"Brother! Reaka!" I heard Alphonse's voice as you opened my eyes leaning on Ling as his arms were around my body, we were both surrounded by parts of Envy as Alphonse worked to pull Edward away.
"Al? You're back in the armour. So that means…" Edward looked over to us two and put his fist up,
"We're back in the real world." Ling bumped fists with Edward as I moved away from Ling and lay on my back as I took a breath, that was not fun…
"Brother!" Alphonse picked his brother up and gave him a bear hug as I stayed on the ground and realised that I'd have to talk to Edward about Xerxes now… there was no hiding it. But there was one thing I couldn't ignore right now, where were we? I looked around and felt a familiar presence as Ling, Edward and Alphonse were talking,
"I'm so happy you're alive!" Alphonse spoke,
"That hurts, Al! Your spike is poking my ribs!" Edward complained. Alphonse put Edward down,
"I'm sorry. But I thought… I thought you were dead." Alphonse knelt and his armour was shaking.
"But I'm okay, Al. I'm sorry. I'm sorry I worried you." Edward put his automail hand on Alphonse's head. I smiled at the two and walked over to Edward as he stood up, "Where exactly did we wind up?" Edward asked.
I turned and saw him… the replica of Van Hohenhiem… the dwarf in the flask. I just stared at him, I slowly stood up from the ground and looked at him. He was behind all of this.
"This is somewhat surprising." A deep male voice spoke, I froze, his voice hit a chord inside me as I gripped my chest in pain. "People emerging from his stomach." he appeared from the shadows.
"What the- Hohenheim?!" Edward spoke, I gripped my top over my chest with one hand and my other fist clenched.
"Steel appendages, hm… and an armoured body." The man pondered for a moment and then moved in front of Edward quickly, "Are you two the Elric Brothers?" Dwarf walked up to Edward, who jumped back in shock,
"So you're… you're not?" Edward spoke.
"Have you mistaken me for someone else? Well, hold on… Hohen… The name you said. By any chance, do you mean Van Hohenheim? And how is it the two of you are acquainted with him?" Dwarf asked,
"Well, he's our father." Alphonse spoke, Dwarf looked between the two as I stood next to Ling who was glaring at Dwarf, his blade held securely in his hand. Dwarf suddenly grabbed Edward's head at the realisation as I went to step forward, afraid he'd do something to Edward,
"He's your father?! This is indeed surprising! I had no idea he had children!" Dwarf patted Edwards head and laughed, "If you are indeed his progeny, then why is it that your family name is 'Elric'?" Dwarf questioned,
"Elric is our mother's last name!" Edward smacked Dwarf's hand off.
"Oh, is that so. So, where has he been spending his time?" he asked,
"Who cares?! Just forget him, who the hell are you?! And why do you look exactly like him?!" Edward pointed at Dwarf.
"I know that he can't be dead." Dwarf pondered,
"Listen to me!" Edward yelled as Dwarf ignored Edward,
"Brother, this man is…" Alphonse stopped as he grabbed Edward's arm who cringed in pain.
Father grabbed Edward's broken arm as Edward cringed and held it.
"Oh? It would appear that you're injured. And you're missing your left hand, aren't you?" Dwarf put his hand on Alphonse's missing arm and transmuted one out of nowhere, "There. How is that for you?" Dwarf asked as Alphonse looked at his new hand. Dwarf then grabbed Edward's arm. "Your arm's broken." Dwarf pulled at Edward's arm and touched it, the same alchemy took place and repaired the bones as I glared at Dwarf. Edward ripped the bindings and sticks off and touched his arm,
"It-it's not broken anymore." Edward spoke, Dwarf put his hands on Edward's shoulders and started patting him down until Edward cringed at his ribs,
"A few broken ribs as well…" Dwarf spoke and healed him again as I slowly walked around, "I consider the two of you to be vital resources. You must both remain alive and healthy." Dwarf explained as I glared at him. My fists clenched as I could hear voices in my head again, I grabbed my head for a moment and felt my body wobble. I started to lose focus, this man… he ruined my life! He took everyone and everything away from me! Edward and Alphonse were talking together. My friends, my home, my life… I wobbled as my vision and head spun. I felt my knees and body hit the floor.
