, question was, what about?
Dom followed them both threw the hanger and into the back room they used for an office. Cait had dropped down into her chair, and String perched on the edge of her desk. Closing the office door behind him, so Everett his part time mechanic wouldn't hear what ever it was they wanted to tell him. Dom stood in front of them both waiting for one of them to speak. When it looked like neither of them was going to say anything though, Dom figured he'd best ask some questions.
"Sweetheart are you ok? Are you sick?" He was starting to worry now.
"I'm fine Dom, I'm not sick."
Dom breathed out in relief. "So what's the matter?"
They were both silent a minute before String spoke. "Cait's pregnant."
"Pregnant! Mama mia," he was grinning. "A bambina." He rushed round the corner or the desk, pulling her into a bear hug. "Why didn't you tell us you was seing some one?"
"Dom" String touched his shoulder. When Dom turned to face him, he spoke again. "Cait hasn't been dateing anyone. The baby's mine."
The silence in the room was defening. Dom sucked in a deep breath, as the information sank in. They hadn't been dateing! String had took advantage of Caitlin, for nothing more than a fling. He could feel the colour rising in his face, he knew his temper was close to boiling point. He felt Cait slip around the side of him, coming to stand at Strings side.
"What the hell, was you thinking kid. God know's you've done some stupid things when you were younger." He exploded. "But why in god's name did you take advantage of Cait like that."
"Dom he didn't." Shouted Cait.
Dom rounded on her, "HE DIDN'T. ? THEN HOW THE HELL DID YOU GET PREGNANT, YOUNG LADY."
"HE DIDN'T TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME." She defended. "It was a mutual decission." she finished.
"Dom, we both decided that our friendship was more important. We didn't want to ruin that. We did take precautions, unfortunately we weren't as careful as we thought." String said.
Dom just looked from one guilty face to the other, wondering what the hell was going to happen. He pinned String with a stare, and was glad when he saw the younger man sqirm under his scrutiny. "You better do the right thing, understand me son."
"Yes sir I do."
Cait look between the two men, trying to make sense of Dom's last remark. Then it struck her. Dom was telling String, he had to marry her. No way was that happening. As much as she loved String, there was no way she was going to marry him, just because she was pregnant. "Not happening Dom. You can't force us to get married just because were having a baby."
"Sweetheart I just want what's best for you." Dom pleaded.
"Dom, String and I have already discussed this. We'll both raise the baby, but not as a couple. We just need you to give us a little space, while we work things out for ourselves." She glanced towards String, who was still by her side. He nodded, but didn't add anything else.
...
Arkangel ended the call, before glancing at his assistant. "The President is requesting our presence in Washington, along with Hawke and Airwolf.."
"Do we have any information on why." Marella asked.
"No." he ran his finger over his lip, thinking. "I must admit I'm curious about the request, as the meeting is being held at the Pentagon. Get me all the information you can about Admiral Jake Robinson."
"Yes Sir." she walked to the computer terminal, across the room, seating herself she began searching for the information Michael had requested. It didn't take long. "Sir!"
"What have you found" He asked, coming to stand behind her.
"Admiral Jake Robinson is a former Navy Seal, Served several tours in Vietnam, highly decorated, and the creator of the Gray group. A section which utilises the skills of a select number of Seals to carry out highly classified missions. He's very well respected by his men, and also the Joint Chiefs. The only son of Frank and Helen Robinson, both deceassed, both were former teachers. He spent his childhood being home schooled as his parents traveled the world. He's married to a Doctor Helen Robinson, formally Lange, and they have 2 young children. His wife is a chemical weapons expert, for the Firm. She's one of Patrick Muldoon's agents." Marella looked over her shoulder at Michael.
"It appears that Admiral Robinson has a mission in mind, I'm most curious as to where Airwolf comes into it though."
"Should I contact Hawke?" She asked.
"Yes, better ask him to bring Dominic and Caitlin aswell. Have the Jet fuelled, and waiting on the airstrip. " He said making his way back to his desk. He watched as Marella left his office, heading back to her own to contact Hawke.
