Chapter 91: Legendary Battle

Normal P.O.V.

While Naruto and Sasuke battled Kaguya, Naruto's clone took Obito's body, Kakashi, and Sakura to safety. Luckily, it was just in time to protect them from the avalanches. Everyone watched as this dimension's land was completely covered in snow and ice. It didn't take long until all movement stopped and silence spread across the plane.

"What is going on out there? Do you think Naruto and Sasuke-Kun are ok?" Sakura asked.

"I'm not sure," Kakashi said as he rested Obito's body against an icy wall. "But whatever is happening, we should stay here for now. We're only going to hinder them if we try to help. Naruto-clone, do you know what is going on?"

The clone shook his head. "Sorry, but our memories are separate until we merge again. I know that the real Naruto is still here and fighting Kaguya. However, I can't sense Sasuke anymore,"

"You don't think that Sasuke-Kun is… dead, do you?" Sakura gasped with her hands over her lips.

"He's not dead, just not here. My connection to him is still very much alive. It just means that he must have been teleported to another dimension during the fight," The clone explained as he absentmindedly rubbed his mate mark on his neck.

The action made Sakura uncomfortable. Her thoughts immediately returned to the feeling of betrayal when she saw them embrace earlier. But again, this was not the time to focus on those feelings. Instead, she needed to steel her mind enough to be battle-ready when the time came. So, slowly, she turned towards Obito's body with a sad expression.

"What are we going to do with him?" she plainly asked.

"Oh, allow me to take care of him," the clone said before he placed a hand over Obito's chest. Then, he added chakra to his hand and seeped it into Obito's body, effectively reviving him. Once the clone felt Obito's chakra fire return, he slowly pulled away and kneeled beside him. "Obito, can you hear us? Can you wake up?"

Sakura and Kakashi gasped as they watched Obito's eyes slowly open, "Obito? Are you…"

It took a few moments for Obito to shake off the confusion and weakness before he looked up at Kakashi in confusion, "Kakashi? Is that… really you?" he asked in a hoarse voice.

"I'm glad you're alright, old friend," the silver wolf gently smiled.

"What happened? I thought I died. The last thing I remember was talking to Madara, and the next, I was… gone,"

"I revived you," the clone proudly stated with a smile.

"Naruto? Hn. Thank you. I guess I owe you one," Obito weakly smiled as he placed a hand over his missing left eye, "I guess Madara got my other Rinnegan. I'm sorry I failed you guys," he sighed as he draped his hands in his lap.

"Don't say that," Sakura said as she knelt beside him with her own smile, "If it wasn't for you, I would have been dead by now. You saved me. I'm the one who should be apologizing to you. I… hesitated… when you asked me to destroy your Rinnegan. If I wasn't such a coward, then none of this would have happened. Forgive me," she bowed.

A hand on top of her head made the pink bunny's head jolt upward. She stared into the kind Sharingan eye of Obito. "There's nothing you need to be sorry for. It was a lot to ask of you. If it makes you feel better, I almost expected you not to do it. So hold your head up high, little bunny." He said before looking around. "So, where are we? Where's Madara?"

"You've missed a lot. After Madara took your eye, Madara and White Zetsu appeared from the Time-Space Dimension with your body. Some talking went on. Sasuke and the real me tried fighting him, but we couldn't stop him before activating the Infinite Tsuyomuki jutsu. Now, everyone is trapped in the genjutsu and hanging from the Tree's branches. And, it doesn't help that Kaguya appeared and… killed Madara, I guess. She absorbed all the surrounding chakra and sent us to through two different dimensions. Now, Sasuke is in another dimension, while the real me is somewhere here battling Kaguya alone."

Obito intensely listened before chuckling and trying to stand on his own. "You're right. I did miss a lot. Alright then, can you sense where the real you is right now?" the clone nodded. "Alright then, take us there. If Kaguya is here, we need to do everything we can to stop her and save our world."