"Rea!" Edward went over and picked Reaka's body up,
"Rea… Rea… Rea… Reaka!?" the man looked at Reaka's body shocked,
"She… managed to live all these years… well of course she would…" the man held his chin. He looked back at her body and glared a little at Edward as he picked her up.
"You aren't human. What are you?! What the hell's inside you?!" Ling held his blade up,
"I would ask who you are, but I honestly don't care." The man glared at Ling like he shouldn't exist, "You can go ahead and eat him." The man walked over to Gluttony.
"Okay!" Gluttony smiled,
"What?! No, hold on! Don't! This guys our friend, and you want to keep us happy, right? So don't kill him, please." Edward ran over in front of Ling with Reaka still in his arms.
"But I have no need for him… Your friendship doesn't make him any less useless to me." The man spoke,
"What did you say?!" Edward glared,
"Brother, the Homunculi keep call this guy their 'Father'. I think he's the one who created them." Alphonse spoke,
"What?!" Edward spoke,
"He did heal our wounds, though." Alphonse spoke, Edward glanced at Reaka, so this is who she was tricked by to preform human transmutation all those years ago?
"He didn't heal mine." Ling stepped forward and held his ribs, "I don't like him. I can tell he looks down on humans and calls us fools." Ling walked forward, Edward knelt gently and lay Reaka's body down,
"When you notice an insect on the ground, do you stop to consider it to a fool? The life of an insect is so beneath you that it would be a waste of your time to even consider judging it. That would be an accurate summation on my feelings towards you humans." The man spoke, Edward stepped over Reaka's body.
Edward clapped his hands and put them on the ground, starting an attack of rocks towards the man who created a wall to block it,
"Look, you might've healed our wounds but that does not mean we're friends. It's pretty apparent that you're the root of all this evil! I'm taking you down! I don't care how many cronies you've got!" Edward yelled,
"And just who are you callin' a crony, pipsqueak." Envy spoke,
"Pipsqueak?!" Edward glared clapped his hands and slammed them on the floor, he bound Father up,
"Got ya now, boss man!" Edward yelled but the pipes broke instantly as Father lifted his hand.
Envy charged at Edward who jumped back as Ling pulled Reaka's body out of the way. Edward quickly created a wall to block Envy. Envy simple slammed his tail against the wall and sent Edward backwards.
Waking up slowly I saw Edward and the others fighting the man who I feared. I felt a weird aura in the air as 'Father' put his foot down. Edward and Alphonse could no longer do alchemy. Envy pinned them on the ground, I tried to lift myself off the ground quickly as I stumbled and ran towards Edward and Alphonse,
"Edward!" I called, Envy quickly grabbed me with his tail as Gluttony thrown Ling over and pinned him on the floor,
"Rea!" Edward called as Envy's tail held me tightly slowly breaking my ribs, I cried out as I felt one snap, Father looked at Envy harshly who suddenly looked away and then moved me onto the ground as I could barely breathe due to the damage caused.
"What the hell did he do to us?" Edward snapped,
"I don't know! Why can't we use our alchemy?!" Alphonse was shaking, Envy laughed,
"You lower lifeforms never cease to amuse me. You get a speck of power, and you think you own the world. And you don't even know what that power is. And then you have the arrogance to assume that you're the one who's in control of this power. You're like a bad joke that keeps getting dumber." Envy spoke,
"What are you bastards planning?! You promised you'd tell me everything if I got you out!" Edward yelled,
"Huh? Why, I would never stoop so low as to make a deal with a worm like you." Envy spoke smugly,
"Liar!" Edward growled, I wheezed on the floor and looked at the ceiling, I turned my head towards Edward, and he looked between Ling and myself. I felt my body slowly healing.
"You talk too much, Envy." Father spoke,
"Oh, sorry…" Envy nodded.
"You may prove to be rather useful to me after all. I could always use a new pawn in the rotation." Father spoke and touched his forehead. I saw the red liquid drop from his third eye onto his hand,
"Don't you dare you son of a bitch!" I screamed, Envy wanted to do something to shut me up as I rolled on my side, "don't you touch him, he's, my friend!" I lifted my arm and pointed at Father as he just looked at me blankly.
"Is that… a Philosopher's Stone?" Alphonse asked,
"A what?" Ling looked up at Father,
"You're really gonna do that?" Envy asked, as I tried to lift myself from the ground,
"Do what?" Edward asked,
"He's going to make a new Homunculus." Envy spoke. The three of them were shocked, all I was doing was glaring at Father as he walked over to Ling. "The Stone is added into the bloodstream. If it's able to merge, then a human based Homunculus is created. But it's more common for the Stone to overpower the subject and kill them." Envy explained,
"I'm not gonna let you do this to him!" Edward yelled, as I moved my arm around my waist and felt my ribs healing as they each snapped back, "What is this?! What's going on? Why the hell aren't we able to transmute?!" Edward yelled in frustration as I leaned back on my legs.
"You bearded bastard! Let him go! He's got people waiting for him to come back! Get off of me!" Edward suddenly grabbed the gun and pointed it at Envy, but one of the people on his body started to cry and cover themselves with their arms.
"Can you really shoot such a sad face? Can you, boy?" Envy smirked,
"Damn you…" Edward glared.
"Don't shoot, Ed! This is exactly what I want! So, you just stay out of it!" Ling pointed at Edward,
"Are you serious?" Edward was shocked, we all were.
"I came to your land to find a Philosopher's Stone. And now this guy wants to give me one! I'm not gonna turn this down!" Ling spoke,
"No, it isn't Ling!" I yelled, Envy looked back at me and glared,
"This about what you're doing!" Edward yelled,
"Well, now this is new. But we'll see if your body is as willing as your mind." Father spoke and dropped the stone onto Ling's cut,
"No, don't!" Edward yelled as Father dropped the stone onto Ling's face and it quickly moved inside the cut. I stood up and wobbled as my body hadn't completely healed yet, Father had obviously delayed my abilities as well with his little trick.
"Ling!" Edward yelled as Ling's body started to react to the stone with drastic movements.
"I… I told you… to keep out of this! Don't you dare interfere" Ling spoke as I saw his body getting destroyed and remade at the same time, "Stay back… I promise that I know what I'm doing. They're dealing with the future leader of Xing, Ling Yao-!" Ling spoke as he suddenly screamed.
Ling's body stopped as the light shot into the sky, and I went to step forward, but Envy's tail moved in front of me. Ling leaned back up and put his hand behind his neck,
"Ling?" Edward asked, I wiped my face looked at the body of Ling,
"Huh? Oh, you mean the guy I took this body from? Sorry. But your friend just checked out and left Greed this body." Ling spoke, as the bandage on his hand fell and revealed the Uroboros tattoo on his hand,
"So, you're not Ling?" Alphonse spoke,
"Did he say Greed?!" Edward asked; I was shocked, but I knew it was a new Greed.
"So then, are you… the Greed from before?" Edward asked,
"Huh? What are you talkin' about?" Greed asked walking over to Edward kneeling down.
"You don't remember us?" Edward was shocked,
"From Dublith…" Alphonse spoke,
"You must've met some different Greed." Greed asked,
"He was my avarice before you." Father spoke,
"Ahh, I gotcha. That makes sense. But if you wanna hear it from me, no, I'm not the Greed you knew." Greed explained,
"But… Ling" Edward was hopeful as I felt my body fully healed,
"Well, he was an interesting kid. He gave up his body without any fight at all." Greed smirked standing back up,
"You're lying! Ling would never give up and surrender himself so easily! Answer me! Ling! Ling!" Edward yelled, Greed smirked at Edward as I looked at Father and just glared at him. I balled my fists and Father looked at me.