"Wait for a second!" Sakura shouted as she jumped to her feet. "We can't just rush into battle with a celestial being without a plan. So shouldn't we wait to see what happened with Sasuke-Kun and Naruto before doing anything? And plus, you literally just came back to life. You shouldn't be fighting in your condition,"

"No, Obito is right. We need to do everything in our power to stop her. It's evident that Naruto and Sasuke are the only ones who can seal her away, but the few of us that are left need to uphold or honor. You may not think so, but together we have the power to make a dent. It may not be much, but it's all we've got." Kakashi said as he stood up. "We're ready whenever you are, clone."

"Right!" the clone said before he grabbed everyone and flew in the direction of his real self.

The trio was nervous as they held on tight. They knew that this would be a battle for the ages, but they were ready. This was when all their training and knowledge were put to the test. However, a dreadful feeling hung over their heads. Not only was this going to be a hard battle, but it will probably be their last.

The thought of their mortality was always something that played on their minds. As young shinobi in the Academy, the first lesson taught was to treat each battle and mission as your last. But, unfortunately, in most cases, it was. As a result, more shinobi did not return from their missions than did. They are taught to be ready to die at any moment. That lesson was steeled in their minds now. As they flew through the air to find their teammates, the three of them knew that this may be their last mission. But, this was something that each of them made their minds up about from the start. All along, they knew that they were ready to die.

Suddenly, their grim thoughts were interrupted by a crashing sound. In front of them, the real Naruto dodged and fought against Kaguya's ice and snow attacks until he was caught. Then, finally, Kaguya appeared from another portal and floated about him. As the two engaged in battle, Obito came up with a plan.

"Clone, can you put us onto the ground?" The clone nodded and did as he was told. Once their feet touched the floor, Obito turned towards Kakashi. "Did you see that? She just came from a Time-Space portal. It's very similar to our Kamui jutsu. Unfortunately, I don't have enough chakra nor the visual prowess strength to do it on my own. But, if I can gather enough to recreate it, I'm almost positive that I can follow her there. And, if Sasuke is there, I might be able to save him."

"You can borrow my chakra,"

"Thank you, but your portion of chakra isn't enough since you're just a clone. I'll need more,"

"What about me. I unlocked the Strength of a Hundred Seal. Will that be enough chakra for you to us?" Sakura asked with determination on her face.

Obito cupped his chin and thought for a moment, "It will be just the bare minimum, but I believe it will work. Sakura and Naruto-clone, come with me. Kakashi, aid the real Naruto if you can. Try not to get yourself killed too," he chuckled.

"Hn. Obito, you've changed. I take it that you're not wearing any more masks," the clone Naruto teased with a smirk.

Obito took a deep breath and a step forward before he answered, "I'm… Kakashi's friend, your father's subordinate, an Uchiha like Sasuke, I dreamed of becoming the first Uchiha Hokage and a shinobi of the Hidden Leaf. I won't waste any time on a speech, but I will say this. Please, allow me to walk in front of you. I… don't have much time left… so please let me be helpful to you in my final moments and die for you,"

The air around them became heavy with Obito's declaration. However, as they thought back to their resolve earlier, it brought back a sense of confidence and pride within themselves. Kakashi's feet crunched in the snow as he walked towards his former rival and best friend. A cold hand on his shoulder made Obito jump in surprise. But his expression was replaced with a smile of his own when he saw Kakashi's smile.

"We'll die for each other. That's what teammates are for,"

Obito nodded and watched Kakashi take several steps backward. "Sakura and Naruto-clone, keep one hand on me at all times to feed your chakra into my body. We will jump with her when Kaguya tries to open another Time-Space Portal. Bear in mind that she will perceive us, so be ready at all times,"

"Right!" both teenagers yelled as they readied themselves.

The real Naruto had the same plan as he watched Kagyua fly towards him. When she was close enough, Naruto summoned the Five-Tailed Beast's, Kokuō, chakra for his next attack, "Vaper Style: Unrivalled Strength!'

Steam surrounded Naruto's body and melted the ice. Kaguya had her claws ready, but the force of the mist was too much, and it forced her backward into an icy wall. This allowed Naruto to go on the offensive and summon hundreds of shadow clones. Naruto and his clones rushed her with his Naruto Uzumaki Barrage attack.

"This is my Time-Space Dimension!" The real Naruto shouted as he went to complete the attack.

But before he got close to her, Kaguya escaped through another portal.

"That boy possesses a strength unlike I've ever seen, even with my own sons," she panted as she knelt on the floor.

"Mother, some of his clones managed to make it inside of your portal. But, luckily, two of them ran out of chakra and disappeared," Zetsu announced from inside of her sleeve. "Mother, we have to be careful. It is dangerous that he's here with us. After all, this dimension is connected directly to the other Time-Space Dimensions. Please do not keep engaging him. If you get sealed away, all of this will be for naught. It's better than having our long-awaited dreams turn to dust. Please, use this to defeat him,"

Kauyga opened a small portal near her hand and shot a gray rod through it. Next, the portal opened behind Naruto, and the rod shot through it. He managed to dodge the first couple, but finally, one of them impaled his torso and turned to dust. Naruto gasped as he felt the surrounding area also turn to dust, creating a large hole in his stomach before he also turned to dust. Finally, Kaguya thought she was safe and escaped back to the icy dimension through a portal. Once she was gone, Obito and Sakura appeared through his Kamui jutsu.

"Looks like we made it," Sakura said as she steadied herself on her feet.

"Yeah, thanks to Naruto. However, I don't sense him anyway, even as a clone," Obito announced as he looked around. "That's a good thing. That means that the real Naruto is back in the other dimension and can fight her while we look for Sasuke." Sakura waited for Obito to kneel before she placed her hands on his shoulders, activated her seal, and fed her chakra into him. "We're going to open each dimension until we find him,"

"You've got it! I'll give you all of the chakras I have!" she shouted as her seal's markings ran along his body as well.

Together, they opened more than five dimensions, but none of them had Sasuke's chakra signature inside of them. However, they continued to push onward until they accidentally opened one with acid. Before he knew what was going on, Sakura rushed in front of him and saved him from the rushing acid. Unfortunately, she took some of the damage. Once she carried him to a safe enough distance, Sakura quickly removed her destroyed jacket and ripped off her right arm's sleeve. She hissed in pain as she fell to her knees. Several burn marks appeared on her arm from the acid spill.

"Sakura! Are you alright?!" Obito called out as he rushed to her side.

"I'm fine. Don't worry about me. I'll survive," Sakura said as she got up and walked over to him, ignoring the pain in her arm. "We have a limited time to save Sasuke-Kun, right. We need to keep going until we find him. I won't waste the opportunity Naruto gave us!"

Obito didn't argue as he watched her reactivate her seal. Once the markings covered their bodies, he continued the search. Exhaustion started to settle in as they continued their investigation. Both chakra reserves began to run out, but they couldn't give up. Luckily for them, the next dimension they opened was the correct one. As the portal opened, Sakura and Obito gasped as they saw a tried, lost, and sweaty Sasuke walk through the desert dimension.

"Sasuke-Kun! Sasuke-Kun over here, quick!" Sakura shouted.

A surprised Sasuke looked around until he saw Sakura, Obito, and the opened portal. Then, as fast as his legs would carry him, Sasuke ran towards the slowly closing exit. But, with their chakra reserves weakening, the portal started to close more quickly. Not wanting to lose her teammate, Sakura screamed as she pushed more chakra into Obito's body. Finally, both yelled as a large amount of chakra overwhelmed them to save Sasuke. And, before they knew it, the passage was closed, and their reserves were almost depleted.