Suddenly the door on the side of the room opened and a bloodied chimera walk inside as its body exploded. Standing behind it was Scar and the little girl from before, the other one from Xing.
I saw the little panda run across to the little girl and jump in her arms, Greed started to clap.
"Whoa. Now that is a touching reunion right there." Greed spoke, I glared at him slightly.
"Fullmetal Alchemist." Scar spoke,
"Huh? Where? Where's Mr. Edward?" the little girl spoke, I raised an eyebrow at the nickname,
"Right there." Scar pointed; the young girl looked around.
"I don't see him anywhere!" the girl snapped,
"I'm pointing right at him. That small one is the Fullmetal Alchemist." Scar pointed. The young girl looked devastated as she started to cry.
"How dare you toy with the feelings of a maiden, you human microbe?!" the little girl yelled,
"What'd you call me, micro-girl?!" Edward yelled,
"Brother?!" Alphonse snapped, I smacked my forehead and sighed as I couldn't hear what Father and Gluttony were saying as Alphonse was yelling at Edward.
"Go ahead and eat him, he doesn't have his alchemy to stop you right now." Envy suddenly spoke.
"Okay!" Gluttony ran at Scar. Jumping in the air, Scar grabbed Gluttony and made him explode,
"What?!" Envy spoke in shock.
"You'll pay for this! You deceived an innocent girl! And you kidnapped Shao May!" the little girl thrown her kunai, "You'll suffer for what you've done! All of you!" the girl yelled as she created a fist that punched Envy in the air letting go of Edward and Alphonse. I took it as an opportunity to run to the outer area of the room, to try and get behind Father.
Edward and Alphonse tried to use alchemy again but failed.
"It still isn't working!" Alphonse yelled as they ran around to try,
"But why is theirs?!" Edward complained, the two managed to get to me behind a rock as Edward was trying to catch his breath.
"How can you use your alchemy here?" Envy asked,
"What do you mean?" Scar asked.
"This doesn't make any sense… How can they still transmute?" Alphonse stopped,
"I don't know. I have no idea." Edward spoke, I glared and then an idea sprung to mind,
"Stay here, you two are useless when you can't use alchemy…" I pointed at Edward back as I ran forward, leaving Edward with a feeling of uselessness overwhelming him.
"Scar! I'll tell you the truth behind the Ishval rebellion!" I yelled,
"The truth?" Scar asked,
"The child that died which became the start of the rebellion… was caused by him, disguised as a military officer! It was their plan all along!" I explained,
"I'd like to hear more details about this. In between your screaming." Scar spoke, Gluttony came up behind him, but all Scar did was move his hand back and destroyed Gluttony again. "Now tell me… for what purpose did you choose to slaughter all of my people? Depending on your answer I'll send you to join God! No… You don't deserve to stand by God alongside my fallen brothers. Your only solace from my wrath will be damnation!" Scar yelled as he started to go on a rampage to destroy the place.
I moved around as the room was having rock fall from the ceiling, I climbed on rubble. I could see Greed chasing after Edward as Scar knocked Envy back. I snuck around the fight and made my way to Father; I wanted to try and attack him. I had my blade in my hand as I walked forward. As I charged, I felt my one foot get grabbed just before reaching Father and I slipped forward and dropped my sword. I huffed and glared up at Father as he looked down at me,
"How nice to see you again, Reaka," Father spoke plainly,
"I wish I could say the same," I glared as he walked over to Scar. I grabbed my sword from the floor and smacked it against the piped around my foot and ankle. I glanced up and saw Alphonse run out the door with the young girl, soon followed by Scar after a close encounter with Father who came walking back over to me. I pointed my blade at him as he stopped just out of reach.
"How have you been?" Father asked, "Great, until I remembered everything." I glared at Father as he looked down,
"It's a shame you forgot about the progress we made together." Father sighed as I glared at him,
"We made no progress! You destroyed- No- Murdered thousands, you sick maniac!" I snapped at him and slashed my blade across as Father just stared at me.
Edward and Greed were fighting it out until Edward was pinned. I glanced at Edward and we both saw Envy come back with Alphonse.
"Man, you guys really made a mess of things didn't you. If you had simply behaved yourselves, then we would've let you go a long time ago." Envy spoke,
"Brother," Alphonse spoke as my binds broke, I looked at Father as I stepped back from him. I couldn't fight him at the moment, he was too strong. I walked over to Alphonse,
"Take them to Bradley." Father spoke as I glared at him, Edward walked over to Alphonse as well,
"He's in there… I know it. Ling's alive." Edward glared at Ling as he walked away.
Envy slowly changed back to their normal form, and I put my sword away and kept my back to Father. Edward held his automail arm as I bowed my head down. I needed to talk to Edward when we were able, I glanced at him for a moment and saw he was deep in thought.
I took a deep shaky breath as I moved to the door, following behind Envy, we climbed stairs and headed up into dark corridors,
"Hey, where are you taking us?" Edward asked,
"Just get in." Envy spoke as the doors opened. We all walked inside as the doors closed and we went up to the top in an elevator and walked out into the Military Headquarters. Envy had changed into an officer as we looked around the corridor.
"This looks like…?!" Edward and Alphonse were shocked,
"It's Central Command… We were right below it." Alphonse spoke,
"Hey, you guys are plastered with filth." Envy called, I glared at him as he escorted us to get cleaned up. Envy gestured to the ladies as I walked inside.
I knew Edward and Alphonse would be discussing as much as they could before heading back out. I pulled my hair out of my ponytail and washed it. My hair was coming down to my waist now. The longest it had been for a while. I cleaned myself off, washed my clothes in the water and used alchemy to dry them quickly.
As I pulled my shorts on the door opened and I saw Edward walk in,
"Rea?" Edward called as I fastened my shorts and pulled my top over my head,
"Hey, Edward…" I spoke and grabbed my top. I pulled it over the top as he was just coming around the corner to see me dress, Edward blushed lightly and looked away as I chuckled, "after everything we've been through and done you still blush?" I teased lightly with a smile, but it quickly faded as I looked away. "I told you I was a monster." I frowned, Edward didn't say anything as I wrapped my arms around my body, "from looking at the ruins in Gluttony's stomach you were able to work out that human transmutation was preformed, learning about Father and Mother you were quick to realise that…" I stopped and closed my eyes,
"The homunculi have been told to call you Mother." Edward spoke quietly as I took a sharp breath,
"It's disgusting." I growled, "I hate what happened and if I could go back I would. It's my fault the people of Xerxes were destroyed." I heard my voice crack as I started to shake, I wasn't looking at Edward, I couldn't, "I'm not worthy enough for a happy ending, I deserve to die. So, I'll understand if you don't want to be w-" I started,
"Shut up!" Edward yelled as I froze and looked at him, "don't you dare say anything like that again! Do you hear me?" Edward pointed at me as I frowned sadly, "you idiot." Edward walked over to me and pulled me in a hug as I held my breath, "none of it was your fault. You were being manipulated." Edward spoke as my eyes burned, I moved my arms around Edward and started to cry,
"I miss all my friends." I spoke as I felt Edward grip me tighter, "I miss my home, my family, I just want to see them again." I cried as Edward just held me,
"You've got to keep moving, for their sakes." Edward whispered as I pushed my face into the crook of his neck, he was getting taller… I could tell.