Sakura's seal retreated to her forehead. Obito leaned over and spat out blood as he panted. The pink-haired bunny felt her exhaustion hit her like a ton of bricks. Dark circles appeared under her eyes, her ears drooped, sweat dripped down her face and body, and she could barely stand on her own. Then, her small body fell backwards without a fight until it hit something hard.

"I've got you," a calm voice said.

Seafoam green eyes looked up to see that she was in the arms of her savior, Sasuke Uchiha.

"Sasuke-Kun…" she whispered.

"Are you alright?" he asked as he moved to sit her on the ground. All she could do was nod with a gentle, tired smile on her face. "What about you, Obito?"

"I've been better. But, how did you do it? Before the portal closed, you seemed as if you were still too far away,"

"I can shift myself between spaces, although it is only over finite distances. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw the remains of your jacket, Sakura. So, I used that to teleport myself here," Sasuke explained before looking down at Sakura, "It was thanks to both of you that I was brought back. Thank you,"

"You can thank us by ending this war~" Obito suddenly gasped as he suddenly fell to the ground. His body felt heavy, and his mind started to fade, "No, this can't be the end. I can't… break another promise…." He whispered as his eyes closed on their own.

Sakura and Sasuke's voices were lost in his unconsciousness. The last thing he saw was short brown hair and dark eyes. This caused Obito's body to jerk upwards as look around.

"Obito! You came back!" Sakura smiled in relief. But it quickly turned to confusion as the older feline kept looking around. "Is everything ok?"

Regaining himself, Obito shook the images of Rin free from his head before he stood up, "Yeah, don't worry about it. There's still something I have to do. Hang on you two, we're going back,"

Sakura and Sasuke did as they were told, and each placed a hand on broad shoulders. Then, concentrating as much as possible, Obito used his Sharingan to teleport them back to the icy dimension where Naruto and Kakashi were waiting for them.

Back in the other dimension, Kakashi watched helplessly as Naruto's clones protected him against Kaguya's advances. Then, after they realized that the Naruto they killed in the one dimension was nothing more than a clone, they focused on the real one. First, Zetsu laughed as the clones died protecting the real Naruto. Then, Kaguya summoned gray rods out of her back to make her onslaught easier and used them to attack the clones.

One by one, each clone turned into dust as she stabbed them. Finally, not wanting to waste more time, Kaguya shot the rods from her back outwards and pierced most remaining clones. Panic settled in Naruto's stomach as Kaguya got closer to him. However, slight relief washed over him as he felt a familiar chakra signature reappear. Everyone stopped as they saw Obito, Sakura, and Sasuke reappear into the dimension.

"Sasuke!" Naruto cheered before he was captured by Kaguya's hair.

"Naruto!" Everyone screamed as they watched their friend impaled by one of her rods.

Kaguya and Zetsu's smirk quickly turned into shock as Naruto's body crumbled into dust, but the Truthseeker Obrs and other clones remained.

"I was for sure the real Naruto was the one with the Truthseeker Orbs!" Zetsu cried out.

"Ha! Fooled ya! I'm the real Naruto!" the blond fox cheered as he called the orbs to his side.

"That brat! He transferred the Truthseeker Orbs to a clone! Damn him!" Zetsu growled.

"It does not matter. We shall destroy all until nothing is left," Kaguya calmly said as she thrust her hand out.

The dimension shifted again to one with heavier gravity. All of Naruto's clones disappeared as they fell from the sky. Naruto and his orbs landed with a thud. He groaned in pain as she tried to get up but failed.

"Damnnit! I can't levitate,"

"But at least we're not the only ones affected," Sasuke pointed out as they looked at Kaguya.

The celestial struggled to hold herself up as she shot two rods towards them. Naruto and Sasuke rolled out of the way in time to dodge them, but it took a toll on them.

"Impressive. You can still move even with this heavy gravity. But do not think it will be enough. I have already adjusted to the conditions here. I won't miss a second time,"

As Kaguya shot the second set of rods, Kakashi and Obito fought the weight to save Naruto and Sasuke. And, just when they thought they weren't gonna make it in time, an apparition of Rin appeared and helped them make it. But, unbeknownst to Kakashi, Obito had other plans.