Edward stepped back and lifted my chin as he pushed my hair away from my face,
"Now smile, we've got another storm coming I think." Edward sighed as I nodded, I pulled my hair back as he grabbed my arm, "I like it down." Edward mumbled as I smiled and leaned in to kiss his cheek,
"I'll only put it up when we are fighting then." I smirked as Edward grinned. "Thanks, Ed." I smiled. I grabbed my jacket from the side and put it on as Edward waited by the door.
As I walked out with Edward, Envy and Alphonse were waiting outside. Envy didn't look so happy,
"Took you long enough. Come on." Envy snapped as I glared at him, we walked down the corridor together, I felt Edward take my hand as I smiled, and he glanced at me with a small smile for a moment.
"Hey!" Envy snapped, making us all jump. "Wrath'll take over babysitting you now… Right this way." Envy opened the doors,
"Wrath?" Edward questioned as we all walked in seeing,
"Wrath… Fuhrer President King Bradley?!" Edward was shocked, I knew it was true considering Ling's earlier mention of him and Envy talking about it.
"Colonel?" Edward spoke as I looked to my left seeing the Colonel sat there looking increasingly pissed off,
"What's going on?" Edward asked, we moved to his side,
"Where should I begin? Fuery's been shipped south. Falman's been sent up north, and Breda's been reassigned to the West. Lieutenant Hawkeye is now a personal assistant to the Fuhrer." Roy explained, we were shocked, Edward glared at Bradley as I took a deep breath, I was ready for them to do something with me because of Edward.
"Go ahead and take a seat." Bradley spoke, I sat between Edward and Roy. Alphonse suddenly cringed and then started coughing in shock,
"Fuhrer? So, what was that in the hospital that day… when you came to visit me? You really had us goin', didn't you?" Edward spoke,
"I don't recall lying. I simply instructed you to suspect everyone. And to not meddle any further. The only thing that you need to know is that you're important to us. And there's no need for you to dig any deeper. Accept the importance of your role and keep your heads down. You do that and no harm will come to you." Bradley spoke,
"Well, that's great for us… but that happens to all of the people who aren't lucky enough to be considered 'sacrifices'?" Edward asked,
"There's nothing you need to know that I haven't already told you. Is that clear, Fullmetal Alchemist?" Bradley spoke,
"You chose that is my title. I only joined the military because I thought it might help us get our bodies back. But now? Now I know what's the State Alchemist program really is… you're using it as a way to recruit your sacrifices… Well, I'm not gonna let you use me to accomplish your sick goals!" Edward thrown his watch to Bradley as I sat there, "I resign my title as a State Alchemist!" Edward snapped, I looked at Bradley knowing that he wouldn't allow Edward to quit.
"The symbol of a dog. Fittingly crusted with blood." Bradley spoke,
"You plans are gonna fail. I swear on my own grave that I'm going to stop you… I'll warn the other State Alchemist, I'll tell them-" Edward started,
"What was that lovely young girl's name again? Ah, yes. It's Winry Rockbell." Bradley spoke as I clenched my fists under the table, "Your automail engineer. And you grew up with her in Resembool as well, if I'm not mistaken. She's practically a family member, isn't she? I've heard that she's made quite a name for herself with her customers in Rush Valley. Such a sweet and trusting girl." Bradley spoke, Edward smacked his hand on the table,
"You stay away from her! Just leave her out of this!" Edward yelled,
"Well. That's up to you." Bradley pushed the watch back across the table to Edward, "If you'd rather not take it, then I will simply have to cut her down. If you don't cooperate, we also have Reaka here who we can easily take into custody, and I don't think Envy would be very kind with her. If you still want to quit." Bradley glanced at me as I froze, I didn't want to be used like this. Edward took back his watch after glaring at Bradley intently for a few seconds, "How thoughtful." Bradley smiled, I bowed my head, I balled my fists on my lap.
"Uh, Sir. You don't have to worry about us. But I have to ask, if we're going to continue to serve under your watch. Will you please allow us to keep searching for a way to get our original bodies back? Please, sir." Alphonse spoke as Bradley took a sip of tea.