As the silver wolf waited for the rod to strike, he looked down and saw that it was removed with a Kamui jutsu. Wide eyes turned towards his old rival, who bore a pained smile. Then, shocked, dark eyes traveled down to a pale midsection to see that his worst fears had been realized.

"Obito… how could you…."

"Hold on, Obito, I'll heal you!" Naruto announced as he placed his hand on the feline's lower back.

"It's no use, Naruto. This is the end for me. Thank you, both of you, for everything you've done for me up until this point," Obito said as he turned his smile from the two boys back to his friend. "Sorry, Kakashi, but I wanted to spend a little alone time with Rin. So you'll just get in the way…." Everyone watched in horror as Obito's midsection started to turn to dust. "Kakashi, despite your resolve. It is not your time to die yet. Please, stay alive and help support the younger generation. And Naruto, you better become Hokage. I'll be watching,"

"Hn. What a sad display. You have accomplished nothing in your life. So hated by friend and foe alike, no one to call a friend, every bond you've ever formed is broken, you didn't achieve your goal, and now you're even helpless as you die. The world will be glad to be rid of you," Zetsu laughed.

"Why you! Just wait until I~."

"You're right!" Obito shouted and cut Naruto off. "I am worthless. I deserve nothing short of a criminal's judgment. But, at least I made something of myself before my time ended,"

As the conversation ended, Sasuke's Visual Prowess returned, and he could move freely. So he summoned lightning chakra to his hand and attacked Kakguya. But she managed to fly away. So Sasuke called his Susanoo to go after her.

"Obito, I'm sorry, but we don't have a lot of time left. Thank you for getting us this far. May your soul rest in peace," Sasuke said before turning to look at Naruto. "We need to hurry, so come with me," The conflicted look in his mate's eyes told Sasuke all he needed to know about this moment. With a heavy sigh, he turned his back towards them. "I'm going ahead and will distract her as long as possible. Please don't make me wait too long," Was all he said before he took off after Kaguya.

"Damnnit! Why! Why am I never strong enough!" Naruto cried as tears formed in the corner of his eyes.

"Naruto, that's enough," Obito calmly said as he threw a look over his shoulder. "There is more work for you to do besides waste time on me. You've done more for me than most people in my life. After fighting you, I was awkward to new possibilities. I saw my past self through you. And, by you achieving your dreams, I can live mine through you. So do your best and achieve your goals. I know you can do it,"

And with that, Obito's body finally crumbled into a million pieces and fell to the ground. Naruto could only clench his fists and hold back his tears as he stared at the pile of dust at his feet. Sakura laced her fingers together to say a tearful prayer while Kakashi knelt on the ground next to the dust pile. Above, the battle between Sasuke and Kaguya raged on. Sasuke's Susanoo delivered a punch to her face and staggered her. Zetsu looked down at the rest of the team from her sleeve with a menacing smile.

"So, the cowardly traitor finally died, eh? How tragic, much like his life. Do not waste your tears on vermin cockroaches such as himself. He was as worthless as the dirt beneath our feet." He evilly laughed.

The annoying laugh echoed in his eyes as Naruto's rage boiled. "Don't you dare~" Everyone gasped as Naruto launched himself off the ground and ripped Kaguya's left arm off "laugh at Obito!" Zetsu gasped as he was severed and thrown to the ground. He tried to move, but Naruto pinned him down with two of his own rods. "That ought to keep you grounded for a while," He turned his attention back to their primary opponent as he joined Sasuke's side.

"Are you alright?" Sasuke asked without looking at his alpha.

"I will mourn those who were lost when this is over," Naruto's voice was deep and rough with his fists clenched and angry, swishing nine tails.

"Hn. Fair enough. Alright, let's do this!"