"I don't see why not. As long as you don't interfere with our plans. And what do you have in mind, Colonel? You wouldn't do something so petty as to quit the military?" Bradley looked at Roy,
"Good question. I'm on a short leash here, but I still find that preferable to giving up. And I still have my ambitions. Your plans don't change that. So, I'll hang onto this. And I'll retain my rank, too." Roy held up his watch.
"That's fine with me. We have nothing more to discuss." Bradley spoke, I looked up at Bradley and he sat intently looking between Edward and Roy.
We all got up to leave as I quickly walked to the door, I wanted out of that room,
"I would like to ask you one question, sir?" Roy spoke,
"Would you now? Go ahead." Bradley replied,
"Are you the one who murdered General Hughes?" Roy spoke, I stood there in shock,
"No, that was not me." Bradley replied,
"Then who did?" Roy asked,
"Colonel, I agreed to one question." Bradley snapped,
"We'll be leaving now." Roy walked towards the door.
"Oh. Just one moment, Alphonse." Bradley spoke then suddenly lunged his sword inside Alphonse's armour. Edward cringed, as I was a bit confused,
"Um… is that all?" Alphonse asked,
"That's all... you are now dismissed." Bradley sheathed his sword, I looked at Edward in confusion as he pulled me out of the room with Alphonse.
When Roy closed the door Edward and Alphonse started to shake in horror,
"That was too so close!" Alphonse spoke,
"Oh, hey, Colonel. Help us out… have you got any change?" Edward held out his hand,
"You want my money now?" Roy pulled out some money,
"Just give it! Jeez… that all you got? Really?" Edward looked at the money in his hand,
"It's apparently more than you've got?!" Roy snapped,
"Sure, whatever… See ya!" Edward grabbed my hand and pulled me down the corridor,
"Sorry Colonel! We'll explain everything later!" Alphonse called,
"Explain what later?" I asked as Edward carried on leading me away.
Not long after leaving Central headquarters I waited as Edward and Alphonse called Winry in Rush Valley.
"Hey… your Morden, right?" I jumped out of my skin and looked back at Greed,
"Ling… I mean Greed…" I was shocked.
"Sorry, I didn't mean to make you jump," Greed moved in closer to me and smirked, "What are you doing here?" I asked,
"Your buddy told me to give you something," Greed held up a rag. I took it from him and saw Xing language written across it,
"I can't read this…" I snapped,
"It's not for you, it's for that woman who's waiting for him," Greed smacked his forehead, "Father said you were bright not stupid…" Greed spoke,
"HEY! I AM CLEVER! You selfish git…" I stomped on his foot, Greed didn't see that coming and grabbed his foot in agony as I glared at him.
"Ling!" Edward and Alphonse spoke,
"It's Greed…" Greed stared blankly at Edward and Alphonse, "Anyway I gave what I needed to give… and now I'm on my way. Bye, Mother." Greed took my hand and kissed it then walked off with a wave, I flinched as Edward glared, Alphonse looked at me for a moment as I watched Greed walk away,
"Ling?!" Edward called,
"It's still Greed!" Ling waved while walking off.
"What did he want?" Edward looked at me,
"Oh, he said Ling had a message for Lan Fan." I held up the cloth.
"I'm going to head home, I need to sleep." I frowned as Edward nodded,
"I'm just going to see if we can dig up any dirt on anything that happened. We'll be home soon." Edward nodded as I smiled, he stepped forward and kissed me gently as I relaxed,
"Aww!" Alphonse put his hands together and acted all cute as Edward quickly turned around and pointed at him,
"What's that for?!" Edward yelled,
"I've never seen you so affectionate brother!" Alphonse chimed as I chuckled,
"Yeah! Well! Reaka is my girlfriend!" Edward stomped his foot.
I chuckled as I walked away and wave,
"I'll see you boys soon!" I smiled as Alphonse waved,
"See you!" Alphonse called as he laughed, and Edward was still steaming.