Both boys rushed towards the celestial being with their attacks ready. Sasuke and his Susanoo unleased several combinations of attacks while Naruto summoned all of the powers of the Tailed-Beasts to create different bombs.

Each of the Tailed-Beast Bombs landed on Kaguya, doing enormous damage to her and blowing Sasuke backward. However, Naruto saved his mate in time and held him close. Then, they watched as the Tail-Beast chakra reacted to Kaguya as they started to separate. One of the Beasts tried to attack Sakura, but she jumped out of the way in time.

"Sasuke, protect Sakura-chan for me, please," he asked as he lowered his mate to the ground.

But just as another Beast tried attacking her, a large blue arm swooped in and saved Sakura. Confused, she looked up to see Kakashi inside his own Perfect Susanoo.

"Kakashi, how did you summon that?" Sasuke asked in complete shock.

"It's a gift, from an old friend," was all he said as he brought Sakura to his side. "Are you alright, Sakura?"

"Yes. Thank you, sensei," she nodded.

"Good, now stay close to me. I shall protect everyone this time," Kakashi commanded his Susanoo to summon giant shurikens, "Kamui Shurikens!"

As the attacks landed, they disappeared and reappeared to sever the Beasts' appendages. The Beasts screamed as they endured the attack. Then, Kaguya absorbed more chakra and formed a giant Truthseeker Orb that held every element to save herself.

"Great job, Mother! Now all of you will be sacrificed as she creates another Time-Space Dimension!"

"Sasuke~"

"I know. We need to stop it. But to do it, we need to seal her away,"

"So, how do we seal Rabbit Granny away?"

"What's with you and all these ridiculous nicknames?" Sasuke asked in irritation.

Kakashi ignored that and summoned his team together, "Everyone, listen to me. I have a plan. I want you guys to understand something… this will be our final mission as Team 7. Let's go out with a bang,"

"It does not matter what plan you choose. I am immortal. With that being said, if either of you boys dies," Kaguya said as she pointed to Naruto and Sasuke, "Then there will be no hope for this world or any,"

"She's deserpate, Naruto. Let's finish this bitch off,"

"Right!"

Kaguya shot more of her spikes towards Kakashi and Sakura. But just as one of the spikes hit him, it passed through his torso and out the back. Internally, he thanked Obito for his blessings as he jumped from his Susanoo and sliced through her right shoulder with black lightning.

Naruto and Sasuke reached their hands out, readied to seal her away. Kaguya tried her best to attack them with more spikes and teleport away, but thanks to Kakashi, nothing worked. And, just when she was about to fly upwards, she gasped when she saw Sakura plummet towards her with her fist riled back.

"Don't forget about me, bitch!" Sakura yelled as she punched Kaguya's head.

As Kakashi fell towards the ground, he looked up at his students and smiled. "You guys, make a nice picture right now. I… truly… love you all,"

Kaguya gasped as a familiar feeling washed over her. Memories of the first time this happened with her sons, Hagoromo and Hamura, filled her heart and head with sadness. Would history repeat itself? Would she lose herself and her boys to the chakra corruption? Yet, despite everything that happened, Kaguya truly loved her boys.

During her first imprisonment, she dreamt of a life where she watched them grow and love her in return. However, she knew that it was nothing more than a fleeting dream. Only a tiny part of her was left. Overall, she was nothing more than an empty shell of the mother she wanted to be.

"Six Paths Planetary Devastation!"

As the seal activated, her red Rinnegan was covered with an eclipse. Kaguya screamed as she felt her body being ripped apart. The Tailed-Beasts were ripped from her body, landing on the ground. Suddenly, the ground below them rose and merged with Kaguya's body. To ensure everyone was safe, Naruto grabbed Sasuke and Sakura and threw them toward the ground.

"What are you doing, you idiot!" Sasuke yelled as he reached for his mate.

"Take care of Sakura-chan and Kakashi for a while. I have some unfinished busy to take care of,"

"Naruto, no!" Sakura screamed as she reached for him too.

"Don't worry about me, Sakura-chan. I'll meet up with you guys soon enough. Now, go and get as far away from here as soon as possible," he commanded with a smile before he turned his attention back to Kaguya.

Sasuke tsked as he grabbed Sakura and flew them to the ground in his Susanoo, picking up Kakashi along the way. As they reached the ground, everyone turned their attention to Naruto and Kaguya.

"Where's Naruto?" Kakashi manically asked.

"Up there. Sasuke-Kun, we need to go back as get him!"

"Shut up, Sakura!" the raven yelled as he clenched his fists and tried to hide his tears. "He told us to get away from here while he finished the job. If… If I have to trust his judgment, then so do you!" No one said anything as they watched Sasuke calm down and turn towards where the nine Tailed-Beasts resided. "Come on, let's get away from here,"

Kakashi didn't say anything as he joined them inside of Sasuke's Susanoo before they flew away. Likewise, no one said anything as they breathed the thick air around them. Both Kakashi and Sakura knew that Sasuke's heart was the heaviest as he worried about his mate. They only hope that Naruto made good on his word and joined them soon.

Naruto didn't move or say anything as he waited for his mate and friend to fly away from him. Once they were far enough out, he opened his eyes and glared at Kaguya.

"What are you still doing here, young one. If you don't leave soon, then you'll be caught up in the seal too," she warned.

"Don't worry about me. I'm just here to make sure you don't escape this time,"

"You remind me so much of my son, Hagoromo. He was kind and gentle. He made me proud to be his mother,"

This confused Naruto as he backed away from her sightly, "Don't you hate them for sealing you away? Wasn't that why you were crying earlier when you held Sasuke and my face?"

Kaguya shook her head, "I could never hate my boys. I loved them with all my heart. When they sealed me away, it was because the chakra I absorbed corrupted me. They knew that. To protect the world, I could not be in it. I just wish that I could have made things right before it happened again," she sighed as she looked Naruto in the eyes. "Young alpha. Can you please do me a favor… If you ever see either of my boys again… can you tell them that their mother loves them. I don't know if they'll believe you or not, but knowing that they know will bring me peace. So please… could you tell them for me?"

Naruto only nodded before he backed away from her enough to not be engulfed by the sealing jutsu. He cringed as he heard her screams when more boulders crushed her body. Then, to escape the tension, Naruto flew until he found where Zetsu was still pinned to the ground. Naruto dismissed his Six Path form and walked towards the entity when he finally saw him.

"Naruto?!" What are you doing here?!"

"Did you think I forgot about you?" Naruto smirked as he knelt down beside the tiny being.

"How dare you think you've won?! You're nothing but a trash piece of shinobi history I created!"

"You speak so highly of shinobi history without knowing shit about it! Shinobi history is created by the shinobis who gave their lives to protect their beliefs. They also train until they're exhausted, even after achieving their dreams. These are the same shinobi that made me who I am today!"

"Get over yourself!" Zetsu yelled as he shot out the sleeve and attacked Naruto's right arm. Naruto screamed as he felt Zetsu latch onto him and try to morph onto his body. "Like Mother, I am immortal and will remain in this world until she is ready to be unleashed again. And you will be my new puppet!" Naruto continued to scream as he felt Zetsu claim more of his right arm. Then, thinking quickly, he added some chakra to his left and used that to slice his arm off just above his elbow. "You… severed your own arm?! Are you insane?!"

"Enjoy your imprisonment with your Mother!" Naruto yelled as he hurled Zetsu, his severed arm, and his jacket into the sealing jutsu's path. He smiled as he saw both enemies imprisoned, but it was short-lived as pain and blood spilled from his new injury. "Damn. I need to hurry and get back to them," Naruto placed his hand over his wound and added chakra to stop the bleeding and ease the pain.

Once he was in somewhat stable condition, Naruto took off in the direction he could sense his friends and mate.

To Be Continued…
